Nonetheless, if we must negotiate, then we must find a way to mediate the damage and gain time, for the purpose of change/ thereby survival for life and planet on earth.  The major threats are NOT negotiable.  They can make you extinct, at any time!  They shall be confronted without negotiation, and war (your decision) as necessary.
But that leaves us with all the consequences of socially BAD BEHAVIOR as has been the standard for most if not all, the university diplomas who have designed not only extinction, extermination, mutilation, poverty, disgrace, and disrespect for nation, world, and life.   Not exactly kinder and gentler, but it is necessary to be clear.
We begin with liar and lies/ fraud/ etc!  The refusal to be accurate, honest, straight forward, and real with the information necessary to provide this public with the opportunity to understand and choose for themselves what is in their own best interest.  We mediate therefore: that this information must be given/ presented with all truth required for accurate and complete.  But understanding that it is hard or impossible for human beings to reveal their lies, we add private contractors to aid in their development of the truth.  We add open doors throughout the process and NO REFUSAL to be allowed any employee of this people.  It is your job to DO what we command you to do/ and if you do we will limit realistic failure and not cause criminal charges to be filed unless truly deserving. That is a negotiation, simple and plain.  Opening the door allows every person who desires to participate may look for errors/ and if found they shall be rewarded accordingly.  Those who committed the errors shall be determined on purpose or not/ and if intentional, to prison you will go, until we get to your trial. That is mediation. The court shall agree: we demand truth!  Each and every governing body shall be first.

As to thieves, swindlers, cheats and so forth.  The question is: by taking our money and redistributing it to yourself or others/ were you playing the “morally and ethically, illegal game” allowed;  or were you taking advantage of the reality “traitors have ruled over us”.  The distinction being; those who played the game, won the right to say, “not a crime”. Negotiations are then required! Whereas those who deliberately chose to unweave the fabric of our society, are criminals: whose actions require a court case to decide/ mediation includes we will waive most of these trials, if the money is returned with interest and penalties where substantial.  The issues presented by “congress and the like”; as representatives of the people:  were as a fact of life established by deserting their duties to the nation or state.  A consequence of that is: dishonorable discharge/ the removal of all benefits etc.  A compromise/ where more clearly if not so many involved more extreme measures would be found.   If found guilty of   “ clearly and intentionally NOT, working in the best interest of all the people involved”.  There shall be trial.  The issues of compromise include: believing it is in the best interest of the people/ regardless of which side you chose. That is negotiation  The issues of trial include: participating in ways that are clearly of minimal benefit to all the people/ but clearly benefit a few “rich” companies or individuals. That is justice.

Establishing environmental compliance understands: that there will be some destruction of environment/ but only where necessary.  Establishing environmental reality understands: that until any and all processes are cleaned up/ removed/ altered or changed/ stopped/ or compromised to include a better future for all: THERE WILL be “dump sites”.  We simply cannot go on for now/ without them.  However it is absolutely clear/ that putting any toxic materials where excessive damage can occur to life and nature/ as opposed to rock and realities limited as human domain REQUIRES the barren lands to be those dump sites.  The voice of a few/ shall not be heard over the reality of the masses.  Like it or not, eminent domain shall exist. That is reality, like it or not. Recycling shall exist: every product that is sold shall be returnable to the people who sold it.  That includes the manufacturer.  You sold it/ you made it, either recycle it or pay all costs. That is negotiation, as you will learn to deal with the reality in more effective ways.  Every process that can, shall be altered to environmentally friendly.  Every possible relationship that can incorporate the “waste” of one manufacturer or industry, into a viable product or process for another, SHALL BE JOINED. As is the case with electrical power generating stations and the waste called hot water. That is mediation.  Noise pollution SHALL be given strict standards for the manufacturing of machines or processes or components that produce sound.  Those machines shall meet the highest standards, or not be made; there is no cause for trespass against another life; when clear and real options exist.  That is justice.

Within the environment of healthcare, the elemental need is to understand the human body is too important to be discarded or damaged by little things/ we must intervene, citizen or not.  However, the reality of “big things (by your own description)”/ as do impact all the others, in society; by the cost imposed by a few, both patients and doctors and all participants who have tried to get rich; one way or the other!  The door closes at the limits imposed by vote upon us all.  NO MORE billing the child!  Pay by the terms society decides, and does pay for themselves/ or die. It is your duty.  The negotiation with reality is: prepare more doctors so the costs shall go down.  Provide community/ or city hospitals only; so that access to the tools necessary exists. That is negotiation.  Control the medical patents as a nation/ and allow competition to define the price of a pill; by buying in bulk/ as necessary.  That is mediation.

