TRIAL OF LIFE

a MEDIA review; these documents enclosed are called the "trial of life"! These legal filings in US federal court, in Champaign, IL; deserve the title, granted to them by the consequence and the truth of what they represent.

This trial of life is: critically assigned by the tragedy of WTC 9/11 as the fundamental truth assigned by the witness of events which could not be controlled, once they had "reached the point of no return". Therefore the decision of this trial, rests upon world realities, as the witness, and the evidence of a REQUIRED DECISION! Just as the small & simple destructions of "9/11" exist as a clear & certain warning/ the decision of this TRIAL OF LIFE determines the direction "of weapons of mass destruction/ genetic mutilation and extinction/ RESOURCE WAR/ financial devastation and what shall be done/ & MORE. The assumption of catastrophe, the assertion of a distinct decision, the reality of critical understanding & the wisdom necessary to establish PEACEFUL & TRUE actions; expects from you, the decisions which will determine your destiny, and your future!

These are world consequences/ therefore these ARE, "a trial about life, a trial of life, & a trial for life". This statement comes in the knowledge of truth, as it is applied & described in these legal filings. This trial is then, "supported by truth" not as the individuals who shall participate directly: BUT as the reality of descriptions in truth which confront us all, & the definitions which bind us all, in PEACE or in hate. Do NOT "believe"/ investigate, honor the truth, and respect the destiny/ and then choose, or reality WILL choose for you!

The critical destiny described by the trial about life is very simple, 6 billion plus people are too many for the finite resources of this planet. War or more correctly, the extermination of large quantities of the population, will demand use of all weapons of mass destruction & no matter who is left, the world will die. Added to this genetics which are very specifically, " NATURE ITSELF", IS under tremendous attack, across the world: THIS IS YOUR FOOD, YOUR BODY, YOUR PLANET, & YOUR LIFE! Genetics are NOT TOYS, nor are they money or property, genetics are our lives, here on this earth, & it is only a short time before "like dominos, the entire structure, falls down/ who will reassemble it?" Therefore genetics will fail/ humanity will never "stop the destruction"of life itself/ and all life on earth will die: PROVE this cannot happen or stop entirely/ YOU CANNOT, .....! Genetics as a gamble explains simply: "Humans, do not honor their own lives (they flaunt them)/ humanity does not respect their own lives (they sell their lives for riches), their food (for excuses to play god) or their relationships with all other lives (why else would plants or animals be "only money" to so many): humanity is LOST in the games of a focus so small, that the intellect has lost sight of life, and chosen money ( the numbers associated with slavery, the methods associated with beatings, and the purpose explained as "the living dead, we are nothing, therefore they should be nothing too"). If you continue in genetics, the choices you have made will become the future which you bought, & the reality which you have earned: "Do you not say, give me my earnings/ you will indeed by paid in full".

As a world, the list of your needs, is growing daily/ therefore you must understand: a need can only be translated by a sustainable reality, therefore 3 things are most important; (1) RESPECT each other, share the work, share the benefits, & share the food appropriately. (2) HONOR your relationship with life, and protect life, protect the chains of life, & protect your environment. (3) BE HONEST with yourselves and quit lying/ then understand, population control and make the decision to survive: abortion is NOT population control, "it is murder", in the years to come, if you succeed in surviving, it must be the old, NOT the young who shall pay the price, of resource plundering.

To survive 5 truths will be accepted: (1) a single person can create "mass murder" with the weapons created in this day/ an army to fight nations is essentially obsolete/ a "police-force of international authority must be chosen instead".

(2) resource use MUST represent long-term, minimum loss, efficient purpose's for everyone's benefit: greed must then become extinct, or you will.

(3) Life is about living, if you fail to discard selfishness, then know for sure, you have chosen death.

(4) Life is about freedom/ therefore the greatest amount of personal freedom possible is to be applied to society, & kept as an honored right: even if its stupid or essentially wrong, so long as its personal and not infectious to society, such as would create harm to society.

(5) Voting for the IMPORTANT changes or laws themselves, as a society is critical/ you must do this, & protect this right and these decision harshly, against the LIARS who will try to steal it from you.

