WE MUST AGREE:   there are three things that matter, in this order.  1.  The nation must survive, without civil war/ to do that, there must be adequate acceptance of change.  To accomplish change, we go to court: where there are NO CLOSED DOORS, and everybody understands the truth.   
2.    The evidence MUST be gathered to prove to each and every single citizen/ and all creditors that this is in fact absolutely necessary: therefore an accounting that is complete, factual, true, and hiding nothing MUST BE PROVIDED.  So that all can see, and understand:   NOBODY gets to hide, this is our reality. Period!
3.    The individual exists as the single contributor to society: because it is the individual that provides the money/ it is the individual that is the money.   Corporations do not count/ government entities do not count/ pensions do not count/ etc.  They are dealt with later.
WE BEGIN, and END with the individual, as all money is about the human factor/ and the resources used to claim work has been done, because life has been spent.  Therein the singular question summed up is: WHAT ARE YOU OWED/ WHAT DO YOU OWE/ WHAT CREDIT DO YOU DESERVE/ AND HOW DO WE TITLE THE AVAILABLE PROPERTY, TO THOSE WHO DESERVE IT.
What are you owed? 

The answer for citizens is, THOSE OWED THE MOST, are the people whose lives have been impacted the most by their work: that means the poor are first/ because they spend more of their lives to survive at work ( those who usually work over 40 hours a week), than any other group.  Not welfare, they get a job out of this! The legitimate, bottom income workers; as a group roughly, one in ten people; they are to retain their savings/ their percentage possession of property etc.  They are to gain credit for their work, equal to a low income type house;  they literally can afford. Or more simply if these can prove “been working steady for over twenty years at this rate”; you owe them “half” a small house or condominium/ because they have been slaves.
The new currency simply replaces their money; with the equivalent , a plain trade.  Without tax for a house incurred, for the first year.  OR their debts are wiped clean/ and they start over.
Except for college students/ which are a separate group  within themselves.   
The next group is lower middle class; working hard/ trying hard/ doing the best they can; but making mistakes, borrowing too much, and many greedy for more; because “this is taking too long”.  They comprise about 3 out of ten here in america, and the majority are literally the back which heaves the heavy work.  What they have gained honestly and with whatever honor is realistic is theirs to keep.  What was done foolishly and without wisdom in terms of credit, can be erased simply because these are not allowed to gain much with credit/ and mostly end in traps.  Thereby the life spent/ the traps endured, grant you earned the money, and may begin again but with restrictions on  credit (until you learn better, and prove it), if yours is erased. The exception is: all these student loans wiped clean/ owe nothing; because college gave them nothing.

The middle class are those 5 out of ten people, who say of themselves “I am a winner/ look at all I have gained”.  Meaning simply, they were cheerleaders and players in all the games men have played to bring us to this day in time.  Where we look at threats/ starvation soon/ war/ theft/ a dying nation/ and a world that is far closer to war, than most can imagine.  You wanted greed/ YOU chose to become blind/ deaf/ mute, and without sense;   because of all the things you wanted and stole from this earth and its future.  You made reality about money; you followed and empowered liars, thieves, fools, failures, whore’s & bastard’s/ and said, “let the children pay, I WANT MONEY”.  The consequence of that is, although you worked very hard/ you chose and sacrificed families, lives, futures, creatures, nature, and everything else you could touch; “all to be rich”.  But no one gets rich without making many more poor; all money, is the life or resources needed by someone else, taken by you.  Which means poverty is a direct cause associated with your decisions/ regardless of the fact, “not your intention”.  Simply the result of your ways and means.  Because you have sold your life for the money and worshiped it so/ you may keep half the equivalent numbers, of what you hold as physical possession.  But not pensions or benefits nor any holding beyond your personal house or business (set at a level that works, for the nation; to be decided later, by vote) or what is in your checking account. No one retains more than double the average in assets, for this group. Even if you earned it/ you did not work for your society; or this tragedy of failure would not be so bad. Anything else waits to see what is left in the division of reality as a nation.

Point nine percent (less than one), out of ten sits in upper middle class.  These having proven to won the game, by creating many more losers; are responsible for thinking up most of the traps by which society becomes hateful and learns to want wealth;   so they can avoid you.  In general these have taken everything they could possible, or honestly truly want; giving themselves rewards for living all along the way.  These are the people who believe, “the rest are losers/ even if I started over again with nothing, I would make them all pay, and WIN”.  Consequently, you have earned the right to make that come true/ you have earned the right to be returned to the level apparent for the poor/ and begin again.  With the following exception:   this nation needs teachers, that understand reality.  We will let  you:   retain everything the middle class gets to keep/ but only if you apply yourselves to teaching the children, and people whom you have used;   HOW to be smarter/ how to work more efficiently/ and how to avoid traps.  The demand is 40 hours every month, for three years; or go back to near the beginning and avoid the people who want to learn. You already have taken your reward, now earn it.  Society decides if you earned your bargain or failed and must pay anyway.

