ALL base participants, and elemental laws are now concreted in place.

The functional responsibility to accept the duty to defend this nation and life for a world, becomes yours.  The honesty required to establish LIFE FIRST, throughout this society/ demands attention to detail, and definitions that will not be defeated by the tragedy and defiance of those who hate law, and choose    Only greed, selfishness, or pride & power.
These are then, “the first statements” of a true democracy, called WE THE PEOPLE, chosen and cherished as the path to happy, and peaceful life on earth.  Through harmony, justice, and the law.  We, are the owners of this nation/ we, are the people who must defend this earth and this nation or both will die.  We, will create a new beginning, a different future/ or tragedy will consume your lives.  A promise of the evidence, and list of threats against you that cannot be denied by truth.
Your job, is to use the law to prove WE THE PEOPLE, is a fact of this nation that will not be denied.  And conceive of the relationships necessary to not only establish a “better society, for peace, justice, hope, and happiness for all”/ but to create the foundations in law, that will avoid and stamp out all further tragedy as is seen today.  We are in crisis, because our leaders of men/ FAILED completely. In all area’s of life first, as are necessary for the survival of everything. Greed is an enemy/ there is no constitutional assertion, “we get to do anything we want”: that is a lie.  Rather, as a nation we get to do exactly what the preamble to this constitution says we are entitled as owners of this nation to do.  And that is make a better nation, and a more peaceful addition to this world.

Your opportunity here is to define exactly what you CHOOSE REDRESS TO BE.  In broad specifics, because there are so many critical area’s of crisis that it is impossible to be more specific at this time.  Simple forums petitioning the court to include a vote on redress of grievances TO INCLUDE, other than what has been listed.  Are considered voluntary and in support of life first/ but nothing in contention with an alternate redress as this cannot be a contest, or an allowance to find loopholes and make exceptions.  Your opportunity is to make the laws that will provide the future foundation of this nation.  Your tool is your vote as a citizen of this United States of America.

As for me, even though I am not a true target until redress court begins/ the simple fact of hatred, greed, selfishness and power or pride is expected to respond by considering me an enemy.  And that makes me, and every person I know a target for the purpose of manipulation and control.  That fundamental fact is governed by the simple truth, this is a fight for the planet and every life on it.  The simple truth, that when my nephew died, every aspect of death and what I could do to prevent it failed.  Proving without doubt, that I can protect none/ unless   GOD   provides that protection by whatever means HE would choose.  As to me, it is the spiritual woman who will decide/ but even there, the reality is governed by what the women of this earth choose to do.   The end result is this: that I will never barter or negotiate regarding another life/ I will never believe that I am the difference between their living or dying or health and wholeness.  I am not!  I do not say that because I don’t care/ rather I confess that because this is simply true, an entire earth is worth more than just a few.  Regardless of who it is. A decision born in reality, rather than life. A consequence of recognizing what hate defines for itself, in the constant battle to prove “they can play god”.  But even so, without true and distinct change coming quickly, those who die today will be called “blessed”/ because tomorrow brings HELL, DAMNATION (no chance for mercy), ARMAGEDDON (No second chances for nature itself), or a world grabbed by the throat, to prove NO MORE.
It is also fair and legitimate to claim; with clear association to the beginning of this legal case 09LM1414 .  The fact that sudden and dramatic urination occurred of its own accord/ and continued until about 48 hours later it suddenly quit of its own accord; and I literally could do absolutely nothing about it.  Had it continued any real length of time longer, and dehydration would have set in/ the first slight effects, were already in play.  Proves beyond any doubt in my mind, I do not have a choice as to when this body dies, or what happens to it in-between either/ can’t defend it/ can’t protect it/ not my right to choose. It will not be my decision; but honestly, there was never any doubt prior to this matter either.  Just how it is/ I do the best I can.  Its all I can do.
As to you, this is your decision, this is the world you live in, the nation as citizens we have built, defended, or destroyed with the things we have done.  This is then the moment of your own truth, your own destiny, and your own reality of life and future;   the time YOU will decide if this entire creation is worth YOU fighting for!  Worth your life, or your future, or your love.

