The truth of 300 million people suddenly learning their world as an economic reality has been turned into nothing but lies and failure/ that they have indeed lost everything financial in their lives or stand to lose everything financial in their lives: because government was too weak and too stupid, and too arrogant, and too proud to make the decisions required/ means civil war is a true possibility. Therefore we MUST go to court to fix this problem/ while sanity and reason have at least the possibility of holding the nation together, and let truth sort as truth must sort/ that we may begin again. The fact that no one wants the truth/ NEARLY EVERYONE HIDES IN THE LIES/ has become irrelevant, because the reality of the day proves the lies are now dead, and the funeral for them is just around the corner. YOUR WAYS, and YOUR EMPLOYEES DECISIONS, have made the nation broke. The money has no value/ so says the truth about the financial statistics reported by the United States treasury dept. Therefore to court we must go.

The federal reserve flow of funds table says 109 trillion in assets last June 2005 divided by 300 million people = $363,000.00 dollars apiece divided equally/ there is no way. Dependent upon which week it was reviewed we will use the 84 trillion in debt that they made up for themselves. 84 trillion dollars in debt divided by 100 million people for easy calculations = $840,000.00 each: or a debt load that has no reality to it; it simply cannot exist. Add 8.2 trillion dollars, that Americans used in credit for the first 4 and a half months of this fiscal year= $164,000.00 dollars per each of 50 million workers. Your credit needs have suddenly risen dramatically/ always the signal, that it is about to end. Therefore depression begins very soon/ NOT because of this small trial; did I fail to write you an 8.2 trillion dollar check to cover your first 4 months of spending? No/ it is you who took the credit. Did I fail to pay the 725.8 billion dollars trade deficit, that you took last year/ this is $7258.00 dollars in non-payment per each one of one hundred million people, that you did not pay the people who give you their work and resources. Is this not your fault? Your credit needs have suddenly almost doubled or more/ a clear and certain sign, this economy is now done. Therefore we can either begin talking about truth and reality; what we can do/ what we cannot do/ and what we will do? I AM ENTITLED to justice/ and that does not include being treated "like waste to be discarded in the trash"; because that is exactly what frivolous means. Paragraph 3: "There are some people who encourage others to violate our nation's tax laws by arguing that there is no legal requirement for them to file income tax returns or pay income taxes. These people base their arguments on legal statements taken out of context and on frivolous arguments that have been repeatedly rejected by federal courts. People who rely on this kind of information can ultimately pay more in taxes, interest and penalties that they would have paid simply by filing correct tax returns".

My reply: this is a continuation of arguments that do not exist/ if such is contained in the stated letter, it erupts from a previous attempt to enter tax court: a demand by me to be heard on a simple personal tax argument. Wherein I searched, and at every door the answer was the same: NO ENTRY to tax court unless I provide a signed written statement that declares I do owe the money/ ONLY THEN can I go and declare, "I do not owe the money"/ a game for fools. Going to tax court thereby demands I must be taken to court by the IRS. To get a fair hearing/ I MUST INVITE THE NATION. It is that simple. Thereby creating a sustainable argument suitable for transference to civil court requires the question WHY! Again no intent to avoid "my fair share" exists/ HOWEVER the slaughter of critical realities necessary for the future of the nation and the children who will inherit it or die, IS MY DUTY TO DEFEND; and you are the butcher that cannibalizes their lives.

My reply: simply more threats from those who are committing the fraud by disguising the numbers as having value when indeed they do not. My reply: constitutional law has set forth in defense of this nation, an opportunity to be heard/ NOT an opportunity for tyrants to play "god" over me. YOU MUST PROVE any and all correspondence with you regarding your duty to oversee the nation and protect it from those who would destroy its guarantees and its rights of citizenship are frivolous/ OR YOU SHALL NOT make this charge of me anymore. Paragraph 2 suggests I would dispute paying any appropriate tax/ but since I have no reference available (no letter to review)/ I will assert NO DISPUTE is made against honest taxation, or the legitimate sharing of burdens created by & for society. RATHER I DO DISPUTE the massive fraud, criminal transgressions, BASTARD decisions, MASSIVE THREATS to all life on earth and this country; and the various other forms of blatant RAPE & PILLAGING as has been occurring within the reality of leadership, of this United States/ both past & present. The assumptions of immunity, or authority/ DO NOT supercede the reality that WE THE PEOPLE Own this nation/ NOT our employees; and it is past time that those employees were taken to court to be prosecuted for their crimes. The foundation of the nation is at stake, and as a result I say to you, THIS IS an appropriate action under the statutes that support, protect, and defend : any and all "WHISTLE-BLOWERS" and their actions in support of WE THE PEOPLE. As such, and because the failure is within the actions of government employees both past and present; THIS IS A NATIONAL CASE, of preeminent stature that supercedes all other legal cases. YOU SHALL PRESENT IT TO THE NATION for their purposes/ without delay.

