A letter to be presented to the court, in opening trial/ if needed or desired.
Redress is a simple matter: procedurally, the court is required to inform the public, by all means necessary. The ability to refute has been dismissed by the clear public cry: WE WANT TO BE HEARD! And the clear, undeniable, and certain failure of all government assigned officials. Current expenditures on all health related debts, are said to be running at 5 trillion dollars per year. In a nation, with 50 million workers, that equals $100,000.00 per worker/ per year. In a nation where the average worker salary is not $60,000.00 per year. Fantasy land is over! Reality will begin, whether you like it or not!
Redress means: once informed, the public must then act or react in a positive and real manner to establish, WE WILL DO THIS, FOR OURSELVES! The question is, YES WE WILL go to court and decide for ourselves after hearing the testimony of real and true evidence/ or NO, WE WILL NOT go to court, we will let our leaders decide? One way or the other/ there is no middle ground! Either as WE THE PEOPLE ENFORCING DEMOCRACY. Or not! That probable method, is a vote/ but don’t take too long, less than 3 months. Because fact is: “This nation is dying”/ from all the lies, stealing, cheating, GREED, selfishness, arrogance, failure, disrespect, hatred, want, laziness, gluttony, cowardice, consumption; and just plain don’t give a damn!
Having proof, THIS NATION IS NEAR CRISIS, or severely distressed: one citizen, may demand a redress FOR THE NATION/ but the nation itself MUST THEN call for democracy UNDER LAW; thereby demanding: WE THE PEOPLE, for the sake of this nation/ shall make the hard decisions by, of, and for ourselves. WE ARE THE OWNERS, and this is our right! One nation, one people, one decision per major issue to be addressed. Yes or no/ and then let the evidence by its own truth decide. By its essence, that means I, the citizen demanding for the law/ shall be excused: clearly establishing whether alive or dead, this trial goes on. Yet even so, my right to participate remains; as I do stand for every citizen in this nation, on this day, and at this moment in time.
“The government” shall pay/ the court shall preside in open session, broadcast to the world: establishing severe penalties on any who would intentionally lead the nation astray. The government official, shall insure peace, by bringing such food and supplies as is necessary to the people in their proven need. And the media SHALL do its duty, and prepare the people for their own decisions as best they can. Both sides represented by lawyers, SHALL WORK FOR JUSTICE. There is neither prosecution or defense: there is only truth or lie, and the purpose of any courtroom exchange is to find the truth/ and defeat the liar. A failed attorney shall be dismissed, or prosecuted for treason. This is no game, and there are no winners or losers: only the nation itself. The demand is FAIR PLAY, EQUALITY, RESPECT, AND JUSTICE FOR ALL! But the reality is: no more lies, only truth, by the intent and within the guidelines of constitutional law, shall be allowed to decide.
The world shall wait, shall help in any critical arena where knowledge and understanding makes a difference: and shall demand LIFE FIRST, this world shall not be gambled with ever again. The law shall rule over us all/ and weapons of mass destruction shall be removed from this world forever. Because world law now comes! Democracy means: by the people/ for the people/ and of the people; thereby my right to “support the court” under constitutional law; in its understanding and decision is sustained as true democracy in action. I DO, speak for the people/ prove me wrong.
“Today” you begin/ or tomorrow you will die.

“TODAY” you are one world, one humanity/ because if you are not, life on earth shall fail to survive. Do not be petty or small; choose life first for us all.
Tomorrow, you will find your heart, and choose life first/ working for peace, harmony, and happiness for us all. Or you will fail, and die. In the search for meaning as a life, courage is bound directly to the honesty inside: Our relationship in trust, respect, and truth is worth dying for. In the search for honor, the foundation of “our commitment to each other”, cannot by any measure be turned away. Every relationship called love, by its truth, not its assumptions; creates the potential for building a new world of life, beauty, and truth. Without love, there are lies, deceit, hatred, and failure. Consequently, a different world means: you will teach the values of life, as are known through our relationships with each other, in honesty, respect, hope, happiness, freedom, and passion (one life with the opposite sex, to another). CHOOSE.
