The clear and deliberate purpose of my sites, and every lawsuit in them:   is to identify and create the knowledge required for society to defend, and recreate itself.  The foundation of sustain-ability, of critical associations that MUST be respected for our very survival, the fundamentals of governing ourselves, and the essence of what is, or is not fair; are all evaluated here. The current situation is determined to be “led by fantasy/ delusion/ failures/ fools/ LIARS/ THIEVES/ and cheats”: because pride and want rule instead of truth or reality.
As a nation and world, we are at the gate of extinction: because critical & INSANE threats exist which we cannot survive.  Because we are bankrupt, and the cheaters lie about their numbers so as to make the rest their slaves. Understanding/ they choose only to protect themselves.  In america:  the debts cannot be paid, by the reality of numbers used in “everyday life”/ which means these numbers are inflation.  Our securities  confiscated by the rich, withheld from the rest, and have been used to destroy all financial justice:   redistributing our wealth to themselves.  And that is only the beginning of what this  “university led society” has done.  ARE THEY NOT CLEARLY “in charge”?  Who but a diploma decides!  Who but  men with “many numbers, has the power to control”?

So as history proves again and again: we face the decision of how to remove those who imprison us with their deeds, to establish slavery, rather than justice or equality or fair?  Slavery is:   NOT allowed to choose for ourselves/ NOT allowed a fair and respectable wage, in comparison to the rest/ NOT given the honest evaluation of a decision we make for ourselves: but are TOLD what to think or do, or accept even though it is clearly wrong/ NOT provided the freedom, to access anything for ourselves, without tremendous debts attached.  The money then becomes,  nothing more than a whip/  when you are forced to accept: either do what the rest would not do, or starve/ or be raped, or sell your body for nothing. Because these others will do you harm if you do not.
History proves: that war only ends in war/ it brings nothing else, even if there is change.   Because someone will always be there, behind the scenes calculating how they can gain slaves/ control everything, for themselves.  War and weapons change little/ rules protect no one.  Rather in the search for what does bring true change: THERE IS ONLY THE LAW.  Because the law itself is an army, and none, including leaders or the rich can avoid its demand: if the people prove, WE WILL ALL obey the law.  So then what happens to law over time is: that the rich pay the politician and judge to declare, “with this rule, the law is dead”/ or they simply change it declaring foundations don’t matter, we have found a new way.  That is treason, because its purpose is anarchy, and its demand is a traitor.  Consequently to protect ourselves, WE MUST MAKE THE LAW of our society, by our own vote.  No exceptions.  With an entirely open court.  A clearly unfettered media: that cannot be bought or controlled by money or influence.  And a limited capitalism so as to give NO ONE, the power to gain control over too much;  of anything.  Which then leaves WE THE PEOPLE, in charge of ourselves.

Armies are not built of soldiers.  Rather they are built of men and even women:   WHO CAN BE TOLD, if you harm your own people/ and are clearly acting against or in defiance of the laws that govern this nation: THEN YOU can be brought to court, and be tried as a murderer or other. The same is true of political leaders and judges.  As a rebel against your own people/ because leaders are NOT “A PEOPLE”:   only we the people are that, ourselves.  Leaders are currently, as they have always been:  the proxy puppets, of the rich.  It is money that buys slaves or murderers/ because money can make you starve; force you to steal; keep you from a job; rape your wife or daughter; get you killed/ or provide grotesque wealth beyond all others;  and so on.  By these descriptions: money is an enemy.  But more correctly it is either a weapon or a tool, and weapons can be used to defend yourself: therefore it is wrong, to simply assume “an enemy”/ because it is the man who uses it, that decides the harm or good for life.  Today, in the nation called america where all leaders as a majority; can be grouped by want or pride:  into the fantasy and delusion of outright arrogance, failed theory, and complete selfishness. Little by little “lost disciplines, structural failure, and errant decisions” (just like what is happening to DNA, in life). The reality of money has then been: “lets just surrender to cheating/ stealing/ and lies”; the easy way is better.  Which has become a list of threats, we absolutely cannot survive.  A reality of dollars claimed that cannot be deemed in any other way, than to declare “we are slaves”:   because the numbers are so extreme, and delusion “of the rich, or army of diplomas” so complete.  That the federal reserve declares, “roughly $500,000.00 per citizen (babies/ prisoners/ and all), each one in assets.  “You got yours”?  Somebody does claim these numbers SHALL buy your work/ the resources we all need.  YOU CANNOT compete, they stole the value of your assets and life;  claiming it for themselves/ by letting you believe “its debt”.  By simply creating an inflation of numbers, AND NOT letting you share the result: they stole the value of money, and gave it to themselves with numbers.  “The rich” gave themselves “power over you”/ by claiming these numbers have value; thereby reducing you to slaves (you cannot compete), even if you don’t know it yet: the day is coming.  The only question is: will you take their power away, or let them destroy this nation, by creating civil war.  An apocalypse of terror, as every gun tries to defend itself from every other gun:   “Who first, if not the politician, the university, and police for defending them”?  A bloodbath, beyond comprehension/ as each one chooses “I must shoot them before they shoot me”.
The question is then: HOW do we remove these “damn fairy’s (fantasies who say of themselves we are gods) of contempt, and fools of delusion; who live to control, tempt, confuse, and destroy”/ to reestablish life for ourselves?