Within the environment of business: is the fundamental foundation, that “we” cannot succeed, when too much competition exists/ the profit margin is too small to protect against the inherent risks that are a part of “doing it yourself”.  That means the categories of risk must be addressed within the framework of large, medium, and small businesses.  Those risks are: find another job/ make money, not lose it/ establish the contract and do it/ find a worker, or support, that is not a liability/ get the resources necessary/ be correct, not stupid/ know the competition/ do, what people are willing to pay for/ and advertize as necessary either for work, or against (don’t want this one/ but don’t forget me) it.  The primary requirement is sales/ cause if you can’t sell it, you are out of work.  That means a FAIR and legitimate competition requires a fair and legitimate area for those who are allowed to compete.  Or more simply: if you don’t live here (as defined by the public)/ and we make this product; then you are not allowed to advertize here either.  That is mediation (compromise for the sake of those most vulnerable, with the base community in mind).  The ability for any business to sell an otherwise non-advertize/ non-sale (price steady) product remains: BUT IS LIMITED to a business that actually deals with any and every form of service as is necessary to maintain or fix the product to assure resource stability. You CANNOT, take the best seller out of a service business and threaten the business for extra profit to you.  Either sell “it all (to be decided by the community)”/ or stay out of the next persons business. That is negotiation/ community decides by vote/ but recognizes that vote shall last a minimum of 7 years, where a substantial investment has been made; let the business be sold to another when necessary.  Every business is “THE CUSTOMER” , without the customer there is no business.  Thereby when buying a business what you get is a location, machines or tools, and the potential opportunity to keep some of the customers; NOT more, understand the contract, and require CLEAR realistic knowledge about costs to be present PRIOR to any loan.  That is fair play. Resources let us work/ turning this world into a desert as is being done today, exterminates all the possibilities of tomorrow; which means, limits are imposed/ sharing is required/ caring about each other is mandatory.  You do have to work as a community.  If the community shares the responsibility of providing you with workers, as in an education/ then the community owes you as a teacher of those students the first opportunity to bid on government work.  Businesses that teach properly, and prove it/ shall be those entitled to bid; no one else.  But that also means, any business person who is able to teach, by proving the ability to make money in private employment for at least 3 years; has either the right to bid/ or the right to teach; let them in. That is negotiation.  Every government contract shall be the same: limited to common practice, with stated objectives, requiring only truly critical components shall be “required”/ such as lights shall be lights, with the understanding of efficiency spelled out.  Let the contractor present, with all problems and consequences defined as to these particular devices, etc.  Or more simply you cannot require a thousand dollar light fixture when a ten dollar light fixture will realistically do the same work; do you understand? That is reality.  The money represents WHY we work/ it ain’t a little thing.  That means, EVERYBODY must be required to state for the record EXACTLY what they are bidding upon, or asking for bids upon/ what is left out of the bidding and will be applied to “time and materials or other”/ when the money and in what amounts shall it be paid; no delays/ who is the lender/ who is the subcontractor, and their required payment, and when.  Who holds the money, and what conditions shall be met prior to its release.  NO MONEY held in escrow, can be released back to the lender or owner of the project/ UNLESS they go through court proceedings, and it is found to be not owed to the contractor.  No lawyer fees involved, in mediation.  Lawyer fees (with or without a lawyer) strictly assigned to who loses in court, should it go to trial.  The foundation of work, is sustain-ability.  Fail to accept that principle, and not only will the work disappear/ so will your ability to live on this earth: bringing WAR, and then cannibalism.  Just how it is.

