A TRIAL OF CRITICAL DEFINITIONS

The references & the words used to demonstrate the fundamental differences between an agreed upon constitution and the officials of government, which give that constitution its place among us. Formed by this trial is the critical experience needed, of respect, for the average and common citizen. The lack of respect, for this citizen, assembles in this lawsuit a complete disregard for duty as applied within the concepts of truth & justice and as a consequence DO represent the "common citizen" and his/ her relationship to the true american reality. The assertion of this trial is then simply PROVE, that we are not betrayed, (not in the simple matters of form & function) but by the intervention of human greed and power. WHERE is our respect, WHERE is our honor as the true rulers of america?

The essential wisdom of fundamental foundations such as a constitution, IS as a method of renewal, "a purpose applied as the 1^st amendment redress of grievances". Foundations are then capable of refining the measurement of our influence as "WE THE PEOPLE", as an authority, and not simply the slave of an official. The critical conception is not one of rebellion either as an official or a citizen/ but the placement of truth, justice, and the honorable respect for our lives, our needs, and our relationship to this the environment of our lives. The consequence, WE ARE ALL EQUAL!

These remarks and situations must be understood in the context of each presentation of evidence, as the clear & deliberate method of enlarging SIMPLE issues into complex and REAL questions of value and right. NO temptations were given, merely questions asked, and manners NOT uncommon to this people used. The official chose of his or her own integrity, and are displayed herein, as the words and actions they chose to use. These findings do then support & defend the constitutional discrepancy between relevant fact and fiction and assign reality to comprehensible discovery.

The participation in these trials and its disclosure of evidence has been by my own choice (different avenues were available)/ HOWEVER the duty is inherent, where life or death await the outcome of very specific decisions. At a minimum DUTY demands the very simple assertion "you MUST consider the reality of these your own, or your governments own actions/ within the truth of a composite relationship of credible consequences"! The freedom to choose, among all humanity, does not allow more intervention than this/ if the majority wants it, the decision is made. Therefore this lawsuit does represent my only requirement, if you fail/ then you fail. This lawsuit does represent your opportunity to learn and choose better. ONLY fundamental truth in you and in society, shall decide. The question is "what & who is real"?

NO allowance is made to the court! NO alternative is given but trial. As it is true today, "if you do the crime, establish the consequence, you can be dragged into court and punished". The court, the official, the constitution, and me are herein joined, and a resolution IS to be made. This is an occurrence of justice, & truth is being sought, a need has been demonstrated and shown in irrevocable evidence. By law, it is the constitution which shall choose between us/ but only if the judiciary has ANY respect left, for the democracy which created it. This is not a matter of perfection/ this is a truth of the complacency of a government without answers in search of an easy way out. Power is a mask, used to hide or keep hidden, a fundamental personal or institutional failure.

The critical application of circumstances in the development of "a traitorous act", by the government, as it is directly conceived within the realities of weapons of mass destruction/ genetic mutilation/ resource depletion/ antibiotic massacre/ and the simple economic rape of the unborn, and young, and unsuspecting; allows the words and statements herein to be serious/Thereby becoming the truth of this lawsuit as designed by the Declaration of Independence "But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to ….provide new guards for their future security". Therefore they represent NOT a wish, BUT a right, & a fact, that cannot be avoided. These definitions then hold significant consequences for the world itself/ therefore "the world is invited to participate, and inquire of the American citizen & the American government: who are you truly?" These consequences are reviewed in accordance with Justice and its companion Fair Play. The trial centers upon a single individual, and builds case by case, into a clear & literal search, confronting the judicial system of the USA, with the single truth: you must decide, in this specific case, what is honor, respect, courage, & duty to you! By clear and certain meanings and demonstrated honor. The media is invited, when the trial begins, or as it extends to fundamental betrayal in the desertion of duty by the court/ but the media is also known to be controlled by "the money", and may thereby simply choose to hide, or bow down to the pressure of the job, versus the honesty of a true need.

The search for an honorable media, identified by the search for truth; the honesty of critical participation as "the protection of a true democracy"; the honor allowed & created by enjoining life with liberty/ more simply, the examination of freedoms by the price we have paid or will pay for this action and for this purpose/ before the true debt surrounds us. It is not who does listen, the words have become an instrument that can change your destiny, not mine. Which simply means, a CHOICE has been created for you.

The truth of the day, exists in the human experience "what can or could I do"? It is the media in every phase, that signals social possibilities. It is the media of every type that produces social opportunities. It is the media that participates in the fundamental creation of a society at peace, and in harmony with itself, and the world.

