This is a miracle to you, revealed by the words of life & death, hope & truth, love and the existence of eternity answering many questions from the beginning of time: as a message to the human experience, expression, & desire for life.

To the public, the assertion of this work is, the decisions in control of this planet at this moment in time/ are preparing to threaten life itself. This blanket statement, applies the fundamental knowledge of human behaviors to the reality of population growth/ resource depletion/ the reality of weapons of mass destruction/ & the understanding of a humanity that has not only lost faith but demolished its economies, its ability to survive due to coming famine {the reality of fertilizers are very specific to the quantity of plant and animal life/ the reality of ocean health and incubation areas of sea life is very specific to the quantity of marine life/ the reality of tragic water loss due to pollution for hundreds of millions of people: due to chemical concentrations invading the wells (where do you think you will live)}, and the constant demand of want, (this is a clear & certain choice) all have reached into our lives and will determine our future. The truth of humanity is simply, selfishness is common: this is a clear and certain choice. The reality of humanity is we have reached our limits/ as regards the distinct behaviors of "take all you can get, WHO CARES". And now we must accept the limits of this world/ OR we will die trying to sustain selfishness and pride. MANY will discard this opening statement as "just another end of the world speech"! Truth states, by the recognition of these facts herein/ that this is no joke; this time it is real. The critical proof is allowed to be examined in trial/ as hereby initiated: the question to you is will you listen/ or will you accept your defeat without a fight? This too is a clear & certain choice!

In the realities of life, there are times when critical decisions are made. This is one of those times. Change allows the presentation of new and different reality, thereby a new and different society and civilization. NO fear, is the intention of this work, and therefore begins in the learning of pleasant things/ however reality as it is, does not warrant simple things and blanket statements, that do not translate the severe extent of problems that you face. The message delivered in this work, is assembled by the deliberate review of constant truth and the assignment which that truth will bring to this world. The question is then not defined by common expression/ but by the elaboration of critical values & the common distinctions of life as it is, as it could be, or as it will be due to the answers humanity has already set in motion. Thought is then the extension of this purpose, translated in the destiny of a decision that you must make/ because failure means extinction. The existence of our lives, does not extend simply from order, discipline, energy, or limited freedoms; there are specific decisions to be made: (because our futures are truly threatened). Instead of these, the validity of soul, which means, "born in unison" completes our relationship to life by the acceptance of love. LOVE is examined through hope, as the desire in truth for an environment completed by the love that represents our soul. Love is honored by truth, as the message of your own destiny for the purpose of a relationship completed by respect/ but designed by the intensity of a passionate communication through soul with your own chosen desire. LOVE is accepted, not by the evaluation of things, or opportunities, or possibilities and does NOT consider power or the lack of it. Instead love assembles the best in you, for the gift that does ask the other, "if you are willing, to share my world". This is not an invitation to share mine, these are descriptions of what is necessary to survive.

In the distant past (if you can hear it), "I asked Our GOD , to increase my love for HIM , a million times more"! HIS answer to me was simply, "there is only one thing in this universe HE can not do: which meant simply, that LOVE is an acceptance that WE OURSELVES, must make. I replied, in my own way "that's ok, I can do that". To this purpose, the love that lacks in this world, is the acceptance of each other, that you do not offer to one another. This is your own fault. This is your own reality. This is a description of human DISHONOR, and the failure called selfishness, want, & pride. Love explains desire, as the presence inside of purpose, that defines the direction of your soul. Desire identifies love by conceiving a bond called trust, to honor the treasury that our lives produce together, for each other/ therefore love is not dormant, but an active participant in the experience called life. As you listen to the ridicule, concerning this statement/ remember this: That life is not something you gave yourself, neither will you die because of your own desires; instead where love fails, life surrenders; where life decides, eternal destiny enters. The love and peace within a day are not compliments of "look at me, I win, or they are jealous of me"/ these things merely prove how foolish you are. Instead love and peace explain the dimensions of life within your experience, love is an acceptance, therefore peace describes the distance you must travel to make love your own. Love is the door through which we enter into life, therefore the passage called love extends beyond this body & mind into the miracles of living. Life thereby is the expansion of understanding beyond the maze of simple existence, into the destinies of thought. In this assembly of beginnings, the purpose of life is to reveal the "roots" of a dimension critical to the relationship of life with energy. Your participation, as the basis or order conceived in the integrity of truth. Energy is both friend & enemy/ if you fail, you die. Therefore the opportunity of miracles is to assure you honestly, that there is no need to fear/ but there is every hope, that you will accept the discipline necessary, and the mercy will surely be given to all who honestly desire it.

