Inside of this is a trial of life, and a trial for life. This document is about the ominous real threat to the security & peace of this our world, and thereby elaborates about the lies and disgrace of those "perfect people" who cannot "see the future, because greed and selfishness have blinded them." The demonstrations of fact apply simply the comprehension in truth, as to the reality of American society, & to the consequence of choice through decision/ as opposed to complete betrayal, currently provided and supported by those same "wise intellectuals". This is then a confrontation about your future and ours, and is intended specifically to refine the truth as a direct attack on outright lies. Refine means to examine by the means most significant for understanding, irregardless of cost.

To comply with this need, significant resources have been applied to the creation of a "proper understanding" as situations and there predictable outcomes arise. These compositions in wisdom are necessary, for truth to arise and therefore deal specifically with reality as needed. This is designed to be naked truth, not covered by any facet of shame or pride, it is merely the existence of thought as it provides the comprehension of mental pathways in the common experience of man. The critical balance of our relationship to want, and all other aspects of humanity, are believed to be fundamentally viewed as an expression of knowledge shared, and is given in the courage that you will find an opportunity to learn and expand your own knowledge/ that you may uncover the lie and find for yourself an answer.

The discipline of knowledge is used to assemble the order in fundamental life, and thereby the expressions & experience of life itself are exhibited within an understanding of significant expression [you will learn about life, death, and eternity] in this document. The questions of living, the answers to biblical questions long hidden are here, as are your possibilities in eternity. The questions of WHY, and the truth residing within as "your inner self" are each assigned, in the preparation of your education, in the existence of thought.

Here in the living consequence of a new respect for this life/ or the destruction as expressed within the insanity of this selfishness that defines the world today: the meanings of life and death are "put to the test" in the light of a discussion which shall push the world, our humanity, and all life/ either to survival, or to the extinction you will understand that we now face. This is a severe challenge to YOU and ALL HUMANITY, That you shall change, BY YOUR OWN CHOICE and therefore survive, OR if you prefer, then you shall choose to believe and continue to follow the people who brought you to this place and these decisions: there soon you will die forever/ no mercy allowed. The comprehension of these matters is not for slanderers and miscreants/ therefore it is set in the reality of a courtroom, wherein the judiciary is challenged to find truth in itself, in this process, and through the fundamental challenge of democracy as it is intended to be. The government of the United States is obligated to defend itself and establish the critical relationships that define our world/ therefore they are brought to trial in the simple formations of {our right as WE THE PEOPLE, To question our government: under the 1^st amendment redress of grievances in the constitution}. The court has never upheld this portion of this amendment/ therefore the battle lines are to be reviewed: not as slaves of the government, who may say and do whatever they like/ but rather as the freedom promised, the ownership guaranteed as WE THE PEOPLE, and the liberty required to protect and serve the nation itself. These are NOT small matters, and therefore it is the citizen who shall truly decide.

Understand this then: the fundamental relationship of this message as presented to you, is in essence a "have NO fear assurance/ BUT ESTABLISHED HEREIN, there is a duty & a need required of YOU, FOR YOUR personal participation & work: to examine, to investigate, to learn, and to find the truth and decide, before we are all dead. Truth is set to demand whatever the majority decides, because life is not like war/ the majority not the weapons rule. To those who will refute this I ask: Is not life what a weapon is intended to protect? If it is, then honor decides/ or dishonor ruins: what then is your position in life? Life shall either lead you to truth, or death shall follow you wherever you go. EVERY human being IS EXTREMELY important, for nothing can be done to save you without the participation of as many as possible. YOU will find in this document many realities in a position to attack your life, & you will find in this document many realities we cannot possibly survive, unless they are truly changed/ what you will not find in an excuse: this is either yes or no, and no in-between or compromise accepted.

YOU are fully capable of choosing survival, and if so, you shall find happiness! YOU are also arrogant, prideful, consumed with want, and selfishness/ therefore the possibilities of LOVE as the courage necessary to sustain life, will enter a battleground not only in life, and this world, but also within you as yourself. What you choose shall become your future/ and it is "like a war", wherein winner shall take all.

