The foundation of every courtroom exists because: “there are two sides or more” to every decision.  Establishing the framework wherein all sides are equally treated, and provided the opportunity to defend and support their own position is required. A valid conception of possible or probable evidence of threat or credible change: establishes a “side to be heard/ a witness to be recognized”.  Like an electorate, only decided randomly by those present: the public at various locations of their own choosing, shall decide by vote what is to be heard. Only when every side has presented its own truth with regard to a specific decision/ shall that decision be made.  When all other sides and witness have had their say: AS IS COMMON TO “THE JURY”, the public shall commit their side, and ANY resolution of topic they demand, SHALL be met with “the best we can/ to help you understand.”
Understanding for all parties is simply, there shall be time constraints/ that are valid and real life foundations for justice, truth, and fair play.
These primary general categories are aided by: distinct decisions to be made.  These decisions shall be broken down into simple or composite singular requests, for or by the public: “as placards, or singular vision words,” NOT more than one page long. So that no illusion or misconception of anything beyond: that specific singular decision can come forward in this discussion and or trial. This is the legal basis, FOR OUR DECISION, as a NATION.  No, complex composition> clear/ simple/ plain:  and determined to establish one thing, within the boundaries of its own truth, and our ability to understand as a people.
THE FOUNDATION of legal investigation is: what is true is demanded and required to be assembled without acceptance of anything that is less than truth.  Media and the people are allowed to state any story or description they wish. BUT NOT in court. Only truth shall be allowed.  Truth establishes consequence, defines “action and reaction”/ confronts the future with evidence, and allows the decision to extend based upon knowledge and understanding from every side involved.

The critical reality being: we simply CANNOT, or must not, be wrong; where clear threats exist.  We must know, as best we can/ or reserve decision in any specific matter,  until later when we do know and understand, sufficiently. The public will decide, what is to be decided in court, and which court, & more; these are examples for your consideration. 
TO BE DECIDED: per individual courtroom
1.  Issues in healthcare including: all billing is limited to a percentage of income/ all medical industries, shall accept their responsibilities to us, we to them (such as providing doctors as needed; instead of an emergency room only). Such as we will control how many doctors are educated: NOT the medical monopoly. Such as the nation shall own patents in medicine, NOT industry or individuals. WE WILL decide how all antibiotics shall or shall not be used/ because they are essential to medical intervention, thereby life or death to us. Such as knowing all the information necessary to protect and defend our own lives. Remembering “ALL COSTS, are simply representative of the men who made the billing”.  Any work could be free/ it is the people who demand money!

2.  WE WILL DECIDE:   who, what, and why or more specifically if anyone, any business, any diploma or purpose including military:   SHALL be allowed to conceive of the possibility, they are GAMBLING, WITH OUR WORLD, OUR NATION, OR OUR LIVES!   Without a distinct public education for the people.  Specifically explaining the truth of every risk to be taken, from every side: CREATING AND  ESTABLISHING A TRUE DECISION OF THE PEOPLE BY VOTE, a distinct yes/ or you shall not.  Or more simply: WE WILL KNOW of the consequences and risk associated with ANYTHING that can mutilate, control, damage, or exterminate our lives, nature, planet, etc.  No one gets to “play god, with our lives, world, or future.  NOT WITH NATURE, ENERGY, RESOURCES, ECOLOGY, CHAIN OF LIFE,  ENVIRONMENT, OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS.    Or more simply, this is about stopping “risks that are insane, unwise, or that we are simply unwilling to take as a people on this earth”.  This courtroom is about controlling our safety, our world, our nation for the future of life.
3.  WE WILL DECIDE, by knowledge and the educating of the public with true and honest information, as a  humanity: IF WE WILL ALLOW, business and industry to decide how much pollution they may generate, what they do with the pollution/ AND EXACTLY how it will be dealt with as toxic waste. We, are the government, and we will decide! What poisons we will allow, where, how they shall be sold, used, collected, and returned: everything considered a risk to us, is ours to decide. The failure to respect that, WILL bring punishment, up to “torture and death”.  We will be taught as a society, about every risk, and every future consequence/ and all that is NOT known. Thereby learning as best we can; prior to voting: HOW, these products invade and destroy ecology and environment/ changing life, destroying pollinators, and crippling the composition and  the chains of life, upon which we depend entirely. We will decide; How many resources can be consumed, and what our, and their  responsibilities are: for recycling, reusing, rebuilding. These are in general:  the lower risks, which appreciate over time/ instead of conceive as an immediate threat to life or nation.  Our decision here, is then about our future as a nation, planet, and what we choose to give to every child, or take away.

