FRAUD, and the development of class action: TO REMOVE ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION, collected FROM BUSINESS.

In terms of reality, this “warranty information” as is requested from the black and decker company:   is literally nothing more than a lightly veiled attempt to collect information/ which will then be sold to the highest bidder. As to warranty, line 4 is the only reference to the product, and requests nothing more than the model name or number.  IT HAS NO REFERENCE, TO INDIVIDUALITY OF THE PRODUCT, such as is a serial number.  Without individuality, it is not a warranty registration/ because it does not identify you, or the tool (product) you purchased. Throughout the years, this practice has been going on, but this is the first time I have personally seen such a blatant disregard for even the slightest intent to hide the fact: THIS IS NOT WARRANTY INFORMATION/   THIS IS PERSONAL INFORMATION:   TIED TO THE EXTORTION OR FACT, that most people believe, “if they don’t fill it out correctly/ they may not get the warranty promised on the product purchased”.  Therefore it is clear and convincing, or more specifically beyond a reasonable doubt: that force is being applied against the customer/ to solicit information they would not otherwise provide.
I leave you to find your own means of collecting the necessary participants and pursuing the legal documentation, required to enforce a fair and legitimate ending to this fraud and harassment perpetuated against “we the people”.
