In the elevation of life, beyond courtroom battles

The essence of truth, establishes that constitutional purpose in this USA was intended to be;   an opportunity to be free.  In all manner and possibility of society.  That includes the intent of equality, even though life itself is built upon the single principle that all are not created equal/ and that some will have an easier life than others. Diversity demands it/ and keeps all alive. This simple fact illuminates the composition of equality NOT as everyone is entitled to the same/ but that everyone is entitled to the opportunity to do their best for themselves without being interfered with/ or interfering in the lives of the rest.  More simply: we are individuals living in society, with the option of choosing for ourselves, a life that we call blessed; as best we can.  That opportunity arises ONLY when there is enough food and resources to properly allow the security and understanding: “that we are/ I am, safe today”.
The essence of our reality in truth, as is the nation of USA today is:   everything is under attack, including the constitution. Not only is the arrogance of the court attacking the people “cause they know better than the law or purpose of the people”. But every resource is threatened.  Every freedom is threatened.  Every possibility of the future is threatened, at every level.  Even the essence of this people, which became the nation of america in this day/ is under attack by immigrant, by rules, by terrorists, and by leadership that either has no clue/ or deliberately works against the foundation of life in america (the opportunity to choose for yourself/ the right to claim an ownership of nation and self) to destroy the values and realities that did bring us all to this day.

There are fundamentals to the american way of life, as described by constitutional purpose and design.  Those principles of life are.
1.  That we do have a right to choose for ourselves/ but we do not have a right to inflict our decision on others;   UNLESS by majority rule and vote of the people themselves, it is absolutely necessary for the sake of society. 
(A) More simply; the essence of freedom, and the reality of personal choice shall not be taken lightly;   it is MY decision to make/ unless true needs, that cannot be redirected elsewhere honestly and honorably demand it is our   decision and not yours.  An example of that is:   the ownership of a building for the purpose of rent collection, is a personal decision and work that does allow you to choose who that tenant may be.  This is “part and parcel” to the reality “I DID the work/ and I DESERVE to make the decisions that are a reward for that work.”  Society may not intervene, unless it designs a corporation or other, that is not functionally human: which means society owns every right and option to that entity not human but allowed in society: we decide, what you may or may not be.  The second part is:   should any person establish more control over the population than what society allows/ they shall incur rules as made by that society.
(1) there are culture issues, which do not assimilate well/ when different groups are intermixed: “whether you like it or not/ that is real”. Whether you like it or not, people feel more at ease when dealing with those whom they believe are similar or understand the same things because of a similar, or assumed similar upbringing. The slight nuances of language and behavior are more recognizable, and so on.

(B) citizenship is constituted by the demand, I HELPED build and sustain this place; therefore, I have rights.  Until you have established truth, peace, work, and the intent of harmony;  you are not a citizen/ unless born here by parents who were citizens when you were born.  The issue of a right is built upon the people who made that right possible/ their ways/ and their decisions that make the nation what it is.  Crossing the border, to have a child born here, DOES NOT constitute citizenship.  My right to decide, to participate, to engineer and design and struggle to build a society or nation IS BUILT UPON: the ability to understand.  Therefore one nation equals one language for all/ IS REQUIRED.  Consequently, no exclusions shall be made: you want to live here/ you must learn the language; like it or not.  You would not expect less from any other nation either/ it is not a choice.  The american english, is the language of this land.  Immigration means: I, the immigrant, DO NOT wish to live in my own country any longer, for whatever reason/ because it does not meet my needs. BUT THAT does not establish a right to come to my home/ nation, and do with it whatever you please.  IF you wish to establish change/ DO IT in yourself, your home; your nation, and your society.

(1) reality states; this world grows by 2 million more mouths to feed each week/ THERE ARE NO excuses for not helping with this burden as a nation.  But EQUALLY, there are NO EXCUSES as a nation for not participating in a solution as a world.  Or more simply; if YOUR nation is not controlling the population count by themselves; we will not let you come here either. AND in the same way if this nation does not control its own population it has no basic right to say to another “you cannot come”.  ONLY if your nation is clearly establishing population control as in NO growth; will you be allowed a choice.  Otherwise, fight among yourselves until you do/ cannibalism & war, is your fate.