LIFE is, divided by the existence of two distinct realities, the freedom & physiology of being human (time), and the relationship assigned by the introduction of thought, which completes our creation in time. Thought is the essence of life/ without thought, only order, discipline, & truth survive. Therefore freedom is a descendant from thought. Life is in its essence, a relationship like "parent & child" wherein thought exists and extends before the child called humanity, & challenges humanity to be "all it can be". Truth enters here, it demonstrates desire and confronts destiny by the demands of reality, and designs the patterns of intellectual comprehension by the concentration of designed definition. Thought does not exist in the patterns of comprehension/ but instead offers "the vessel" through which we enter the dimensions of detailed space. Time is irrelevant here, because energy decides: the existence of an energy SO extreme, no reaction can exist to it, allows eternity to be conceived. LOVE grants our participation in thought. Thought grants our participation in life. Energy grants our participation in eternity. These 3 SHARE, as the identity of true LIFE ! Your position in this world is assigned by the creation of possibilities which share these 3 truths/ your position in eternity is determined by your acceptance of these three realities. The consequence of death is not simply body, but thought & energy & love, as humanity/ therefore the question which proceeds becomes: truly only thought could conceive our bodies, therefore it occurs first/ by the law of energy, it is never actually lost, it is merely transformed into something else/ and the existence of love extends not from humanity, but from soul. Love therefore, our love, exists as long as soul survives. This demonstrates the lessons herein, may you be enlightened, for your own purposes of love. This does not include, the common delusions such as used in your marriages: there is no room for "shopping, ownership, or demonstrations of pride, want, or selfishness. This does represent a marriage of love/ wherein your lives are challenged to accept truth as your "husband" and reality as your home. Truth decides because lies kill.

Your existence in this world, WILL soon be challenged! If you fail, the fault is your own! This message, these words, are sent to you for the single purpose, that you may survive, and even thrive/ but if you refuse, they will be, the prosecutor against you in your demand for eternity. OR more simply, just as it was in JESUS day, the information was there/ the refusal by those in power, their jealousy, and their pride was clearly established to be their prosecutor [they did not have to react so/ they chose to do so with passionate intent, because they wanted control]. YOU shall remove your controls, because they are the existence of your will and your want for power. The alternative is to give truth control, honesty the right to judge, and reality the blessings of simple demand.

