Determines the fact that I cannot pay you for a job you did not do/ a theft of our most “sacred liberties, to participate as WE THE PEOPLE” of this state of IL as our constitution grants us to be.  Establishes that criminal conduct exists within this state, as is determined by the attorney general and courtroom (employees for the protection of the people by their laws and constitution; denied).  Establishes criminal conduct in the political realm of this state of IL; as is the defendant our governor of IL; who refuses to protect the people in this their democracy.   Establishes criminal conduct in the circuit courts of this state of IL, as is the denial of law/ the elements of games and retribution for demanding the law be obeyed; seen in the establishment of sanctions, in a courtroom unjustified by jurisdiction over me.  And this is portrayed as the element of force over our democracy by the   internal revenue service/ that branch conceived to be an organization which consumes or extorts the taxpayer by whatever means possible.

The battle is now joined:   the reality of tax payments in exchange for work done/ NOT PROMISES UNKEPT!   Has become a fundamental of this trial.  I have not paid the tax, that is my claim:   because you have not kept the constitutional demand which guarantees to me that I have the right of redress of grievances as is the law.  You have the option to prove how constitutional law and demand/ guaranteed rights to the citizen;  have been kept, are mine for the asking, and your duty/ thereby the service that you shall surrender to me.   As is created by that demand.  Because this is a democracy/ which means YOU as our employee:   ARE NOT ENTITLED to claim money that is not owed to you, for service to the community; by the laws, and oaths;  that we require you to serve. 
DO YOUR JOB, grant to me my guaranteed right of redress/ or prove the foundation of taxation which is the constitution of this state HAS NO authority as a contract.  Because without a contract, you have NO right to assess or collect a payment.  You failed to do the work required of you.  You failed the oath demanded of you.  You failed this people and this state, and the reality of that decision is we OWE YOU NOTHING.  Because our contract is broken by you/ you then seek to steal this money from me.  That is a criminal definition of organized crime.
PROVE YOU DO NOT OWE ME, “MY GUARANTEED RIGHTS”, BY   the constitution of this state called ILLINOIS.   If you can prove, that my guaranteed rights are nothing more than a joke.  THEN I will prove your rebellion, treason, and a traitor.   If you prove that my guaranteed rights belong to me/ THEN SURRENDER THEM TO ME, and establish redress.  Or you have no right to suggest a payment is owed.   YOU FAILED, to do your job.