My reply: simply more threats from those who are committing the fraud by disguising the numbers as having value when indeed they do not. That means those who are participating in this fraud against the nation/ and deluding those who believe they have "money" when in fact they do not, ARE GUILTY of perjury (you are lying, if your actions in the collection of money sustains treason & supports traitors; we have been robbed, as a nation), extortion (if you have NO legally sustainable right, then it is extortion: your right to collect taxes, exists as a defense of the nation, and as a support for the nation/ YOU ARE supporting the thieves and butchers of the nation, making you conspirators). The LAW SUPPORTS SOCIETY, as do I/ in all terms and all ways. YOU have declared war on society by the delusions you have helped to create, as money without merit, and weapons from that money without even the opportunity for mercy for life. My reply: this is an insistence upon absolute immunity and the fundamental disgrace of a group of employees who believe they are above the law. Their "response" is NOT timely/ it does NOT answer any question/ NOR does it conceive of justice in any form: WHICH DOES demand a legitimate answer to every legitimate question. Frivolous does not support justice/ it is the opposite, a pitiful descent into the pigsty of injury and damages attributable to those whose criminal mischief laughs at constitutional guarantees; it is a ridicule of the nation/ and a disgrace intended to disrespect the foundation of democracy: which is equality/ respect/ and honor towards all people. Where is the respect/ where is the equality/ all the evidence points directly at dishonor of the people.

Herein the IRS will state: arguments raised as to the fundamentals and foundation of other employees of government, past or present, DO NOT apply to "their mission" as a collection agency for the US governing body. Reply is made: YOU ARE "THE THUG" INVOLVED/ it is you who make the threat/ and it is you that have stood in the way of critical citizenship and the duties required of every citizen in defense of the nation. Please observe that the internal revenue code sections listed below expressly authorize IRS employees that act on behalf of the secretary of the treasury to: 1.) Issue summons in order to gain possession of records so that determinations can be made of the tax liability or for ascertaining the correctness of any return filed by that person; and 3. ) collect any such liability.

My reply: clearly develops this pending legal action as fundamentally directed against the secretary of the treasury (your boss)/ and therein states: this is a dispute legitimately challenging the accounting & methods of accounting & statements of accounting of the treasury department of the United States of America : and deliberately and clearly asks and demands a full declaration of the reality of those numbers YOU have committed as an accounting for the nation. This is: a Summons for the truth, as to the reality that those numbers mean; and the consequence of the fraud they do declare. It is clear and certain, the state of Illinois has also contributed to the lies, lives in a financial fantasy/ and has no concept of how to get out from under the debt. Those the officials both past and present have elected to press upon the citizenry. This is a consequence of numbers that are simply not real, a reality that threatens the lives of every citizen of the state of Illinois. Amendment 13 says, NO slavery or involuntary servitude, except for punishment of a crime. I tell you true, that numbers without value ARE that slavery/ realities that cannot stand form an involuntary servitude; because if the people knew the money was worthless/ they would not work for it: therefore you make them work/ by lying to them. Which applies the power to taxation does not stand alone/ but in conjunction with the whole of the constitution itself. Without the foundation of the constitution as written, by what authority do you say this is more important than the 1, 4, 13, or even the 14 amendment which declares "equal protection of the laws": you have threatened me/ I did not threaten you; I am asking deliberately for truth and the evidence for peace in America today and in our future. Stealing is not allowed/ neither is "cooking the books" so to speak/ neither is threats without a foundation: the first amendment is superior to any declaration of the 16 amendment and it rules with the constitution. I tell you true, I have paid every penny of tax to this day/ even requiring the IRS to look over every tax form and make a judgment for the last 20 years or more; so that in this day there can be no mistake. I know of no mistake of substance and none of intention. However the taxes for 2005 are not yet paid, one hundred dollars for each of the USA and the state of IL will be paid as a clear intent of payment. The rest is held back for the sake of the lawsuit coming in may. THIS IS NECESSARY, because the IRS states in years past it is impossible to enter tax court, unless the IRS takes you. IF we can bypass this stage and go directly to court, the money is simply held in trust until the court passes judgment on whether I have the right to truth and honesty and honor and the reality of constitutional justice or not. BY NO MEANS AND IN NO WAY do I say to you the payment will not be made, but I do say: no penalties or fines are owed; this is your way, it is not mine. I do have the money, unless the IRS or somebody else steals it/ or the banks fail etc. and it is my intent to pay the taxes owed, BUT I am promised justice in this country and by its constitution: prove it is not so! This lawsuit centers on money/ because it is the agreement of the people, that you are doing your job, adequately! Do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America (treason is a terrible charge, and a traitorous act; all because YOU will not accept the responsibilities you swore to uphold. I ask for truth, because you are unable. I ask for honesty, before it turns to civil war; because you have chosen to bankrupt the nation.

