essential to the preservation of common interests is the need to talk. Therefore the critical examination of ANY important matter, MUST also contain the specifics of both "positive & negative" realities as they exist. The defense is responsible for the positive, in this case/ as my portrayal is negative. It is then MY responsibility to extrapolate these problems into meaningful & useful resolutions/ it is the responsibility of the defense to examine the problems and look to solutions as well. In this way, minimal damages, are constrained & conformed into useful realities.

Economics/ the definitions of money & trade

The common assertion of money is "this makes the world go around". The critical reality IS money exists ONLY to simplify trading/ therefore trade and NOT money is the BASIS of economics.

Trade is a function of the human experience, which is intended to achieve a balance, between those who survive best by limiting their work to very specialized achievements/ rather than experiencing, the needs of the entire spectrum of survival.

This is a fundamental loss of understanding, and the predecessor of luxuries, sloth, and selfishness. Actual survival is HARD, therefore trade used properly adjusts. It then becomes an understanding of the benefits of people & society/ rather than as a means to an end. Once "the end (survival)" has been achieved: WANTS APPEAR, and selfishness grows these wants into expectations. An expectation NOT realized "becomes, someone else's fault", therefore if that person gets angry at the world, its because "the world" is at fault. They, are "trying to destroy my life/ why shouldn't they pay"?

Selfishness thereby becomes revenge. And revenge becomes the "roller coaster ride" that always ends back where it began/ the place in your heart, "where you decided, other lives, no longer matter"!

Trade is a facilitator of many human desires: they are "I desire respect/ I desire security/ I desire companionship, even if I must buy it/ I desire power/ I desire Sex." Each of these participate in trade to identify the specific means capable of altering & controlling the life of someone else. "produce the product/ receive the reward".

The constant demand of an HONORABLE & HONEST SOCIETY, is to achieve a balance between desire, and the need it perpetuates. Therefore 4 truths must be recognized, they are: resources determine work/ education decides freedom/ opportunity affords happiness/ & equality explains PEACE! No other explanations are necessary.

The reality of human behavior, as an interaction based upon trust, IS the social equivalent of defined responsibility. Money transforms, "because it is my DUTY": into the multitude of lies, that becomes the reality of pride & arrogance, controlled by selfishness, which then may turn to violence." Money, OR trust & responsibility, are commonly exercised as the choice/ therefore money is often described as the problem. NOT TRUE, because money "like a gun", is only a tool. BUT, like a gun, money IS the weapon of ease, to alter or destroy someone else's world. The critical reality of social responsibility then IS: to remove the weapon, but leave the tool!

To do so with a gun, DOES MEAN, to remove the bullets and replace them with "damaging" not killing, impact & chemical tracing "rubber bullets"/ a rubber bullet with a hollow cone, filled with an appropriate chemical tag. These WILL stop an attack, these will allow much greater discretion in an attack. The use and reality of "hunting guns" is not dealt with here, nor does it have to be/ the world will never be a completely safe place.

To do so with money DOES MEAN; to limit the influence of money as a personal decision over others. Or more simply, to establish money as the basis of a community decision; EVERYONE VOTES, even the children over the age of 12 years (TO ESTABLISH, a sense of duty and involvement and authority in society). The decisions which change a community into a cooperative business agreement/ where loans are not provided by the discretion of a lender/ but as a community involvement.

As a reality, it does mean a limit of no more than 3 times the average yearly salary of the majority, for anyone, for any reason/ unless they are asked, and do become successful teachers (less tax is the reward), the community benefit is knowledge, the social benefit is talent. In the rare event of exceptional benefit for the community, a one time exception can occur/ the community votes.

It does mean, corporations belong to the community, NOT the money, but the corporation itself, the name, the trademarks, everything which provides a public recognition. Salaries of corporate heads will be tied to their impact on the community, " how many full time employees."/ the community votes to provide bonuses, or any other gain . Excess money beyond expenses will be held in trust, by the community for expansion & other matters (the community will be allowed to borrow against this money, the corporation will allow sufficient warning of expected expenditures/ the community WILL BE the "stock broker" for the corporation, MEANING they the community has first right to ownership, & common stockholder meetings of all participants shall determine the rest, including if the corporation is allowed to leave the area (the community must be allowed to own at least 40% of stock ,and must be given the option to buy prior to leaving), or the corporation must sell its business and leave this business behind to the community ( the community must own at least 30% of the stock, to demand this) / NO STARTING another business of similar type anywhere else in the world. IF this is done, restrictions shall be applied at the borders, and tax commensurate with loss established: the corporation is allowed to extend to another country to do business there, as an American business, with all due taxes to pay.

