THE TRIAL OF LIFE

This is the quest for survival of the human race/it is not a description of fears, intended to steer you or tempt you into patterns of behavior. Instead the request established to you the reader, is simple: IS THIS SUFFICIENT TO INVESTIGATE, for the purpose of life.

Some will ridicule such a statement, as overly dramatic, completely errant and abusive, etc. The reality is instead, a dramatic relationship has occurred between "the things which can kill the world, almost immediately" and a composition of humanity which now believes, the possibility for extinction could occur. Therefore the quest applied to learning defends the simple statement: We must not be wrong! The consequence of such a decision is to create a forum for public discussion, and therein allow for national and international decisions. Such is the nature of this lawsuit.

This information represented as the trial of life, explains the parameters of consequence & fraud, as the descriptions of inherently BAD judgment. These exist from institutional greed and common thirst for power, and DO express the exceptional disregard for truth, for reality, for sanctity of life, & HAVE become a very severe threat of extinction for the human race, and all life. The extreme drama, of destruction or life, as is defined herein develops as the fundamental expressions of basic desire: are you prepared to be wrong/ and its companion, will you use your abilities to distinguish honesty?

The defense for these decisions which now threaten to destroy us, will rely upon the power to control and manipulate comprehension by producing "the very tiny focuses of specific institutions who declare themselves to be experts/ they will declare the pride of a degree, gives them the right/ they will expect a governmental office bought with illicit promises, to be their guarantee of power/ & they WILL present to you (the public) the very core of your fears, "you have everything to lose"! THESE WILL BE & ARE LIES.

The prosecution of these criminal acts, WILL rely upon TRUTH, REALITY, and the sanctity of life, to achieve an UNDERSTANDING capable of influence, and thereby "let the individual achieve knowledge, and comprehend freedom & the equality of life". Therefore comprehension is BASED upon the expansion of miracles, as the presence of HONOR, and the bulwark of HAPPINESS: this becomes an entitlement, to the destinies of life, as they describe an experience called JOY.

Therefore trial begins in the development of an understanding and proceeds without rules or cause as demanded under the disguise of american justice. This alteration from procedural rules stands as the demand for ORDER AND DISCIPLINE, to dictate the meaning of truth, and apply it to the understanding and compliance called justice. This departure from the "frivolous & hateful" methods of the court, DO contribute critical failure, to the "last defense of organized american government/ the court system". In this definition/ accusation, the court system itself and in particular the United States supreme court, becomes a true and proper defendant, of this trial: they are to answer as a criminal on trial. As a consequence, although set within the parameters of a courtroom [OWNED BY THE PUBLIC CITIZEN, ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION], the people do become judge & jury, and they shall own, the final decision. DO NOT be proud of your position as judge/ FEAR IT, because if you are less than honest/ or less than honorable/ then the full weight of their guilt shall rest upon you. YOU are the true and last defense, for the purpose of your life, these are about human impacts & human decisions & human fears & human wants/ your role as judge, is: to learn the truth, and defend life, and then conceive justice as the benefit for us all/ and your decision MATTERS.

These are the boundaries of trial, and you are the participant of value. Life or Death is "in your heart and hands", by the decisions you make, you are to become "as a light unto the world/ by your presence of truth" / OR you SHALL extinguish the definition of humanity from the planet & the universe.

THIS IS "the work, assigned to you"!

The duty presented to you

IS shared equally in the separated concepts of a trial of life, which is about the physical definitions capable of causing extinction, and the trial for life, which EQUALS the trial of life, by confronting the various mental complexities of behavior and is associations with purpose & reason. These ARE in effect, the SAME TRIAL, because the reality is equal to the cause which brings it: BOTH must be confronted, BOTH must be investigated, and either thought as the truth embraced by life, OR reaction, as the escalating fears of life will, ultimately decide the outcome of your destiny.

In the development of thought, question and their answers, RESPECT the values of individuality, and justify the BASIC relationship conceived by time & illustrated by life. For the purpose of debate, sections are developed to test the "structure of social beliefs" and thereby separate the rules, applied to you, from the facts actually believed by you. This purpose is simply, to increase your own independence. From here, the consequence & contrast of justice as honor, is "tested in your ears & eyes" to distinguish the limits you have applied to your existence, and the developments assembled by you, either to damage equality or protect it. The HONOR of your life, the intensity of your soul, and the questions which divide life from life: by the experience of hope, enters as the expansion of respect/ to separate one from the other, that the decision made may be true & distinct. YOU ARE to find in the words, HAPPINESS; if hope lives in you! YOU ARE, to recognize the opportunity for happiness, if hope resides as only a glimmer, in you! YOU ARE, to assemble the reality and define the truth and REPENT/ that you may receive hope, if it does not exist within you!

