AS IT REGARDS FAIR PLAY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE

the following applies: what is constant in life is/ if you are willing to do this to someone else/ then it is surely something that you desire for your own life: otherwise, it is a hell that you intentionally produced for someone else/ where you played god, to their misery. Thereby the concept of justice, is applied to the simple understanding: if you are willing to do this to another/ then you must surely be anxious to experience it first hand for yourself. Therein what is called "cruel and unusual" by some/ is in fact a literally consequence of the decisions these have made for themselves. An education requires reality; but not death/ therein murder for instance would be the instruction of several hours a day, "in a box". Did these not choose the similar, for someone else/ surely if they believed it fair for the other; they then believe it is fair for themselves: that is the foundation of justice/ what is fair to me, is fair to you. The assumption of "cruel and unusual punishment" has been dismissed by the foundation of actions taken by the criminal mind: it is YOU that will decide what is constant and fair in terms of punishment. It is YOU that makes the decision what society should do to you/ because you first did this to another. For instance, those who sell "people to become sexual slaves"/ should indeed face the reality that their own bodies shall be sold in either the same manner/ or if they are guilty of particularly harsh or excessive activities: then let their own body parts be sold as well: "do you need a liver"? Etc.

The development of justice then replies to one and to all without compromise for anything. If you have chosen to inflict true damage to another life then you will suffer the same. This does not apply to ANY CAUSE OR REASON fundamentally shared by the reality of both/ or to ANY accidental cause/ or to the very young/ OR to those who have failed, but honestly desire to do better.

Instead for the constant and proven without doubt by all evidence that proves true/ the reality of a serial rapist shall become as this: First all penial system enclosures shall be changed to separate the homosexual content to their own jails as different from the others. There shall be separate jails for no less than 3 types of individuals in three types of jails for homosexuals/ and 3 types of jails for all other male inmates. STUPID/ WRONG/ & EVIL.

Then change begins AS for the EVIL who have proven a sexual predator/ they go to jail for the EVIL, as naked individuals/ they will be given no clothes ever; until they are allowed to return to society if ever. These jails will have no supervision/ the inmates are free inside to do whatever they do/ to whoever they will do it. If a new inmate has chained extensively or abused physically beyond any possibility of mercy/ then you will lock their hands behind their backs one crossed over the other so that the forearms are parallel with a comfortable but secure lock that will automatically release after a defined period of time such as one year/ dependent upon crimes. For the serial murderer, he too will be placed herein, it doesn't matter homosexual or not. But for him you will also use a metal housing that fits properly, but closes his eyes and ears/ you will weld this on, or such suitable measure until the time of this punishment is over/ then the arms will be released after the eyes are opened when this time of punishment is over. They will eat with their mouths, it is their only utensil. The jail itself is constructed of a building with some heat provided by a remote heater and piped in as a warmed floor/ no lighting is needed. The grounds will be constructed with electric wires, from no less than 2 substations creating an impenetrable fence just beyond the barbed wire to insure no accidental exposures. There will be fencing extending to at least 20 feet in a series of wires from 6" or lower to 5 feet in height with no more than 1 foot in between the wires/ those wires will be thick enough to burn a man through if a body is thrown on them, and not fail otherwise/ it will be a lonely location. You will lower new inmates from a helicopter in a cage and abandon the cage. Food is delivered as a suitable material that can be automatically dispersed, such as dropped weekly by a helicopter. Dead bodies will be put in the cages used for the living and taken away by the helicopter/ and then dropped in a suitable selected ravine where predators may eat them, from 2000 feet or thereabouts. If someone alive must be returned to society/ they will enter the cage wherein the helicopter shall pick up: electronic tags shall identify from a distance. The rope attached to the cage shall be extended well above the ground for helicopter access/ if "lies" are allowed, the food will be delayed. WHAT YOU CHOSE, as a hell for someone else/ shall be returned to you. there is no health care, etc.

As to lesser issues of sexual crimes/ according to the crime, a rapist will be inserted into the lesser jail called WRONG/ and therein will be chained to the floor naked for the period of time as defined by the crime and declared by society, such as a month. Thereafter, he shall receive clothes and be treated as the rest. This is a jail with supervision only through the day/ at night the doors open and the human animals may come out.'

As to sexual stupidity, that must be punished/ rather than simply resolved through instruction: such as the drugging of someone or the possession of a substance for that purpose; if no other victims are found, and that victim is over the age of 18 and in good mental health otherwise/ these may go to the first jail for homosexuals, wherein they will have clothes, a jailer, and various other considerations that are appropriate to instructing them how to return to society.

Those who wish to commit suicide to these options are allowed/ but only after a year/IF no sign of repentance is event within one month, then let the reality be over. IF it is obvious they do repent and they are very serious about reforming: a committee shall decide if a lesser jail is warranted at the end of a year/ if they do honorably repent. You will know, by listening and questioning and hearing truth without any lies. Truth does not allow the evidence of evil.

What is fair for a woman/ must be designed by a woman. It is certain however that the young will be given a second chance/ or more. It is certain that women do not really rape young men/ they must participate or the penis will not work. It is certain young women do participate in sexual demands as well, and consideration MUST be given for these realities. Your particular morality or religious preferences are irrelevant/ the damage to a human life is the only issue. That is not decided by emotion, or rules/ but by the truth of life and the experience that exists to wreck peace and happiness for many years. Learn the differences.