Again, I am not here to demand/ I am not here to defend/ I am not here to lead you:   for the sake of life on earth, I have asked you to investigate, examine, and determine the truth of all these threats against life on earth.  And if you find them true, and capable of extinction/ even the end of the planet: THEN YOU MUST CHOOSE DIFFERENT, because you too, will know life on earth not only can, but will die.  There is no gambling to be done/ either a true threat exists, and must be stopped: or it does not.  Either way, what is true decides forever/ because there is no going back. No second chances with “the point of no return”.  YOU DECIDE, for all life/ YOU DECIDE for every future life, in every single environment, such as the ocean, the birds, reptiles, mammals, insects, humanity, plants; literally everything on earth forever.  That is the job I have brought to you/ because men and the leaders of men have brought you and this earth to the edge of extermination.   So says the evidence.  It is a coward, that runs away in fear/ it is a fool, that believes somewhere can exist to hide; it does not.  You cannot fight only for yourself/ the world itself is at risk, every natural thing, every body of life, every mind and resource, literally everything.  Going to depend on a gun?  Again, kill a billion people/ just 6 billion more to go; “better buy two guns”, at least.
Your ability to choose rests within law.  Your right to choose as a nation of WE THE PEOPLE extends from redress of grievances within the first amendment.  These things are written and prepared for you in the box above as a trial.  This is the seed you must grow/ the reality you will “weed”, and the hope or life you will reap. Simply use them to rebuild your world, your nation, and your future.  Tomorrow is too late.  Time is running out/ do it now.

But do understand this:     Your world has changed/ no more can you use and abuse and consume resources to provide “a working entertainment to amuse yourselves”.  Resources are ending, reality is proving the machines that were your slaves, are now your competition.  A growing worldwide  population at 2 million more mouths to feed every week: means the human population will present a truly extreme competition for the jobs, and resources that are left/ and the price of your work will fall, “like a rock/ to nothing”.  That leaves only guns, cannibalism, and war/ hate and revenge/ horrible things that will not end, once they have gone past the point of no return. Humanity will kill itself, because that is what men chose.
YOU MUST, AND WILL turn to LIFE FIRST, in every sense of the words/ so that you share, so that you learn to actually care; and choose to be friends with each other as a world.  If you do, time will give you freedom, and hope will bring joy and jobs for a lifetime.  But if you do not, you will die/ because all the evidence points against your survival as a world.  This is, your last chance to make a difference/ and choose for life, fail and the grave   will be left.  Not a threat/ not a game; just simple reality by the terms truth will provide.
Learn or die.  Choose life first/ or fail.

Listen to the truth from inside your heart, mind, & soul.  Not endless want, pride, or hate/ but truth: the consequences of being wrong/ the reality of measurements and evidence that will prove this is going to be the end of this world; believe it or not/ and the truth, no human being, no group, no nation has the right to gamble with all life on earth.  Not for any cause/ not for any person/ not forever, because it is OUR EVERYTHING!  Not just yours.

As to the long list of horrific terrorists that have led you to the abyss/ and daily attempt to throw you in forever.  The propaganda, manipulation, and control used to make you slaves/ to make you believe, “they are all powerful/ and you are nothing”!  It is well past time to reassert only truth shall lead us.  Not stories/ not fantasies/ not delusion/ not hate/ not diplomas for fools/ not money first/ not games/ not liars, thieves, whores, fools, cheaters, cowards, failures, violence, selfishness, or the rest.  As is        The REALITY OF THIS DAY ! 