I then ask you to read this trial distribute it accordingly, and whatever price must be paid one person at a time, thereby becomes your responsibility or your inheritance for eternity. This is destiny, as humanity conceives of it. This is your moment of truth, and the reality which follows.

The assertion comes through the expression of hope:

defined as, the human panic of a complete & uncontrollable massive de-stabilization in the world economy ( when the USA fails, all will fail)/ the need to prepare is critical to survival. Absolute panic must be avoided, the reality of as much as 50% unemployment across the world cannot be understated/ therefore a critical structural failure means "armageddon" stands ready. Armageddon means: the spiral descent from creatures with the sanctuary of intellectual abilities/ to the reality of insanity and the definitions of terror and fear, where simplicity rules and bloodshed is the rule. This simple expression includes the death of billions, the cannibalization of every society, and then the attack of every known plague, misery, and weapon known or created by humanity: such is fear and terror, in the tragedy of complete mental breakdown. The assertion of such a possibility relies upon the honesty of human interactions when selfishness rules and want decides/ slavery comes next/ then debauchery/ then power and the madness associated with no hope at all. This need not occur/ it is up to you to prepare in justice what is needed to avoid the reality, that descends from your own chosen truths. Your government cannot simply steal/ by assigning debts to all, demanding it shall never pay, and then simply saying its not our fault: when in fact, the reality is: it was fear, and lies, and stupidity that assigned this situation to arise: who among any society wishes to face bankruptcy? The answer is no one! Therefore every possible effort was made to avoid the truth, and apply the penalty to another: you simply have lived too long: the bill is due! The question is do you want to die/ or do you desire to pay the price? This assigns a long and tedious discussion of factors and basic human interests: therefore this message allows for understanding to begin. The primary american consideration is then what does democracy mean: that we may avoid the necessity of war/ for if you let the pigs loose upon you, they will become as hungry wolves. The first reality is democracy means at its essence "the composition of a cooperative". We all have an equal investment. We all have an equal right. We all have an equal say. And in this case we all have an equal indebtedness: therefore the limits shall be defined as to what ANY one individual may call their own. Do not think "everyone should be given the same/ THIS IS NOT TRUE"/ you make your decisions, and they have made theirs: no changing the truth. In contrast, because we all must experience bankruptcy together/ there ARE LIMITS to what any one person or corporation may keep: WE THE PEOPLE, literally means together we go/ NOT just for you or me, but for us all! I DO prefer the words of the Declaration of Independence (which was a fight against those who took too much, and held too much control) Quote: and for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. These are the words of One for all, & all for one. You cannot remain an American/ unless you as well, pay the cost of it: we will throw you out.

The experience of hope assigns "critical structural failure" can be avoided, IF truth will open a door while humanity can still understand the basic dimensions of mental expression. Therefore the complexity of this trial, issued a very few short months prior to complete collapse does expand the possibility of survival by opening doors to create conversation and intervening in the most critical tragedies faced today.

