DEMOCRACY IS NOT, “the right to vote (which currently translates as the right to vote for someone else, to vote for me)”.  RATHER true democracy is the right to decide for ourselves, the LAWS:   which will then control our society, and our lives.  Like any other investment, once done correctly and with a purpose that explains the future is important too.   Very little work is then required to maintain what we have chosen for ourselves.  But it is a legal war, to establish this kind of change/ because those in power, whose arrogance and pride are so grand they believe themselves to be “gods” over us.  Won’t just go away without the law enforced.  Redress of grievances:   “is WE THE PEOPLE, are the owners here.”

Our constitution is: the pledge we join as citizens here, in this nation/ this state.  The duty described as our decision to participate in democracy, is to demand: THESE ARE THE GUARANTEES WE DO OWN;   AND THEY DID, FIGHT FOR.  To believe them sacred, is to understand, “no one takes that away”.   Our contract, with the employees we allow to gain authority under the constitution, our foundation for every law that exists:   does not include treason.  Rather they agree to furnish these guarantees to us.  The refusal to honor their oaths and do that very thing/ to do their own duty to us, as is established by the trust of that employment: fundamentally exists to respect our lives, our democracy, or our nation by fulfilling the guarantees we did describe in this constitution;  as true inheritors of this place.  Those who laugh and ridicule, playing games, (seen in these numerous lawsuits; down the page, throughout several sites) restricting what we do own, as is the truth of our own constitution:   Cannot be considered anything less than traitors.  They steal, they rebel against us, they lie and create words that are filled with the true intent of deceit;   such as is frivolous, etc.  How is that not cause to understand: as is every war for the common man or woman, WHAT MUST be done, has no other choice.  Even if your willing to take the chaos and death from civil war that will come instead of this legal war/ each of the threats that can kill this entire world will not wait.  The world has changed, 7 billion people represents roughly one person standing on every single acre of ground that can be used for agricultural purposes.  We will add another one billion people in this next decade without change.  Which means NO food, NO water, NO oxygen because every fire consumes it, NO future for a single person on earth.  Only cannibalism/ hate/ war with weapons of mass destruction, and the end of life.  Not likely we can make one more decade; genetic mutilation/ energy experiments that are absolutely insane; resource loss; economic upheaval, etc.  Or more simply if your religious, “we do, honestly stand at the doorway to hell”.  NOT because I say so, because the evidence is real/ and truth does not lie.  GO TO COURT, and learn what is true.  Other pending lawsuits are: a court case 10-2277 which demands the examination of multiple extreme threats.  A court case 11-2023 which demands the cause of freedom and liberty, OR more simply: who rules here, money or society: as defined by we the people.  A court case just over, which is 111868, demanding parity, and fair play in medical billing and economic rights for society: (let the people decide).   Denied.  And more.  It’s all a choice.  Make your decision.   Time for change, is running out. 

The federal IRS is now making its move at me; and the outcome will be determined soon.  Regarding the contractual obligations of a guaranteed right, illegally refused; by their definitions, &“in their eyes”.  The reality will be applied to me/ & I, to legal consequences dependent upon my own reality and options at that time; when they choose what happens.  It is likely to be cause for a federal “legal tax revolt”/ based upon the same principles, unless they are willing to obey the law.  With or without a courtroom.  Again, entirely up to you to enforce democracy or lose it.  I can only demand my legal guaranteed rights.  WE THE PEOPLE must enforce them, or it cannot be done.
The end of these cases, marks the end of what I can do for humanity as a whole.  If you refuse “to help yourselves”/ either by education, investigation, examination of the facts and so on.  Then there is nothing more to be done.  Too late is too late, “its like arriving with food, the day after the people are dead”.  Make your decision for life first.   Is that not enough, after what must be well over 8,000 pages, all saying “wake up/ before you die”?  Required, because the conversation must continue, or it dies.  No one is exempt.  Either you did do something, for life/ or you did nothing worth doing at all.  One or the other shall be true.   CHOOSE.    I cannot save you, you must save yourselves;   because only you own the right to change you.  If you do not care, soon this conversation shall die.  Its your choice.