The answer is, TAKE THE MONEY AWAY (it is already worthless, by the numbers of this reality: worthless is worthless. Believe it or not)!  Or more simply remove their weapon (the money) against us, and take away their tool (the numbers)  to rob, cheat, and abuse us.  If we can eat, drink, and survive: no one can refuse us: and we are “thousands to one”. We are, the people who work, and thereby provide all things.  That begins with a legal tax revolt.  Legal because WE ARE OWED:    REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES, as provided by both state and national constitutional law.  It is a contract between citizen and employee: that has NOT been met!  OUR RIGHT, to exercise our authority as we the people ourselves, IN CHARGE of our employees, in charge of our democracy:  is LEGAL.  Thereby demanding:   that a full investigation shall occur of “government employee activities”, by redress/ a critical examination of the facts shall ensue, by justice/ and then OUR DECISION shall accomplish the meaning of democracy for ourselves: which is, WE THE PEOPLE shall rule ourselves, by the law we create, and the authority we exhibit, and prove! Redress is the answer, because REDRESS IS THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW giving ourselves the final or sovereign authority over our employees.  ALL OF THEM, including presidents and the supreme court.  Thereupon WE THE PEOPLE, truly exists.  Therefrom, the courtroom does not decide/ rather THE CONSTITUTION DOES!  THE CONSTITUTION IS:   our agreement, to be united as a people:  under these terms and conditions, applied to ourselves, and our employees WHO HAVE SWORN to do, what the constitution itself, requires that they do.  The foundation of that authority, the description of that job in AMERICA IS:   the preamble to the US constitution, and its associated documents which brought the people together to demand we shall rule ourselves under these conditions.  Included is:  The declaration of independence, and the bill of rights: are those words, which then did establish a nation, by the blood/ mutilation/ and sacrifice of life, time, body, mind, and family.  Freedom isn’t free!  Because money is a weapon used by those who want power, against us all. And there is an endless line of people who intend to make us their slaves.  Only the law can create peace. A rule merely directs behavior, thereby giving “authority” to someone because of that rule.

Power is control!  Simple as that.  Therefore take away the control, and you take away the power that can be used against you. Taking away the control MEANS: a very small and limited government.  To remove the power of employees in  government:   YOU MUST remove their power to distribute or change the money/ YOU MUST remove their power to change or control the law.  To remove the power of the rich: you MUST remove their ability to control the work, control the resources, control access, or control the weapons of war.  To control war, there is only ONE solution:   to create WORLD LAW, and make the leaders obey it, with proper policing, from every country established as one force that will “go get the leaders/ and BRING THEM TO COURT”.  To be judged by both the law, and their own people.  That is a simple process/ but it will meet considerable resistence: the military is big business, big power, and big money. (they will demand “jobs”/ even if that job is to kill or mutilate: CHOOSE).  Because the only reason most leaders lead, is:   they worship and lust for power, “look at me, I am like a god”.  Let each prove this is wrong by complying with the need for world law, and a world court/ police.  With one language for all.