If only you had faced your responsibilities/ you would NOT have changed my life/ you would not have corrupted the lives of millions if not billions of people. If only you will Face the truth life will go on. IF NOT, then war will surely come, because resource loss means life on earth is lost: and that means war both civil and world wide. The machines promised to the women will fall to them, in exchange for their help/ as these women refused and failed. The replacements for gas and diesel engines/ and the power plant expected to run your electrical generation needs are worth money. This is rather like saying: wisdom has no value, until it is proven true/ BUT in that day, if you have failed to listen to wisdom, prior to its reality being proven to you/ then it is simple truth that shall have its way: and you are irrelevant to the reality.

As to my own life and yours, WE REQUIRE MERCY. Simple as that. I will do the best I can do/ I will endure as GOD allows; that is my way. Reality and truth know, "I am not your savior"/ there can be no doubt. Therefore perfection is NOT required of me; YOU have been given all you require to "become eternal, by your acceptance of faith and its relation to truth". Because wisdom is here as well. I need add nothing more, this is the message: that trail has come upon humanity/ and heaven or hell, WILL be the consequence to your world; very quickly. You shall choose/ you have no other options/ it will be one way or the other, the middle is dead.

The reality of spiritual differences between man & woman are beginning in me/ the consequence of female "that which holds the mass together"/ and the consequence of male "that which becomes as an energy dedicated to expansion"/ are disciplines which do NEED each other. {DO NOT be simple here, it is far more complex than you imagine}. What is male, spiritually dies without female/ but what is female lives & understands JOY, only in the presence of male. What is lovely, surrounds & protects what has become as one.

My own studies have been abandoned for some time now/ therefore you must learn the rest, on your own/ but do not share what will only be abused. I know not what the future holds for you or me/ therefore all preparations must be made.

I will NOT argue with you, about whether other "prophets or men of GOD" have lived on earth/ or their contribution to life. Instead my own faith sees the wisdom of JESUS and I personally need no other. Your faith or lack of it, is your own/ just as my faith is indeed my own as well. There is NO argument; each belongs to their own/ it is not "yours or mine"; neither is this ours. Rather all belief is completely personal, and only that specific testimony can be shared.

Testimony is given to you today: that you are indeed "bad children". I live in america/ therefore it is my "example to you"/ but America does represent all nations/ all cultures, & beliefs; therefore how can the world be different, if the people are not? In America specifically during the last 30 years, GREED has ruled, by making life a series of financial traps/ wherein what is life matters less than, what is pride & possession. In amercia, POWER rules, by making LIES the foundation of government, & hell the destiny supported by their manipulations/ temptations/ corruption/ and graft (the disguising of evil/ with the image of grace). In america, GLUTTONY & SELFISHNESS have defeated love, honor, respect, & discipline, to call life INSIGNIFICANT, and proclaim "evolution is your god & manipulation is your way". PRAY, you do NOT receive what you deserve! In america, LUST has grown to the doorstep, where homosexuals proclaim " we broke (their) backs"/ and sodomy is being prepared to invade your lives.

Sodom, of the bible was a people who lived "to rape"/ therein honor, respect, dignity, & all that life reveals as love was attacked: simply defiled to prove HATE. Gomorrah was the city under siege, by the sodomites/ they were defeated by rape/ but instead of prayer & hope/ they chose sex & threw their lives away. This was the easy way/ and they failed together, because little by little, they were over-run by each other. DO NOT let this be you.

Sexuality as it exists in love, between an adult man & woman is NONE of those things! HONOR & RESPECT apply discipline to the destiny called LOVE, and life rejoices. HONEST sexuality between man & woman is an expression of sharing & friendship that exists to limit loneliness; therefore it is neither "wrong or right"/ but asks each for caring: and accepts the responsibility from each to honor and respect and help the other. It is not honest, if there is no duty involved. TRUE LOVE "touches the soul" and grants peace beyond understanding.