Take an honest look: your leaders bring you to the edge of complete destruction/ claiming “they know” fusion will not consume this world, because “they know” that the fire of fusion comes from inside the core of the sun.  Yet they know nothing, because if the entire mass was being consumed at once, there would be no energy left for the expansion of a supernova explosion.  THEY say this exists/ and have facts to prove it.  They say the fire is then at the surface of the sun, claiming it is a “certain size” because “they know” how to calculate that size.  Yet they know nothing at all, because even a child knows the flame of a candle sits atop the candle itself/ becoming ten times bigger than the wick it adheres to.  The law of thermodynamics demands the expansion due to heat, requires this shall be so/ because the sun is clear evidence of heat, WE DO KNOW, because it is a sphere; that the actual fire is greatly distant from the mass being consumed.  Which means the sun mass is tremendously smaller than supposed.  We do know this is the burning of atomic bonds/ and therein we do know that a tremendous suction exists to pull that material from the mass and into the fire/ a balance between what you call gravity and the effects of thermal expansion. If it were not so, the sun would spiral out of control and burn out/ or flame out, or reduce its heat.  Not a tremendous pressure from gravity to keep fusion going/ but balance. By the assumptions of men: “a large object does not simply attract a small object” / that is absurd.  Rather there are three separate forces applied, that form the basis and elemental descriptions of gravity; and these are NOT so simple as “well a large object attracts a small one”; grow up/ this ain’t kindergarten.  As is energy, it ain’t the effect/ it’s the cause that constitutes a truth. Dumb ass fool!  Betting the entire earth, on what children should know (but your intellectuals do not)/ that fusion is the end of this planet.   IS NOT YOUR SCIENCE, utterly insane?  ANSWER the question. 

How little your “universities know”/ how absurd the claim you can be gods.  Instead look at what you did do/ and are doing.  Your leaders have betrayed you in countless ways; claiming weapons of mass destruction are your “saviors”/ they are a coming addition to hell.  Any human mind can comprehend that/ why not you?  Your leaders have led you to experiments by the millions which can defeat nature and energy in a disease of arrogance so blatant and extreme, nothing less than the word satan (destroyer of everything/ killer of GODS’ CREATION) is the only word that fits at all.  And who among you is not their helper, what damned devil did you sign up to be;  because the world is not destroyed by one, it takes an army, and its supporters.  A claim by the majority of humanity: WE WILL NOT CARE/ we will play gods, for ourselves. And so you shall, because if you survive, the consequences you have caused will be dealt with.  Your leaders have led you to believe fire has no consequence, blaming anything else.  That fire has no consequence to oxygen content, even though you are 7 BILLION PEOPLE all reaching, consuming, creating consequences such as fire EVERYDAY.  Your leaders have led you to believe, “let us make more fuel out of food”/ we are going to be rich:   while they suck the water out from under your feet/ creating the day when you will die or war from thirst.  Your leaders have assaulted the food supply in every conceivable sense, and in america 30% is simply thrown away; very soon, the tragedy of your ways will be revealed.  The mutilation of your plants and lives will come to fruition, as is proven by the increases in allergies, cancers, asthma, autism, and more.  You have built a single mechanism to survive, based upon your ability to mutilate and control insects and disease.  But now you are killing the pollinators/ killing the insects that are a distinct part of the chain of all life on earth.  You have set your livestock in confinement as a curse on them/ but soon the antibiotics you feed will end this method, and leave you without.  But let us not forget all those who led you to “WE ARE GOING TO BE RICH” with lies, and stealing, and fraud.  Or the people who allowed them, and prodded them to do it as your leaders:   because all valued numbers rather than life, work, or reality.   And they gave your wealth away/ they set you up for war/ they made you slaves, and are preparing in this day to use the weapons of mass destruction on you.
SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING DO BLIND, SO DAMNED DEAF, you sell your soul for numbers that are worthless.  How dare you be so stupid! So manipulated and deceived, all you can see, “is the damn gaudy temptations of a snake winding around your heart and soul/ DEMANDING listen only to me”. 
WAKE UP, or go to Hell, and Armageddon

We are not dead yet/ remember that and go forth to do the work, and make decisions for life and the living; for your children who depend on you. 
This world dies only once/ those who say, “otherwise”, are fools.

The life in me says, that it is not good to leave this work with so much reality that must be dealt with/ without some acceptance of a need to be “simply joyful and happy for life itself”.  This is not a world of judgment/ this is a world of time, where mistakes are understood, and another chance is illuminated by justice, hope, courage, forgiveness, and the rebuilding of what we need to survive. 
In keeping with that spirit of truth, I will suggest “I believe in santa claus”.  Not as a reality in time/ but a spiritual truth displaying the hope of life, the love of spirit, the joy of humanity in desiring to give children happiness and hope.  To understand the purpose of life is love, as is the truth of believing in   “Jesus”.  And the honesty to accept   GOD will not abandon us, if you do not abandon HIM. 
These things are friendly and pure, they are an attempt to say:   NOT everything is bad/ just those who threaten to take it all away, who gamble with everything we need to survive. 