The top; point one percent, of “workers”/ are the people who have all the debts collected and proclaimed as WE the people, OWE THEM THIS DEBT!  These are the rulers, who behind the scenes pick our leaders, rearrange our laws, work to destroy democracy, infiltrate our news and in general establish the tragedy and failure of who we have become as a nation.  Because not only did they get rich/ it was not, & never will be enough. Life is a game/ they win, you lose, end of the story.  To win it is necessary to control access to whatever the people want or need, or are willing to pay for with their lives.  To gain control over politics, courts, news, and public perception/ it is necessary to create fraud.  To hold onto and gain additional monies, it is necessary to steal/ because advertizing is so effective, beyond anything the public will admit to: the possibility of monopolizing business, industry, and everything else has come down to a very few; whose concern is, “let them be our slaves/ we own their lives; and can take ANYTHING we want”.  Consequently the relationship we share is very simply: “good versus evil (in its most crude sense)”/ with one singular exception.  We are going to foreclose on you (because the debts are largely generated by your decisions and influence over society) / but if you are willing to simply sell, for the sake of avoiding employment “ripples”. We will consider letting you keep not over “ten times what the average middle class participant retains”/ but not in resources.  IF YOU sustain a level of employment for other workers, not less than 100 full time employees to keep the same as the middle class/ not less than 5,000 workers to attain and keep ten times more; for a period of not less than three years; or we take it back. Take it or leave it.
As to pensions the simple truth is, those who can shall demand of their corporations to pay these pensions off today/ or surrender the company to worker hands, one or the other. Pension means “we agreed”/ the contract is terminated, the reality shall be adjusted.

 Those who hold public pensions CANNOT demand payment, as it is clear YOU have taken complete advantage of your situation and ruled over the public, laughing at them, believing “nothing you can do, about us”.  Therefore, your pensions are abandoned.  Your healthcare is null and void, after one year further.  There are no benefits/ and there will be no more public unions, not ever; pass a law/ make it a constitutional amendment. No more. The same is true for bonds:  those who believed nothing can stop me from collecting, the nation/ state/ city/ school, etc; owes.  Bet on a dead horse/ fully knowing it cannot possibly be paid in terms of reality.  They assumed nothing can stop “the IRS”/ but they are wrong, and lost.
Student loans, are promises of greater things, IF you believe in us!  That means as a society, “we will then believe in these professors for money “greater things”/ and if they do not deliver, then they will not be paid.  As a student you will negotiate a percentage based upon salary, for work done in the field promised to you;   and living expenses adjusting that percentage, for the area to be lived in.    No more fraud: promising what you do not deliver.
Healthcare is to be a percentage of income, with a small percentage taken by income taxes for building and equipment expenses.  There will be limits, for us all/ because that is reality.
Social security and all that goes with it, will receive a percentage of GDP as a nation.  Those receiving it, shall then by vote decide how best to distribute and use the money.  Every citizen, over the age of 62 will have the opportunity to vote on when they can retire/ but the age of retirement begins when all who can or do collect, decide through real and accurate accounting, exactly what each will get: same for all: is absolutely clear. More dividing/ equals less for each one. No more want/ no more tears: live within your means, or die. There will be “ legal, death assistance” for those who qualify; it is your life to decide.  It is our money, to refuse: we won’t tell you how to spend yours/ you won’t tell us how to spend ours.  Simple as that.  Is that not fair: who tells you what to do with yours.  You cannot take the children’s future, anymore. You will, live within your means, or be allowed to die.
Once you have done these simple things

The reality of foreign debts come into play.  The real question is, WHAT can we offer/ HOW much real damage did this nation do/ WHAT will gain this world the most:   such as pollution controls, etc.  And when the accounting is done, the reality identified and established with honesty/ the work begins. There will be adjustments made regarding any and all property or resource that is inherently the domain of this USA; thieves sold it to you/ and we will take it back.  But not without respect for the reality of what is fair and true.  But be aware, that very thing will be happening in other countries as well; and those who are invested with foreign industries are likely to lose.
As to all other realities, it is necessary to vote on whether you:   CHOOSE to have a limited capitalism govern this nation.  OR whether you want to return to, your march to death and complete destruction for this world.  It is a choice, but if you fail to choose properly, the moment will come when no choice is left.  You will become “the living dead”.  Choose carefully, & think clearly/ there is no going back, from a dead world.  Population controls are imminent, realities governing resource depletion are coming, change in the structure of society & how it makes the decisions that govern our world, are all coming;   want them or not.  Its either that or death for the planet, because the evidence proves it will be so.

