1.                  AS REQUIRED;    SHORT AND PLAIN

2.                  The US government, HAS caused the nation to become bankrupt by its refusal to do its duty, pay its debts, control its members, and justify its expenses. The federal reserve flow of funds table L.5 total liabilities in relation to total assets/ justifies and defends this claim.

3.                  Their duty abandoned, has committed the treason that occurs in the failure of equality and justice to preserve the american reality of life/ bankruptcy of the nation is no small matter.

4.                  Divide 78 trillion dollars in debt by 150 million taxpayers, and every tax filer in the USA owes $520,000.00 EVERY ONE. Multiply this by a 5 % interest rate and every single taxpayer owes a $26,000.00 interest payment per year/ no principle paid.

5.                  Divide 107 trillion dollars in claimed assets by 7 billion people/ all the people in the world, and you suggest america would provide $15,285.71 to each person in the world. The fantasy of america money is beyond belief/ if it were not trusted by the american people.

6.                  By forbes list of billionaires, 48 billion dollars means every taxpayer 150 million people owe this selfish ass/ a payment from their pocket of $320.00 each, EVERY TAXPAYER, owes one man three hundred and twenty dollars.

7.                  The medical profession in all its phases, are true representatives of the primary cause for this complete economic failure.

8.                  Their monopoly over the competition/ their ability to extort and exploit due to consequences that apply only to the individual/ their leadership in the raising cost of living HAS been adopted by every greedy & selfish whore around/ leaving the nation in the grips of thieves, and the poverty of slaves.

9.                  The examination of political and judicial prostitution as it concedes the american dollar, the american way of life, and the nation itself to a economic catastrophe, is nothing less than treason. The critical offense of selling the nation to limitless credit, by then preparing to remove in its entirety the trust of the people of the nation, is the actions of a traitor, a worthless and vile excuse of humanity.

10.              The dramatic and instantaneous response common response to surprise by humanity/ when they learn :   these people stole our lives, our future, our nation, our everything but life/ becomes a truth that is VERY DANGEROUS. YOU thereby have put the nation at risk of complete self destruction/ and you should be ashamed.

11.              No judge, no politician, no anyone can repair the damage done/ AMERICA IS BANKRUPT!   It is over and done.

12.              The only method of survival as a nation/ the ONLY defense against certain anarchy & critical disrespect for everything “authority”, is    :   GIVING THEM (THE PEOPLE) their nation, through their right to choose, LITERALLY BY VOTE, FOR THEMSELVES/ not for someone to vote for them, a travesty of democracy.

13.              The court, the politicians, & the selfish own this country today/ they traded the intent of the constitution [which is clearly defined]/ they sold judicial competency & fairness for numbers, a current reality of worthless promises. They become invaders & terrorists, because greed demands injustice, & the court relies on the travesty and apathy of the lowest possible avenue, & the cheapest possible tricks to shackle honesty and dispute honor:    HOW POOR YOU ARE.   You should be ashamed.

14.              The courts jurisdiction in these matters follows and expects support for the 1st amendment guarantee:   CLEARLY DEFINED, and fundamentally requested/ a REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES FOR THE PEOPLE of America. BECAUSE our leaders have proven to be traitors and we have nothing left but the reality of our vote.

15.              The constitution demands, this is a court action/ therefore, because the entire nation is at RISK, the critical time is very near, and the formation of possibilities must occur: BEFORE the anarchy begins.

 

16.              The recusal of this judge is accepted/ HOWEVER his docket has been filed and will be answered accordingly:   to the judge, as we have gone down this road before/ there is no purpose in producing the discipline or honor in support of “a patriotic duty”/ there is no purpose in law or other matters of justice, your arrogance and failure proved you could not defeat my words/ yet even so “the whining child wins”: a sign of these times, and this place.

 

17.              In the matter of carle foundation hospital’s claim to be “not for profit”, the issue is raised by them to say:   we cannot be selfish/ we are a charity in hospital terms, and by the definition allowed by this government.

18.              By this statement the legal lies begin!

19.              The status of not for profit, understands the corporation does not make more money than it spends for foundation interests. NOTHING is declared about salaries of the people who control the corporation or benefits they might enjoy. Therefore anything the board chooses for a salary or a bonus or an expense for themselves is merely paid for by the not for profit corporation/ a perfect public disguise for taking all the money you want from the public and declaring “were not in this for the money”/ it is a sham, a con, and a disgrace.    (A). I have paid your doctor and your hospital for the recent visit to the emergency room/ I will not be subjected to a stream of irrelevant billing without my authorization. You may present me one billing reviewing the exact and entire amount, and dictating precisely in common language what this is for, with regard to my 1 hour visit on 8/24/04. Your procedure of default, upon your clear obligation to be fair, does not equal your responsibility in this matter. This is a fraudulent attempt to “consume my ability to understand the billing/ and thereby devour my right to defend myself!  A RIGHT, due to all americans/ a GUARANTEE.

20.              Show me this is untrue. Show me these fingerprints of fraud, do not end up making the board of directors as rich as they can be.

 

21.              As to the US attorney, the reality of cowardice is in clear evidence, as this trial fundamentally declares and proves CRITICAL CHOICES of life or death, even for this nation are at stake, and you are hiding in the blatant poverty of lame & tragic desertion of your duty. A sad but true commentary of judicial disgrace, a reality of judicial larceny in the attempt to destroy the nation, by hiding in the dysentery of your screaming retreat. This is a criminal offense, going awol without permission, when your nation needs you to do your duty.