This trial for life, employs the realities: To be happy is bound by 3 important reasons: I accept my personal freedom and will learn the responsibility of it/ I accept that people (all life, including my own) is the treasure of my life/ I accept that love is a destiny, complimented by the journey, explained by the hope, honored by true friendship, & compounded for good or for bad, by sexual relations. To be happy, accepts the personal duty of providing as necessary, living as promised, & participating when it makes a difference. To be happy Accepts the burden of honesty, and the people who confront you either in the virtues of life, as the integrity of your decision, to be fair/ OR as the liar who needs a lesson, and the methods society has chose to remedy this problem. To be happy, explains: that you are "doing your best" everyday. It does also mean when you are wrong, you shall be forgiven, IF you do repent of all realities which created the problem, and have forgiven all parties including yourself. It is fair, some "costs will still have to be paid".

These words and this trial do outline a battleground, wherein some will say "blessed, & some will say cursed", while other will say simply "they won't believe anything is wrong, the world and everything is just fine". The reality is MUCH SIMPLER than any of these reasons/ you have chosen, the truth which you now face, even if you do not immediately see the consequences/ you have declared "that you are gods" and with impunity and repugnance, you have treated life on earth as a toy, at your disposal. This message therefore comes to you WITHOUT curses or blessings/ without an intrusion, of any kind, except for this warning: IF you cannot recognize the body which gives you life IS A TRUE MIRACLE, if you cannot RESPECT the life inside of you with HONOR, if you refuse to be honest with your situation, your world, & your limits/ THEN you do not deserve any of these.

Therefore the task is set before you: to find your life, to accept your love, and to abandon all that seeks to destroy you, or accept the consequences of your own free will, to choose! There will be NO "second choices, & NO turning back, without the consequence being multiplied. NO mercy shall come/ this is the decision you will make/ this is the opportunity granted to you, & now is the time. Destinies are the relationships which we interpose between mind & soul/ the mind says "I WANT," therefore a method must exist to make this happen! The soul is honor, therefore reality insists upon the dignity and the integrity required by honor, must then exist within you, if only respect will show courage the way. Destiny means, the place where happiness dwells forever, "in my heart". Humanity respects destiny, but people are easily swayed/ the virtue of a treasure conceived and recognized as an environment separated from self, exists as the anchor of the soul/ While the intellect confronts & betrays (by listening to the mind) all those lives where fear controls: To establish want, as the basis of life.

The USA has, "made themselves, the center of world attention/ therefore it is fitting, that this trial and these people will be made directly responsible for the outcome of peace or hatred, before the world". Their current American leadership cries "a preventive action, to prevent a surprise attack, is NECESSARY/ THEREFORE, when understanding occurs, the necessary preventative actions for the world, such as disarmament of weapons of mass destruction, SHALL be led by American actions/ LET THEM PROVE, that they are not merely the terrorists of a another land!" The lesson of "WTC 9/11" IS: even though, "it was just a man with too much money, in a place of poverty & strife, who did attack, with the simple claim of religion! The reality of today is: if you fail to attack poverty & strife & the "man/ woman, with too much money"/ the lesson says "this reality will become a consequence repeated, many times, for there is always a "power hungry leader, and a poverty driven follower, they merely lack an enemy: therefore as time increases, the use and excuse for weapons of mass destruction will become their weapon of choice/ "look at america, they intend to use small nuclear bombs, and grow into the bigger ones, this is the reason you will live or die"! NOT because you must, but because arrogance breeds true hatred, and the use of weapons, means "we. will use them too" History has ended/ meaning the ways of the past CANNOT support your future! The world population grows by nearly 100 MILLION MORE, EACH YEAR! Genetics WILL cause your extinction if you fail to understand. One "atomic or biological suitcase bomb" in the hands of a single man or woman, & the whole world is at war/ RESOURCES DESTROYED and you are nothing, but the "skeletons of life, facing death, in a sea of misery" without mercy or escape. RESPECT/ REALITY/ & TRUTH IS THE DEMAND: Choose it or die, by your very own hands!

Survival is the critical question of time. Survival is the development of situations and opportunities capable of transferring energy to the mass of your body as is necessary to sustain it. Survival means: the acceptance of relationships as they are, when necessary/ and the establishment of suitable choices as they become apparent. Truth applies leadership & work provides a finite authority. Survival then asks: how much do you want to live? Therefore it is the expression & experience of happiness that produces the will to live. If you have not been happy in your life, hardship will kill you.