The fundamental precept is:   I DO HAVE A RIGHT TO MAKE MY OWN DECISIONS, within the construction of fair and equal as a society/ but within the honesty as best we can for freedom for the individual.
   And I DO HAVE A RIGHT to insist: you may not rebuild my country by overwhelming it, with language or any other tool of invasion.  But there is the honesty necessary that blankets us all:   to understand and accept we are all human beings, and like it or not, we all DO  have a responsibility to this earth. Among other things, that includes population control, before it is too late/ very nearly there.

2.  The second principle is: that natural earth, life (not human), and water resources are NOT the property of an individual, or any social construction (such as a corporation)/ but belong jointly to us all.  We own ourselves, one single independent body of life/ and no more; not “we as in more than one/ but I, as in this body of mine”.

(A) for clarity, control of the ability to survive and achieve the blessings or reward for what we do build; is a fundamental established by:   I HAVE OPTIONS TOO!   The only method for equality or freedom to work in a nation which has now lost all its excess resources, and is covered in people from shore to shore IS:   capitalism with limits!  Or more simply, YOU are responsible for yourself/ BUT if you are particularly successful WE WILL LIMIT YOU, because the others have needs, rights, and rewards to attain too.  You may NOT control society with money, power, selfishness, criminal acts, gambling, lies, theft, pride, hate or any of the other devices currently being used to enslave and destroy!  YOU WILL SHARE, the possibilities of work and life and resources with us all: BY ACCEPTING OUR LIMITS FOR EVERYONE.  Changed by vote if desired, at periodic challenges.

(B) money shall determine nothing!  Rather money is to be merely a transition between my work and yours.  The difference is:   what we do as work for each other, CANNOT change society.  When money is “everything”/ then money not only changes society, it controls and redefines society and nation, as is today; where threat and catastrophe (even though you cannot see them all yet) are about to cast you into hell and Armageddon.  There are three things you should know about the current money trail that leaks out from your leadership: they lied/ they stole/ & they cheated, because they do not WANT to deal with the tragedy of what they, and so many others have done.  It is then WANT, that identifies who is at fault.  Because want is not interested in truth/ want prefers lies, selfishness prefers theft, and power uses every trap as if it were a blessing. To illustrate this better: all knew the collapse was coming/ they simply gambled “we will make more money this way”.  And they told you “believe in us, the experts”.  All know, that the debts being created by government and others is not debt but inflation;   or more correctly continued open theft!  Because someone is getting more/ someone is collecting debts, and using it as real money:   while the majority collect nothing more, and will soon find themselves without homes, options, or income.  Because what the rich man is doing with “this debt/ inflation” is buying all your property for nothing, with your own money or expectation of money.  Just like Palestine, when the Jews secretly bought themselves an entire nation, and then “through the renters out”.  Your assumption, “the money still spends damn it/ leave me alone”.  Is as stupid and foolish as was theirs: “look at them now”.  Recognize by accepting a government run by “credit card”; YOU are being bribed to look the other way.  You are being manipulated by lies, so they can steal an entire nation from beneath your feet.  You are being threatened in countless ways, and led to your death by a media interested in power, pride, and selfishness: NOT you, or this nation.  Or they would do better! As is the blind failure to recognize water is a limited resource, as is everything else threatening including oxygen/ which is being consumed far beyond what is produced for the endless fires and machines of men. Either you will rise up in defense of nation and all life on earth, or you die; it doesn’t matter if you’re the strongest man, or weakest child; all die/ because so few cared enough even to try.

3.  The earth is not a game.  Those who gamble with the realities of life which do allow and create the possibility of our VERY LIVES/     CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE.  Period, no exceptions, any that refuse to quit:   shall be killed.  Simple as that, because there is no time left to be wrong anymore.  We cannot endure those who are literally trying their best to exterminate life by genetically mutilating it.  We cannot endure those who are literally trying their best to exterminate life by using energy levels that cannot be controlled by time.  We cannot endure those who are literally trying their best to exterminate life by consuming every resource.  We cannot endure those who are literally trying their best to exterminate life by making every person bow down to their greed.  We cannot endure those who are literally trying their best to exterminate life by destroying the food supply or chains of life that are necessary to support that life, so it can become our food supply.  We cannot endure those who are literally trying their best to exterminate life by WANTING every damn excuse for selfishness that tempts YOU.   ETC/ ETC/ ETC.  Fail to understand that, and you die, along with the future, and even this world.