YOU will bear in mind, these judges represent current society/ all the things they do, so do you! Therefore in true terms the assessment of social responsibility demands change in society, as the beginning/ but courtroom change, as the guide.

In summation, selfishness & fear, by their physical identities of want & pride, have not changed since the beginning of humanity until this very day. This assertion is supported by the bible and other historical books & facts/ HOWEVER our physical relationship with each other, and with this planet HAVE CHANGED. Humanity has claimed the opportunity to intervene in order & function, thereby adding substance to their claim "that they are gods". This reality EXCEEDS your abilities; as is clearly evidenced by this trial. The questions and this warning, are therefore sent to you: DO YOU, desire your life? DO YOU, ACCEPT RESPECT? OR, will you die.

Final warning is given: that you shall NOT, lie deceive, tempt, or overthrow! WHATSOEVER IS TRUE, for the majority, decides!

The question of humanity is not so complex, that it needs a translation: 4 things determine reality as a society: pride (a game of winners & losers/ because you must make someone else a loser, for you to be the winner: it is you that demands strife and unhappiness), want (a decision called "I don't care about the others, not even their lives/ I WANT". This reality creates war and hatred, and revenge, and you cause it), work (the decisions which allow freedom, responsibility, & sexual destinies/ applies your own requests, to the expression of generations), & love, which is the honesty of a relationship wherein honor, & the experiences created as hope do live. These 4 represent the basic choices of human civilization/ these are NOT reduced by any of the formations of violence, hatred, or revenge; HOWEVER, WHEN FEAR ARISES, thought ends, & reaction controls. Therefore the outcome of significant conflict, measures FEAR, and strips all relationships into "the naked truth" of fundamental honor or dishonor/ and the result expresses destiny [for good, or for bad].

It is common human experience to disregard life, beyond the experience of excitement, the so_called pleasure of reaction, & the consequence of emotion/ these do not build relationships, therefore LONELINESS expands into the destinies of the grave. LIFE IS NOT SMALL, nor insignificant! The expression of life is FREEDOM, but freedom has its price/ and failure to RESPECT this, ends as conflict. While it is common for the masses to be instructed "to view your own grave, as your ending"/ life says, that freedom is a truth that can never be measured, as time. Truth says: critical to any life destiny is the direction, which your truth reveals. When time ends, destiny is defined as the relationship you have chosen. Time is to the body as life is to the soul/ they grow together as the environment of your own specific experience, within a world you did not create. YOUR mind, is the window, but the world as time, lives inside/ while the universe as life, "lives just beyond the glass". Humanity measures, because we are taught through time "that there is a beginning and an end"; therefore the distance we travel between these absolutes, matters! LIFE teaches by a distinct contrast: we are miracles, and not "rocks"/ therefore NO distance exists to define our lives, only, the relationship that defines our existence, matters! Truth applies these 2 realities and becomes our teacher, by the destiny we seek, within the journey we choose to travel. Time is irrelevant, because thought creates, and miracles DO become the environment of our lives. Here, self dies; because we are granted the compositions of thought and the development of an identity confined only by the honesty of our freedoms. Freedom means: to explore in the intensity of our soul, the destinies refined by respect, that honor gives to us.

The human experience compensates for its "trouble" through happiness, the experience of love, and the measure of its hope/ lives change, not because these are insufficient, but because both pride & want recreate the human experience and establishes conflict, in every life that these touch. The resultant strife, stress, & distress, produce violence & hatred, revenge, jealousy, & lust all follow, to demonstrate a "need" for fear/ society trembles and life survives as best it can.

The examination of soul, conceives of the miracle that WE ARE! Here in the beautiful place of living expression, each one who is truly willing, finds the blessing of nobility: to be honest with yourself/ to understand the relationship with life, is the treasure of the living/ & to hear from the sanctuary, that is our soul, the meanings of life, & the destiny of eternity. LIFE is the JOY, of an acceptance beyond measure, a relationship equal to its respect. And the experience expressed within the boundless energies of thought/ LOVE compliments these truths and builds eternity as the honor of our lives "TOGETHER" WE ARE THEN FAMILY!