By assertion, this definition of cause is the entitlement of humanity to the reality and truth, of simple liberties sustained as the RIGHT TO VOTE/ upon the issues and catastrophe's awaiting us in this day. A short list is included in this writing/ trial. The question of life, the declaration of freedom, & the honor of liberty as bravery would decide it, all agree, this opportunity: this federal lawsuit exists to provide a true democracy! Do you desire the right to vote against war, personally [and decide as a nation/ NOT an individual, (such as a president, for you)]? Do you ACCEPT the constitution of america, as the legal basis of American justice, and do you know that justice has nothing to do with procedure & formality? Do you understand the GAMBLE OR MORE CLEARLY "the game of russian roulette", we are being forced to take, regarding the weapons of mass destruction/ the reality of genetic crucifixion: as is being done to nature [our only true friend in this body], genetics are nature/ who will fix it when their error is un-repairable: you will be dead. Life on earth, extinct. Do you expect that the 100 million more people added to this planet EVERY YEAR, can be feed/ they can not! The famine, and then war, WILL come to your own door! Do you desire an honest vote, on the critical issues of this day. To establish critical resolve and true democracy? Before the problems of common human consumption of resources/ the intensity of pollution, without the honesty of even a need [look below the surface]/ the economic devastation of a world that has lived "TOO LONG" on credit, because all said "I will not pay for your mistakes, for your greed, and for your consumption/ I want for myself: therefore I will take it before you can". Credit has destroyed many civilizations, it is the great panacea for the populace: you don't have to pay really, just sign your name, it will be good. Credit allows the power hungry to consume the others, by producing wages and incomes far beyond what reality will allow, the illusion of wealth quickly consumes the integrity of barter (all money is a simplified form of barter) and the human condition. The simple insanity of so many fantasies and illusions which cannot exist; these supported by media and entertained by university, and used by the politician: are consuming you. This is a world that believes, the university, the professional, & scientist shall save it: because propaganda, and the use of credit have made them heros, "without cost". These people brought you here, without respect for anything/ to this place at the edge of extinction: because they refused to accept the burdens of reality. CONSIDER THIS: 6 billion people times 1lb of food per day, times 365 days a year= 2.19 trillion pounds of food (and you eat more than 1lb of food a day). Next year, with the introduction of 100 million more people (the current rate), at 1 lb of food per day, per person= an additional 36.5 billion pounds per year. IN ROUGHLY 20 YEARS, the need simply to sustain human life will exceed 3 trillion pounds a year. [20 years times 100 million people per year= 2 billion more people!] THAT MEANS: every living and non-living thing on earth shall be under attack, because death by starvation will occur/ that means every living ecosystem necessary for survival will be threatened, will be extinct/ that means WAR, WITH weapons of mass destruction: YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF SURVIVING THIS/ THEREFORE, EXTINCT! Some will suggest war NOW, or more subtle means to control the population. TO SUSTAIN this current population you must kill 100 million people per year, every year (the rate of new births, exceeding deaths)/ think about it! IF you do not sustain this level of population, THEN how can life on earth survive? Any major war means death beyond imagination. ANY war of size with weapons of mass destruction means we are extinct. DO YOU want this? The governments of the earth hold, at least nuclear weapons capable of destroying the earth 33 times or more/ then comes the chemical weapons, the biological weapons, and the results of all these things: NO ONE has more of this abomination to humanity than America/ therefore you must lead! IF you let time "take its course" then what shall come is the realization of whatever truth has declared: will end all lies ! YOU tell me, is this a lie, to expect these weapons to destroy the earth/ is it a lie to say people, NO people may control such things/ are you sane, to have these things, to ruin your economies because of them, or to expect these things to "save you from war"? Truth declares disaster! Unless you intervene in the things and expectations people use to manipulate the world. Remove these weapons/ EVERY ONE or die, as a world! Think about how many resources you have used/ investigate/ and understand how many you will need, and when you will need these: can you survive without fertilizers? Can you survive, by converting ground to non-food uses/ your needs are growing by 100 million more people per year, and the world is full of people at the age of having babies? These are the things "your experts have brought to you/ the things politicians sell themselves for/ the things your media did not warn, or care about because they interrupt the desires of want & greed & lust (media is controlled by the owner/ the rich care only about themselves: the reporter does what they are told, or they are out of work). This is power, the demand to alter or end the existence of another human being, without their consent; or even their life, because you wanted to. Power is the deliberate refusal to accept truth, and thereby choose the lie. Power is the purpose of a definition without sharing or caring, because that would limit selfishness. Because power is devastating to every human endeavor, and a disaster to every human need/ it is power that you must end: freedom begins here. The assertions of freedom and power are greatly influenced by money, therefore what happens to the money, does matter. Money is a promise, that can be enforced. Therefore the destruction of money establishes a critical tragedy to the human experience: "I worked, I planned, I wanted/ and you stole this from me". In the investigation of reality is this, the 2001 financial report of the US government wherein it declares every taxpayer is in an average personal debt of $463,080.00 dollars/ in a country with an average personal income of $28,525.00 therefore, you get a debt which would require every penny of every American taxpayer (no food, no tax, no interest, no anything) for a total of 16.25 years, to pay this off/ it is guaranteed to be higher today [the government states on tv another 400 billion deficit for the year 2003, divided by the American taxpayer approx 128 million filers = another $3,125 dollars in debt to you, the American taxpayer (each one), for this year alone (did your salary go up $3125, then you are in debt further)]/ and where will you get all these resources [there is NO work, without resources]/ and what about the rest of the world: YOU do not deserve their substance, many places on earth have been irreversibly changed by american greed/ and many nations on earth help you do this. YOU cannot survive without food, or taxes, or all the rest, so 16+ years is fiction. This cannot be paid, America is literally BANKRUPT. The integrity of the American dollar is a sham and a fraud, not because anyone desires it to be so/ but because the reality cannot be sustained by the truth; therefore the lies will end. The lies involved by business & government, to sustain these promises have no truth supporting solvency/ therefore the reality is bankruptcy of the money itself: that means no matter if you think you hold millions of dollars (a fantasy of numbers is not wealth) or just debt (promises based in fantasy, is not real)/ both are equal. The experts will come and say "look we hold (in 2001) 88+ trillion dollars in assets", compared with only 66+trillion in debt, "we are in good shape". Fiction always looks fine if you want to accept it. The fiction is 88 trillion dollars divided by 280 million people is averaged per person "babies and all" a net worth of $314,285.00 each [every person you see or can be seen, prisoners and all]: it just isn't true. The reality however is with so many "numbers", there is no end to the game of numbers, until the lies inside the people end. If you accept the US government assertion of 314 thousand dollars per person, add the current values of credit by multiplying with 7 you get a credit line of 2.2 million dollars roughly per every person in america. (if we were averaged out as equals)/ and when that runs out, as it has been, then adjust the current values of property upward by even one percent, and there is another 880 billion dollars to spend. Reality also states/ if you adjust current values of property downward by 10 percent/ the economy loses 8.8trillion dollars (an entire years salary for the nation, and more). The game continues because of immigration, and the young/ these new prey, are used to extend the game by creating excuses to loan excessively and entrap by the slavery of debt. The game ends when personal bankruptcy expands beyond the rising tide of population or when resource loss stops the game/ OR when deflation beyond 5-7 percent occurs. It will be very hard to sustain the economy beyond this level. The game ends: when "efficiency has produced sufficient unemployed/ to cause their removal from effective social justice". The truth says as a consequence to this, the lie continues until bankruptcy establishes serious turmoil, the result of "wolves at the door, to many": then comes internal war, because the numbers of people and weapons and needs, will not support this reality, because their lives are at stake. When the truth becomes simply, "they stole my life/they stole our future". Here when "its us or them", becomes kill or be killed, enslave or be enslaved/ rage will overcome, and the rivers of blood begin! As history proves, it is the military that controls/ unless the humanity simply will not be turned away. This is your future/ unless you prepare now, to allow opportunity to all, and enslavement to no one. The questions of money are small ones/ the questions of promises made: are the difference between life, government, and your futures.