 DO, work for life/ if you refuse, we all shall lose;   EVERYTHING.  Prove the evidence is wrong.  Understand this:  that all the work to establish the legal rights of democracy that we have been denied, and now done.  Your opportunity to get involved with all those you can find in support of our democracy;   CANNOT BE LESS DANGEROUS to you.  This is as minimal risk, as it is possible to be: in terms of changing our future, that which threatens us, our nation, and our world.  It cannot be less dangerous to you.  That means literally, “your excuses are gone”/ your trial for life is here, your judgment shall determine life or death for this world.  Because that is our reality, the consequence of this time;   and that is what redress can do for you.  IT IS absolutely irrelevant, what you believe or do not believe about me/ that is pointless.  This is a world in danger from “ourselves”/ this is the opportunity for humanity as judged by you (the greatest mix of people in history/ every nation on earth lives here today):   to decide if you care.  While there is still perhaps time, to change the decisions that have already been made:   to exterminate us all.  Not a game, life or death to this world.  Its your choice.

In keeping with the needs of this day, with the full expectation that I could write for what the framers would say regarding this constitution as a clear scholar on this subject: “whether any other agrees or not”.
It is fair and realistic to stop an assault that would have killed/ raped/ and injured countless people had it not occurred in Libya.  Because that is humanitarian aid, and fair. War is never fair/ but targeting non-combatants even less.  However to have extended that in an all-out assault was absolutely wrong; that is interference, that is an act of war.
Health insurance today is what it is/ the reality of that is unfair competition and monopoly control of medical resources by the deliberate intent to hold the supply of doctors down, to keep the price up.  Those responsible should be in jail/ their fortunes returned to the people/ and a ten fold increase in medical graduates established immediately.  No more make the children pay, so the old can whither and die/ the children have a greater need.  They are the nation to be!
We have a balanced budget amendment in the constitution, its called article 6
An illegal immigrant, is one that says after 4 years or so, they do not wish to be an american citizen here/ which is their right.  However it is our right to insist: since that is true, GO HOME, to where you do wish to belong.

Every form of power over another human being MUST NEVER be greater than absolutely necessary;   because it always becomes tyranny.  Let there be no mistake about what is important/ but let there be no misunderstanding about what is fair.  When in doubt, only the people themselves shall decide.
The danger of having a constitution is apathy and greed/ this nation is filled and overflowing with both.  That means the nation itself is at the verge of collapse.  It’s a choice not made, “because we have better things to do/ than work for democracy/ let someone else”.  Is that NOT what you say of yourself/ listen again.
The constitution does not strengthen the federal government.  It gives to the people defined and guaranteed rights/ it tells the employee, do your duty and obey the law.  It structures all law, under the constitution itself.  Giving us all, one nation indivisible; the same guarantees and the same freedoms to each one through liberty (we have chosen, for ourselves).
Article 1 Section 8 is distinctly limiting to the federal government giving the maximum amount of representatives the most deliberate of powers, and restricting their time in office/ to limit the damage anyone can do.
The revolution which adopted the demand: NOBODY gets too much power/ rather power belongs to WE THE PEOPLE, which does mean, that we are the government through the constitution.  Or it is the government as the constitution through we the people.  But in no way, can our employees be called the government, because they are not our leaders:   we hire them to work for us/ and we do tell them what we expect, demanding an oath is established to insure they know, we are the boss.