There will be those who say these types of action cannot be done/ they are unconstitutional and unwise. The first lesson of the constitution is however: WE THE PEOPLE Are in charge. And if we decide this shall be fair and deliberate to the worst of society in exchange for their attempts to create hell for someone else then NO JUDGE, or lawyer, or idiot shall stand in the way. BUT YOU WILL BE CAREFUL, only the very worst shall experience these descriptions for the worst/ or you may incur wrath for yourselves. This is not a deterrent as such/ rather it is the understanding, if evil and hell are what you want: then you may have it. Simple as that. For the homosexual who complains "we are degraded here"/ simply put, society is "feeding your desires", giving you what you want; We are not interested in hearing your complaint/ are YOU not in charge of your bodies, all these have to do is nothing. You have no complaint.

Add to this the reality of truth, that as a society WE THE PEOPLE do control the destiny of ourselves, our nation, and our responsibilities. Some will argue that "taking a 100 or 200 or more of the wealthiest people in america and forcing them to pay for all the greed and failures of the american economy is not fair"! They will have an army of lawyers to fight for them in court. But we have REALITY AND FAIR PLAY!

Therein WE THE PEOPLE can and will consume their own greed and selfishness by simply declaring "marshal law"/ confiscating the possessions in question, and using them as we see fit. Just, A new form of Eminent domain! This is absolutely fair/ because NO ONE gets to be a billionaire, by playing fair! This represents the lives of 100 million people working at ten dollars an hour for one hour: WHO is justified in claiming such a disgrace as this is? THE ANSWER IS NO ONE. PERIOD/ WITHOUT QUESTION, WITHOUT EXCUSE.

It is unnecessary to leave them a dime, "they all say, even if we lost everything: we would get it all back quickly" times up, YOU GET YOUR WAY. Show us!

The reality justifying eminent domain is quite simply the nation is facing complete and total economic collapse/ leading to civil war, and even to world war 3 if these realities are not fixed: Who then has a greater right. 200 people/ the greediest and most selfish in the land? Or 200 million people naked and starving because the reality of their situation cannot be dealt with effectively? Eminent domain HAS been proven effectively: If your property is in the way, of the wealth of a large number of people/ THEN IT IS YOU, THAT WILL LOSE. Neither does the claim have to be substantial, as in the case of Boston wherein properties necessary for the purpose of their "big dig"/ were simply condemned.

CLEARLY FOR SURE AND FOR CERTAIN , it is the property of the wealthy that now stands directly in the way of the sanctity and life of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, And WE THE PEOPLE DO DECLARE EMINENT DOMAIN IS OURS, AND WE ARE GOING TO TAKE YOURS.

This is tantamount to forced seizure, and must not be done unless circumstances warrant it must be so. Eminent domain is exactly the same for every citizen/ whether you have money or not: you can pay the price of society. The wealthy WILL of course retaliate, they will say unfair. Remind them of the presidents declaration "wrong place/ wrong time, you are an enemy combatant" against the economy of the United States: the war you have raged against the common citizen is over. If we have to put you in Guantanamo bay: We will get to you sooner or later, if we want too.

These people will then unite in a uniform declaration of work shutdown and company meltdown. Let them do so/ then when the price is at a "penny a share"/ feel free to demand the government response as demonstrated by Boston: and condemn the property/ and declare them bankrupt and abandoned! Then, Take all the property with you, and return to work. There is ONLY ONE purpose that a "rich person" serves: They demand the average worker retain some order, on the job/ in order to make money. IF THE DAY EVER COMES, when the average worker, can resolve their own differences honorably and "Play Fair"/ the wealthy are dissolved forever. Remember that, and find a way: to control your own ignorance and greed. The primary platform for this very thing is then: understanding a grievance is a right to involve the entire company/ remove the leadership as it were, and publicly declare by vote of the workers: what is fair, and what is not. If you bankrupt the company/ you have NO work, and will receive no compensation: BE FAIR. By this vote/ if any person is bad for the company, the workers shall throw them out. If that person is the owner of the company/ and two-thirds of the workers in a work force over 30 vote to remove them: then the company will sell. If the workers are highest bidder, then they take over the company. The right of work is not a possession of the others/ it is a right granted by the nation itself: therefore ownership is dependent upon that single right.

The rule of business is quite simple: do what needs to be done/ when it needs to be done/ and sell what you do! It is not a hard concept.

As they turn to cry and complain and seek revenge/ remind them simply: of how many dreams and hopes and lives/ they took and slammed into the earth, and to hell. Repent instead of cry/ believe in eternity rather than seek revenge/ love instead of die in the selfishness that describes you. You are not condemned/ you are forced, to share.

Let every nation in the world KNOW and BE ADVISED: Do not accept title or money of these NOT IN ANY FORM/ because we will not honor the money. We will NOT honor the title. We will NOT dignify their claims or their court battles/ they have lost. If you take it/ truth will declare "the charity belong to you, you pay". Don't doubt it, reality says, life and the nation require this action/ and it will be made. Choose only if you will be a friend to the people of the United States, or not.