This does mean NO ONE/ NO CORPORATION/ NO ANYTHING is entitled to control more than one property or perhaps two. You may build upon the property anything , that does not conflict with the substantial rights of others. BUT you shall accept the responsibility of resource and pollution control or its fundamental and complete cleanup, as may have already occurred; or lose your rights and your property, and become liable.

This does mean EVERYONE is entitled to a standard hours job/ at a living wage, per hour of work. FIND the work, in government if no where else. The prisoner as well is entitled to learn and become responsible for his/her own standard of living, as it is reasonable under the circumstances, they will work for it, they will assemble a social structure and a social responsibility within the prison environment and that will determine the standard of their "living". The purpose is to LEARN, and to understand.

The critical relationship of agriculture to society DOES MEAN, that the worker (farmer) may control the resource (land) until he/ she no longer does the actual work of farming/ THEN this resource (land), SHALL be sold to the "next farmer". The community decides how much land will be controlled by any one person. Further the dividing lines between farming properties SHALL be used for tree cultivation & other long-term enterprises/ 30 feet on each side of the line SHALL belong to the community. The center line is the place where trees, for instance, would be planted/ you will respect the needs of the farmer, (the farmer shall continue to farm this and collect the money without doing harm to the community property/ as he/she chooses to do), this is to establish long-term resource needs, BUT no more than one strip of land per section, or two "edge of the section lines, at the road boundaries". Payment for this strip shall be "reduced taxes", for no more than 20 years, in a sufficient amount to cover the expense and 10 years expected income, from this amount of land.

The relationship of invention & other types of intellectual works are directly tied to the social & community environments/ patents SHOULD, belong to the nation: BECAUSE society provides the education, and the environment, therefore the opportunity, and , because society is NOT simply a slave. That which becomes a NEED for work, becomes an inherited right, as needs DO represent survival! This establishes NO ONE has a right to control, beyond "we the people" in matters which represent a true social need/ not an individual need, which becomes a truly separate reality. Therefore the nation pays the expense of the patent process. The information is more valuable than the money. The inventor or other, shall receive exclusive rights or opportunities only for 7 years, however he/ she shall receive tax relief, for up to 20 years, based upon the use of the "intellectual property by society". If the inventor relinquishes the exclusive rights to society then society will pay the inventor, Roughly (1 dollar per 1000 dollars) of the revenue generated, for true inventions/ slight alterations are NOT true inventions and do not receive the same. IF released they may be paid for by society at roughly (1 dollar per 10,000 of revenue generated) An invention of usable worth establishes the tax relief, in any given year at a rate which may be averaged over time, by the inventor. If given away then the entire amount of tax is relinquished, for that year, or for the equivalent of tax relief applied to every year according to the revenue generated.. When the invention achieves, by accumulation, one million dollars (the limit on assets) in revenue by honest means, for the inventor, this is an entitlement/ the invention or art or intellectual property then becomes property of the nation, this too is an entitlement The corporation, business, person is irrelevant/ the revenue allowed is achieved. These may continue on, more competition is simply the result. However use of this property by others shall provide a percentage of income to be directed to further the research or the art or intellectual property by investing in the future, in the schooling of others, or may be seed money for various projects of a similar nature.

The nation shall provide all research & development necessary or requested by business (as is considered proper and necessary by the society)/ the community shall decide the type & direction of that experimentation, a predetermined amount shall be set, by the nation; so that no refusal to invest may be assigned. NO genetic patents or other similar items, shall ever by approved/ THIS IS NOT, an intellectual property/ that would be a SLAVERY, because the simple truth is genetics ARE LIFE, in this world! Slavery is not legal, and the foundations of life are NOT FOR SALE! Further this is not survivable, and EXTREMELY FOOLISH! NO ONE has a right to gamble and risk OUR LIVES!

Remember this, that the existence of selfishness is generated, by the removal of duty!

The critical relationship of man to man resides in an acceptance of fundamental justice/ therefore court significantly determines social peace.

The critical relationship of woman to woman , relies upon equality/ therefore the fundamental right to a secure personal respect, resides in social opportunities.

The critical relationship between a man & a woman is explained, as the needs, the hopes, and the respect required to engage life as "more than simply myself/ we are chosen by each other".

The critical relationship of children to parent is the need to experiment & refine conduct in ways that are socially acceptable & necessary.

The critical relationship of teenagers to each other, is to expand conduct, to include ALL necessary behaviors, to survive and thrive in a world without significant outside support.