The questions raised & expounded as truth, "humanity does not know"/ are refuted, by the miracles called life! The lies, and the fantasies of religions, governments, or so_called intellectuals MUST BE PROVEN, not by conjecture or hypothesis, NOT by stupidity or simply insanity, but through reality and the expression of energy and the destinies of thought.

Thought exists! I say to you thought created life, this world, and even this universe/ time has no real measure here/ therefore EXPLAIN: how anything less than thought could succeed, "where NO creature of this earth may travel, where humanity only guesses, and believes he/she can control"/ it shall NEVER BE!

You may be stubborn and obstinate, if you so choose/ but you will accept the destiny of your decision/ this is your warning to change or die, and you shall live or die by that decision. As for me, & for those who already are my family throughout eternity, "I/ we shall believe in truth"! While I do "hear the opportunity for misunderstanding" in such a statement as this/ I will correct it, with the simple truth, "that my own learning comes at the cost of humility, the lessons demanding pride or my life, & the simple truths of "BUT WHY, a reality which proves the reason by defining the reality within human consequences." This is to show, perfection is not here, nor shall it be within you either/ rather life says: it is not your relationship with time, that matters/ it is your relationship with life, defined by the purpose of your own desires, that explains your destiny. Do not be consumed by needs, be alive, and let it lead you in the ways of truth, love, and allow respect to be "according to GOD, not according to humanity". This is my life/ it need not be yours; but you must find the desire beyond your own pride, beyond your own want, where life is trust and the world is eternity.

The opposite of this, is the pedofile: a creature so consumed with terror on the inside/ that he (in very few extreme cases, she) searches for a victim, that the lie, may be lived : "I am feared, not afraid/ I am in charge, because these can do nothing to stop me"/ lust is the excuse, but as a reality FEAR RULES! This "living debris" represents the fundamental truth of where fears shall lead you. The "bully" explains: if you won't give me what I want, then I will take it. Combined, they become the destiny of extinction, as life revolts, & reacts, & demands revenge. These 2 explain the critical synopsis of this human decision/ LOVE & FAMILY, or fear, hatred, revenge, & insanity. The essential truth limits your response to "YES OR NO/ for each , one of these shall rule your hearts, your future, and this earth. Fear has brought humanity to this moment, to this edge, to this door: ONLY TRUTH, RESPECT, LOVE, HONOR, HONESTY, & HOPE can turn this destiny away! IT IS YOUR CHOICE, not mine!

It is constant in humanity "to blame the messenger"/ it is constant in reality, that TRUTH SHALL DECIDE! Your acceptance of this warning is up to you/ you have received it! If you can hear it, this then fulfills the prophecy of 1 kings: 19: 11_14 "Look and decide, for yourself"/ to understand whether life is in the whisper, or "the destruction". The humanity of this day, desires excuses/ therefore they dream and call it a fact. Reality does not exist as a dream, reality is the expression of truth, as it exists within the meaning of life. Reality explains, the miracle of life is, "like a thirst, confronting the body with its demand/ whereas life confronts our own existence with the "quest" called miracle: for those whose thirst in this quest becomes quenched, the reality becomes a new and different life." Miracles "are a whisper, from GOD". They are the messengers that bring "evidence of destinies & hopes called eternity". A miracle, is a child growing from conception in a world assembled for its peace, and instructed for its honesty, "a baby comes forth", to join CREATION as life! The world "sees turmoil, the mother knows pain, but the child sees only life, and the blessing of a freedom never before known." This is, these "moments in history", for better or worse, this is your reality to "see life as the child, to see the world as yourself, or to understand and accept the benefits of this pain as a true mother would experience for her child, a child wanted and loved.

A miracle, is also bravery & courage, given rather than earned, appreciated rather than owed/ reality conceives in all of us, the existence of a choice: this is also a miracle, when honor has found "the soul which shares, & the love which explains: we are family". A miracle, IS JESUS , that history and humanity may understand, "we are not, an abandoned creation: WE ARE LOVED"! Some will say "too long ago", while others will demand it can only be a fantasy; still others will declare, "not relevant to this day"; and yet other will lust for whatever power they can extract from you. These discard truth.

