MOTION TO ESTABLISH THE LAW,
THE RULES OF THIS COURT: THE JUDICIAL AND PUBLIC,   “OATH OF OFFICE”

  AND DECLARE DEFAULT JUDGMENT GOES TO THE PLAINTIFF; as the court has pasted its deadline for response/ time HAS sufficiently past.  And there are no more excuses. and no filing from the defense for months

That means specifically there shall be redress of grievances for the people of this nation called the United States of America; according to the constitution and within its specific instructions which are the preamble to the US constitution/ the bill of rights/ and the declaration of independence.
IT’S THE LAW!
THAT MEANS:   THERE SHALL be redress of grievances for this state of ILLINOIS; according to its constitution and within the specific instructions of that document.  The right of the people to decide what is liberty and justice for all/ versus individual freedoms and right.
In this demonstration of democracy, or more specifically WE THE PEOPLE RULE OURSELVES; by the laws we create for ourselves.
THAT MEANS, there shall be an investigation into the allegations of threat that exist: fully and completely and in complete compliance with the people’s RIGHT TO KNOW.  With all court documents, information, and everything else: PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE, AND WITHOUT RESTRAINTS OF ANY KIND.
That means:   do your duty.  Less is treason.
