as has been explained to you in past correspondence/ I do NOT refuse to pay legitimate tax.  But in return I DO DEMAND that the guarantees of our IL constitution SHALL BE GRANTED TO ME.  As is your contractual duty with every citizen of this state called ILLINOIS.  You do not represent the "government"/ rather you are employees of that government, or in this case "outside contractors hired by employees too lazy to do their job". 

In particular the reality of redress of grievances SHALL BE KEPT in a courtroom of law/ whereby the people shall in fact be given the true democratic authority to decide whether "WE THE PEOPLE" shall in fact demand a legal accounting of what our employees hired by this government which is the constitution of ILLINOIS have done.

The constitution is in fact, a contract between the citizens of this state, and its government: the constitution that we accepted as the definition and power to rule over us.  That fact does not establish our employees shall rule over us/ but the democratic rights and guarantees for justice, fair play, equality, and power of the people: are formed in democracy, by their own ability to demand the law shall be kept by our employees. 

There are a multitude of failures created by the employees of this state of ILLINOIS government;   ALL, are plainly in agreement of that fact.  Therefore the assertion called redress does exist, as the democratic and intended remedy for this situation.  Whereby WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE instead of our employees.  Wherein WE THE PEOPLE, shall call for trial over our employees: in such a case as, WE WILL be your judge/ not you ours.  That is our legal guaranteed right in accordance with the US FEDERAL CONSTITUTION, and its subsidiary the constitution of this state of IL.  You cannot subtract from the US constitution/ but you can add as a state "even more" rights and guarantees for the people, as has been done.

 

Therefore either grant redress to me in a courtroom of law/ which does include all the necessary advertisements to inform the people of their right to decide in this matter.  Which does include a jury established by lottery, as none can be considered "completely neutral" in this case.  The legal cases which precede this demand and prove a conspiracy to deny; are already in place.   When that case comes/ it is then YOUR DUTY, and my right:   as a citizen fighting for his guaranteed rights which have been refused.  Not only shall every fine and penalty be erased.  The amount owed to me, by this state of IL for doing the work of its employees and demanding DEMOCRACY ITSELF SHALL RULE;   will then be adjusted.

Should you refuse to obey constitutional law, or prove it does not exist as described:   then, you must take me to court, in a clear and deliberate constitutional battle to identify "WHO DOES OWN THIS STATE"?  We the people/ or you.

 

As to illegitimate threats as have been made in the sending of this letter: the foundation of this case is law.  The reality of this case is constitutional guarantees to the people themselves.  I DO NOT refuse to pay the tax, I DEMAND MY LEGALLY GUARANTEED RIGHTS, according to the constitution of both state and nation.  ALL OF THEM.  I demand that you inform the public of their rights under constitutional law; as a democracy, WE THE PEOPLE are owners here.  We have the right and the power to demand accountability from our employees: without exception, you must obey "the people and their democracy" OR be charged with treason.  The intent of anarchy (to destroy, what the people built for themselves).  And even traitor, to the people of IL:   as this is about ALL;  OF OUR LIVES, OUR FUTURE, OUR STATE, THOSE WHO THREATEN US WITH EXTINCTION, the thieves who have bankrupted us all, and more.

Prove that constitutional law rules this state!  Prove the demands of constitutional law have been met; have been provided to me in a courtroom of law; as I have proven it is not so.  Prove you are protecting and defending the democracy, WE THE PEOPLE bought and paid for/ lived and died for; to be OUR GOVERNMENT, as is the agreement which constitutes our government called the constitution.  Prove you have not committed treason, by failing/ overriding/and destroying the safeguards of which redress of grievances is the most powerful among them (THE RIGHT, AS A PEOPLE; to demand an accounting from our employees).  Prove you have not attempted anarchy, to destroy the government we provided to ourselves as a democracy/ and placed yourselves in authority over us instead of that constitution.  That is traitorous/ a clear intent to destroy our democracy.   Or prove me wrong, legally and in court.  That is your choice.  As has been identified to you:   the words, the guarantees, and the agreements between the people themselves as to what is or is not their own government as decided by WE THE PEOPLE;    Are subject to review.  The question challenging you in this matter is:   did you, or did you not DO,  as employees of OUR government, obey the law?  Did you or did you not;  DO AS the constitution made YOU swear, you would obey and do for the people by establishing their guarantees/ by protecting their lives, their properties, and their society from attack.  Or do you present an invasion of thieves, liars, and fools; that must be identified before further ruin exists.  You are not rulers/ you are employees; hired and sworn to do a specific job.  ALL THE EVIDENCE suggests, that you failed miserably in your duties.  Therefore the right, and the reality, and the constitutional guarantee that is redress of grievances:   we the people demand an accounting/ we the people demand the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth; or you go to prison.   SHALL BE OBEYED.

Do that, and the duty to defend this democracy/ the demand that is a legal tax revolt, until you prove OUR GOVERNMENT rules us; by constitutional law and guarantees.  NOT our employees, who have then rebelled against us/ and discarded their oath.  Have we not been made slaves, with debts beyond our ability to pay; and so much more.  You have failed on all counts of duty, dignity, and truth.  An accounting must be established, for the sake of our democracy;   because that is where YOU;   "led us all".