This is the job you chose "as protectors of society", therefore it is a duty to you; an honor or dishonor as time will reveal. The design of wealth is to encompass and defeat many, so that you will have more/ the design of honor & respect is explained within the presence of responsibility, to achieve and defend equality, to expect and identify integrity, and the virtue of an "open heart", & to refine the existence of love, as the moments and the miracle of life itself. Freedom is the opportunity; liberty the possibility, realized at its cost; and LIFE is the expression of a journey beyond this moment as the destiny of our "hearts", the courage of our souls, and the environment which sustains us.

It is an essential knowledge, that wisdom is not free/ it is a truth that humility comes first! Pride exists to exclude the others! Pride exists to hide from sharing or caring or love.

It is the refinement of common order/ the blessing of an honor, that allows questions to be asked and decisions to be made. WE ARE LOVED, if it were not so: NO question & NO decision would exist; the end would simply come! Therefore remember the simple words, LIFE is the foundation, HOPE is the courage of HAPPINESS, and LOVE is the expression of honesty as it ascends from time. Explained by thought, these are encompassed by an environment that knows only peace, and becomes exclaimed as the joy of true family: WE ARE HOME, because we know we are welcome here.

The world expects little from love, and they receive exactly that. May you learn the reality of "mass & energy, confined in time by life": simply this is "the moments of destiny, called the journey of your soul!

DO look for your "heart" ( the place inside which decides how much you will pay for your right to choose), in the presence of bravery, you may find the "treasure" that miracles become. Do look for your mind, in the experiences called trust; these are created in the existence of a reality led by truth, as the recognition of an energy that exists in order & discipline; if it is art, then it does exist as a harmony, and a beauty of design, and an integration of form and function. The body assigns demands to be met, but the soul gives life.

The decision involved in the fundamental reality of this lawsuit is in part, the genetic mutilation of nature/ humanity is warring against nature! Truth says: a genetic structure (DNA/RNA) so complex that it creates life, MUST communicate with itself. If it fails in this, then NOTHING can be achieved/ look at your own construction methods, and building efforts; if every trade, every worker just does the job without regard for an orderly progression of the work/ then whatever is being built, shall NEVER find its completion. [if the roof is finished before the walls, the concrete poured after the house is built, the wiring and plumbing inserted or just laid on the ground before the building is up, and so on/ every life is built with an absolute need to recognize what is being done, what needs to be done NOW, and what has been done, and so on]. humanity knows NOTHING! The complexity of genetic structure is being CRUCIFIED! STOP THEM OR DIE. Do remember also, genetic structure is merely the "blueprints" it does not build/ like an architectural plan, it is useless which the builder, the materials, and the will to make this happen.

DO you understand: when genetics fail completely or at ANY critical juncture, or the chain of life or its food chain is BROKEN/ then it is TOO LATE, you will die. Therefore, the truth is that we are all alive on this earth, that we do all extend from the very same creation, that we do all experience love & life in extremely similar ways/ and as a consequence to this, the religions of the world ARE very similar. CHRISTIANITY provides a "better foundation", to expand the definitions called eternity. Even so, it is not "the religion" (NOT any of them) which provides the opportunity to experience or refine your own spirit/ this spirit is the existence of an invitation inside. Instead, because a religion represents humanities rules & moralities/ it is better understood, that to depart from the human structures, and journey into miracles, you MUST BELIEVE and TRUST, with your SOUL. This is the place you and your CREATOR, build together/ this is the place where destiny is defined, and the journey is sealed. JESUS IS BOTH GUIDE AND DOOR, to the inner sanctum, of love and respect, these are the only possibilities of order, that recognize discipline, and without discipline the environment of energy will destroy, all who carelessly enter within/ this is eternity (for without energy, there is no life).

Be brave and accept each other, without compromising religions (EVERYONE does have a right to choose)/ because without each other it is certain you will fail to protect the life you now have/ fight for your lives NOT your opinions, NOT your moralities & rules, NOT for anything but the right to remain alive, in truth, peace, & love! IF, you wait until you are completely desperate, it is too late.

There are always those whose selfishness & gluttony preclude them from recognizing the miracle of life. Therefore these cannot perceive of eternity, because they have deceived themselves/ simply ignore them. Instead for you, remember simply, "that energy cannot die, it is merely transformed", your life is as energy, your time here on earth is as mass. Eternity is life encompassed by energy, experienced as THOUGHT (which DID precede genetic structure, because order & discipline, ARE NOT random). They ARE identified by harmony, as the extension of your own soul, within the family of GOD!

These descriptions are so simple, they do not warrant critical acceptance/ rather the complexities of thought, the universe, and THE GLORY OF GOD simply cannot be put into words!

Believe or do not, BUT DO understand, you are loved, you are invited, & you are choosing eternity, and the destiny of this world!

If you are inclined read proverbs 3 and understand you MUST proceed in honesty, truth, and thought, because anything less will defeat you.