In reality these who do control power, have changed our lives, but it was by your own request, (you wanted them to do so). Did you want to pay the price, or did you not say to your politicians "anything but that/ make the children pay, NOT us". The "leadership" will not surrender their control, because they worked for this, the spent their lives for this, this is the future they dreamed of. Exactly like you: they too, will have to accept the poverty chosen and enforced by your own lies. The reality of power is/ you will have to take it away. NO one stands before 280 million people and says no (without weapons of mass destruction, as leadership) Therefore the real question is: will you surrender, your own insanity and wants/ will you change from your selfishness & pride: and choose life? Or will you be belligerent, and expect power and control, to evade the population crisis and resource devastation? YOU can, by law and the right of democracy; established by freedom and designed by vote, change your current destiny. YOU will also have to take away your own control, as people of want, as a fearful and power driven people, and let truth determine and reality decide. BUT do not suppose you may now control the leadership either: this is JUSTICE or war, by the definitions of truth, & you must choose. Leadership means "those who choose for us"/ the balance of democracy is the critical acceptance, that some measures require: intervention, where the populace simply cannot agree, and demands of the day establish something must be done. What is important is simply the truth, "that promises can end with forgiveness/ but not without justice, and not without repentance: that means starting over. IF you refuse/ you will die, because nothing revenge offers will bring life to you; and your populations are so extreme even one percent of 280 million people is 2.8 million people seeking revenge: CAN you stop them? The answer is NO, you cannot, without massive bloodshed [just consider the israel & palestine situation/ they both seek revenge, do you want to try this]: together we will live or die, and YOUR personal answer, and YOUR actions do matter. DO NOT get stupid! WE ARE LITERALLY IN THIS TOGETHER/ THE NUMBERS OF PEOPLE can easily strip away, all who would rule. The reality is simply, that food must be shared, creditors stopped from their cruel intentions, the intellectual and professional stripped of their control, and politicians shown that they are not in charge. Rather truth decides and reality controls. This is NOT revolution, this is true democracy! The ONLY ACCEPTABLE PURPOSE is to put this "nation" back together with truth, and lock it into reality. This can be done/ but YOU MUST vote upon ALL important laws, ALL important resource questions, & ALL social equations that separate or defend : IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE JUSTICE & EQUALITY, and let truth lead, and reality decide/ you and life on earth will fail. The first step in this process will be a vast increase in predator & prey, wherein those with power, will separate from the "flock", the most vulnerable, and one by one everything will be stripped away for the rich, until rage takes over.