4.  WE WILL DECIDE: what is necessary to protect our food supplies, including the protection of animals, plants, insects, and every environmental consideration that determines our ability to survive.  We will identify every risk, and establish the future for every child, should we NOT accept the responsibility entrusted to us/ they will die.  We will protect this world for life, or not, thereby accepting the penalty for your failures. As democracy; our right to vote: we will make the law that is required to protect us, and enforce it.  We will decide IF “we accept the consequence and reality of being LAB RATS” ; for genetic experimentation/ after being truly informed in the possibilities of   “What can go wrong”.
5.  WE WILL DECIDE: what is necessary to protect our water and oxygen supplies by determining as best we can the realities of HOW LONG THESE RESOURCES CAN LAST, for our use, as a nation and planet by the practices used today. We will determine what energy consumption and creation of that energy shall be/ along with pollution and the demand for insulation. Because if it is not sustainable, that means someone WILL DIE, because of what we chose to do, or not to do.  NO ONE, has that right.  WE WILL ABIDE by the rules and realities of what is true, so that none will be assassinated, by our fault.

6.  WE WILL DECIDE: who has control over this nation/ establishing our decision, by voting for ourselves: on the critical issues we will decide/ one citizen, equals one vote.  We will decide by vote, what our law shall be, our elections shall be; and our employees duty to us, through considerations presented within the constitution. We will decide the content and limit the discussion of any and all politics: TO JUST THE ISSUES OF MERIT, that means something to us.  We will decide UNDERSTANDING, what existed OVER 200 years ago, is NOT entirely up to date.   Our choice, as DEMOCRACY,   or more simply “WE THE PEOPLE”. Is our authority to enforce; but not by a mere majority, real change requires more.
7.  WE WILL DECIDE:   what we will do, with money and debts.  We will decide, who gets to keep what/ and establish the necessary means to return to truth, justice, and a legitimate dollar.  We will decide/ who gets punished; what financial realities shall survive.  We will create the new terms and conditions for judges, specifically: protect our nation/ protect our lives/ protect our future, NOT “the money”. Protect life and justice, through fair, and honest reality. The rules, for those in our employ, as our government representative under the law; as well..  We will decide and establish by vote if desired “LIMITED CAPITALISM, or more simply: you have your share/ leave some for us”/ because we are the owners, and as owners it is our right to demand equal and fair treatment or chances.
8.  WE WILL DECIDE, who does or does not have a right to disembowel our manufacturing/ jobs/ pensions/ cities/ property/ oceans/ housing/ and lives or nation.  We will decide the pay structures and power of ANY company that is not entirely, “individually owned, by a single human being, OVER the age of 21". And place our own restrictions, on all who have had access to the destruction of our economy: demanding OUR LAWS, the ones we establish by vote for ourselves; SHALL GOVERN YOU.  We will decide who shall return anything we deem “stolen, by fraud and lies”. We will decide, if “wall street” survives.

9.  WE WILL DECIDE: the foundations which will then govern our search for resources in the ocean/ our search for resources under the ocean/ our polluting of the ocean/ our responsibility to the incubation of life in the ocean/ our demands for oil and other transportation on the ocean/ the ultimate damage and demand for recycling and cleaning ocean garbage and all other tragedies imposed.
10.  WE WILL DECIDE:   our competition for jobs/ which means we will govern the machines that create competition for us. We will establish the rules governing business and industry leadership. We will decide, how best the entire workforce shall be employed: BECAUSE WE ALL NEED A JOB/ and must have one to survive. WE WILL decide the pay scale, at better than poverty. KNOWING it is the rich who will suffer. Understanding, it IS PEOPLE WHO MAKE JOBS: demands, the rich shall not have control.  If we must, we will use our authority to establish our jobs, as we see fit:   until this crisis is over. We will vote as necessary to provide all things required for the people, to establish and control these court cases.  Thereby:   to extend until an appropriate, fair, and legitimate new beginning for the nation has been established: creating loans if needed.  By truth and democracy, we know, WE WILL complete this work.  This is not an option/ but a choice that must be made.