The question of survival is then refined by the understanding of happiness, NOT by any association of rules/ but a clear acceptance of basic need, and the knowledge required to honor that need. Survival initiates breakdowns of the various facets of rules, which have chained people to "their position" in society. Therefore as economies change societies will become "traumatized" by the assertion , that security & our slaves, have abandoned us: what can we do? Most societies (government & the wealthy) immediately attempt to control by whatever force is possible. If money has lost its value, then food, water, sex, shelter, or clothes, will be "the trinkets of temptation" (when there are options, these are then not considered needs beyond basic realities). If these fail, then by death, it is reasoned that some of the slaves will surrender (the poor are slaves, when their rights are sold, and their lives are discarded).

The question is: how can this be avoided?

The answer begins as : it is necessary to destroy the tiers of civilization and apply equality to each one! Society exists in its various levels, because "the thieves" have always been lurking in the shadows, waiting/ therefore armies were built, & policemen demanded. This left some in charge of others/ this gave power to a few/ this demanded money, therefore a few were given charge to collect it/ & this divided the people into "rulers & the ruled over". The question is: how do we survive without the "chains" used to protect us from these predators? The answer is found "in sharing nearly all things". Simply community owned property; so that to steal means to steal from all not just one. Social acceptance is based upon the GUARANTEE: we do care about your needs & we will help you in your endeavors/ BUT you must also do your share to help us. There shall always be those whose needs are greater/ there will always be those who give more & others who give little & must be forced: humanity will never be perfect. What is intrinsically important is HAPPINESS, for a happy society survives & finds hope. Happiness does find a way to include everyone, no exceptions.

This is the basic situation in most societies already, the problems erupt when greed, lust, & want consume FAIRNESS and the reality becomes " a battleground of how to control each other, and still remain at peace.

Peace is: the basic truth, surrounded by fundamental honesty.

Therefore, whatsoever is held sacred as a protected truth, of basic rights & guarantees to all citizens is the foundation upon which each society is secured. The fundamental honesty that supports & sustains these truth by laws & by the public support, establishes PEACE, by the freedoms & securities of a happy society. This protection of truth, as rights & guarantees of individual freedoms in america HAS been sold: "to the ideas of, find work for the people at ANY price, even if its war/ there ARE too many people & we must control them, effectively/ & a law is the tool of the rich & powerful, therefore politicians must be bought, and judges coerced to stamp out justice, and replace it with controls and a fundamental disregard for life itself. The fundamental honesty which protects against these things has been corrupted by the flagrant disregard of individual needs, which then allow people to be "cast aside, or discarded"/ by the WANT, in its extreme demand to "look at me, look at me, look at me", while all others are merely "a window dressing to your life"/ and the association of distrust compiled from the evidence against life itself, that has commandeered happiness & invaded hope to become, "get it NOW, before we all die".

To return to peace & happiness, these threats MUST all be defeated entirely! Therefore this trial exists as your opportunity to apply simple understanding & choose between life & happiness/ OR to continue "down the road, toward complete corruption, and its result, your death". This is NOT a hard choice/ BUT IT DOES, require you to "assassinate" your own PERSONAL want, and give back to society, a relationship shared, because you have chosen to care! YOU DO know how to do this!

If you do choose life, the next reality is limits, as have been described for you. The earth itself IS LIMITED, therefore the reason WHY, you must do this, is NOT open for discussion/ nor is it possible to change your mind without severe repercussions. YOU have already "killed" many future generations, with your greed, lust, and uncontrolled consumption/ and you WILL take responsibility for the other generations to follow. IF you do not, then this is a "disaster" which you have created, & judgment says: IF you refuse to stop/ then it is you, who must pay!

These simple realities do not describe hardship & pain for you/ whatsoever you must endure of that/ YOU DID to yourselves. These words establish RESPECT for humanity and provide the NECESSARY means to continue as humans, graciously existing in time. It is your choice, each one/ if the true majority accept life, and the changes necessary, then you shall NOT be defeated! However, if the true majority does choose SELFISHNESS & the destinies of hate/ then NOTHING in heaven or on earth can save humanity, YOU WILL become extinct & this planet either die, or cease to exist.