If you do not stop genetic crucifixion/ extinction shall be sooner, than the possibilities of your work in other matters : no matter what else you decide, IF YOU FAIL TO FIND YOUR RESPECT, then you do deserve to die. YOUR "experts" will tell you, "evolution"/ therefore a portion of this lawsuit is devoted to the lies of evolution: YOU will be allowed to choose! In real terms, the distance from war and the end of life on earth, will be decided by the understanding people share, of equality and need, and how they/ you choose to display and define honor and primarily RESPECT. IF you fail to bring wisdom to the realities you face, or IF you hide from the realities of this day, or IF you despise the truth, and say "lets pretend, this isn't so"/ then your fate is SEALED, and your end is certain. NOT because I write this, but because humanity has reached the stage of massive interference with the state of the earth: therefore what you do, each one, determines life on earth. ONLY a very little time for choice remains, because the world reality, your reality says: at any time, the balance could shift and world war emerge, critical intra-national upheaval could begin, genetic failure erupt, or just plain poisons establish the reality of your lies, and therefore the end of your life. Do you think not/ then ask yourselves "if weapons of mass destruction are your saviors, then what is your enemy"? Answer this, for yourselves. And remember, if your leaders choose to end the world today, you are literally dead: because weapons of mass destruction allow this decision to be made: feel safe? Truth declares: that ONLY GOD Stands between them and your death, because you would not. Therefore understand this clearly, that your world, your life, and every life can not survive the human control of machines such as these: you WILL surely die. This message prepares YOU to accept the reality of your decision "to be god yourselves"/ therefore as you are "gods", then understand the mercy GOD HIMSELF Has always granted to you, shall soon depart. This has been your request! This is now to be your reality, and you must learn the lesson of survival or die.

Remember to be friends/ not warriors. In all situations wherein change occurs, the media is important to solidify the cause and reasoning/ thereby the participation of the people. Therefore the media is reminded, if the world does not survive: what you personally want is completely IRRELEVANT! JUSTICE WILL determine survival; and the demands for want, WILL determine war. Negotiate among yourselves, remembering you have no right to apply your demands to others/ BUT they have no right to strip your life, and this environment called earth, from you! Therefore, reality shall be according to the decisions which become "for life", or for death. The common assertion will be: "surely it cannot be this critical/ surely my life, will be free from the consequences of these things". YOU are reminded, eternity awaits you/ 20 years means , at least 2 billion more people/ and the world has already used all the resources easily gained. The games are over/ the demands of survival, establish preparation is key: if you do not prepare, then you cannot survive.