4.  The elemental construction of a society that can live in peace and harmony IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO ITS LAW.  Not the endless drivel, or horseshit that is american law, by the piss-heads of politics:   BUT LAW THAT MATTERS, to us all; defined in the most literal and specific words possible so there is no room for misinterpretation [ there will always be people who fight for power/ and attempt to destroy those words].  A guide would be “the biblical commandments” NOT AS A RELIGION/ but as clarity which stood the test of time.   Your laws should be that simple and plain/ as it is possible to do.  NOT more than the vast majority of people can learn/ taught in every school/ accepted in every home.   “For our benefit too”/ therefore we will obey and protect with our lives!

 The second functional construction of society that matters is:   how best can we share the benefits and work of society in a way that brings happiness to the vast majority?  The answer is two fold:   with limited capitalism, AND the reality that with so many people needing and wanting so much, WE DO have to share all resources.  You get what you need/ but you must also give me room to get what I need.  No one “gets it all”/ period, NO EXCEPTIONS.  With that, the possibilities of work extend to all/ and the hours that must be worked is shared by all; and that gives time, and opportunity;   to live a life that can be happy in the presence of other living things.  What you lose is greed, “the demand/ I WANT EVERYTHING for myself; and yours too”.  Without the rich, there is no cause to be angry about “winner/ losers”: because there are no winners, until you make LOSERS, out of the rest.  If we are the same, with honesty and honor sharing reasonable respect with discipline to determine the formations of business that will erupt. The purpose is then FAIR PLAY, AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.  There will be little cause for sadness apart from the damage already done by greed/ want/ hate/ arrogance/ absolute stupidity/ gambling/ and all the rest.  These will not be evicted easily from the future, only truth/ attention to detail/ and honest work can save us from the damage already done, by the leadership & followers of men.
The second part of society is: the relationships between men and women, with a strong relationship to children.   In america in this day, it is failure on all counts.  You don’t educate properly/ you don’t respect each other, or sex/ you don’t care enough to be friends:   because you move so much, it is impossible to keep friendships alive.  You don’t care, because the competition proves “none care about me”.
THE ANSWER is then simply stop failing/ the cure being STOP LISTENING, “to the expert”.  The primary disease causing the failure of democracy in america is:   the assumption “they are too smart for me/ I cannot compete.  Therefore I must let them have their way, they talk too well”.

The fundamental truth being: that reality has proven these “smart people”/ have led us into an abyss of threats and tragedy, that those with common sense (I learned, because life taught me);   simply would never have entered.  Consequently, the expression: “you, will never lead again”/ enters the foundation of democracy as a fundamental exclusion of those who have no common sense.   Rather common sense is the foundation:   WE MUST NOT GAMBLE WITH LIFE/ WE MUST CHOOSE, for the safety, security, and happiness of all life FIRST.  That cannot be done without truth leading the relationship between what is desired, and what can be done.  Here, where the extrapolation exists between what is, and what is not yet: “the smart people” find their place.

 The expansion of society into what brings happiness begins with schooling as a child/ whether by parent, teacher, or friend: an education means, “something I can use in or for my life”.  Not games/ not assumptions/ not fantasies: but real life opportunities, with a body that can be used for life.  Or more simply part of education is: to “build your body now, and use it for the rest of your life”.  The education of relationship awareness between men and women is as simple as: BE RESPECTFUL OF EACH OTHER.  You are different, as man or woman;   but clearly the missing piece in each other’s heart.  Never forget the honor of that truth.  Sexuality discovers the elemental truth: will you be my friend, for life?  But the answer discovers the meaning of love, does not share time without a cost/ that cost is, if one cannot stay even though love is real; there will be true tears. Love has a price, life requires “the most important truth first”.  The establishment of friendship means: I can accept you will not be first in my life/ but an important part nonetheless of my time on earth.  The battleground of american society is:   temptation demands, “make the most money you can”/ and life here bows down, to become a slave, “to the money”. Following it, wherever it goes.

