                                        Letter to the court

the subpoena’s given to me in this case by the clerks office being properly stamped and indicating the parties above which are called to defend the interests and position of the state of IL:   HAVE BEEN SENT, by certified mail to the above defendants.  As is consistent with the demands of federal civil practice when confronting “the USA”.  Thereby sufficient for the state of IL as well. YOU ARE to inform me of any alternate decision that you may make in regards with the subpoena of defendants with regards to this case. 
I went to county police with the subpoena given to me by the court clerk/ and it proved insufficient for the police to serve.  The phone number given to me with regards to obtaining a date and time for court was with judge Leonhard/ a judge I have sued in court as well as judge Difanis;   thereby it is understood these judges are NOT “unbiased”; and they are participants in case 10-MR-766 as is filed in this court as well.  Consequently to proceed with certified mail was the option left to me/ and you must prove it is insufficient;   OR provide the necessary subpoena with all information necessary to me or to the defendants/ with proof to me this is in fact done.  That is your job.
