The constant in today’s world:   “Got to pay BIG MONEY, to get the best to lead us”.  And because so many live on the fence, its ok/ whatever you say, cause I don’t know how to think for myself.  That is of course because the university has “cast a spell on you, with their magical tricks and trinkets”.  Are you not believers?  Do you not buy the perversion of their ways, irregardless of the reality or risk or gambling with all life on earth?  Of course you do, because the expert can use the media to ridicule and maim respect for life/ with their “story time fantasies and useless ways”.  Its all good though, if it comes on TV/ isn’t that so?  HELL YES, after all tv is the podium of your most worthless god (greed): and its religion, the church of the university.  The priest says, “these get more”/ and the congregation bows down and submits; take a look around.  Is that not true, a diploma just states “I the professor do declare”/ after paying me, a debt of money beyond all comprehension of fair:    I say, if they don’t fuck with my power or pride/ this one can do some small amount of specialized work.  But if they do fuck with the professor/ then to the prison of debt they will go! Don’t take no damn interference, “we the professors, are god here”.   And you build up your students, to enter this very arena/ and actually pay money to indoctrinate them in the blind religion and useless ways of people who care more about money, than life.

Some might suggest: “this is too harsh”/ many professors are better than that, many things from the university have benefitted life here.  But lets review: too harsh means, the statement goes too far, and does not give sufficient balance for the environment being prosecuted.  Too harsh would be true, for many professors and students who simply wish to do something they hope to do for their life’s work.  However, there are large portions of the university environment, which have taken nature apart/ lost all respect for order or discipline or life; BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY GAMBLE IT ALL AWAY.  Leaving an entire world to die a horrific death of mutilation and chaos/ starvation, disease, and cannibalism.  And then there is the groups whose only purpose in life is to create an energy event so big;   “No one can deny now/ that they are not god”.  Going to create a consequence so big it is greater than an exploding star/ or mimics the big bang: the single most destructive event in the history of THIS UNIVERSE.  Added together, all respect is gone/ the reality of evil summed up as:   death to this world/ because arrogance and pride, believed they could be god for real!  And DID NOT care enough about life, to protect it at all;  “Just like you”/ if you don’t help life on earth.

  How is it too harsh, to say believing tragedy will not come/ just because you prayed to your university and they told you “oh child/ how silly can you be”?  Yet every predator “works by surprise”/ does not the crocodile say to himself, “come closer little child, just one more step”!  Cannot less than, an IQ fit for a dog,  understand, bringing the same fire on the sun here to this earth cannot be wise. Fusion burns atomic bonds/ everything here is atomic structure; making everything here fuel, including water, mountains, & you!  OR  Establishing the same circumstances that caused the most destructive event in the history of the universe, cannot be sane.  OR Destroying the genetic disciplines, order, and balance that gives us life, body, food, and absolutely everything alive:   cannot be less than “satan”.  These are simple facts, any child should be able to comprehend.   WHAT is the matter with YOU!  And then we come back “to the world of believers”/ IS THAT not what makes a religion possible/ without believers there is no religion in this world.  THEREFORE, if your belief is in the university/ then because their proof is a story/ their evidence is, “cause we say so”:   what possible difference is there, between the university and any other religion; with the exception of evolution: “the insane” cannot graduate to religion/ they are left in the excrement of their design.  How is life possible without all “its parts and pieces”{ what can you live without}?  Answer the question.

Or more importantly answer this question: if you play as children/ live and work as spoiled children/ offer tantrums whenever the evidence of truth says YOU MUST GROW UP NOW:    Then what happens to a child, when he or she opens the door to find themselves surrounded by fire?  Because all these tragedies, are like a fire ready to consume life on earth.  You cannot deny it/ you can only lie!  Prove any single threat of far too many cannot end life on earth; and you have a beginning.  If on the other hand I can, could, or did prove every single threat can end life or cause irrefutable harm on this earth: THEN WHY DON’T YOU LISTEN, WORK, AND HELP ME STOP IT.  Before we are dead/ you, your children, your pet, your family, too.  I am visible because this is the potential end of life on earth/ is that NOT cause enough!  Grow up, before you are dead/ and change is impossible.

NOT A “perfect argument” for you/ are there flaws in this conversation?  Go ahead, find them/ but understand this, just because the bullet doesn’t kill you instantly; don’t mean, you ain’t going to die!  Think about it.

In comparison economic collapse/ even starvation, thirst, or the rest do not compare with the elemental destruction planned by the university.  Perhaps you should thank them for fire to consume the earth/ you will all be dead in less than two weeks.  Or perhaps you would like the earth to blow up/ as the same ignition source capable of exploding the mass you see as stars and planets; “a universe full”, is set into motion here. Might take a month.  But for me, I recommend you do not thank them for ruining the structure of life, as this will be worse than ANY DISEASE, or ANY FANTASY OR IMAGINARY HORROR you can think of.  And it will take years; but not over two.

 

Quick now, go to the university church/ temple/ synagogue or whatever you call it inside: and tell them how great they are.  Do a few bows, lick their ass, or whatever suits you best.

Oh wait: I KNOW, your just too busy/ you can’t do anything like scream at the media, government, church you belong to, etc/ or even just pass the information along to someone who would;   cause you’re a coward.   Too bad really, cause you do have enough time to die, and you will go absolutely insane, when fear proves to be “too little”.  But hey, its really someone else’s job;   isn’t that right.  Don’t have to care if you don’t want too/ HELL NO!

Even so; it is time to address the reality of the coming court case Osterbur v.  Provena   on the home page.   Initial Court hearing is December 8, 2009 .

