I cannot talk/ write/ or determine the decisions of “ the world as women would suggest”.  They must do so themselves/ and men must learn to listen.  Take a look at all these threats/ all the theft/ all the lies and cheating/ all the war and preparations for war/ all the resource losses/ environmental damage/ ocean devastation/ nature mutilated/ energy experiments which are “an abomination to the entire planet”; because this planet can be lost for us all: by their absolute insanity.  THAT IS, “the contribution of men” to this day; and more.  Therefore it is women who must decide for better/ staying within the constitutional limits, or defining even more of what will become: JUSTICE/ FAIR PLAY/ EQUALITY/ and a life with a future for this planet.  Doesn’t matter what you believe/ what is proven true decides.  Men have brought us to “extermination”/ DIFFERENT:   IS THE ONLY SANE SOLUTION!  Like it or not.
Even so, there are descriptions that will prove to be necessary rather than a description of human want or desire.  These we can look at, for reference to a future we will survive/ if it is not already too late, because of what the leaders and followers of men have done.  Destruction is a terrible thing/ mutilation of life and nature, is WORSE.  SHAME ON YOU.   Regardless, what has been done is simply that; fools get what fools demand; and then they cry, because that is reality instead of want.

To build a new world order, apart from simply insisting, as necessary:  that the old ways are dead.  We must protect and defend all resources with a direct decision to identify what the future also needs, so that the children can live too.  We CANNOT continue to consume oxygen, with endless fire/ motors/ electricity/ etc;  because we will die.  We CANNOT continue to consume everything that produces oxygen for us/ BECAUSE WE DIE, without them.  That means everything that produces oxygen in the sea is important/ every green leaf is important/ and so on.  We MUST limit ourselves to a balanced use of oxygen or better, for the planet itself: regardless of want.  IT IS NECESSARY.  Like it or not.  To eliminate all these fires, etc REQUIRES US, to understand the most efficient means of creating or using fire/ is not to use it at all.  Or more simply: WE MUST INSULATE everything/ and use less wherever it is possible to do so.  We must stop massive and irrelevant air conditioning/ because it generates even more heat than the BTU’S released; causing global warming.  We must stop commuting long distance/ and create cities that are independent of each other. Cities that create their own work, their own realities of life, food, etc; so that the minimum of “extra fuel consumption” is real.  Or more simply: just look at everything men have done today/ and do the exact opposite.  Because their decisions have all been made, assuming endless resources/ who gives a damn about damage/ want is king, and greed is god/ life is a game/ and we will kill them all, if they interfere.  None of that is true, to life sustained.  You do know how/ and it is a decision that you do understand, and will make for yourselves; one way or the other.  “Reaping the reward, you then earn”.
The foundation of business and the reality of community living is governed by needs and the resolution of those needs in a “friendly way”.  That was rarely true, throughout society and history; because men want/ and were more than willing to rob and steal from the rest to take everything they wanted, by war/ murder/ or the rest.  That means, to re-establish society and living in a community there must be change here too.  The first and foremost is: the power to control lives, MUST be limited.   Not only for happiness sake, but for balance and a purpose greater than self. 

Controlling those who desperately want to control you, requires law, and the foundations in business which make it possible to control them instead.  Therefore we look to law and ask: what is the fundamental change, which we can make, to establish a balance between competing forces/ and create peace, hoping for harmony; because we can.  Where there is business, there is a need to understand 4 important factors in reality.  1.  That need or desire from humanity itself creates all business/ thereby providing all work, jobs, etc.  But in the reality of truth, it is only nature itself, that satisfies true business, not people.  We simply participate within what nature provides/ and if not respected what nature provides ends, and then desolation and war come.  2.  It is difficult or substantially requiring of personal life and time to create a business, used by the rest of society.  For that reason, any sustainable business of value to society must be respected/ and NOT attacked by society for money/ promises/ pensions/ healthcare/ etc.  More simply: you will leave the business alone, until it sustains a respectful profit for its needs, and a reasonable reward for its leaders.  Only then, can you insist upon sharing in that reward.  3.  The employees (more than ten lets say) of a business are the difference between whether that business succeeds with its work; they establish it, just as much as “the boss”. Therefore: THEY DO, deserve a say in their company/ “their business”; and as their personal and community investment/ or more simply: we have children, houses, etc dependent here.  OR more simply “owners/ etc” are NOT the only participants, thereby employees are owners in business; regardless what they say.  Rather the workers have a right to understand the accounting “good or bad”.  They have a right to safety (fair and legitimate), and realistic expectations.  They have a right to determine immediate (platoon like) leadership for themselves. They shall have a right to determine “a realistic share, and direction for their contribution to the business”.  But not until that business has achieved is respectful profit: “built/ standing on its own/ making money”: SO LONG AS, the owners of the business are NOT taking more than twice as much as the lowest paid worker.  4.  The recipient of work/ the end result of business is the consumer.  They do deserve what they were promised.  But NOT necessarily what they understood the promise to be.  BECAUSE PEOPLE DON’T LISTEN, DON’T UNDERSTAND, HEAR ONLY WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR, and refuse instruction so as to learn what is real and critically true about the work, or service, to be done.  Consequently a new and critically simple contract for each form of business to be contracted MUST be available to the consumer for free.  Courtesy of the society itself, with people to explain in the necessary detail: prior TO ANY contract being started.  Thereby a third party is always involved in the negotiations/ for balance, and clear understanding.  The money will be transferred to an “appropriate banking institution”/ and remain there as the property of the business doing the work, until such time as the work is done/ resources bought and paid for/ inspected or court date set and decision made.  Failed work, will be up to the community representatives to determine who is responsible, and why: taxes shall pay for the representatives; so that none may say “its fixed”. Should they accept a bribe, or fail to provide justice: what has been paid to them can be removed/ and they will go to jail.