This assertion of knowledge is limited to the words themselves, I do not take credit/ rather they are a gift to us all. Therefore understand the simplicity of the words: whatsoever truth or fault you find in these words, it is neither my right, my intent, nor my duty to defend, or accept credit/ YOU MUST decide for yourself.

Discipline allows only the definitions important to the consequence, this is assigned and accepted when the justification of that consequence becomes the critical relationships between life & death. These words, created by this lawsuit, and its fundamental demands, are then a true matter of discipline, as they are not established by less than the consequence called life or death. Are you disciplined enough to accept the importance of your role in this? If not, then the world will die, because you are needed/ every one. THIS DOES MEAN YOU, whether you live on the street or in the mansion or are sick or whatever/ YOU ARE NEEDED. Demand truth shall rule, and honor decide through the reality of honest respect.

Balance allows, that while discipline must rule; LOVE prefers the destination created by truth, that we are all true miracles! Embodied not simply by a fate which we cannot choose/ nor imprisoned by a body which must survive; but honored by the simple and true existence of choices. Loneliness is the single most destructive force in humanity. Loneliness explains simply "I have no one", therefore how can I be someone? Loneliness thereby means: to be respected is the purpose applied to loneliness/ to be loved is the desire initiated by loneliness. To be "capable in thought, as the message of every soul" cherishes the journey. This is the benefit of loneliness, & it exceeds its price. "Refined by the human experience we are created within a world which does respect us (EVERY life form exists with awe, that you and I are human/ this is not a statement of invulnerability, the is a reality of true choices, and the fact that we do make them). The LOVE OF GOD seeks us every one, and answers desire, with knowledge & friendship. JESUS IS THE MESSAGE OF LIFE: that we are so valued, that we are so loved, that we are worthy, if we simply accept the value, that we truly have been shown that we are! You are NOT judge/ believe and you will be accepted!

Thought is the reality of transformation, it is the vehicle destined to complete the journey of life/ thought then (NOT as a mental or intellectual existence)

transcends the boundaries described by loneliness to become immersed as family in an environment conceived without moments, therefore an environment without corruption.

The words of this lawsuit, directs your attention to the realities we face/ the true purpose of these words, by the ascension of its evidence, is allowed to direct your attention to life itself. NOT by the measure of words, but by the soul within yourself. Life is a gift of immeasurable worth, NOTHING on earth or in the universe compares with life. YOU ARE IN POSSESSION of a treasure exceeding every human devise or plan or possibility/ YOU are "rich" beyond you wildest imaginings! RECEIVE YOUR BLESSING!

The struggles of the human world need not remain a burden. They are only decisions based upon conflict and the intense desire of , "I want to be somebody". TRUE LIFE accepts the relationship of existence confined by thought, and anticipates the honor of being free. Here thought participates as the inner boundaries of our human existence and asks: WILL you come with me? Your own identity answers this question, your own life as the gift you have received as life, JOINS or surrenders according to the decisions you have made.

The reality now becomes "who are you, why are you, what would you do, where do you truly desire to participate, & when you are given LIFE do you desire to accept HARMONY as the destination of your true desire? These are NOT simple questions/ they ARE, the eternity of your soul.

Do not be deceived by descriptions of "an eternal body, the very body you inhabit now" it shall not be so/ Do not be deceived by the definitions of a world like this one, it shall not be so/ instead understand the laws of the universe shall be met, they will determine, and you shall receive, much more: BECAUSE YOU ARE LIFE.

The reality of a life in harmony, with all other life here on earth means: that life and not possessions will be allowed its true position, as MOST IMPORTANT ALWAYS! That because of population & resource realities, possessions will be shared & society molded accordingly. That time is fundamentally your blessing & instead of "being bored, or searching to be entertained" you MUST participate in time, as if it were your true friend & companion. Time is the essence of your existence/ appreciate this truth.

The critical reality of action/ reaction identifies a desire to "see & be seen as motion". This in turn correlates a series of events which conceives of the relationship between predator & prey. Therefore base human interactions DO demonstrate a VERY primitive motive: to establish superiority.

The critical reality of HARMONY is the abandonment of superiority and action/ reaction: and then Identify and participate in BUILDING a life which honors HAPPINESS, encompasses LOVE as the basis of interaction, and illustrates truth as the only RULER required. This is a broad and significant change from behaviors to wisdom. DO NOT fear, "you may not be smart enough"! If you simply allow honesty to be your guide, YOU ARE more than adequate to participate in this life.

Truth says; 6 billion people shall not survive "predator/ prey definitions". Because 6 billion people will destroy each other instead OR they will live in harmony as a relationship to their facts, and appreciate their ally PEACE. Peace demands harmony, therefore the true question is: DO YOU RESPECT YOUR LIFE?