The possibilities include: the judge could invite the case according to law, and rule against his or her superiors who will clearly be telling this judge:   WE DON’T WANT THIS CASE PERIOD!    Change is not a thing welcomed by the wealthy, powerful, or proud; it means they must then share.  Not going to happen.  But the judge has his or her own mind, and opportunity to choose the law, or abide in criminal conspiracy to revoke the first amendment and therein enable fraud to continue in this courtroom as well as its counterparts in federal court.  Probably not the law, but we will see.

 

A more likely candidate is the removal of this case, by any method or lie they like/ doesn’t matter “they are the law”: ain’t that right?   Oh wait!  No, actually they are just employees hired to do their job, installed in office with an oath that means seriously; FAIL, and there will be PENALTIES.  But who is going to enforce that, right?  After all, the people are just sheep.

 

An equally likely candidate is:   finding an excuse to imprison me, as I have proven to be “a destructive little bugger/ irritating the hell out of many powerful and proud people”.  Don’t need much of an excuse, after all: if they do it right, “I can die almost immediately” and what can the people say?  “Oh too bad”? After 5,000 book pages of writing/ got to be something in there that can be taken out of context, or something!  Not a problem!  But regardless of that, YOU DO have your warning, and you WILL MAKE YOUR DECISION for life or death, with or without me.  That means, either the powerful and proud, etc WILL lose their authority over you/ or you fail, and the entire earth dies.  “It’s a choice”.  Time has been given for those who do read to download this entire site by zip file/ and other sites have download capabilities as well.  If they do imprison me, the sites will come down.  Its up to you, to keep them alive.  But be certain, as considerable information exists: some copies will be held in secret, by those who wish to own you, manipulate you, or other.

 

 As to replies in the court, I prefer written dialogue/ otherwise I must buy “the court copy”; and that is unnecessary. This is about the constitutional decree:   “To form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity”.  ANY TRUE PATRIOT, can understand how that applies to this site, and my work.  The other constitutional documents agree with me/ and appeal will again be based in the simple truth:    THIS IS YOUR JOB.  THIS IS THE OATH YOU TOOK.  THIS IS WHAT,    WE THE PEOPLE IN DEMOCRACY MEANS.  AND THIS IS THE LAW, AS APPLIED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION.  Any deviation from the law, is a conspiracy to commit treason against this people/ a desertion of duty at the minimum based upon intent: ask the military what is the punishment to be, when all the people are left unguarded, and betrayed.  A criminal court fact.

 

The basic candidate is:   “If we kill him BEFORE he enters court”/ then surely this will all disappear!  But again, the information is out, the reality of consequences that are literally an end to life on earth WILL find its following.  And the most extreme versions of HADES;   beckons for any who believe they will play god.  Killed or not, the end result is: YOU THE PEOPLE, shall decide to stand up for yourselves, or there simply is no future left for this earth.  Standing up will mean: doing whatever is necessary, to bring justice, and sanity, to life! The law lives for peace/ death and destruction is all you will buy with the price of a “gun”.  USE THE LAW, and remember the courtroom and government of the people:   are only filled with those who are LITERALLY,   “YOUR EMPLOYEES”.  THEY ARE NOT “gods, not rulers, not authorities unless you believe them, and they are not judges, UNLESS they adhere to the law.  If they fail to accept the law/ then they are criminals, and the law DOES KNOW, how to punish them.

Its up to you.

 

The last candidate is: if he cannot make the courtroom on time, then by a tiny procedural infraction; [completely unimportant to this trial] the case can be dismissed.  Unless of course its death, or serious medical reasons/ in which case the trial court date must be changed. But kidnaping is a serious offense, and it ain’t likely by any other terms.

 

 

The list of threats imposed upon us, by those who led, and the men who followed is long.  Therein the list of punishments which follows is intended to be real as well.

 

Let every college be shut down for one year/ completely closed, wherein no one shall be allowed to enter a single building.  This is not a “brain drain”/ take a look around, the nation is on the edge of complete collapse/ the world is threatened with extinction/ and these have made it their passion to “get rich”; by stripping you of your assets, time, and hopes for the future.

Only those employees such as janitors and cooks, are allowed unemployment compensation.  Everyone else, accountable as a participant in leadership, teaching, or any other aspect of “academia” shall be forced out/ their experiments shut down and cancelled: they shall take nothing with them, not tools/ not pensions, not healthcare, not a benefit or a payment of any kind.  They shall be forced out of their fantasies, the children of delusion will fade away or die; and each WILL learn truth through reality.  Neither shall they be allowed to take any other teaching job from someone already in place, although assistant, or part time can be theirs. Neither are they allowed to move outside this nation/ if they do, they are banished forever.  You will endure the same lesson you gave the others: stupidity, disrespect, and greed are a deadly game of idiots/ learn better or die.

 

As to physics: every department shall be eliminated from education for not less than ten years.  There are no degrees in physics/ NO experiments or machinery that can be applied to physics.  There are NO jobs in physics, not in the military, not in the nation, not outside this nation (because you are not allowed to travel.  If you try, to prison you will go for ten years).  Should any military officer or politician or person with the possibility “should have known”; attempt to construct or to any degree discuss a physics experiment during this time: the maximum penalty is death/ the minimum is one year in jail, at hard time in maximum security prison.

As to genetics: every department shall be eliminated from education forever.  Any person attempting to splice genes or in any form or manner altering the genetic balance, disciplines, or order of nature: BE IT INDUSTRY, UNIVERSITY, BUSINESS, MILITARY, OR ANY OTHER FORM (apart from aiding natural breeding selection, as was done prior to mutilation) they shall be killed.  No exceptions, threatening an entire world of life shall not be accepted or allowed in any form.  These shall be allowed to work for police departments/ BUT there shall be no tools for purposes of mutilation, alteration, or any form of genetic crucifixion by human design, intent, or purpose.  If you do, WE WILL CRUCIFY YOU.
