MOTION FOR THE SUBPOENA OF EVIDENCE

 

 

The foundation presented by the city of Gifford is: that 95% compliance with a rule IS NOT enough.  That is the basis of their ticket/ their demand that I pay them money, because the rule lets them extort, and contend:   the state will make him pay,  for us.

The basis and foundation of democracy is: that as a citizen owner here/ in a place where no ruler is allowed to exist, as an authority over us.  THE REALITY OF LAW IS:   that I then have guaranteed rights, to challenge whatever demand is made under the law, with an equal, but opposite demand: PROVE my freedom is LESS THAN/ or subject to your rule.

 

We then begin, in this demand according to the preamble of this state: which is the legally accepted purpose of "government here"/ the foundation upon which we the people have united ourselves and said: this is what we will do.  And require:   all the records of traffic citations from the city of Gifford/ over the last 5 years. TO PROVE:   WHO IS PAYING, for their policing!  Plus all the records of criminal activity over the same; as proof of the value created by this policing.

The elemental reality being:   WE HAVE BEEN ENSLAVED ENOUGH/ and there shall be NO MORE,   "University of IL football stadium, 121 million dollar additions/ plus costs".  So the damn fools, failures, bastards, and shitholes can sit on top of the rest, for 6 fucking afternoons a year: and pretend they are kings or queens or rulers of us all.   WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK/ and nobody, including the city of Gifford gets to abuse us anymore.

 

There will be an accounting.  There will be an assertion of FAIR PLAY.  There will be JUSTICE for the masses.  And we the people of the surrounding area will decide if they can continue with their policing: if they are found to be stealing from us.  Let the people decide.   This subpoena is for the collection of evidence to prove:    Whether the city of Gifford operates in a fair and deliberate manner for justice/ OR they simply assume to extort by the rule, to placate themselves, with a police force that makes the "others" pay.  Or more simply WHO GETS THE TICKET/ was it fair?  Did this police force, make a true difference;   or are they simply "MAKING SOCIETY ANGRY".  Which NEVER leads to a good outcome/ apart from "this must change."