News is the mainstay of democracy/ propaganda is its most destructive enemy.  That said BE HONEST, and understand:   WHAT has the news media done for democracy over these last few decades?  Did they tell you about anything important/ or lead you like sheep to the slaughter?  Answer the question, by the proof of your own reality.  The ALL news media is owned, by a tiny few small interests are controlled, by “rich and powerful people”/ the supreme court sold us out.
Everybody must obey the law, including all leaders/ it is that simple.  But do understand, if the law does not meet the true intent & standard set by the preamble of the US CONSTITUTION or its foundation documents called the bill of rights or declaration of independence: THEN ITS NOT the law/ it’s a lie.  In terms of war, let the people decide/ if not in the beginning with clear declarations of when, how, and why.  Then clearly over different periods set by the people when a vote must occur.  They rule, no one else.
The validity of the public debt in the fourteenth amendment, section 4 is about paying for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion.   It is not a blank check to ruin the currency and steal the peoples money/ or spend their children’s future.  Any other interpretation is a lie.  We now exist without a valid currency because our employees extorted the money they had no right to steal/ no authority to spend, or give to themselves/ no discipline or respect for us.  That fact means: that redress of grievances MUST BE APPLIED, to establish a clear, specific, and true accounting of who is in fact the thieves.  Because “clean house we must”.  Return the money to its rightful owner, we shall.

With shame, the politicians play their games: each pandering to those with the money to get them elected/ because their pride is more important than our nation or our lives.  The game is, blame each other and pick a defensible position but fail to understand what is in the best interest of the nation.  Claim ignorance, and distribute blame; then at the last moment claim “we had to do it”/ to every constituent, so that none get blamed, for actually creating a workable agreement.  The money is spent for “special interests”/ not for democracy.  It is a fools game.
It is absolutely unconstitutional to steal, lie, cheat, deceive, defraud, undermine, control, extort, and give “our money” to the rich.  Redistributing our wealth, so they can have slaves; pretending to be “our government”.  Regulating monopolies for hire; just pay the price, and take all you can take from “the American’s”.  Look deliberately at bill gates; said to be worth 50 billion dollars: that equals more than one billion per each of his working years: one million people owe him one thousand dollars of your work.  Or the money is a lie.  There is absolutely NO constitutional authority for anyone to do that, including the president.  Rather read the preamble and understand THESE ARE the base foundation instructions of what you the employee can do, and what we the people expect our lives and our nation to be.  Simple and plain.  Thieves, power players, the arrogant, the fool, the failure, etc are NOT welcome to participate in our employ.  Only those who make an oath to say:   I shall accept/ that if I break these laws:   I will be punished accordingly.  Simple and plain.
No president or congress or employee, has the right to sell our nation to any foreign land, citizen, or other than WE THE PEOPLE.  Not for any cause or purpose.  That is ours/ and only we can decide such as is this.

Liberty is the right of the people to decide what is fundamentally a restriction on individual freedom.  We the people means, only we the people have that right/ by redress if no other means;   we control our lives, not you.
All healthcare is personal, it is not “interstate commerce”/ it is me or you, and life as body and mind.  What must be regulated is the power of medicine to extort and control our lives.  What must be fair, is a legitimate cost based upon a percentage of income/ a reality of distinction that all society agrees “is your duty to pay”.  Same for all.  Ten percent of assets IS THE SAME, whether you are “rich or poor”.  Immediate changes are necessary to healthcare; such as 24 hour medical services as does any other large business, to accommodate people outside the emergency room costs.  Most don’t need the emergency room/ they are forced, to feed the system of extortion, because of a medical monopoly.  Bad laws are unconstitutional, because they do not fall within the descriptions allowed by the preamble and foundation documents with which we the people allow you the employee to make decisions for us.  That means ANY LAW that fails this test CANNOT be applied to the people.  Any law that cannot be determined if it applies, SHALL BE decided by public vote, after due period of discussion and HONEST media attention.

The right of citizenship is based upon the truth: do you join to use us/ or do you join to live with us as friend?  The parents cannot speak for the child/ therefore if the parents do not belong here, neither does the child.  The reality of population pressures requires all nations to accept their fair share of immigrants or pull their own citizens back by refusal to recognize a sustained absence.  The reality of “extra people” coming over has now been established with a need for population control, because our entire human world is at the edge of collapse because of so many people;   we must control further increase.  NO NATION, who refuses and or fails to properly do this can enter here.  Either control the population, by LETTING WOMEN DECIDE:  it is their own body/ bribe them.   Or you may not come.  With fertilization methods of today, sperm from a single man can have thousands of children: which means men are, all but irrelevant to the production of children. There is NO answer in men for population control/  It is a woman’s decision.  No man allowed.  However men MUST give women ALL the necessary tools: the right of women to govern all aspects of their own bodies.  The right to establish the rules and penalties to men for interference or failure in respect.  The enforcement of that right by international law.  Because without population control, there is no future/ and if men force women instead of giving them control, “there will be hell to pay”!