The critical relationship of children to the existence of life inside, is simply the means to experiment, without significant risk.

An infant is the existence of a sensual revelation, the opportunity rather than the desire for life. TREAT THEM CAREFULLY!

A pregnancy means; YOU are the protector of this life. BUT if you are unable or unwilling/ a reality in humanity, rather than a right/ the responsibility can be waived IF, you do so within 40 days from conception/ you may relinquish the demand. NOT because it is fair! But because the child needs more than you have. The responsibility of a healthy body MAY intervene, at a later term/ NOT because it is "right or fair", but because EVERYONE wants & needs a healthy body & mind/ BUT ONLY if science proves it true. Those proven irresponsible (in terms of respect for a child) should be sterilized: WHAT right do you have, to describe and cause pain and hardship in the life of another human being. Abortion is NOT birth control, therefore you will learn how to avoid this, or society will decide in court for you. The answer is no one, has this right, therefore NO ONE is to be allowed to use abortion ; instead abortion is the critical difference between the mental concept of SLAVERY, and the fundamental NEED to survive. The first week after conception, the reality is not "as human", 40 days from conception IS the maximum, BECAUSE the true process of humanity begins here. The reality of body & mind & needs are clear, happiness & joy are dependent upon a useful body, in this world. Nature is programmed to reject genetic defects/ humanity intervenes BUT not to its benefit in most cases! A child IS exceptionally important, but a reality which is not peace and happiness, is not what you would choose for yourself/ why do you choose this for others? This is for the sake of the children, as they have no say. Women demand social punishments for men, who abuse/ what is the difference? Sterilization for men who succumb to being a sexual predator [proven through critical evidence/ a vasectomy (this is the end of the chemicals generated by sexual conduct, therefore the primary pleasures are gone)/ proven without a doubt/ should be castrated (this is a punishment/ therefore only under severe circumstances)]. They have cast off their right, and it is a cruel and unusual punishment for the remainder of society, if they are allowed to keep "their weapon of cruelty".

The fundamental participation of money in the relationships of life works for societies benefit ONLY when greed is controlled. Greed breeds separation, prejudice, & power/ therefore control the excess, and social costs are controlled as well. Control resource possession and or use/ limit them to honorable sharing and fundamental caring for the next generation. THERE ARE MANY ways! If you do not, you will war over them. We have become 6 billion people and growing/ in a finite world, share or die.

The fundamental existence of trade in the social experience; separates desire into the experience of confrontation "do this or you shall not achieve your desire". The ultimate cost of this relationship is power. The only answer is competition! Thereby "leveling" the playing field, to the same descriptions of reasonable influence for both sides. Level means reasonable or similar size, by control of resources. We are 6 billion people! And we must make room.

The confirmation of adult sexual desire/ unfulfilled for a variety of reasons, HAS been a staple for as long as society has existed. It is NOT going away. Therefore it is a business (whether it is right or wrong, doesn't matter/ people insist); and should be treated accordingly WITH RESTRICTIONS. At a minimum, health care, VERY DISTINCT education about the realities of such "work", including the suffering, the mental collapse, the failure of long-term employment, the failure of respect, the failure of family by its truest reality that we are more than just a body. And so on. YOU WILL allow video and audio of every room, and the applicant "for this employment" shall be forced to watch for a minimum of 100 hours, before actual "work" occurs. The LIES offered by media, that money shall be made here, SHALL STOP/ you are bastard's for presenting such things. REPENT.

The reality of physical and mental suffering provides ALL the discretion of bargaining, to the medical community. It is no small consequence, this reality of suffering is akin, in every dimension, to criminal extortion/ because to refuse what is offered at any price may mean death or a lifetime of additional problems or needless suffering. Therefore the medical community has NO RIGHT to affix prices or payments or further, to maintain their own level of competition (as they do today)/ these things belong to the community! The cost of medical service, dependent upon that service is therefore NO MORE than (by vote) roughly 10 % of all assets &/ or 15% of a average yearly salary for a period not to exceed 3 years, Maximum/ no further costs for at least 3 years. Anything else the tax base covers. If significant need can be substantiated, at realistic levels (some people who are simply to sick shall be allowed to die, for the sake of the rest). The wealthy and the poor MUST NOT be separated, therefore the doctor & hospital & etc. must be paid according to moneys generated; for the honesty of the area, the state, and the nation. Payment is metered out/ then at the end of the year adjusted. Payment is for work done, per patient/ at the level of expertise for that particular service. And determined by vote among all medical participants, this does include nurses and all supporting staff. A percentage of your wealth, for your health is appropriate, rich or poor it is essentially the same, the poor shall be given the option to do what they can do.