The corporation, is an entity to limit the financial liabilities of individual investors combined into a conglomeration of business and industry attempts to make money and control society or resource.  They do have a limited use, at least in the short term consequences of a world that cannot function without them at this stage of development. The future has doubts, if they will survive.  But the immediate reality is simple: this is what men built, and this is what we must use to survive until change by majority vote can do better/ whatever that is to be.  The consequence of these things are: that wall street in particular, sucked all the value out of most corporations selling them for “play money”, in their game.  Few have any real relationship to actual accounting with real money.  Monopolies shall be broken up!  But as a nation, there is no real money left/ so its just an extension of the american lies.  Or more specifically the dollar is dead/ the consequence of that is all things related to the dollar are subject to change and reevaluation. Because these are not living people/ they have no real claim to money in that change.  But the people who are invested have a legitimate right to some valuation regarding their investment of real time, life, and effort.  Nothing bought on margin will be honored/ that is lost.  People who have remained invested for a period of time over one year, have a claim to that company.  A true and accurate accounting SHALL BE DONE! Establishing debt/ assets at auction values/ product sales, and so on. A critical and real relationship with projected income/ the need for critical resources that will be diminished or displaced (not a throw away world, anymore).  And a functional real value per stock established.  THEN by vote among all stock holders, a new relationship shall be defined between new currency/ what was promised to each investor at the time of purchase (or more simply, did the majority buy with one percent of their income, or how much?  The average becomes the reality).  If the average income (your life, shared with these people) percentage is one percent for one hundred investors.  Then each investor gets one percent of the company/ divided by influence in the company.  The investor who owned the most stock, gets a claim, up to one hundred times more/ than the least.  Now you have total numbers, divided into total asset value, and whosoever wishes to sell or buy or retain possession begins again.
The banks and other financial institutions do represent a critical failure; by being attached to government.  Government conspired with the banks or used the banks to create an inflated workforce during or for political party purposes:   take it all now/ take credit, where lies were used/ cast the future to failure; and say “its all their fault”.  Or more simply, EVERY TIE, every connection to government, every possibility of influence beyond “TRUTH MUST BE HERE, IN AND WITH OPEN ACCOUNTING FOR ALL TO SEE”;   must be removed.  Every bank reduced to an individual building/ no more monopolies, conglomerates, etc.  Individual community banking and no more.  Margin buying removed from wall street entirely;  strictly untethered real money to be invested, or not at all.  In other words, no borrowing from the bank to invest either; real money.   No foreign investors, we build for ourselves.

Life is about living/ NOT wanting to possess.  The difference is, with living there is friendship, love, family, and respect for the values which provide, sustain, and present happiness and hope through stability and securities that are real for us all.  Wanting to possess, merely discards respect/ chooses to create games of “I win/ YOU lose”/ and forms the competition barriers, “its all mine/ and I will hate you forever”; ending in war. As has been proven throughout the history of man in charge of this world.  It is a choice

Control means: they can take whatever they want, and I or we cannot stop them.  They can change our lives without consequences to themselves, and I or we cannot stop them.  They can destroy our world/ make life extinct/ ransack and rape at will, and I or we cannot stop them.  They can make rules, play with monopoly money/ and make us slaves, and I or we cannot stop them.  They can make laws, create rules, demand compliance, lie to us endlessly, manipulate the media, distort the courtroom, demand military and police do what they say instead of obeying the law, and I or we cannot stop them.  Because it is anarchy/ or more correctly tyranny; NOT DEMOCRACY.