Within the environment of agriculture; the business of feeding people, comes down to “easy or hard”!  Simple as that. Everything easy requires an endless list of chemicals, competitions, loans, equipment and various other complications that do poison this earth/ destroy small communities/ and cause undo harm to the environment in countless ways.  Everything hard requires physical labor, family support, opportunities to survive, secured labor costs as in controlled bidding (one bid a day, or two; so as to NOT interfere with farming) for crops. Small operations and the communities that build around them. And so on, making this the environmental standard.  It is a choice.  To accomplish that choice, it is absolutely necessary that small farms are inheritable to the children that will do the farming/ or be sold to the people who will then do the farming.  Those not directly involved in the physical work of farming, shall not own the ground upon which our food is grown. Not a hard concept.
Industry is the environmental reality, without natural resources, access to those resources, and critical consumption assigned by the truth of what we do need just to survive or more. But the future has needs too/ and you cannot assassinate the children just because “easy; greed; or selfishness” allows it.  What is in the best interest of this world, is in the best interest of us all; plain and simple.  What is necessary to do without, EVEN if some die because of it/ is absolutely necessary to the survival of the rest in some cases: WE DON’T all need to die/ just because of a few.  Keep it in mind. As to body scans, the current methods of invasion are simply to demand “you WILL use the machines”.  The reality however is, that no one is greatly safer/ and you can mediate this by having planes where it is not necessary; go on through, make it a choice. As to the questions of who needs to be searched: it is always possible, “to steal a baby for instance”/ and add explosives. Who then is exempt? Every government agency comes down to a man or woman who says: I AM the one who is expert here/ I will decide!  But they never take true responsibility for their error/ they just want the pride, power, and selfishness. Decide by vote.

Within the environment of jobs, is the assertion that money employs us all.  Plainly NOT true, money (the promises we make to each other to exchange work and resources)/ HAS BEEN raped, ravaged, disgraced, diseased, and so on; making the relationship we have with the american dollar today nothing more than a lie.  Therefore it is not money that employs us today/ but the assertion, “this lie is better than the truth”!  Obviously an argument made by those who take all the fraud for themselves and make the rest slaves instead. Every lie multiplies the consequence of any reality for worse/ simple as that, it is extremely rare if ever, that anything less would be true.  Can’t be trusted; is an instant divide thereby causing relationships that would have been healed with the truth to be dissolved along battle lines for war, instead.  What is true is: we, in america have been bankrupted, for decades/ the diplomas (take a look at who is in charge/ who has the money)  have been stealing/ lying/ cheating/ gorging themselves by trading this nation for “riches, from treason”/ contempt for us all, and so forth.  Redistributing the entire wealth of a nation is not so hard: the rich man in charge of government simply increases the money supply; “thereby he has more”/ while making the value of currency held by the public to be worth much less.  Each time this is done, a theft has occurred.  Each time this is done, the rich man who puts the money in “his bank” multiplies the numbers he has access to by ten or more.  That means he has much more money than you/ therefore he buys everything, that you can now NOT afford.  Instead of “promises for the future, as is honest money”/ the end result of inflation, particularly when it is called a debt: “to keep the people from demanding their own share of the new numbers”.  IS THE PUBLIC has lost everything, in a fight to stay solvent.  And the rich man owns everything in a fight to make the most slaves he can: kick them in the ass/ rape/ who cares, “I own them all”.  Or did your history books teach you something else? A job is my agreement to work for you, in exchange for your agreement to work for me, in some form or facet that gives an equivalent or fair exchange.  A job is not controlled by money.  A job is controlled by resources, and access to those resources.  Because if you have a need, and you have access; then you can survive by working for yourself.  As a society, where we all have a need, and we all have appropriate access as equals/ then we can survive because we can work for ourselves.  Where self-sufficiency exists/ there is a barrier against those who would disrupt this harmony we create.  But where our need is tied directly to resources or access in some form that anyone else is controlling/ then we become fragile, and unable to control our own destiny.  Therefore be self sufficient, as best you can; it is in your own best interest, as individual/ town, state, or nation.  The union is either friend or enemy/ rarely is it both.  When it works well, greed, power, and pride surface to demand gluttony/ consumption/ and contempt on those who are not “one of us”.  Where it does not work, is for the public at large: because when one small group gets to claim a much larger share; slaves are made.  The difference between rich and poor is not money.  The difference is contempt: we stole your lives/ and you cannot stop us.  The difference between a job, and being a slave is the option to make real choices for yourself, and be paid in a way that all agree, is basically fair to me too.  Paid means: I did what you wanted/ and you returned to me, what we agreed to, or what was necessary as reality proved true.  The mediation of work is simply: that as a society/ as a community/ as an individual we or I have rights too.  That means, a business/ industry/ or whatever is not strictly yours; when you have an employee; because we helped build this for ourselves as well as you.  That fact opens the door to negotiations that prove it is the job this business provides NOT the money.  Because it is a job that the business provides; our participation as living members in this work: presents the opportunity to share specific controls.  We do have the right to know the accounting; our work and lives hinge on this too.  We do have the right to participate in the profits/ and that includes all the profits gained: that fact means, we the employees can and will set the wage for the boss and owner as a direct relationship to our own.  Such as not more than 3 times more.  But it will leave the truth, that each business requires a “cash reserve (held strictly in community banking only)” and this cannot be touched for any cause other than critical business needs.  UNTIL the owner sells, at which time that amount goes half to the owner or investor: IF the business stays/ and the other half goes to the employees (based on years) or stays to continue the business. If the business is sold away, the second half of cash reserve goes to the community. The money is what we created together.  Therefore shared, is proper and true.  Jobs mediated is: any business, or building that is abandoned/ after 6 months, becomes the possibility for new entrepreneurs to use after presenting plans to the city.  Fail to get your building or business rented or sold within that six months and you will wait another year, as new people do whatever they can do to aid the community you abandoned or failed. If they succeed in establishing profits;  for the community; you will negotiate the price with them.  Based upon an actual honest bid/ they get to buy at 90% less for the first year. They stay if they can, until a new tenant is ready to move in.  70% less the second year.  50% less the third year.  At the fourth year, the city will buy the property, after the owner secures environmental compliance at 25% of actual market value.  There is NO holding property beyond the fifth year/ it is given to the city.  Every property is a lease/ property tax proves that/ as does business tax: we own rights. You cannot control our world, beyond the limits we have set. These are limits that mediate “flight from our community/ abuse to our community/ damage to our property rights and lives, because we had depended upon you/ and so on.”  Its called community foreclosure, instead of bank foreclosure. We are the owners, you borrowed our community! There are NO constitutional declaration which prohibit this action/ the preamble requires “to form a more perfect union”.  Argument shall be made as to the fourth amendment: to be secured with “ownership rights”.  That is confronted by the truth, without a secured community for us all/ there are none with individual rights:   WE THE PEOPLE, produce that right by honoring ourselves.  Case closed.