Therefore this lawsuit, and what has become a book to increase your understanding, and your ability to decide; is about removing ALL the weapons of mass destruction/ and ALL the structures that support these things/ that we may survive/ the liars will say "how shall we then defend ourselves/ while truth says, death has no defense, it comes and these tools make it happen. The liars will say, THIS is our power, our right to demand attention to what we want/ the truth says, reality will prove, this is extinction and the only power sustainable from it, means your dead. This lawsuit is about confronting the true risk involved with genetics/ and demanding the gambling STOP NOW. This lawsuit is about confronting the abundance of lies, & the corruption of ignorance, that fails to understand: the world has changed, and the assertion of "these people in government"that they can control the outcome of what they began, is in error. We face weapons of mass destruction sufficient to cause our extinction: this is nothing less than INSANE! We are corrupting the only thing that keeps us alive, genetics: this is beyond INSANE/ it is the desire for destruction! We are facing economic devastation across the world: only war can be its result unless reality is faced now: FAILURE means INSANITY will rule the earth. {that's how it is when people lose their "dreams and hopes and life savings, and face the lies and liars of their lives"}. We are facing terrorists, any one of which with the add of a weapon of mass destruction COULD initiate Armageddon, because millions dead and dying in any country on earth, will demand REVENGE, "insane or not, won't matter": this is INSANE, to allow these weapons to exist. [to provide this opportunity, to anyone, by any method]. We are facing RESOURCE DEPLETION; no resource means you will fight to survive, and even then, only for a little while: this is INSANE. {take a look at your garbage dumps/ your futures exists here: because you intentionally threw it away, without concern} We are depleting the ability of the ocean to survive, for an easy meal: this is INSANE. [22 trillion pounds of ocean life per year, is extracted (much simply to be thrown away): but not for much longer]. We are polluting at a rate which can cause our extinction, all by itself/ look underground, look in the file statistics, look where the media has been intentionally blind: this is INSANE. {and for what, "pretty paint, or pictures, or so you don't have to recycle"}. The universities are tampering with realities of atomic nature, that can easily turn against you and the earth, and cause your extinction; this is INSANE. [fusion energy means literally "a fire which cannot be controlled, because everything is fuel (that means it cannot be put out)": do you not see the sun/ what part is not burning]. YOU (the humanity of the world) are allowing the population to increase at 100 million people each year/ this is a choice: this can NOT be survived: it is INSANITY TO CONTINUE. Do you realize, that is roughly an increase of one million more human mouths to feed every 3.65 days?> Family is important, survival is necessary/ or that family dies anyway: therefore to fail here, means you are killing these offspring with your indifference. The very child you give life to, will be the child you have chosen to,"just watch him or her die/ because famine is coming": this is your choice/ therefore your fault, and you may NOT blame GOD ! This reality proves that "birth control" is NOT open to debate/ NOT because children are wrong, but because as adults it is our responsibility to protect each child! IF you do not investigate these charges/ IF you do not allow truth to lead you/ IF you do not understand reality DOES have the last say/ IF you FAIL to respect life, and choose a different destiny than the one set upon by your BLIND leaders: then the only question left, IS how much time before we die? I, initially guessed 30 years/ but I will tell you the truth: the spirit inside of me, altered that guess and provided 20 years. Some will laugh at this statement/ because it is easy to scoff. Some will cry because of this statement/ because emotion is easier than personal change. Some will grow angry because of this statement/ because it changes or ruins their plans: and they WANT, more than their own pride can have. NONE of these matter! Because REALITY AND TRUTH do rule the earth and every person committed to life here: like it or not! Lies & liars, have always been abundant upon the earth/ today however, you have become "like gods over the earth"/ and if you do not accept the burdens of truth, the honesty of respect, and the honor of life itself: then your survival is dependent upon your lies. How long do you think, you can survive? How long before the liar inside of you, makes you insane: choose honesty? How long before you are a murderer, just trying to survive? Therefore, investigate honestly and honorable/ understand the basic truth and identify the foundations which support life or death/ and decide whether life is worth the price of change. IF you fail/ then your destiny has been determined by the decisions already made in your name, and you HAVE by your own vacillation allowed your world to be extinguished, and life to end. There are "believers" in every thing that exists on earth, people who make "gods" of anything they desire/ do not accept this! Instead understand, that to believe in anything does not make it true/ RATHER investigate and let truth decide for itself, by the evidence of reality, and the honesty of respect.

Included in, for the assembly of understanding, is a variety is knowledge: including sexual decisions, life, death, eternity, biblical interpretations for this day, and a list of definitions deemed appropriate to this cause: this is essentially "the trial for life, portion"/ not intended for legal expression, this is for human expansion. A suitable purpose for any endeavor where justice and honor is the only true intent. There will come from this message, both sides: those who say follow the words, and those who say destroy everything about this. YOU must not follow either, this is your decision, read, investigate, assemble understanding for yourself, and then decide by the wisdom and honor of your own heart. To follow allows discipline to be avoided, and order to be displaced/ the time for this has past: because the reality has changed. YOU must understand the discipline and its meaning to your lives/ you must understand the order, and the truth it directs you to, in order to find respect. RESPECT IS, the single most important decision you can make/ everything else assembles the destiny based upon your respect.

This lawsuit, or more correctly, " the comprehension of your current destiny" is then the distinction of an opportunity, FOR YOU to make a change and establish a different destiny. Look to see, if the entire court must be evicted, because life to them has become little more than "all are liars and thieves/ including themselves" the government official removed, because he or she needs money more than hope/ more than "a soul", and so on. THE DEMAND IS JUSTICE, therefore understand justice is not a frivolous expectation of procedure or other equally obnoxious and arrogant rulings: JUSTICE equals the right of equality and expects the decision to honor respect without barriers or borders, and therefore honors the entire life of the nation itself with honesty. The court simply spews a few more frivolous rules, and trivial games, to shut all out: the lawyer plays, the people pay. And the court removes all, civil composition/ to complete the disgrace of robbery most foul, (the travesty of treason against the United States/ by preempting the demands of amendment 14 of the constitution/ and declaring if you have no attorney: then section one simply does not apply to you!) The court further initiates fundamental fraud, by corrupting itself with rules and issues apart from justice so that their own criminal action facilitates the obstruction of justice. This is power & control, not justice. The subversion of constitutional doctrine or decree is a criminal act or treason when applied to society by a judge or courtroom/ therefore these pages are used to establish fundamental constitutional doctrine and its application to the common citizen: it is more than 500 pages long. The result is clearly, "the existence of control, as patronage to the power of money and position".