The human mind measures & fails; because life cannot be measured/ NOT even by death. The soul reveals miracles in every SINGLE creation of life and earth: where then is your honor? Where then is your respect? Where then is your LOVE?

Instead of these, you are in a race for worthless things, a demand in you "to beat the clock"/ but you will lose!

The desire to experience & express all that life can be is normal. However, life is not about things; life is about VALUE and the descriptions of love, thought, hope, and respect. Learn these, and all that has value will be yours. Eternity will then, be pleased: to give you much more. PRAY OFTEN, it is good for your soul.

Some advise to you: the mind is a dimensional tool, NOT an experience/ but a sensory gate that develops information according to the demand assigned by the level of existence in you. The critical relationships of: purpose, participation, destruction (cleaning), identity, belief, ascension, & faith DO present the foundation of these levels & conceive of the life within its domain. We do not live as a mind, we survive as a body & experience destiny as a mind. The difference is an understanding assigned by fantasy or reality. We live in the FREEDOM, of our expressions as they exist between the various levels of our life. Life is then described and developed by how we create these levels into the dimension that is our life. The experience of freedom, as the choice we make, & the honesty we survive: or hide from. HERE, thought begins in ernest, where honesty becomes the integration of levels that translate as the understanding of spirit. The honor of spiritual recognition refines & reflects the miracle that is our life, & our true

who gave us life, And RESPECT Thereby cannot be denied.

You must grow up now/ death is your only other option. Not because I say so/ but because your reality & truth: as the decisions, consequences of those decisions, & the evidence clearly prove: hell is coming. Many will attack me/ simply because they are too scared to face the truth; and I am an easy target/ clearly a bit different than most. What is important to you, is not me/ but the reality of wisdom, and the definition of honor: wisdom does not hide/ honor expresses truth, and lives the reality.

You must SHARE, & CARE, & LOVE each other honorably, because this world is now going to change/ and if you refuse, then war is all you will have left. If you wait any length of time, you die/ because your job is no longer dependent upon how many resources you or they can consume. Instead YOUR LIFE & your future & the earth are dependent upon how HONEST you are about the resources you conserve. Things like air-conditioning, and a thousand PLUS realities you want/ must now be reviewed in truth. Life will change, and you, and the earth will die or you will live dependent upon your choices in this day/ because when the balance fails and destruction rules instead of life; the battle is over: even though the WAR is just beginning. Today it is a choice/ because mercy from GOD sends this message to you; tomorrow is the reality and truth of the choices you now must make: want to or not. Your population will not allow you to survive/ unless you face the responsibilities you have chosen to create; because the world literally is now under the control of humanity. You must choose with wisdom/ or you will fail and all life with you.

You must accept the disciplines of reality: wherein the "answer for today", even when it seems, "this just can't be wrong"/ instead becomes a tragedy for tomorrow, because truth did not agree. One such matter is the food aid sent to many starving countries over the past fifty years or so; causing dramatic population rises/ then war and genocide, desertification/ and now a bigger problem than before. In other words, population control comes first. There is no choice/ even if you or I like a big family: there is NO CHOICE.

Additionally it is necessary to add this, lest stupidity rule completely. To IRAN it should simply be said: welcome to the nuclear community/ why should they be different than you? BUT WITH THAT ENTRY: YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THIS FACT. If you attack any neighbor with nuclear weapons of any kind/ INCLUDING ISRAEL, but not limited to them by any means. For every weapon you make, the world holds thousands; BIGGER and more deadly! If you destroy, then WE WILL DESTROY YOU AS WELL. It is that simple. This is the alliance known by and supported by all the fools who have chosen nuclear weapons/ and it is now passed on to you: YOU HAVE BECOME A NUCLEAR TARGET. Congratulations/ the world looks forward to your financial demise as has been every other country that made the same decision as you. I will suggest to your people/ the leaders chosen are now the difference between your own murders because of their mistakes and your continued life. Today, you too stand only a few minutes from extinction and extermination. Today, you too have become a blight upon the face of the earth, an assassin to you/ and you an assassin to the world. Aren't you proud?

Just so you know, it is not fun/ it is not exciting/ it is not for me, that I assist you in understanding the realities you are facing. I would like to be free, to live simple and happy as I choose to be. But you are facing death, even though you don't yet realize or recognize it/ and to abandon you would be shame and disgrace to me. Therefore while it is yet possible for you to survive/ while it is still possible that you might understand and change; it is necessary for me to help. If you insist on death/ there is nothing else I can do/ and will leave. If you let your mind stand still/ your soul will hear the words, and help you understand.