The environment of politics is:   “We love to talk/ more than anything else”/ but unless we have powerful things to do with that talk nobody listens, AND THEN, IT AIN’T NO DAMN FUN!   Consequently every politician looks for “great things to do/ look at me/ look at what I did for you; I AM GREAT”.  The reality however is, the politician is exactly like the rest of us, not better or worse/ simply the same.  THE DIFFERENCE is, that they took control over our “checking account” and spend our money without restraint.  They take over our lives in various forms, and instead of working for the good of the majority, “clouds (a mind without sense) have formed due to university influences”;   and they don’t have a clue what is good or bad to do.  The end result of that is, working for power, listening to and living the lies for pride: “its what we all want/ rather than what truth will allow us to do or be.   Because without power there is no cause to claim “how great am I”. Or more simply “lets DO something/ even if its wrong;   we CAN’T do nothing”! Isn’t that so?  In this situation only the diploma, or the tears get a say.  The diploma because they stole the microphone, with stories and claims of expertise that are simply untrue regarding life and much more.  The tears, because “it makes me feel great/ and powerful; I helped them stop crying”;   but alas, the public has learned “crocodile tears” work too.  Don’t need real situations, “we can tell stories too”.  Can’t perceive real situations such as is no job/ in a time when there are no jobs to get: turns people into criminals/ turns people into prostitutes and beggars/ turns people toward a gun (don’t care about me/ I won’t care about you): gets people thrown into jail, where just one costs more than providing welfare for ten.  Can’t figure out, “create a work program”/ can’t understand everybody needs hope.  Doesn’t mean some aspect of want, is not valid.  Just means NO ATTENTION TO TRUTH, AND REALITY exists.  The elderly will tell you: Can’t have it, if you don’t work or have the money/ isn’t that right.   But for  themselves, “the free pot/ IS MINE, ALL MINE”/ cause after all, look where these elders took us.  Why isn’t everything perfect/ HELL you owe them for that!  Isn’t that what the elders will say; not their fault if you have no money!  After all, the first thief gets it; the rest are just going to be disappointed. Would they not tell you “live within your means”?  Would they NOT state to you, a living child or not: if you got no healthcare, food,  insurance, and can’t pay the bill; etc/ sorry, you just have to die! You ain’t my kid! Indeed 98% or more will tell you exactly that/ while they go spend a few thousand dollars to get a pat on the ass; “I am so scared, I might die/ SAVE ME”. (paid for by government fraud;  taxpayers can’t pay, AMERICA is bankrupt); not to worry, a free meal somewhere for the old/ cause we vote.  What is more unkind: let the child die/ or restrain the elder with truth:  who is about to die? Who does the nation need more? Answer the question, with truth! For a change; let reality decide/ because lies did not work.  Negotiation is take away the right of elected officials to determine where the money goes.  Mediation is, redefining the elected officials job, as an opportunity to insure what the public desires and demands for themselves actually gets done according to the laws they have passed for themselves. It is an investigators job/ a reporters work to identify and clarify what needs to change and bring this to the attention of the public with ALL definitions that establish the reality of any choice with truth, as best we can. The simple description is, no more power to control. Instead the power to persuade, because you represent the people themselves; and they give you access to explain and present reality, and its truth.

