RE:    A PETITION TO COMPEL COMPLIANCE
A PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION FOR INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT.
The foundation of law is: that there will be opportunity within the courtroom for due process of law.  This court, and these defendants have been in possession of trial documents and the evidence of trial/ with certification by trial number, that all costs to this point have been paid; and the court is satisfied with the beginning of trial.  Because these defendants are the police/ because all but the state police were hand delivered that information regarding court on 10/18/10 and it is now soon to begin the seventh week: without a sound, or written notice from the court.  The court was informed, that no formal subpoena was issued due to the fact, “none are threatened” because this is the police, and delivering them any piece of information can be deduced to be evidence regarding any trial.  Evidence is what they do, as a consequence their job demands of them to understand trial is meant to be; formal or not.  The court was instructed to provide whatever was necessary if this was not so.  To date they say nothing whatsoever.  Establishing a pattern of behavior that conforms to the criminal intent to abolish and deny me DUE PROCESS OF LAW, under the constitutions, both state and federal.
This petition therefore comes with this simple conclusion: because two judges of the circuit court are also involved in this case.  UNLESS you immediately work to establish and create this case with time, date, attorneys of record; and anything else as may be required.  A change of venue shall be necessary/ removing from you all control, and increasing the costs for us all.  A demand upon the state supreme court to sanction and condemn this court;   WILL participate in that demand for justice/ by due process of law.