11.  WE WILL DECIDE, as a nation: if we will remove all weapons of mass destruction from this nation/ by creating a world court, and the necessary WORLD LAWS AND POLICING from all nations that must accompany that court.  We will move to initiate and establish by being first among the nations of this world, to participate/ first to prove/ and establish what is clearly TRUE: for the sake of life on earth:   WITHOUT being stupid.  NO LIES/ no excuses.  We will decide and establish: those veteran’s returning from war/ SHALL have a job, & that job will be provided by government if necessary.
12.  WE WILL DECIDE:   if we will lead this world in stopping the population crisis that will destroy everything: unless we do.  Proven and simple!  We will learn and educate regarding THE REALITY of this immense human population, and PREPARE as best we can for a future;   with critical knowledge of how to best survive and sustain life on earth.  Demanding laws, and creating penalties. Changing society as is necessary to survive, in peace and happiness for the vast majority.
13.  WE WILL DECIDE:   how best the media shall be changed to protect life.  Instead of worshiping money/ and proving traitors to our nation and to our existence by not revealing true threats and establishing the need to participate in this a time when life or death for an entire world cannot be denied. We will demand: NO PUBLIC ADVERTIZING of any kind shall exist/ that is not guaranteed, “safe, reliable, clear, certain, correct, and bound by penalties of law if found misleading or untrue”.  In other words, what is promised SHALL be delivered.  Or we take everything you have, and pay the debts you owe.  NO LIES.

14.  WE WILL DECIDE:   the participation that taxation shall have upon us.  We will decide by percentage designation, exactly what our employees can spend or not spend on any specific category and establish the criminal penalties for anyone who does not obey our laws. We will decide if our representatives pay out of their own pocket/ for failure to abide by our laws.  We will decide the rules, and the reality. We will decide, if the internal revenue service shall be broken up and reestablished by independent competition bid, among the cities and states: who will then become responsible to their citizens and our nation.  We will decide: who earned the right, to be repaid for the duty done for a nation/ if you truly help this nation survive or become a better place, such as in making a real and substantial difference: is there no value here?
15.  WE WILL DECIDE:   what social security means/ what medicare is required to provide/ and establish WITHOUT DEMANDING THE CHILDREN SHALL PAY: exactly how this is going to be done.  As well as every pension plan in this nation; and its ending. None shall remain/ all shall be accounted for, and ended to establish FAIR PLAY.  No unions, or benefits or guarantees:  for public workers of any kind!
Thereby;  To begin again, with the laws we must create to make our reality:   FAIR TO ALL, including the future.  The fundamental demand for social security is a percentage of gross domestic income, as a nation; for those over the age of 65. Divided up by the people who are beneficiaries, for their own  vote.  Only they vote.  By vote, these shall decide for themselves who dies, if that decision must be made: applied to ALL, THE SAME. No more games/ the children do NOT have to pay.  You will live within the means provided by reality; as the truth of this  nation.  No more fantasy; people will die, or you will share/ build/ buy/ or do as required: by your own decisions.  The children shall NOT pay.

16.   WE WILL DECIDE; when war shall come, when war shall end. WE DEMAND: what are the evidences declaring war, and establish the nations reaction to that evidence.  We will decide what is the punishment for those who provide false information. We will decide how long, any soldier can be placed into combat situations/ and when after a distinct amount of time to be decided upon: the draft, enlistment of people to serve shall occur.  No games/ no excuses. We will decide what is to be done for those soldiers returning from war. We will ask them, to establish “fair and plain” the voice, our soldiers shall be/ their decision about what impacts their lives. Their decision on “whatever affects them”.
Because no more, can the nation stay home/ when its men and women go to war.  EITHER WE ALL GO with purpose and work: as a nation, remaining bound together, throughout the war: or we stay home.  NO MORE PLAYING/ no more spending lives based upon a leader.  WE CHOOSE, by vote/ we go to war, by law.  We will choose, if honor (for this nation, my life died, because of “us”): may be defamed by the malicious disease of hatred, no matter what the excuse. Not a judge: we decide! NOT AN ISSUE of “free speech”/ this is RESPECT!  No damned  bastard cowards allowed.

17.   We shall decide:   what immigration shall mean.  We will discuss what is expected/ and what punishment shall occur: through the Osterbur vs Selimi trial. That was dismissed on an irrelevant technicality:  Danville IL court.  We will establish, our decision/ UNDERSTANDING: no immigrants, “is completely unacceptable”, because this world is overflowing with people; and we must.  It is not a choice, life is life!  YOU have needs too! This will extend to: what lawyers are allowed to do/ to charge/ to be in terms of confronting society our citizens, and our money:  with less than “for our benefit”.  And what constitutes termination of their job/ their length of employment/ and the conditions to be met to retain their job, or more specifically to seek another term/ OR remain a lawyer.
18.  We will conceive of TRUE CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT AND NATION.  And establish what is “different”/ because what has been leadership in this nation and world:   HAS BROUGHT US to the edge of extermination from this planet.  Nothing could be worse, than the leadership of university, and most specifically men!  Did they NOT control these decisions?

Upon these foundations, and the elemental truth of your own decisions/ this planet shall enter and create “a new world, here on earth”.
The understanding of economic depression and recession is simple: these occur, because the game men play with money/ has created more “losers” than society can allow.  Or more simply the gamblers lost/ and the winners gloat: “we don’t need you anymore”; thereby stopping the progression of jobs. 