In opposition to this as fact, on a scale of millions to one, the common human definition of this world will be: the same as the geneticists [all is good/ nothing we have done, proves extinction by our hand]. Wisdom knows, it is only because of the true integrity of the genetic expression, as placed there BY GOD, that we are still alive and not under attack. LISTEN to their words, "we are not facing extinction today, so all is good"/ in simple terms: when it is bad, when it is too late, your dead! Therefore their words and guarantees are not worthless/ they are literally a fraud and a swindle: because they consume from you by their words/ and when it goes bad: they WILL crawl away to hide and to cry, but the damage will be done. In the same way, the economic reality of our future, does have significant effects upon our lives; human history proves this is true, simply look honestly at your own government reports and find the meaning hidden within the words. YOU will know economic collapse is inevitable, IF you do not believe this then look at resource usage, and predict in your own mind " exactly how long it will take 6.3 billion people to consume everything: WHAT happens then". IF you still do not believe, then understand to sustain this population of 6.3 billion people at today's level of usage, almost 2 million people per week must be added to the dead (this is the rate of current expansion) EVERY WEEK, for the rest of time. Do NOT believe that every human is not important, every living thing. Believe instead, that the miracle of life is our passport beyond the simplicity of action/ reaction: because life is the purveyor of thought, and thought exists as our defense against the universe itself. I guarantee, by my own history, VERY few if any at all among you, would have selected me to be a messenger/ I personally don't know why. Therefore I will remind you clearly: you don't know, nor can you guess who will be the most influential life, by whatever method (people do "make changes in other people"). YOU are not dead until you are dead/ remember to live, and breathe the happiness of a life that you have influenced. It is life, that makes life worth living/ NEVER forget this fact. In understanding, life is the consequence of thought, therefore our relationship with life is born as thought conceives the disciplines of our own specific world, and achieves a balance created by order, but sustained by RESPECT. Respect designs our destiny through the compositions of our thought. We are, "the reflections in time of complexities assigned the very simple decision of choice". Choice understands purpose to be (the foundation achieved to be): our relationship refined by desire to an expression of acceptance, because experience has altered the density & the intensity of our development to complete new & different dimensions as thought. We are participants, we are Alive, & we are destinies born in the transformation of miracles to become eternal within a love without measurement. LOVE is the opportunity of "interrelations", therefore love is the experience called family, as it governs our justice beyond the distance used in expression/ to create new & WONDERFUL "dimensions within a reality designed as the influence of thought, becomes creation itself". This is honor, as chosen by respect, to complete your freedom, Your life, & Your contribution to eternity. The lives which participate or even simply exist "within your world", are thereby the evidence & testimony of your contribution as life/ these are the freedoms revealed by your heart, to be the relationship of your own future to life. The existence of eternity SHALL NOT be proven in this humanity! Therefore YOU MUST accept the proof of your life, as it exists/ IS a question portrayed in your soul (the understanding of your own freedom): this then asks of you "IF you could be eternal, THEN who would you be?" In this way, wisdom has allowed for each person to be "judge & jury" of their own lives. YOU are the architect of your eternity! YOU are responsible, and YOU will judge in the truth of your life: may you find MERCY, otherwise you shall not survive. May you understand the meaning of PEACE, and refine your path as a single direction, toward your soul. May you believe, that miracles do conceive your world.

Humanity HAS always been, as history proves, "What's best for me, is what's in my pocket and in my hand TODAY/ tomorrow be damned"!

This is a relationship based in selfishness, controlled by want, and driven by pride for the purposes of power. This is the fuel that will make it impossible for humanity to survive, in the critical reality of "simply too many people, and too few resources". YOUR delight in weapons of mass destruction, will see to it that a limited war to reduce the population of the world by significant numbers shall NOT happen! ANY ATTEMPT, is certain death for the world itself. I do ask you now to consider the reality of death as you believe inherently unfair/ without disease and various other maladies, the population of earth would long ago exceeded the limits of sustainable human life/ therefore you would not exist. Although harsh the critical reality is sustainable limits, the allowance of risk, the simple random movement of chance, all have given you the opportunity of life/ even though others died because of this. It is not judgment, it is not a grievous lack of caring/ rather these truths are simply definitions of life on this earth.

Therefore it is an assertion of knowledge, that supports "a decision has been made in your interest/ but without your direct consent". This reality is displayed in the first and all consequent descriptions of trial, as the primary decision to accept and participate in this trial and the conversation defined by this book associated with trial. YOU are asked, to judge with your soul/ the integrity of this document, and assign your lives to the judgment it asks of you to make. SIMPLY: are you to remain defined by the selfishness, the want, & the pride OR will you change through wisdom and its constant companion life, to believe in honor, and all aspects of respect? I tell you, this is a choice between life and death/ because population count, will never let you go further, without the honesty of truth, and the reality of wisdom.

YOU are NOT required to assert, defend, participate in, or even appreciate this document! Rather is marks the change required of humanity to survive/ it is your opportunity to survive, but is not your command, nor is it commanded to you/ it is your choice. The understanding of this is simply: IF you cannot find a need, in "heart & mind" for this purpose; then the dimensions of thought here among humanity on earth are so limited, that you shall not possibly survive/ there is NO point or purpose in continuing. This is, and is intended to be a statement of fact/ NOT a threat, NOT a statement of fear, & NOT a measure to judge humanity. Instead the content reflects a basic reality, and truth designs the outcome from the order & discipline presented. YOU are on your own. YOUR PERSONAL decisions, work, & desire, shall give either LIES , OR THE TRUTH, the future of this world; which you or those among you, have elected to use as a game for the control of all life.