The tragedy of humanity, is they begin to believe “we can be gods/ we can be winners, by making others losers/ and then it becomes, we don’t care”.   To achieve honesty and the discipline necessary to survive; each of these dishonors, disrespecting and disgracing our world, and all life, must be abandoned.  It is that simple/ and it is NOT that hard to remove the liar from your own heart.  Simply choose not to accept anything but truth; as best you can.

I should include again, that I am a high school graduate/ college had nothing to teach, that I wished to learn;   it is not a jealousy.  Rather DON’T gamble with our lives/ sums up the contention pretty clearly with the university;   with the addition, DON’T make us your slaves, to finish the purpose of battle. If you think that is not enough to be “educated”/ then prove me wrong, in this work that I have presented to life on earth.
I will include, over the years I have been accused of practically everything you can imagine; including the religious who believe I am helping/ therefore I must be evil: as was taught to them by their preachers.  It is not so/ none is true. Although I will admit, some of my ways are slightly “irregular”.

Spirituality is a dimension you do NOT understand, consequently anything you can be told, requires either you believe or you don’t.  NOT a desire of mine to present that question/ but a reality of your need, to understand more exists in me than simply time.  I don’t know why, it just does.  The elemental journey that is constant, for helping life on this planet survive: is in the need to have a “female mind”.  For the purposes of helping life find answers to all this mess created by men/ this abyss we are being shoved into.    Is a reality clearly pushing the limits, in me too.  We cannot remain as we are/ that means what is male can no longer decide the direction, purpose, or desire for humanity in time, or in me.  Women must rule/ because we CANNOT stay the way we are.  We will be exterminated.  As time continues, change continues in me.  I have become a passenger now, in both body and life; not my own “male” choice anymore/ “tied up”.  And forced to accept that woman will decide. I still don’t know how to be female, and it becomes more apparent everyday, I never will.  Instead what is male will simply die.  NOT a clue, what comes after that with regard to this life or this body in time;   I just can’t imagine it, or build it, or create it;   what is male just doesn’t know or comprehend it.  Can’t do it/ simple as that.
Today however it has finally come to understanding, that I have been given a seat “center stage” if you will/ for learning about women.  My life is now controlled by “a female truth”/ and what is male must simply endure. Instead of male behavior, this body can be made to experience life as a female, see, feel, relate to reality by the definitions that “what is female” can create; it is not a choice.  And that means, by her definition/ I am going to be taught how to understand what life is like; by reversing the role of male and female. By giving me the life of female/ and women the power and authority to feel, see, and do as men have done; to me.  The first hints of “emotion” have appeared/ as I cannot say, “happy for me”.
So then I too, am involved in “dramatic change” with you at this time/ just a different kind.  But not unlike what you must go through as well/ but even more dramatic.  Its not “bad”/ its just REALLY different. It is NOT, my intent to make you fear; not my desire to lead you in any way: BUT IT IS my desire to open your eyes and ears, and make you understand this world is threatened, and about to go extinct.  IT IS “the spiritual woman’s demand”, that men WILL LEARN about respecting females, and change their ways.

 When you look at who led us here, the ONLY possible answer is men/ the critical answer of the last few decades, simply “the university” did it through men.  Consequently there is a distinct decision NOT to accept these leaders can continue.  It’s a choice, based upon the evidence. The reality of women is as simple as: after desperately seeking for a decade, an answer in men for these threats.  UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE, AND WISDOM         State, men have no answer/ they will die and take the world with them.  Consequently women MUST rule.  There is no other way, to survive.

     May GOD    “Bless us all”.  With hope, courage, and truth.  Not a simple thing we must do/ but an absolutely necessary one.  It is, that plain & simple.