Controlling the politician, REQUIRES that their job shall be to enforce, investigate, and examine the reality of what the people have chosen for themselves.  Or more simply: when the people make a choice for their community, state, or nation, it is the politicians job to insure that decision is carried out in a realistic and fair to all method or way.  NOT as inspectors, in control.  But as deliberate investigators, WHO WILL report as needed to the public through media: about what is being done/ the various options or methods that could be done instead if that is fair/ and the consequences in cost, environment, and future.  OR more simply: the job of a politician changes to become NOT “the writers of law”/ but the officials charged with the enforcement of public will.  City work, etc shall be by bid.  Each area responsible for itself.  Distinct taxes, such as a gas tax shall pay for road repair/ snow removal/ etc.   City policing shall also be “each area for itself”/ hiring their own policing officials.  Not like today, as a city wide affair/ but as “block areas”, hiring their own, with public jails, and city wide investigators of the police that have been hired: so as to establish and control “justified” for the entire public.

We come to economies in general/ they are not essentially about “business”: but more distinctly about keeping the entire population participating for their own survival, needs, and desires themselves.  It is business that functionally proves the roadway for those purposes/ but a true economy is deliberately about the people themselves and what they can and do, to create their own society, with peace/ justice/ harmony/ and fair play.  Greed constantly interferes, want/ pride/ power/ selfishness/ hate/ etc disrupt and disease the process; and it breaks down entirely when too many people cannot find a way to provide for themselves: becoming war/ poverty without end/ resource destruction; and so on.  So then the question is:   how shall all the people be provided with an opportunity to take care of themselves?  The answer, as in all of nature is:   “We train ourselves/ to do the jobs that sustain ourselves; by hiring ourselves, to be what we need to be”.  Or more simply: no more unlimited competition from outsiders, we will do what we need done, ourselves.  We will learn how/ we will use what is available in our area/ we will find solutions for us/ we will pay the price, that provides for our lives: because we know, that it is better to be free/ than to be slaves.  When you must have an outside influence “work for you”/ then you become enslaved by whatever that influence requires from you: extortion follows.  Consequently we see all the “diploma’s reaching for greed”/ and all the people of every society facing the disaster of their extortion and failures to share.  You cannot allow ANY tiny or large segment of society to control what is needed by all.  They will cheat you/ steal yours too/ lie about it/ and refuse to change because “they want wealth”.  Wealth is: I GOT SLAVES/ and I TOOK all the resources for myself; usually leaving the others nothing, so that they know, “I HAVE MORE”.  So then we face the singular obstacle of human existence that is: those who have ANY type of specialized knowledge, DO NOT share/ because if they did, they would no longer be richer than the rest; because the competition grows.

The economic foundation most capable of creating an education that works is:   to insure those who are doing something society wants badly, WILL teach the others, and produce competition.  Requires there to be an incentive.  Or more simply: establish limited capitalism (you have made all the income you are allowed for this year!  UNLESS, you teach the competition correctly/ in which case we will let you have “10% percent more” or so).  The next step is, to further control the competition for the sake of society:   each and every business SHALL participate in a new form of advertizing.  THEY WILL establish a percentage price structure for the entire store, advertizing that/ by simple symbols.  GUARANTEEING that the sale/ retail price shall not be over a certain percentage above what they themselves have paid.  That gives every store the opportunity to sell, every owner the opportunity to make money and compete; so as to allow small stores a level playing field: & realistic access to customers now dominated by large stores and their extreme advertizing across nations.  Adding in, that there shall no longer be advertizing here;  beyond specific boundaries, that work for and sustain the local community: this boosts the local economy.  Keeping workers local/ money local/ and so on.
The end of government intervention is required in business/ and a return to the reality of work and community.  What is local needs not have a direct inspection, unless the community does so for itself.  UNLESS the business ships product or services beyond their own community.  Or more simply as was done for thousands of years (you fail your customer/ they fail you) is appropriate and fair.  No more interference.  NO more allowance for ANY larger business or retail establishment to choose beyond local first.  Rather local business and workforce  shall be first to provide all services and product, and unless they don’t provide (no games)/ or are not within ten percent of the actual cost of a “foreign product”.  Let the community decide, when in doubt.  Or, Only what is local can be sold here. The failure to curb and control the pollution/ resource loss/ excess fuel consumption/ and so much more, as is required: results in death for the future.  You cannot simply want/ you must live within the reality and truth of what nature needs, and society requires for you; NOT A GAME.  Money therefore cannot decide, because in reality it is primarily a game (I WANT/ I GET, “MORE”); beyond needs.

The elemental reality of our current situation is: that machines and computers have become our competition for jobs.  That means: we must take the liberty (our right as a society to intervene on our own behalf/ to protect our future, our world, and our lives: by vote) to decide what is in our best interest.  While no one wants to return to life without machines or computers: these CANNOT destroy the fabric of society, the economies of life, or be used to destroy life itself: without our direct consent.  Therefore we have a choice, we can force manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and everything else to use human workers instead of machines if we so desire.  We can force the end of resource destruction, renewal, recycling, reuse, etc: because we must.  We can change this world for life first, and survive: because there is no choice but death if we don’t.  So says the evidence of our lives, and our current reality.  It is a choice/ but NOT for much longer.  BUT THERE IS A PRICE to survival.  You cannot continue most of the current practices, or you die.  You cannot continue to have the excess, the financial numbers, the excuses, the lies, extreme resource consumption, environmental damage; and a whole host of insanity as is the result of male domination, under university direction: currently in charge of life on this planet.  You will share the work, as necessary/ you will take responsibility for population control/ and you will sustain the environment and resources so as to develop a future beyond yourselves, as required for life and happiness.