22.              Your declaration of frivolous excuse, cannot be defended. You FAIL!

23.              As to your claim of subject matter. This is a constitutional demand for 1st amendment rights, and it is your job to declare and defend my right to my constitutional guarantees.

24.              PROVE IT IS NOT SO.

25.              Your attempt at a kangaroo court, is a hostile possession of my constitutional guaranteed rights. If I have no rights under this 1st amendment guarantee/ then I demand the words that declare this to be so. If you have no words/ then you surrender, as the nation which employs you/ HAS DECLARED    We the people DO have these rights, irregardless of any procedural infraction, bastard judge, or whore attorney.

26.              Your contempt for the people’s right to justice, to equality [attorneys are NOT the only litigant/ they are the thieves, extorting money by removing the court from the people]. You are a disgrace.

 

 

27.              In response:   JURISDICTION MEANS SIMPLY, “why do I have to deal with this/ why did he or she or they pick on me/ why should I be required to answer for “things” they don’t have a right to ask of me”.

28.              Legally these are questions of justice and justice means, WE THE PEOPLE of this nation have formed the decisions of what is FAIR, EQUAL, AND RIGHT, within the words which govern and bind this nation together. This has nothing to do with officials, or those who assume authority/ not even the words or laws of a few. Rather justice is the comprehension and fundamental decision/ that is worth dying for:   so say the people.

29.              This is a federal question designed within the legal understanding of constitutional demand and the guarantee of american democracy : the right to DUE PROCESS OF LAW. The infiltration of deserters, of hypocrites, of worthless instruments to rob the american citizen, and all the rest:   are not legal entities. Your dependency upon stealing my rights/ merely proves you have nothing else to use.

30.              Prove this is not worthy of our 1st amendment redress of grievances. Prove your current efforts are not descriptions of a coward and a traitor. Prove this nation is not about to enter the true fight for its “life”. And I will leave you alone. If you do not, then back away and produce the proof, you do indeed work for the people of America, for their freedom, and NOT   merely to stab them in the back   as is your current method of stupidity.

 

31.              I have accused the medical industry of which Carle foundation is their representative, of fundamentally undermining the economy of the United States of America/ by leading the revolution of greed and selfishness. They are certainly NOT ALONE, by as someone must represent these actions by economic terrorists/ they have by correspondence on their own terms agreed.

32.              I have confronted the court, the dept of justice, and Carle foundation (the medical industry) with the evidence of economic failure, and presented the consequence to you as certain chaos and anarchy which could easily defeat the nation itself. Do you not believe every dollar in your pocket is worth something/ it will buy you something? What happens when you know for sure, it will not:   you have been robbed, your nation is bankrupt, and there is no alternative: it is the truth.

33.              You are reminded, you cannot hide from certain economic failure/ if you try, the guns will make you bleed, while the streets run with blood. This is nothing to do with me/ nothing to do with any cause of mine. This is the reality of an entire people, finding themselves with hate. If you do not prepare, as with this redress of grievances, your theft will have consequences.

34.              I do now present this decision to defend the nation and establish the opportunity for truth and reality to work within the court, in the recognition of equality and justice, by all the definitions that are prepared for us by the constitution of the United States/ for the purpose of survival of the nation.

35.              If you refuse to remove the        LIES    / then they will consume you.

36.              Think not/ then remember this is a nation of extremely proud people, with massive amounts of weapons/ suddenly recognizing they have been betrayed, and have nothing! There are only two directions: either violence and revenge will rule/ or you will choose forgiveness, and allow democracy the opportunity to review and redefine society/ you cannot hide.    You are found out!

 

 

 

37.              I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, your lies will die or america and the world will die instead. The evidence is clear and beyond dispute/ that without true change: the consequences of another billion people in the next 20 years/ resource loss and tragic death of nature/ starvation/ terrorism/ genetic mutilation/ the certain economic failure of others/ and all your decisions to prepare with weapons of mass destruction to massacre billions across the world   WILL bring the book of revelation as described in the bible to your door/ it has started. Truth will not be denied.

 

 

38.              TO THE POLICE:   I am harassed by the court, I am not in contempt/ nor have I threatened in any way. You will remember your job is to protect the constitution/ it is not to be “the henchmen of tyrants”.

39.              TO THE MEDIA:   I do not pretend this is pleasant/ I do not say this is not hurtful/ RATHER the beginning of a defense against certain anarchy is NECESSARY. Whether you like my methods or not/ if you cannot find an alternative, quickly, then do not hide.

 

40.              TO THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY:     YOU CAN, AND YOU WILL make America be on trial. Without your resources, labor, & goods, the distress here will be immediate and without recourse. The reality we face here is anarchy or change/ a new life or slow death. Consider reality, and KNOW: in this country of massive weapons and little political responsibility a fundamental failure means the world is AT RISK. 

41.              You are not their judge, you cannot make them choose well, & they are NOT your enemy, even if they fail. Rather they have run from the truth to hide in their want and live by their greed. The trial to come decides if humanity will survive/ these merely represent you/ just as the medical profession in this trial now is reduced to Carle foundation.

42.              You are at the pinnacle of human expansion, you have consumed all that is easy/ destroyed all that is excess/ and the expansion of humanity by another 1 billion people in the next 20 years will “be the end of you”.

43.              Either you will quit hiding, face your fears, or you will die.