READ and understand this document, because the distance you must travel as directed by change demands YOUR TRUE COMMITMENT / and I tell you true, it will be either one reality or the other: there is NO "middle ground, and no turning back"/ this is one choice only.

It is by the creation of this choice, that Armageddon need not come/ this trial represents a true change: IF you can accept LOVE & HARMONY, instead of selfishness and want? The questions of your heart will be answered herein. The decisions that lead to your own SOUL, are offered herein. The honesty required of every person is simply: YOU personally make a difference, and you must choose to do so, or life will die.

ETERNITY HAS made its decision, and your consequence resides simply: In the truest desire of your own heart!

I will suggest to you as well, "there are many expectations in America/ the reality of so many guns, will mean: either we find solutions which are truly acceptable to the majority, which allow the survival of life, within six months or patience will run out." I will also suggest, there are NO amount of guns, militia, or other means to deter 280 million people: YOU will find a way to share "rich or poor", and YOU will find the respect you need, or reality will prove we too, can be extinct. PRAY OFTEN.

I am a messenger, I cannot lead, or decide for you (you may not ask). Instead as life allows, I can help you to understand, As GOD Allows.

I will initiate this conversation by the words: your judgment of GOD as unjust, because some of the population does die, in ways you believe unfair/ assumes that you have no portion in this reality, even though many truths exist to prove otherwise. My own nephew of 9 months died of a brain tumor, it was certainly not his fault/ he died of "thirsting to death/ because his mind could not control the functions of drinking or eating, therefore he could not survive. The reality of life is: you have no guarantee! Therefore life is the relationship allowed through time, to begin and end in the existence of a miracle itself. My nephew, became "genetically challenged", because someone somewhere established an association between chemical or other contamination, and the reality of a mutation in his genetic structure or the transcription of that genetic response that enabled critical failure to erupt from bad information, at a most inopportune time. In the attack of lethal parasites and others, the opportunity for a human response and education has existed for a very long time/ yet you prefer to "let them suffer". The demands of human induced death is responsible for most human pain, the rest is an education in the critical definitions of what it truly means to be wrong, to not apply wisdom, or simply to be afraid, or not respectful enough. YOU do play a part in the human grace, that is applied to humanity; not all can respond specifically, yet we all do respond. Therefore YOU are left with the decision to accept the responsibility and commit to the reality you do complain about, to change this as the ways of humanity allow, or you may continue to curse and complain "life is unfair/ when it is you, that makes it so".

I will tell you simply, that the common response of humanity to choose a leader, and follow/ cannot save you either: the existence of any special interest, in the preservation of the whole, merely distorts and damages the whole. YOU MUST, and you will refine a constitution by vote, of the realities you the people shall willingly admit is necessary and a duty/ therefore by agreement you have decided it is your duty. You will then find the people who understand this command you have issued among yourselves, and they will establish it by your participation in law and its companion; the necessary policing actions of community service to the whole community, the whole nation, & the whole world. YOU will grow this reality as truth defines it necessary to be/ or you will fail. Here in the composition of life, the need to contribute and participate is real/ therefore you must also establish the means of providing critical freedom as the right and the responsibility of the individual by demanding: only the individual and not the corporation constitutes the liberty assigned through government of ownership, and of right, and of the values created by us. This applies honor and honesty to the rewards of work/ this removes the illusion of money as a reward and justifies only truth as the foundation of governments and thereby of society itself. The association of corporate entities as beneficial to society, simply remains under the control of society, and not a select few/ we are the people who own the right, we are the people who guarantee whatever the rest shall hold as possession, we are the definition of justice and the honor of responsibility as it values the whole of the population. The efficiency argument merely transports resource usage to the garbage pit quicker/ and thereby murders the future, "one brick at a time".