DEMOCRACY MEANS:   I or we cannot stop the others/ BUT OUR LAWS CAN.  Democracy means, because we are governed by law and not people as leaders over us;   we are in control of this nation/ and we do choose our fate by determining what laws will be kept ourselves.  Democracy means, our employees and ourselves SHALL OBEY THESE LAWS, or face appropriate punishments for breaking these laws/ for disrespecting this people.  Democracy means;   freedom is important/ because it brings the individual happiness knowing, I have my own life governing my own decisions as it affects me.  I have my own ways; but I must pay the price for my own decisions as well.  BUT LIBERTY IS OUR FREEDOM AS A NATION, to be rulers over ourselves; and the function of that is law.  Thereby the laws must be encompassing of everything that affects us all deliberately/ but must also be clearly disaffected from everything personal to me or you; so that control does not exist upon individual life/ but clearly controls society instead.  The difference is somewhat like:   “There will be controls over driving a vehicle/ even though you do that individually; you do it on public highways or property, and that makes it our business too.  HOWEVER, such things as making drunkenness an enemy is not allowed, because that endangers only you.  Instead no matter what you use to endanger others as would be drunkenness is the issue that matters; and that includes “too tired/ texting/ or anything else that constitutes an unfair behavior behind the wheel”; dependent upon the statistical reality as a truth/ or clear evidence of cause.  Be fair, an accident is an accident regardless of the cause, the reality is the same.  Such things as, no more “sin tax”/ the right to smoke for instance is not different than your right to play golf, or whatever: it is a personal choice.  NOT a matter for public intervention.  HOWEVER, the reality of medical claims that are directly associated with something such as smoking must be dealt with by the people incurring the diseases caused.  Or more clearly the price attached for smoking will become the cost of healthcare, added in/ created as an insurance policy that then pays for these medical bills. The smokers decide who “smoked enough”, to collect.  But they will pay for those who were also, CLEARLY AFFECTED/ not just “out of their mind idiots”.  In other words, being a democracy does not entitle you to pick out a group and control, manipulate, increase taxes upon them, or any other form of inequality as life.  Rather democracy means: the laws we all choose for liberty, security, society, and life are the rulers here/ and nobody gets to change that.  Not a judge/ not a president/ not the military or police:   our laws, that we impose upon ourselves, as equals;    will rule!   That is democracy!  With sufficient education (NO “two party system”) and communications (NO manipulation by media), we can change this government to establish and now create:   my vote for the law that will affect my life/ shall decide!  No more voting for someone to vote for me; on the most critical issues of life, society, or world.  Simple as that.

That simple concept applies to all minority community groups.  YOU CANNOT depend upon someone else to “make you successful”/ YOU MUST DO THAT YOURSELVES.  You cannot simply complain, “they didn’t give me enough”; YOU need to work, invest, and create a future that can be generated for yourself. Or more simply, no excuses: every group has people in it who spent their lives in pursuit of better for themselves; leaving the children the actual beneficiaries.  Every group that is successful, bonds together to protect and produce among themselves “this is for us”.  Which is why all immigration is conceived to be a threat.  But nonetheless it has always been the path to success in any country or nation throughout history; until the guns come.  Freedom means, with your rights/ come your own responsibilities.  Liberty means, we must provide access to the possibilities necessary for us all.  Reality means; “I ain’t just giving away my life, my work, and my physical happiness and securities/ because someone else moved here; or wants it.”  Simple as that.  But truth says: in a world of 7 billion people, THERE WILL be new ways, or there WILL BE WAR!  Because the world that did exist, wherein nature had enough for us all/ no longer exists, without our true help and conservation and potential work & decisions for better. That means “its still your responsibility for yourself/ but without cooperation with everyone; even tiny amounts of destruction among 7,000,000,000;   every hour of every day/ throughout every year;   means, we all die.  The future holds choices for us all.  Critical truths are: fair, disciplined, balanced, critically necessary, functionally appropriate, and honestly caring with nature and the future in mind;   will decide when life on earth is over.  We must share, because we are far too many people for any other way/ you will die.  Being glib, choosing failure, accepting stupid or disgraceful or disrespectful, discarding the boundaries that keep us alive (letting the university do any DAMN thing they want IS INSANE).  Listening to promises they make is totally bizarre, and beyond insane “we are going to be gods”;   is not real.  They are going to be “satan’s”/ and it means death to this world;   you stand at the door today, if you survive/ and do not control them entirely and with sanity, this world will end.  The larger end of university experimentation is simply the occult (head of an idiot so swelled with pride and arrogance it is literally ready to explode); in charge of your world.  Death and disaster/ endless promises/ a fool’s paradise/ ending in complete and utter devastation and chaos.  Because only what is critically and elementally true, can survive.  Believe it or not/ no playing god or satan;   you ain’t “smart enough”.  Like it or not!   Not for the “whole world” would I choose to play god, or mutilate nature, or gamble with an entire world:   IS THAT NOT “smarter than you”?  Is that not something you can do as well?   WHERE IS YOUR SENSE!  Did you throw your mind away?   WAKE UP!