To control access for ourselves, WE DO require THE FAIR and legitimate opportunity to work for ourselves, and a society built on equality, for the purpose of peace and justice: creates that opportunity.  By NOT allowing colleges to choose for themselves whatever they want to do/ by NOT giving colleges handouts or grants or loans or any other incentive other than: “you get a percentage of the income, provided by your students and the business that hires them. WHEN AND IF, they get a job that is clearly sustained or created by your work as a teacher”.  NO parental payments: it’s a business, based upon what you produce that is accredited or commissioned by your own work.  NO MORE CONTROL over medical awareness, or pharmaceuticals.  We will own the “pills”, we will decide the price. We will teach medical preparedness throughout schooling.  NO MORE cost for patents or copyrights; if you bring us a useable product, we the people shall pay a legitimate and fair compensation to you:   dedicated to our use of the product.  NO more control of leadership positions in human resources, by profiling/ discrimination; “ the assumption; a college degree is better”. Let the workers in every business or industry, over 100 workers;  decide for themselves who leads, in all but the very top positions:  it is their money too, just like its yours.  No more control over the airways or communication channels by any group: we own them ourselves, and choose.
The foundation of every resource is:   FROM NATURE, unless it is your own personal work, and your own personal decision or ability to influence people.  FROM NATURE MEANS:   THIS LITERALLY BELONGS TO US ALL, INCLUDING THE FUTURE OF LIFE ON EARTH: not just you, or this time!  What is fair, understands what reality requires and accepts, what truth identifies as justified.
That brings us to who owns this job!  A job is, the ability to serve yourself, by understanding:   if you want something from me/ then I get something of respectfully equal value, from you.  Nothing more or less.

Something of equal respected value means: that my time, my sacrifice of life and living for your design or desire/ has the same consequence to me as it does to you.  Or more simply “money/ numbers” do not conceive of equality.  Rather life and money are:    Time (we all exist/ express/ or experience, in moments, “for me”), sacrifice (for you, not me), ability or disciplined understanding (I worked for this), the risk to life or limb (if something goes wrong/ I pay dearly), and the reality of putting “up with you” (ain’t everybody, a pleasure to be around).  Consequently when we talk “money” in the future, we talk life and its consequences/ rather than want.  That identifies harmony, and expresses wealth without numbers.

The question of work itself is very simple:   resources are the difference between what can or cannot be done/ plain and simple; for the future as well.  People create a job, because their need, want, or desire forces them to do what can or needs to be done to survive, be free, or be happy.  There is no freedom in debt/ unless the debt pays for itself.  Therefore there is no credit, unless it is clear, that the money is designed to work for society, thereby paying us all back.  Or more simply WE CREATE THE WORK/ resources in nature, belong to ourselves and the future:  as reality and truth allow. No more free rides.  The “rich” have only existed, because men CANNOT control themselves, and would rape every resource even worse than today, without some form of control.  To remove that control of “the rich”/ REQUIRES, that their be a real and critical law; to govern what is fair.  The constant of human behavior is: “I don’t like, all these people anymore”/ let me have trophies instead: to prove I am equal or better than they.  They lied/ cheated/ stole/ used/ abused/ hated/ refused/ and ridiculed me!  A fact that must be dealt with at every stage of learning, from the earliest ability to learn.  SO THAT WE CAN, “become friends”.  The law governs society/ therefore make the law, “work for you”.  What is business?  What is fair?  What is justice?   What is equal?  What is authority?  Who has the right to decide?  What is freedom?  And much more, ARE ALL within our grasp, as WE THE PEOPLE, who rule ourselves.   The question is:   do you respect that reality, and choose that truth for yourselves, or do you not?   Make your decision now, because we are threatened with extermination from the planet:   life is no longer a game/ and nature can no longer support us all, unless we help, and obey the law of respect:  for life first on this earth.
NO MORE making business or industry, “the toy” of wall street casinos.  NO MORE movement of business or industry away from the places which created them: they belong to the people of that place equally, with the so-called owners.  Or more simply, if as an owner you wish to get out/ then do so, but you cannot take the business with you, control it, or sell it to anyone but the people/ the city or state:  who built the business, if they wish to buy.  Therefore stocks are now to be viewed strictly for their ability to participate in profit as a result of actual manufacturing and legitimate product sales.  Stocks are no longer ownership/ they are a means to get a dividend from profits, entitled by production.  Bonds are no longer an investment to anyone who does not participate and understand: YOU WILL pay this debt yourself, by accepting the tax burden it places on each of you: by public vote.  No more “inflated money”/ no more control over debt by politicians/ no more currency that is not directly tied to the population or “gold and silver (something clearly tangible and not easily counterfeited)”.

THESE ARE DECISIONS!  These are the reality of WE THE PEOPLE exercised as authority over ourselves.  Consequently no one can lead you to their result:   its your decision/ its your courage, commitment, and work, your own desire that decides.  Regardless of compensation or reward.  To live as WE THE PEOPLE, demands:   only the law we create, can rule us all.  Not you or me or them:   but united by our agreement, THIS is who we shall be.