5.   The expansion of truth allows, the introduction of new conceptions in democracy that alter and change the form of employment, the job of those who work for us.   Such as: the judge cannot be voted into a job/ rather they must earn it with their record.  That record being: in trial, there are six distinct sides: the judge/ plaintiff/ plaintiff lawyer/ defendant/ defendant lawyer/ and those presenting evidence; at the outer edge is the media or audience.  Consequently it is fair to assert, every side at trial “has a vote”/ and shall measure competency and fairness at the end of trial;   thereby giving lawyers, judge, and police a distinct grade.  As the years go by/ that grading becomes the basis of who can or cannot be judge, etc.  No more appointees! One vote at a time.   NO lengthy terms for the upper most jobs (perhaps four years) for judge/ particularly the supreme court;   as these need people WHO DO have an interest in making a real difference NOW, are needed; rather than those keeping the seat warm, and collecting the pride and money, as is so common in this day. Top positions all have a term limit, from which that judge will return to a lower court if they so desire.  After a period of not less than ten years, “they may go again/ if not too old”. Or the people themselves may re-elect them if they so desire to one additional term.  The job of the congress is too clarify the truth, and bring that report to the people themselves:  investigating reality/ discovering risk/ demanding compliance with the law/ and expressing the path most conducive to peace.  It is the job of women as an organization of “one”, to define and establish what will bring happiness, hope, trust, a future with love, the path to friendship and belonging for all, and so on.  It is the people who then decide by vote what will be law, and what will be accepted as our future for this nation.  Let the vote be simple:   we have been educated, for a year; the choice is to let women have their way or not.  The choice presented by congress is to choose a new “one page” law or not, for ourselves.   The choice of all military consequences and construction is:   AS WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE, by the foundations we have set forth/ this is what you shall do, or not do under these circumstances.  WE ALONE, will decide for war or not, our vote, not yours.  The business of governing is as simple as truth:   KEEP CLEANING, until it becomes clear, “this is important to us/ or not”.  That means a restructuring of government in all its forms begins: with the near emptying of government employment, and the beginning of contractual labor, who will bid on the work they choose.  That work is making the states obey constitutional law and intent, so that harmony exists across this nation.   Establishing peace, by removing all threat to the nation internally/ and externally as best we can: specifically with world law and policing.  Governing the police across this nation, and establishing guidelines that will be met for prisons.  Controlling the university, thereby containing future threat. Presenting an accurate accounting as best can be done/ as it is possible to do.  Breaking up all corporate entities that represent a monopoly over business by having more than one geographical location/ or more than one thousand employees.  Disbanding the banks and media, so that influence is spread out over an entire nation, and NOT held in a tiny few hands.  Working with inventors, so that the nation may be blessed [NO MORE “patents on genetic structure/ all given shall be revoked”].  Participating with education to provide shared opportunities across this nation; so that none are left behind in the simple truth: “we will help you succeed”, with honesty.  And operating medicare for children/ not the elderly, because a child is the future/ and the old are the past.  Even if it is unkind/ the elderly get a percentage of GDP, and they will vote on how it will be used, themselves!  The reality of today is:   YOU TOOK the money, and never paid the debt/ therefore you have little or nothing owed to you.  YOU said: “let the children pay”/ now it is said to YOU: pay your own damn bill”. Like it or not.

6.   The critical recognition of a mass need such as utilities/ underscores the simple truth: money MUST NOT decide!  Because wherever greed lurks and hides, tragedy and chaos wait like a predator to tear you apart.  Is that not what is happening today, if you look behind the scenes. You were manipulated into believing “I will be rich/ TO HELL with the others”.  But there is no wealth at all, if there are no resources/ NO happiness at all, if there is no friendship or love/ no peace where only a few own everything/ and no harmony, when the foundation for a future is lost, every child destroyed by the assassination of “ I WANT, and I don’t care”. 