The end of the game called “wealth”/ is the beginning of a society that earns its happiness with the truth.  Jobs are not about money/ they are about survival, and gaining the opportunities from which all society benefits.  Money allows each one of us to choose individually.  But it is only fair, when clearly, “I am treated realistically, the same”.   Opportunities through limited capitalism in society, give everyone the right to share the possibilities equally, and achieve their own version of  freedom/ our version of what  liberty shall guarantee to you.  The difference is, freedom is strictly an individual reality. While liberty is what we agree this nation shall be.  Therefore the reality most necessary for a happy world is;   limited capitalism:  your choice/ your work/ your reward:   BUT we will demand our share too!   By which there is both freedom and liberty through society, because equality demands: “you, can’t have it all”.  We will choose the spread between rich and poor/ but you will start the discussion at 3 times.  Or more simply “if the  least valued worker, gets one dollar and most valued, gets three dollars; for the work they do with their lives, the year spent.  Is that not fair?  Translated that becomes $30,000.00 for least and $90,000.00 for most/ if that is the yearly income decided upon.  Is that NOT enough, who is worth more, than 3 times someone else?  Not likely! It is your choice. 
The money simply comes from what you decide shall be “the money supply” for the nation.  By census (a defined number of dollars, per citizen).  That will then be “the right amount of dollars”:  to create the fair distribution of wealth by capitalism/ each will know “where he or she stands in relation to their pay and work”. No one gets more/ unless someone else gets less.  A bottom pay is demanded, that is fair to all.
By demanding stability in the money supply between nations, (value backed, such as gold for international trade)/ reality will prove supply and demand governs this trade, along with your own work.  No more lies. With critical accounting: we know, the middle income proves/ I am treated fairly. Those who do less, get less/ those who do more get more: but NO ONE, gets too much or too little.  We demand FAIR!  Our nation, our rules.

 The rule of men is: if I control the resource, I own their lives.  I do not know, what the rule of women would be. “it’s their choice”.
True capitalism is reality economics by the rule of supply and demand.   America has not seen true capitalism for decades: because if the money is not legitimate/ then the supply of money is not defined by reality. The result: people who can, do steal/ people with less access become GREEDY (I want more)/ and resources are plundered mercilessly by all the rest, as the war to get their share accelerates.  As has been proven true today. Particularly with “wall street”/ the purveyor’s  of communism: “give it all to the rich man”.  The reality of allowing wall street to make “their own money” by multiplying any dollar they choose by 10: using “margin” to play the game.  Means that if you paid $1000.00 to play the game in your own real money/ but gained $9,000.00 more by using their “monopoly toy money”.  That literally means:   NOT REALITY!/ but it looks like money, when the stock market goes up does it not?  So then how much “toy money” over the years:   HAS TURNED UP IN REAL SOCIETY, buying what only with “toy monopoly money”/ THE THINGS WE ACTUALLY WORKED FOR.   It ain’t free money/ its THEFT!  “Think”.  If a thousand dollars of real money: is gambled and turned into ten thousand in the stock market itself: WHO GAINED?  Is not every gain a lie?

 This is your opportunity, to accept your responsibility and duty to protect life, to establish justice, and to live within what truth provides in sustainable and real terms of life, living, and work.  Failure, WILL BECOME the end of this world.  NOT because I say so/ but because, the evidence will prove extermination, and the reality of life on earth, by your own man-made threats of extermination;   shall disintegrate living into chaos. If you do not. 
There upon, trial is granted to decide the future of this planet; whether you will grow up to become honest, responsible, and respectful, citizens of life.
Or, a Reality proven: NO CHOICE EXISTS, other than the consequences of “HELL, ARMAGEDDON, APOCALYPSE, AND EVEN MORE”.  Some would call it “the harvest of this earth, either one direction, or the other”.  This is not a threat to you, unless you choose that it should be.  This is an opportunity for you, to change as best you can; and prove that life itself is “the most important thing/ the decision of your heart”. The desire inside, “I WILL choose to care/ and do the work necessary for life on this earth”.  No going back. Fail and you will die; mercy is ending.
Prove the evidence is wrong/ life or death for a planet! Prove your leaders have not sold you into the grave.   Prove: without true, distinct, and real change; that you will not Fail, and die, taking all life with you.
Not a game, investigate, examine, determine the truth, and decide what is real: with severe punishment for anyone telling intentional lies, making up stories, or in any way disguising what is or is not true.  NO more fantasy, delusion, or lies/ no more endless stories or religion.  Reality or nothing; “not even your lives will survive lies”/ BE HONEST..  “It’s a choice”!  GROW UP.
