public instructions

The critical relationship between the public and democracy itself is a courtroom: to enforce our own decisions. The critical test of law, in this democracy is:  CAN this be identified as within constitutional boundaries and purposes! The critical decision of the public itself in democracy is: shall we, or shall we not participate in this decision before us? While the “extra special smart; we own it all, people say”; the public is too damn stupid, to decide anything for itself. The reality of our world, testifies clearly: those people CANNOT be allowed to make important decisions for us anymore.

THIS TRIAL 2018 TR 5950

Seeks democracy through redress of grievances, a constitutional guaranteed right, established by the  US first amendment, and fifth guaranteed right of the IL constitution.

US first amendment reads:  congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, OR THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.

This is our constitutional government, as is the constitution itself. Our employees are not the government: instead they are sworn to uphold our government which is the constitution. We the people, are equal with the contract that is our constitutional government;  in line of ownership. WE, are the owners here!

Thereby the right of an individual, a citizen of this people; is to peacefully assemble by legal guarantee {this amendment, each and every part; is the law}. That must be done within a courtroom, as no citizen has the right to individually question the law of our land, other than in a courtroom. To assemble thereby means: to gather together, and decide by the force of numbers created through a vote. The opportunity to demand that vote comes through a jury courtroom. The purpose of this trial. Thereby if the public then votes for trial. To initiate an investigation of our state or nation, and all its parts:  in these specific grievances (these threats). As is redress: “to remove the cause/ to make right” of these threats. Then becomes the right to decide for ourselves. Within these specific decisions which we the people find NOT within our constitutional purposes as a nation. As we see fit through our own democratic individual vote. As owners here, not merely those who are ruled.

The jury in this trial: DECIDES, if they will call the public to a vote.

That vote will be determined by:  is there sufficient cause to believe, that we should not be found without any options left. That we should not be required to endure the consequences of others: who are deliberately gambling with our lives, our world, our nature, the future, even every child? Is there sufficient cause: to accept these decisions must be made by our own individual vote? Is it true: WE MUST NOT, let these threats BE ESTABLISHED BY, they were WRONG?

The public decides, if allowed their vote by the jury:  if they will accept the jury verdict, that we must not be complacent/ WE MUST know, and accept what we cannot survive. Must be stopped!

The court IS THEN: required by our democracy and its elevation of the preamble to that constitution. Which reads

We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessing of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.

THAT STATEMENT IS, the foundation upon which America was built. IT IS, the contractual agreement of this nation, to unite. IT IS, “THE LAW, every leader swears to protect, defend, and obey”.

In that sense, and for these purposes of a true democracy: the courtroom then becomes ours, as a reflection of the values we ourselves are willing to defend and protect; as one nation, or state.

The exercise of that legal right to defend what is ours, as is this state or this nation: REQUIRES A LEGAL EXAMINATION OF THE EVIDENCE, TO DETERMINE as best we can. What is or is not true, as to each and every specific threat/ and in general terms what surrounds that specific threat to bring it to our attention. That trial, will require witnesses, and punishment for failure to respect our need to know. An open door so the public sees everything; realistic adjudication (the decision) by the public.

That decision requires a final vote by presenting three or four distinct, predetermined methods of enforcement. These will be assembled by public methods prior to their inclusion for a vote.

That vote in the affirmative, requires both the judge and the jury to identify and create the necessary ad; along with the extent to which that ad will be seen. The jury owns the right to petition a vote from the people. But the judge mediates so that no law, or rights are broken.

FINAL NOTES

The value of a true democracy is:  “whosoever makes the law/ rules the nation”. Which means if we make the law, in these specific decisions/ we rule their outcome over our lives.  One citizen equals one vote; NOT someone to vote for me, my own vote on the law that will govern this specific reality.

The reality of trial is: without true public participation, there can be no real outcome as determined by WE THE PEOPLE.  You must participate, to produce true democracy or it will be crushed.

You must communicate, to establish an understanding prior to a vote. You must accept the responsibility of making your own decisions: because there is no going back. At least not on issues of extinction, horror, and hell.

Make your own decision

As for me, I have delivered to you the opportunity for changing the catastrophes we face. What you do with that choice is up to you.

It is however the last time, I intend to be involved, in fighting for those who refuse to fight for themselves; unless forced into a courtroom to defend myself. This is YOUR CHANCE, “to literally save your world”. I already did do, “My part”. Fail, and I say to you; there is no mercy left.
