The judge knows:   that constitutional law is not a game.
The judge knows: that constitutional redress of grievances is the law, and he is obligated to enforce it/ NOT a discretion.
The judge knows: THAT THIS CASE INVOLVES THE RIGHTS AND LIVES OF AN ENTIRE NATION, AND EVEN THIS WORLD;   because the consequences of being wrong: ARE THAT SEVERE.
The judge knows:   this people deserve their say in regards to ANYONE gambling with their lives/ their planet/ and their future, including their children.

The judge knows quote page 1:   “He seeks to have a joint trial with all people in the nation to establish their first amendment rights, and to see redress  of unspecified grievances”.

THE JUDGE LIES; when he states there is nothing specific in this lawsuit.
The judge trades our lives, and our future:   for nothing more than the collusion/ conspiracy/ and corruption of keeping redress of grievances, a first amendment legal right from this people.