The environment of military is: that some will come for duty and the honor of being the people who do protect the others from greater harm/ than if they were not there.  Some will come for war and power and pride/ and do their best to secure jobs and titles that give them these very things.  While the rest, just don’t know what they are going to do with their lives/ so they came here, to find a direction/ achieve a goal/ and participate as a team instead of simply alone (doesn’t always work, as suicide testifies).  Negotiation states: it is fair to ask those who are military to provide the first defense/ pushing back any who come for harm. Mediation says: It is not fair, that those who accepted the duty to fight for a nation, or as the nation’s intent or purpose by elected officials: to do so alone.  Beyond a year/ if the need is real; as has been proven by long-term war: IT IS ABSOLUTELY necessary, that a draft either be established, OR the war come to an end.  Beyond an enlistment (every pay grade below lieutenant/ officer) that served on the actual battlefield, for a period of time to be decided by all parties involved: it is fair to refuse to go back. IT IS someone else’s turn. If you stay in the military however it is valid and real that you will serve in “less dangerous” jobs; unless you are a real “volunteer”.  As officer, it is your job to return where you are sent; or fight within the ranks for what is right for every officer”.

The reality of failure is endless.  The reality of america is, take a look around: the builder of wastelands (poisons everywhere)/ desolation (no resources for you)/ deserts (NOTHING, but what I say can live)/ dumps (let the children be damned)/ death by mutilation (we are gods) and endless poisoning (we know everything)/ a place where everybody thinks “we can be gods (fantasy, delusion, and arrogance so extreme it is beyond insanity);  nature can’t have one damn square inch of ground here: UNLESS I SAY SO” (damn hundred year old tree is two inches out of place: TEAR IT DOWN/ I AM god here).  Shame on you.  Nothing sacred/ nothing worth a value beyond your counterfeit money; nothing worth keeping/ NOT EVEN LIFE, for your child. How could you be a bigger failure? Oh wait, I know: let’s light this earth on fire, just like the sun/ or blow it up; that will prove how great you are!  Extra special perfect, “experts”.

Religions are a failure too; can’t think for yourselves: “thousands of years ago/ now they were smart”.  The Christian religion has an interesting prophecy called the “four horsemen of the apocalypse”.  The white horse can be interpreted as “religions have their day, they try to make life better/ that fails.  Some would argue religions are soon to die completely, and have had their chance.  Then there is war and much bloodshed/ some would argue two world wars would qualify. Then there is judgment, a black horse where the rider carries a balance meaning justice; black because judgment carries with it as sentence (a cost for this).  Do you not begin to face threats and death from every side; the seas are garbage dumps/ the air is polluted and running out of oxygen due to all the fire (believe it or not)/ trillions of gallons of poison are dumped everywhere/ nature is mutilated, disrespected, and dying across this earth, because of people who want to be gods/ resources are lost/ an entire planet is about to be lost: and people everywhere “can’t see a damn thing”.  The last horse is a description of death and desolation, without hope.  HOW can you believe, that is not at your doorstep?  Blind, stupid, so ARROGANT your head is ready to explode, and so expert at destruction of life/ you don’t even know, your own is about to expire.  Yessir, “the smart people”/ they are “extra, special, perfect;    Experts”!  Yes they are, at failure and fool.
Or is that just the precursor, to the main event?  You tell me, after all:   “Your gods, aren’t you”?  You don’t need to worry about anything but yourself; let the world go to hell/ JUST GIVE ME EVERY DAMN THING I WANT, and more!  Isn’t that so?