The reality of a money supply based upon population, but limited as to personal greed, IS the people themselves will determine the value of their labor. They will know, "the average income", and they will seek to sustain their own lifestyle based upon the majority. The freedom to deviate is real/ the opportunity to save depends upon you/ the liberty to take "reasonable amounts" more than the others is also clear: what you may NOT do, is enslave and control other lives. The common reality of humanity wanting to be more; is something you must recognize and educate against, beginning in school.

The government MUST control all aspects of distribution, and of resources ( the waters, the roads, the wires, the rivers, pipelines, etc). In so doing honest access delivers true competition. The purpose of competition is the development of honest opportunity to everyone. The purpose of distribution sources under public control is opportunity for businesses. The purpose of resource control is the development of possibilities which as individually we can not do/ if left to competition, the public will be locked out. The USA was critically fortunate to have built a lot of public infrastructure in the past/ the depression of 1929 allowed most of this, and we have benefitted because of it. Reality proves both reward and consequences.

Fundamental truths are as simple as, this is NOT an option (NO true decision exists), therefore in our human reality one such truth becomes: the desire for opportunities, properties, & things is common throughout society. Machines HAVE provided the "slaves" particularly in america to accomplish these desires, and as a result "free time" has increased. The critical reality is "what shall I do with this time"? The conceived choices of make money/ be lazy/ make my voice heard/ pursue some religious types of experience; are common to humanity/ BUT each of these participate at only an individual level. As time goes by, the true experience of individuality shifts society from a community of life, to a individual taking credited to the competition. This inherently changes community and aggression, submission, and abuse contribute according to the critical definitions of justice. The establishment of harmony as a society of life, REQUIRES, a new and better method of relationships. The environment decides, it creates truths which cannot be avoided. The people then choose among the possibilities. The university has always been a place of arrogance/ carefully sift what they say!

The opportunity of a society is: to learn what it means to be polite to one another/ to experience love as a shared blessing/ to learn the fundamental truths of survival, and appreciate them/ and to accept the responsibility you DO owe for yourself, and for your society. The participation in life is NOT simply "I want", THE JOURNEY is to understand the critical conception of a miracle as it invites you into greater experiences, than you can imagine! Want exists as the enemy of society, not because it is bad or good but instead because it does contribute most to selfishness! The simple reality is: educated properly, and shared correctly; YOU DO know how.

All these things reflect NOT, the human desire "to be more, than the rest"/ rather these are "the boundaries of harmony, in human life". Harmony is balance, and balance is the basis of justice! The expectation called peace, assembles from respect, this harmony and brings the opportunity for love, that justice creates.

The difference between now and the past is the reality of power; compounded with the revelation of orchestrated lies, through massive media influence. This in turn recognizes the "cesspool, of personal weapons/ that can only mean once hatred begins BLOOD WILL FLOW in rivers." The consequence of sudden personal economic devastation is ANGER/ hatred follows and must either end as forgiveness, depression, or revenge. The serious inequalities, the over-crowding, & the fundamental lies support a growing frustration/ which establishes the evidence is against you! The probability is certain if no corrective actions are taken. That the intent of greed is to make the majority SLAVES/ the intent of lust is to make the majority SURRENDER/ the realities you have bought for yourselves, are simply the ammunition in their guns. TAKE the gun away, (this is about power and poverty, not "tools").

Do you remember as a child building "towers with blocks", eventually it falls over (just one block too many). The same lesson is true of all human endeavors, one final mistake and all the efforts, all the work, turns to rubble and to blame. The human reality of "I want more"/ must be recognized within the truth; that to achieve move respect, justice, learning, & love must lead, through truth and critical reality. OR a series of lies shall come forth, like a "tower of blocks/ one piece at a time/ until collapse is inevitable.

There are realities of life/ there are truths created by life/ there are blessings from life. In each of these the human existence is refined, as if the experience of living was limited to their own measures/ their own happiness. Love explains: our journeys are created in the moments of companionship/ in the honesty of time as it comes to mean a relationship rather than a moment. Time therefore exists as the doorway which beckons our own hearts, to enter & experience joy, as the beginning of eternity. Time thereby is the vessel which transforms our true desire into our true participation as family, now & forever! Remember this that time examines each one, NOT for judgment, but for the expressions of harmony, the relationship called thought, and the acceptance refined by respect, as LOVE!