The constitution is a guardian for our nation/ it determines what the people have agreed shall be “their nation, their rights, and their society before the world”/ and it gives their employees specific commands which by oath can be administered for punishment if you fail.  That is a guardian for the contract we made with ourselves TO BE A NATION, and allow others to operate in our absence by the presence of law, or rules of employee behavior.  It is the principle of democracy:   WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE!  THAT IS the backbone of every aspect called a democratic government/ whether we elect someone to work.  OR DEMAND REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES TO CORRECT and maintain our authority over the employees/ by accountability and law.  It is still the base elemental truth defined by the constitution: THAT WE OWN THIS NATION, AND WE THE PEOPLE RULE OURSELVES, by the law .  The reality, this instrument of proof/ ONLY THE LAW IS SUPERIOR/ ONLY THE LAW IS OUR AUTHORITY: no leader/ only the law.  As the constitution creates, controls, and applies to us all.  Because when the law itself is ruler/ then democracy exists, because neither man or woman then rules:   our law rules us, which means we are equal under that law.
The tragedy of this nation at this moment in time is media propaganda destroyed the honor of our lives/ greed destroyed the future of our lives, taking everything that was possible to steal, and letting the few make us slaves/ power, make them fear the court, give the judge a bribe/ extreme arrogance, “make the university a god”; as they threaten an entire earth.  And so much more it is futile to write.  Either you wake up, or you die.  It is that simple. 
Martin Luther Kings “promissory note” has been fulfilled.  Those with black skin did have a fair and legitimate opportunity over the last few decades; even more so.  What you do with it, is YOUR responsibility/ no more excuses.  Bear it in mind, nearly all legitimate wealth comes from one or more generations working very hard, so that the next can benefit.  Without that, none get rich; unless someone cheats/ or in very rare cases, adds significantly to every life; and does not get cheated (another extremely rare event).

The constitution guarantees everything it says IS OUR RIGHT AS A CITIZEN IN THIS NATION/ by forcing our participation and duty as citizens to protect and enforce that truth.  The failure to guarantee and enforce for ourselves:  THAT IT IS THE LAW WHICH RULES/ not people, is our guarantee democracy actually exists. There is no other interpretation, only liars.  The constitution DOES protect our nation by giving to the people themselves, their right to say: WE ARE THE OWNERS HERE!  Redress adds: in times of clear trouble, THERE SHALL BE   “ACCOUNTABILITY” from every employee: with punishment apply by truth. Without that right, that guarantee of our equality with each and every other american here, including judges/ priests/ presidents/ etc.  Without that law to insure we will find the truth:   that OUR LAW DECIDES, NOT some damn “leader”.  There is no democracy/ it is a lie.  The constitution gives us the law, the law gives us democracy.  We build and create for ourselves, is the foundation of freedom/ we choose and decide the limits and boundaries of freedom for ourselves:  DOES give us democracy.  Because when the law we create rules;  instead of a leader/ that then becomes the truth of what democracy means to us, by vote:   NOBODY rules/ we choose!  We rule ourselves by OUR LAW.  We give our guarantees of equality, the opportunity to bear fruit that we can and shall contest for justice.  By the measure of our law/ not the whim or opinion of a judge.  Whosoever decides to be our judge, that we accept:  is a mediator to insure our humanity is not lost, by a law that does not understand;   sometimes we must accept “limits and boundaries” because reality insists. Freedom is not everything/ liberty is not nothing/ reality either bends the rules or enforces the truth; that fact, cannot be ignored.