The message of intricacy, the honesty of true complexity, & the proof of thought beyond our comprehension/ examine your soul, to ask "if you care?" Many discard this evidence to create their own dreams & fantasies, to fuel their lust, greed, selfishness, and all the tragedies of humanity/ simply for the purposes of pride and want. LOVE is the evidence of respect, truth the evidence of thought, & life the evidence called hope/ to discard these truths for a reality of "little more than arrogance" IS INSANE!

I do PRAY, may you return from the edge of your own extinction and live in the presence of truth, as the children of life!

The battleground of selfishness, gluttony, & greed ARE YOURS to fight with or to surrender to! The destiny of life, as the true human experience of life, or the destiny of death, is explained as the true human experience; described by the terms of your own heart & mind: which does now exist as this:

"THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON" is in your hearts!

The human moment, when lies NO LONGER, can be survived/ has arrived, and your decision is SIMPLY, " Yours to make"?

Some will insist: they are certain "nothing bad has happened or will happen". I will suggest to you, in simple terms: the constant trap & deliberate majority intent of credit has been to enslave. The reality is lies & deceit, coupled with temptation and a (WANT) for money and luxury and pride: completes the cycle of abuse & misuse, that is a majority of the credit industry: the have traded life for the business excuse of "its just business, nothing personal"/ thereby releasing themselves from the conviction of damaging and ruining and destroying the lives in need. These are then criminals, who trap, consume, & then discard: merely a predator hidden behind another name. The true purpose of credit IS TOO HELP! YOU have designed it as a weapon!

As a deliberate WARNING: HELL is not, a place of lust or power or greed, or any other concoction of human want! Hell is the consequence of your own lies, your own selfishness, & your own desires/ causing you to be alone in the darkness of your own ways, paying the true price to be "your own god"/ you may never escape the demand to survive.

It is because the "predator pack" has been effective, that many have lost their way, MANY have entertained VIOLENCE in return for damage done, & SOME have been LOST, to suffer their own surrender to the destinies of darkness (hiding from the reality of yourself) & the misery of a life without happiness: "All for the sake of numbers, without meaning".

YOU SHOULD BE TRULY ASHAMED!!!!!

REMEMBER THIS: you shall NOT tempt, you shall NOT kill, YOU shall NOT control/ these are all lies. Instead: you shall let the world decide, and you shall accept the destiny of your own decisions! Prepare yourself, and defend life. Anything less is insanity.

YOU SHALL NOT, return to your old ways: IF you even try, destruction will consume you all. In the consequence that is expected to be this trial/ there will be people intent upon changing the purpose of the message from {let EACH ONE decide, majority will rule} to simply destroy this message any way possible. WARNING is given, these words shall not be undone/ whosoever tries, WILL be remembered in eternity! NO excuses shall exist/ this is your opportunity, use it or lose it is your choice! The question "of me", WILL be used to discredit or attempt to destroy as necessary will occur, any respect for this message/ therefore I DO tell you plainly: I am a "common man", no frill, no accessories/ just plain! I am also a high_school graduate of "B's & C's and even one F"/ a financially poor person without house or property/ a person below the poverty line, in income (I have spent my time in other pursuits)/ even a person missing teeth, a person accused & convicted of mental instability (medicine has NO interest in cause: extremes are necessary to establish fundamental data), a "blue_collar" worker: NOT what you expect! What I do expect is: all those with university degrees (pride is here, as well as money & jobs), the propaganda machines (political control is here, power and the want of luxury), Many judicial & government officials (this is their control, their arrogance), the rich (gluttony shall always have its slaves), and more ; shall have to decide between their selfishness and their own surrender of all they do not deserve/ for the sake of the rest! The question is, KNOWING it is life or death/ will they choose selfishness instead, and attempt to "finish" their lives before the rest must pay. I tell you NOW, THIS VERY DAY/ This message BELONGS TO GOD ! NO one, can escape this decision, or its consequences, or defeat it in any way.

Truth says: the judicial court system is ON TRIAL, therefore we are equals: "The judge and the people and I as the primary witness" . Without doubt or question: The constitutional documents, therefore DO RULE over this trial/ not a judge, not a judicial system, not the people by themselves or me, not the government as a whole/ but the constitutional documents which do present and give power and right accordingly, to ALL the people. This purpose IS "A TRUE DISCUSSION", and its consequence called action, and the reason called JUSTICE! WE THE PEOPLE, is the forum for this day/ nothing hidden, viewed by the world, as a court case/ NOT "a simpson case", wherein lies and fantasy are allowed because a small portion of the world is watching.

