Democracy rising means:    remember the law, correctly enforced is more powerful than money or leaders.

        Correctly enforced:  It is WE THE PEOPLE for real; WHEN we choose that law ourselves.   When we enforce our truth, the LAW we chose:   on leaders, and by world law on the world.  World law is chosen by; "One people, one humanity, one world!"  It is the law, that lets us rule ourselves: IF WE MAKE THAT LAW, ourselves, then we rule ourselves!  It is the law that rules this planet: if we make laws that govern leaders/ and enforce it!  THEN WE OWN THE WORLD!  One citizen equals one vote; BUT make no mistake the law you choose, and write makes a tremendous difference.  It must be short/ clear/ and without deviation to a single purpose, by its truth.  Every law shall be a single purpose law; don't combine them; let each be distinct; so that all can understand, and none can circumvent.

        Democracy rising means: that those who will stand in our way as one people, or one world SHALL NOT be defeated by rebellion.  Rather these leaders are the ones in rebellion, against our own democracy.  Which does mean "we are the owners".  But make no mistake, you cannot simply take anything you want: ownership requires responsibility, order, and balance.  To establish ownership requires JUSTICE.  To establish justice, requires the foundation of society shall arise from truth/ not want or money; but ascends from "LIFE FIRST".  WHEN, it is clear, that your intent is "life first/ justice for all"/ only then is it possible to simply and with dignity demand that our voices shall be heard, our rights as citizens here shall be met.

        Yet without the sign and seal of power/ they will not capitulate: to allow democracy for real.  As is clearly proven by the court cases of James F. Osterbur.  Therefore it is absolutely essential, if necessary:   TO ESTABLISH what power we the people do hold.  That begins with a legal tax revolt: not until you do what the constitution says, and grant all of our guaranteed rights.  That ends as necessary, with the strength of a million or more people standing in the yard of those "who are the rich of society"/ because they hold the true power.  Nothing gets done in society without their permission.  Nobody gets into government at a high ranking position, without their consent.  IT IS THE RICH, who control governments; and it is the rich whom you must convince:   we outnumber you, tremendously.  The military is run by the rich/ as is the government/ and the courts; and they control all the media so as to manipulate, tempt, and control you directly;  as well.  It is the rich/ who demand: you shall be poor.  It is the rich, that hide behind governments.  It is the rich that hire mercenaries; so beware.   They will try to make you fear. 

        The law is what we say it is, as a democracy: that means, we can rewrite the law to be, what we the people demand it shall be!  Therefore if necessary write the law first/ enforce it, by establishing the truth:   we will never forget failure, among all those who are hired to vote for you.  Or go directly to voting among yourselves.  And then present that, to your employees.  Employees CAN BE FIRED/ or imprisoned for an impeach able offense:   such as NOT protecting the lives of we the people/ or bending to the will of democracy as presented in ownership, by vote.  Or discarding their oath, to put the constitution first.  If they will not assemble a vote for you/ do it yourselves by petition.  Make certain you watch the count/ because they will try to cheat.  BE FAIR, be certain that your vote counts; and this society is ours/ not yours, just because of money.  Return the money to reality, and then adjust who owns  the property; as reality and right shall decide.

        This is not rebellion by law/ this is the return of our nation to ourselves, by removing those employees who seek to rule over us.  So that there is absolutely NO DOUBT as to the purpose of what you seek for life, world, and nation.

        PUT THESE WORDS FIRST:

        "WE, the people of the United States of America , in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution (our agreement as a people/ THIS IS WHO WE SHALL BE) for the United States of America."

        And let no one dissuade you from the task, of taking back our nation, our lives, and our future.

        With world law, and democracy (we the people);   we shall resurrect this world, and bring it peace as well.