We DO "live in a world of broken dreams", reality says no, but many say "I will do this anyway, even if it's a lie or only a dream.". The transgression of a dream, or the reality of confronting truth, and demanding a different answer/ becomes the same decision: BOTH allow "the lie", to lead you. In a dream, the question is not why, rather the reality is "how much, do you want this"/ the consequence predicts an occurrence in life, wherein what is delusional, seems real. In reality the consequence allows fantasy, to display what is real, by the "lies of a crippled mind". The fundamental occurrence of a delusion, does NOT exist, it is "manufactured as a toy", & emotion produces the game. The game is simple: how can the others, "be made to play this game with me"? The answer expresses excitement as the gateway beyond discipline, & feelings as the method beyond order. Emotion thereby changes or seeks to change the relationships of human understanding by altering a mental condition of fear, into a destination explained as "you are god". The critical decision: accept your life, and your pain or death/ anticipates rebellion and then measures the possibility of "playing god" as a relationship of the order that you can change. Discipline states "if you are god/ then RULES shall be made; if you are god/ then lives shall obey." The critical LIE therefore exists within your ability to conceive a variation to the truth, disguised as "a reason for others to believe". The critical descent occurs when you begin to accept "you are god".

HELL explains: the distance between a truth, and a lie, consists of a measurement expressed as "just beyond the next tragedy/ yet infinite, by the reality of an alternate dimension than truth (a place never reached)/ because truth can never be found."

The question presented is then: exactly how important is truth? The reality or "the illusion, if you prefer" of hell above/ depicts truth as the TREASURE that must be attained. In our daily lives, truth dictates EVERYTHING we DO depend upon to live, to love, to survive, & to be happy. Truth therefore sustains us & gives us hope, establishing honor in that hope, & leads us into the dignity of an honest relationship, with the integrity and value of our lives. Truth "feeds us, heals us, and participates as the TRUE FRIEND of our lives. Truth examines our soul, and gives us the opportunity of renewal, repentance, eternity, & joy.

The reality of human life explains boredom as the single crucial element in the associations of delusions, fantasies, & lies. Therefore boredom (the assumption & then demand/ that someone or something should entertain you) is the precipitator of critical measurements of life! It is here, that lives are measured, & given "levels of use, to me"; it is boredom which establishes other life, "as merely a toy". The foundation of a lie explains: when truth has been discarded, there is no leader/ therefore "I" am free, "I" will be leader, "I" will make my own rules, & "I" am god here!

The question presented by hell, is NOT "what will be done to you". The question of hell is: "without truth, what is left for you?" the human expectation is "anything I want/ I will take whatever I like".

The assertion of truth applies: critical reality to this delusion & asks, "if nothing exists but a lie, how then will you take anything?" The assertion of truth demands: critical reality expresses this fantasy, as the illusion of an image suggesting authority, but as a fact, it is an image of the mind and has no power at all. The assertion of truth explains: critical reality controls by truth/ therefore every lie that exists confronts reality, by the measure of its authority: because lies have NO authority at all, some type of truth, must be disguised to present an image of value, therefore a lie "lives" in the presentation of a fear. Fears explain, the basic human experience of "I don't know/ I don't understand/ & I am stupid (in this matter)". Fear uses these doubts or this reality as the fuel to destroy basic trust/ & establish critical need. Critical need says: the grave awaits all who fail, because your predator will come.

These are NOT small or insignificant truths. Rather these do establish many human relationships by the interactions of fear & fantasy to produce lies, distrust, & destruction. The KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, WISDOM, & BASIC TRUST IN TRUTH, therefore establish society & humanity as individual lives. Lies control & the need for power is based upon delusions of grandeur, the intent of selfishness, which is to consume before the other "have a chance to share", or the illusion of a "defined enemy" rather than an honest appraisal. Truth does NOT command/ truth instructs, and therefore gains compliance by the accomplishment of peace. Truth establishes "leadership" NOT by human identities/ but as relationship honor justice, and life responds. The destiny of truth is eternal (it is irrelevant, if any human "comes along") truth ALWAYS remains the same/ therefore to occupy the identity of truth, you MUST also be truth!

