TO THE POLICE, having jurisdiction.

This copy of the lawsuit enclosed, filed in federal court, is for your basic reference. The matters involved DO have consequences, and because the judiciary has NOT proven trustworthy, I am informing you directly, that there may be NO misunderstandings between us. THE LAW IS ON DISPLAY HERE, the performance of duty IS being decided here, the critical and inherent rights of a citizen are demanded here: and I may or may not tolerate UNREASONABLE actions against me, this is not a "rebellion rather, it is intended to be FAIR PLAY, & therefore THE LAW AND JUSTICE SHALL DECIDE, not necessarily the judge. That means the prejudice and betrayal of justice, as may occur, is yours to defend against, exactly the same, as it is my duty to present these matters. Therefore be aware: "a judge has NO say, the LAW DECIDES THROUGH JUSTICE & FAIR PLAY! A judge exists as the mediator between law and justice, they hold not a true power, merely the exercise of honesty and honor OR the treason of bigotry and prejudice and pride.

While I have no personal interest in any that would approach me/ let them come! It is still possible that those who are people I do know, may be in jeopardy due to my actions. You will kindly be respectful of their needs

It is clear, the reality of other lives, also touch mine. The consequence of this lawsuit is a direct confrontation with ALL those who choose power, or hatred, or greed & selfishness. Therefore the truth allows some small danger exists for each one I know. Reality has determined, that this is UN-avoidable/ therefore it is the price. TRUTH SAYS: there is no choice, because life itself, for the whole world is at stake. "I, am NOT, your savior/ rather this by its truth and the evidence displayed herein is a duty, that simply cannot be discharged or changed. Therefore be it known & VERY SURE, / there are NO other resolutions, NO other truths that can change the direction of this SIMPLE reality, "that need has created a choice, just as failure has demanded the choice.

To be clear: at least 200 individual copies of the complete lawsuit. WILL be mailed on the day, this lawsuit is filed. A web site will be posted quickly and will contain the case #05-2038. These and further efforts are intended to generate sufficient testimony, such that whether I live or die or "whatever"; the opportunity provided SHALL NOT fail, to give life its chance to survive. If you think 200 or more is not enough/ then I will tell you in truth, that even 2 million would be no better.

Either way if YOU feel more would be better, then please by all means "deliver them", as best you can.

The truth of this case is about the people of the nation and even the world, not me! I am only a messenger, BUT to the court, and those litigants in trials to come as identified herein, I am the plaintiff.

The truth of the court is no matter how correct and constitutional this lawsuit is/ it IS extremely unlikely that the court will accept it. They will throw it out without comment immediately/ EVEN THOUGH, THEY LEGALLY HAVE NO RIGHT! Only public participation can change this as a fact.

Therefore I say to you, as the enforcement officers of legally sustainable constitutional rights, that it is your duty to support this court effort, by the demands of oath, by the demands of ethical conduct, by the demands of evidence, and by the demands of the people as applied to you by the constitution. The judge is merely a human, with a job to do/ if he or she refuses that job/ if he or she breaks the constitutional demands of that job/ if he or she simply "shits on the fundamental truths defined as the American people": THEN it is your job to arrest that judge (all involved) for the treason, that they have indeed committed. I do not say this lightly, your job is to protect the constitution/ my job as a citizen, is "to fight for the survival of the nation and the world, as is yours". Whether you agree or not, it is my right to demand: "let the evidence decide, not simply the judge".