In the creation of electrical energy as is consistent with this society, it is NOT necessary to have massive electrical grids which tie the nation together; energy lost because of these transmission lines is massive/ and unnecessary.  As it used to be, each little city took care of itself, with its own power plant and distribution center/ MOST using the heat generated in the production of electricity for “green purposes”.  The introduction of massive wind turbines, which do create noise/ and noise can be devastating to life:  Is not necessarily appropriate.  Money is deciding/ not reality or right; and that means just more thievery. The individual turbine/ creating individual opportunity NEEDS more appropriate funding: that funding is, hooked into the grid/ they get exactly the same money per kilowatt delivered, as any large power plant gets.  There is no benefit to size, beyond a distinct level/ large merely increases risk, and domination over you.  There is no benefit to a large nuclear power plant, although it is necessary to conceive of small: we can survive this, if it fails.  As is the truth so clearly defined by the gulf oil spill/ and so many others:   IT ONLY TAKES ONCE, to be a tragedy or a catastrophe, or an ending for life on earth.  Instead of money [which must be thrown out of the process or decisions], life must come first, the protection of environment must be equal, the use of resources so that a future can exist cannot be avoided, and the conservation/ thereby balance of all we do is essential to whether we as life on this earth can continue to survive.

Water is an absolute necessity; and it shall no longer be sold.  Rather what is not used directly for the purposes of sustaining a living body, with the fluid that it needs to survive/ shall not be used.  Unless it is proven: this resource can recover and be sustained at this level.  NO production of anything, shall be taken from underground, unless that aquifer can be sustained. This can be proven by simply measuring the water height in the aquifer over time.  You may however collect water runoff, for the various purposes that are useful to society and life/ with exception to the needs required for life in rivers, streams, lakes, marshes, oceans, etc.  NO WATER resource can be used in the manufacture of fuels/ unless it is sea water. The collection of water runoff from glacier melt, a reality that must be addressed.
The establishment of sewers across this world, cannot be avoided.  Neither can the concentration of manure from livestock factory farms be allowed beyond sewer management. Either disband, or put in a true sewer filtration system to clean this up.   The functional best method of sewer construction is in underground tunnels, thereby prepared for the future, and or allowed the necessary flexibility for earthquakes and so on.  Under the streets, creating a utility grid tunnel, which is accessed by simply lifting off the street itself.  That surface can be flipped, making it last twice as long.  The tunnel itself can serve as a transportation rail system either for materials or people.
In the interest of voting, NOT everything needs to be dependent upon people showing up at a designated time to cast their own individual vote.  Rather more complex issues, can be done by organizational meetings:   REPRESENTED BY ALL SIDES> which will educate, and if by vote that “ public electorate college” decides to cast its vote now, by majority then it may do so prior to the main election.  Leading the people if they wish to be led. {they don’t, vote twice}.
Repeated flooding, or exceptionally severe flooding, IS A LACK of preparation.  Just as it was in New Orleans, with Katrina.  The building of retention ponds and overflow area’s is not a game/ NO new money can be spent for the cleanup of floods.  However the demand for assistance to stop the flooding permanently needs support.

No more drug related failures.  Not with the pharmacies hawking the latest “snake oil”.  Not with drug dealers or users.  No more throwing medicines out/ IF YOU don’t want them, other nations do.  No more changing the shape or color of the pills or medicines: ALL specific types of medicine will share a uniform color/ all pills will maintain a specific shape and size SUITABLE (NO possible threat) for the life that is to take it.  As to policing drug dealers and users, again:   it is absolutely worthless to “be undercover”.  Simply incarcerate the user, until they are obviously in withdrawal; let them go, and they will lead you right to the pusher; no interrogation necessary!  Simply take the drugs and money from the pusher, and let them go, unless violence is suspected.  Then give the drugs to the user for free.  That takes away the money, and if there is no money to be made/ there will be no massive amount of drugs to be found.  The “police in charge” keep it a game/ because it gives them power, and makes them proud.  Take the game away.
In this america of “ten thousand poisons/ HELL we can kill it”.  Tragedy grows by the day, particularly with the new set of poisons that are far too effective against all insects/ which then tragically impacts more plants and animals, birds, reptiles, etc.  STOP BEING INSANE!  And understand for balance to exist, there must be boundaries which demand:   YOU may not control this/ rather you may work to help that balance exist: with honesty, discipline, respect, and honor for all life.  That includes national parks, etc.
