In the matter of trial 853. This hearing shall be dedicated to ILLINOIS constitutional law, no other controversy exists before this essential piece of judicial and legal authority has been determined. Unnecessary time spent on other irrelevant matters/ is useful to neither side. UNTIL and unless the issues of IL constitutional law have been resolved/ no other controversy is relevant, until this is decided. Either the constitution rules this courtroom or it doesn’t. These are foundation matters, and until resolved, there are no other issues which can defeat them, or deny them. Consequently this hearing SHALL be about constitutional law, and your duty to it.