Throughout history: eternity has been called a delusion or fantasy or lie, by MANY/ truth is however NOT determined by the human mind, truth is defended by the human reality. Death has described eternity, by the measurement & values of the human body/ truth is determined by its participation in the event or reality, therefore an understanding of life, in the human body, develops the creation of its truth. The trial for life, assigns its creation as the beginning knowledge of our fundamental dimension as truth, & asserts the ascension of wisdom as thought, gives us the right, to investigate life itself. The questions of truth as applied to the trial of life, (the rest) agree: reality shall be confronted & shaped by whether selfishness or love, determines the outcome/ either way, "history as the repetition of very similar mistakes, is over, because we as humanity, by sheer numbers ARE now in control of the environment called earth/ WHAT WE CHOOSE: determines our destinies, our futures, & all life on earth.

Billions WILL "cry out, NO"/ because selfishness rules today. Billions will "demand yes" because they do understand the consequence of being wrong. Therefore the question presented here is: DO YOU "want to live, or do you wish to die?" In these SIMPLE words, by the establishment of truth/ you SHALL WITNESS, destiny for the earth unfold. There will be "an instantaneous poverty of spirit/ because fear, will intervene. THEN, in the reality of knowledge, the destiny called understanding shall be chosen/ and life shall decide for itself!

These are NOT "questions of degree"/ rather it is true, "like a predator in waiting, if YOU fail to recognize the signs of danger, then you shall fall victim to the destruction, demise, destitution, & then eternal hole, of a situation wherein there is NO ESCAPE, NO MERCY, & NO possibility to survive.

Reality is relentless, & truth doesn't care! By your own decision, you will live or die. Therefore, "the delusion & shared fantasy of a lie, that suggests ANY human being can spew disrespect Upon THE CREATOR OR HIS SON

merely supports "the battle-cry" of YOU against THE CREATOR of all the Universe is, and will ever be! HOW can you be so STUPID? The question is not; do you believe/ the reality is, WHERE will you flee or hide?

The experience of being human is: a relationship conceived with time, therefore the end of time, "seems as if a promise has been broken"/ truth says; life is the relationship we BUILD, "in the answers of our heart". The marriage of truth & love inside, create our destiny & time gives to each one, "the moments we breathed a soul, into the arms of eternity".

We ARE, VERY many people living in a lonely world, distinct in our expressions of life, as if life itself surrendered to the measurements of a cold & cruel world/ LOVE alone, teaches the existence of true freedoms, & SPIRIT explains

[life is the desire to encounter destiny as FRIEND & the journey as JOY. We are to encounter thought as that destiny/ GOD AS FRIEND/ & LIFE itself as the love of unbounded freedom and the joy, of family without measure. LIFE thereby comes to express an experience displayed in the existence of energy, as the intensity of our soul.] Time displays the energy of our bodies, therefore when the body dies "the display of life ends". The intensity of SOUL explains: the destiny of true friendship ascends from the participation's in hope, to the beauty of a "world" dedicated to LOVE, as the experience of life itself! LIFE is then [the encounter with energy that confronts discipline and reaches for order/ LIFE IS then, the relationship CREATED in the balance of a destiny without fear.

TRUTH KNOWS THE TRUTH!

The writings are done in word 97/ wordperfect 9/ & works 2000/ some were translated from other formats & neither format could translate them all correctly. Therefore a mixture exists. The floppy disk contains the "trial for life" (for the sake of the world) & the file "link" written in "notepad or text; an old format considered to be translated by most computer programs" (so that an overview is possible in many formats) & the dentist trial (what will fit): " this trial is the precipitator establishing critical review of a FAILING court system/ from the US supreme court on down." And does expect the court system itself, as well as its judges and lawyers to be on trial themselves/ before the people of America and the world.

The clear & certain intent is then to claim the 1^st amendment redress of grievance clause within the constitution, & thereby establish a significant increase in public democracy as indicated, within the confines of constitutional rule. As this is the MOST appropriate method for confronting all the problems declared, as significant in the battle for sustaining life of earth. Then with the truth declared, or the lie accepted, we will change the world: For better or for worse!