IF nothing exists, but arrogance, power, greed, & lust/ then prosecution shall occur. This is NOT within the courtroom, but is against the world! Prosecution is defined in the Bible as Revelation 11:1_14, do read it. I do not know who these 2 would be/ but you will know by the signs: that your decision has ended, and death & destruction & true tragedy with all misery IS now coming for you.

Do not be concerned with whether I live or die, this is NOT your concern. Fight for your lives, your future, & this world.

Remember this: conventional weapons create possible fatalities in the thousands/ mass destruction means millions: "do you truly understand, the scenario of one hand means millions dead/ think about it". Even if you can annihilate a nation/ can you stop every man or woman? Instead the worse you do/ as is common to humanity; the more confirmed enemies you create. You cannot expect to survive, unless you remove EVERY weapon of mass destruction! Do you want disease and mutilation released upon your world/ things purposely made so horrid, little chance exists of controlling worldwide fear, because the toll of death is so massive/ what then but retaliation against whosoever is viewed as the aggressor: you will end in a "massive blase of terror". Consider yourselves, jealousy, hatred, arrogance, pride, power, lust, greed, violence, revenge, insanity, and how many more: Remove these weapons or die.

In the current situation with america and iraq/ BOTH sides are clearly wrong: tie the end of sanctions, complete freedom for Iraq, with weapons elimination: give them protection as nations united for the world. Tell American government, to "back off, and live in fear or surrender their own weapons of mass destruction"! This is fear and ignorance "leading the way".

Be advised: that I the writer of these words, cannot save you, cannot lead you, nor can I intervene on your behalf/ I am only a messenger. To those who believe, "kill the messenger, and this goes away"/ I will tell you truly: I am unimportant, but even so; IF this is your choice, then destruction and death are your destinies. This lawsuit is your opportunity: ONE MAN, ONE WOMAN, ONE CHILD AT A TIME, life or death is the only choice available to you: not because "I say so"/ but rather reality and the decisions you as a society have made, are soon to consume you: you SHALL choose, because if you do not, reality will choose for you.

Psalms 33 as written of within "the HOLY bible": is the basis given to me, for the purposes of this writing & the warning; and is given to you as the relationship of destinies, that are awaiting you, if you choose well.

The choice is yours

Any assumption of ridicule, by the addition of "religious concepts" is NOT DIFFERENT than the massive entanglement of religious doctrine called evolution. Evolution is NOT SCIENCE, evolution is fused with the american government illegally, evolution has been used as the fundamental rod to control objection and thereby remove complaint from the citizenry. WE WILL be discussing the projection of critical truths, and the foundation of life, as it is demonstrated in this document/ we will not exceed the parameters set. YOU are reminded again, As the american government has assigned to us all, a death, by many different means: YOU are to determine, whether the pride of your own descriptions of power, are worth your life/ and all life on earth.

Here ends the message, given to me: not as "voices", but as reality and truth combine to establish or detract from life. The bible represents a history, and history repeats (genetics: life itself (nature): is currently being CRUCIFIED); this reality cannot be survived! This is a truth, that you can and do understand/ gambling with life, merely means "sooner or later" you WILL die! Prophecy predicts because reality and truth combine and someone understands the destiny this creates. "Visions" are gifts, these are always described in the language of the day they were given, and interpreted in the reality of the day they become clear. This message is NOT a "vision"/ we are simply standing at the gates of heaven or hell (look clearly and you will see)/ therefore this decision means change or descend into hell. I say this, NOT, as a prediction/ instead more simply, as the relationship between ALL that can go wrong, & what HONESTY and its relation to truth, say to me. Truth says; we as the life on planet earth, simply cannot afford to be wrong/ or the story ends!

I remind you again: YOU ARE NOT to follow, you are not to simply "believe me"/ YOU ARE to investigate the realities of your world and your decisions, with HONESTY, HONOR, & RESPECT, FOR CRITICAL PROOF, & YOU are to believe in Miracles, by the critical proof of LIFE!

If you fail, you do so because it is your choice/ If you live, it is because YOU have chosen respect, and prayed for LOVE & MERCY.

This is one chance, one choice, and there will be, " NO MORE"/ life or death opportunities/ because the evidence proves "another opportunity, is EXTREMELY unlikely, and time is short!