May you find your destiny, as the SOUL you were always meant to be! Do NOT judge yourself, YOU are NOT GOD. Do remember you are already invited into eternity, your invitation is secured YOU are welcomed/ BUT only you can accept this invitation and add respect, as the true and honest relationship of love. This love and this respect, are the evidence of your acceptance.

To facilitate a more clear concept of possibilities, the following is added

The ascertain of better methods, for society does include an opportunity to describe the simple boundaries of work as an influence upon our lives. Sharing does mean, the responsibility as well as the honor of doing "the best you can". Machines, resource and energy consumption have brought time to humanity. The critical equation of work then relies upon a sharing of the work, so that all may participate and reach an understanding of your relationship with time. So that the common failure, to appreciate freedom when composed of time & possibilities does not elude you anymore. Time, is the measured movement of energy as it reacts upon the mass that is our bodies. This displaces the constant security of peace, as it exists in the certainty of NOW, to become the more fluid experience which we recognize as life. Time thereby DOES represent our journey, just as life identifies the placement motion creates, it is the existence of past, present, & future.

Existence means: to recognize life! Motion means to recognize life is an opportunity which participates either with you or around you. As an obstruction to constant flow mass is identified as strength. As a mass adrift within the flow, the variations of movement produce constant hesitation. Without resistance what appears as freedom, moves without knowledge. Life means: knowledge, understanding, & wisdom HAVE created the MIRACLE which is an existence beyond energy or mass, "to identify a true and unique individual concept called creation". Our ability to create our own destiny is found here, our journey within the participation's of thought is realized here, our responsibility described as respect, & the expression & experience called love, is functionally applied to our lives here. To simplify, existence as the association of time & place is the simplest description of "freedom without knowledge. The life motions of body & mind apply knowledge to the concept of being alive, but do not form understanding as the basis of that knowledge. To pause and give thought (a constant presence in your life, NOT your mind) the critical opportunity to identify wisdom, does mean, that a freedom earned is a creation born in the moments which "time forgot". The destinies of respect appreciate, from the experience of this creation, this thought and the experience of love that is realized within this "birth" of a new and different you. Life is a true journey/ but more importantly, it is the creation explained, "as the expanding universe" within your soul! The destination is eternity, the purpose a new & better freedom, the responsibility is an examination of paths!

A path is, a relationship with thought conceived by the boundary of our own reality, our own experience as life, as thought begins by arising beyond human understanding, to become a true belief. A path then illustrates "I AM ALIVE", by standing at the boundaries of thought and asking from every perspective HOW may I proceed into the experience "which can become a family/ including me"? (thought and you, together as one). The path then describes this question as the true desire of your heart, and it becomes the honest acceptance of an opportunity which cannot be bought or earned or demanded/ this is a truth which exists only within those who share! I do suggest simply: share the work & invite the day, and "ASK, SEEK, &KNOCK"! This is your eternity to come, and your participation DOES matter.

Let any who would, scoff: / YOU BELIEVE! You are a miracle, a reality so complex & beautiful, you simply CANNOT be "an accident"/ as is the world we live in.! There is no honor greater than life itself, believe in yourself, your heart, and your soul!

This journey is SIMPLE in its conception/ PRIDE cannot come! Therefore, in the moments of humiliation, remember the simple words: "In the same way death separates us from the ones we love/ humiliation separates us, from the pride which anchors our hopes & dreams in this physical world! LOVE reveals, the true passion created in our lives, "by the presence of the life that is missing"! Here, we DO learn to understand what the "treasury of life means/ it means THE LIVING, ARE ITS TREASURE"! This in turn assembles the values of FREEDOM, apart from life itself, and our honesty of love! Love DOES anchor our souls, to the places we have formed inside each other, the honor of this, "which is FAMILY", then allows SPIRIT, the freedom to "soar". LOVE IS THE GIFT of a liberty completed, in the spirit of JOY! This is the creation of a SHARED IDENTITY! It is NOT a place/ this JOY is the "enegy of life" (enegy means/ WITHOUT EQUAL)

Humiliation performs, the opposite of these truths, by dividing all the participants/ by surrendering assets & commonality/ by stripping away the realities which define ourselves, and placing each one alone in time. Humiliation searches through our lives, to bring us each one, "the freedom to understand ourselves, and the gift of recognizing the things which we are at liberty to change." The more simple truth is, life as humanity is the measurement of ourselves in this world/ therefore the "ladder" which stands before each person, asks of you the simple question: WHAT do you truly desire, WHAT do you truly love, and WHY? Life is not "an elevator ride"/ you must accept the purpose of your decision, You must participate in the order and necessary disciplines, You must enjoy the moments: because life IS WORTH LIVING!
