HARSH, but friendly

In this USA, the consequence and reality of your current situation is:   every organization, from government to union IS SEARCHING, AND DEMANDING,   “Me first”.   This in a land described as:   WE THE PEOPLE, or more clearly “us first/ not you”.  Want is a grievous enemy, of life in society. Want allows people who know better/ to make decisions that satisfy their intended wants; but fail to recognize the reality of their actual deeds.  Consequently as media review establishes: GREED is still strong, WANT is still in power, in this USA.  And has by no means learned its lesson, for life.  There is NO CHANGE, to this date, in government or industry/ only the poor and impoverished have learned NOT to trust the greedy, and little more.  The university will simply believe they must manipulate more/ the media propagate what they believe supports and defends their own money interests.  And that means: either the people WILL defend themselves/ or die.

Fail to do better than your leaders, and you will die, in the bloodiest civil war humanity can imagine. That, is the choice you have made to this date.  And it is not more than two years away, at best.  And are you not set up for it at every level?  Do not your video games, movies, etc all teach violence/ mayhem/ mutilation/ and more without consequences? Indeed they do.  In a land filled with guns, you are currently choosing to grow hate.  Because you refuse to abandon pride, power, greed, want, selfishness, and disrespect.  All of which must be expelled, or you die.  Because that, is what you chose. With an entire array of enemies surrounding you with threats of extermination/ you choose to “play with money”, and be concerned with little else.  You choose to listen to what your leaders and university tell you, and NOT ask why is this true for yourselves.  Letting them lead with fantasy and delusion/ because if they don’t come up with a story for you, they lose their jobs, and easy life.  So they do.
The university is basically just another union/ formed entirely for the purpose of controlling “something, or someone”.  Consequently it is very important that you understand what they intend to control/ as it is clear, as a group they have no compulsion to protect your lives; but would rather gamble and destroy in an effort to play god over you and life on earth.  Get more money, for being able to control “bigger things”; and greed is all about more money/ more power/ and more pride, selfishness, want, and the obvious result: hate. 

The need to understand is obvious/ but the reality of what understanding and manipulation of an environment or energy will do, IS NOT so obvious.  And that means, when experimenting with all life on earth/ the potential and possibilities for the destruction of everything increases with every machine that allows for greater control of life or energy. Its NOT a hard concept.  The universities now experiment with all the energy that can be produced by multiple atomic power plants working simultaneously;   REDUCED to an incident of power less than one second long.  Millions of horsepower, crashing as if it were a train wreck, into a single second in time.  Gee, what could go wrong?  The list is horrendous in reality.  The universities and others are also working on destroying the disciplines that give order, balance, mind, purpose, and so much more it is impossible to describe for and to nature itself.  They want to play god, and they are prepared and ready to make you and all life on earth extinct instead.  And they will/ unless you stop them in their entirety.  NO MORE GENETIC MUTILATIONS , or experiments!  Or Armageddon comes.
And there is more.  Which brings us to the attack on university as leaders of life in this world.  Some minimal understanding has allowed the growth of problems to exceed specific area’s of limited trouble, take care of your own/ and instead an entire world is threatened with extinction.  With world war, and weapons of mass destruction; “an entire world full of threats”. The list is long.
Fear has invaded this people, and much of the world/ consequently tempers have risen/ hate has multiplied/ and rage is just about ready to invade, everywhere. Which of course demands of leaders that they will control, “one way or the other”/ which of course demands of the people, they will either rise to defeat the leaders who threaten to enslave them, or be forced to submit without any freedom at all. And then there is the resources so UTTERLY FOOLISHLY THROWN AWAY. The ocean ready to die; etc/ etc/ etc.    And the list of people who believe I am “too harsh” to listen to;   continues to be led away by fools who misdirect them into thinking I am more important than the evidence that threatens them.  I threaten no one, rather I use the law to threaten those who are against life, peace, security, and hope. It is the law that is a threat, not me.

The consequence of fear is:   those who believe they have absolutely no control or say about the outcome of all this/ HAVE DECIDED, to get everything they possibly can, before it all ends in extermination or HELL.  They constantly demand: don’t tell me nothing/ because there is nothing I can do; regardless if that is true or not.  And the end result is greed, to compensate for a life without true hope/ the consequence of that is no true friendships anywhere, and people who threaten, need, are going insane, and don’t care anymore.
Because the simple truth is:   WE ARE SURROUNDED, by a growing list of threats, that will exterminate us from this earth/ OR MUST BE STOPPED.  The leaders who allowed this to occur, MUST BE CHANGED.  And the foundations upon which all this catastrophe was allowed to accumulate altered to achieve a new and different set of laws that will hold life in society on this planet in peace as one living planet: MUST BE ACCEPTED.   Or in fact, there is nothing you can do, but die.
But these are in fact simple things to do! Particularly here in america, where the constitutional law is in place to give you authority over government employees/ and therefrom create a peaceful and real transition from power (the effect of money)  to law, from pride (mine, mine, mine) to the evidence of WE THE PEOPLE must be accepted as “us/ and ours”.  To the removal of selfishness (I WANT), with limits placed upon us all/ so that we can all share in life, not as equals (same for all)/ but as freedom and work allow, giving room for the others to share in the blessings and burdens through “FAIR PLAY”.  To the destruction of greed (I WANT YOURS TOO), by establishing justice and the control of government through citizen created laws that are specific to needs established by life first: NOT want, or money.  To the end of hate (the demand, to measure another as worthless) as a participant in this or any society that is governed by peace, love, or friendship: simply remove them, separate and defend against.  To the end of  consumption/ the future MUST be defended as well.

These are not “great nor indefinable things”; they are common and ordinary relationships assembled from the understanding:   it is the inside of a man, that causes society to be tragically infected with the mental diseases listed above.  Without power, pride, want, hate, greed, etc LIFE WOULD BE DIFFERENT.  These are all distinct personal choices, that MANY men do make, and the consequence of these choices, is a tragedy to us all.  Doesn’t mean women are better/ we DON’T know what they will do, it is an untested reality.  But we do know what men have done, and this is the best they did do as a leader of life on earth.  And we are at the door of extinction because of all these things. 
So ends the beginning legal argument for change in this world.  It is legal argument, because of the gross negligence of men and their leadership, in creating a situation for life on this planet, wherein we are all threatened with extinction.  Consequently the charge of treason exists, the evidence of both traitors and deserters is obvious. The mitigation of damages is fundamental and determined by the route MOST LIKELY to remove the aforementioned threats.  And a fair and legitimate hearing of the facts in this case of whether men should lead or women do to need for a “contractual remedy”:   we must/ you must!  Has been prepared.
The remaining question is:   do you desire life/ or death, because you didn’t care enough to examine, investigate, or determine if the evidence is true.

THAT ANSWER, IS YOURS, and has nothing to do with me.  Any who suggest that is not so, attempts to use me for an excuse or distraction.  To further establish this case shall proceed without such infringement, I do surrender the cause and consequence of   “Redress of grievances” for the people under the first amendment:   to the people themselves.   Or more clearly, if I die/ the case goes on, because it is ultimately about this United States of America.  Not me.

YOU WILL, carry this case through to its conclusion, or let it die.  YOU WILL advertize and establish whatever is necessary for the purposes of this trial.  YOU WILL create what the future demands.  Or you will be responsible for the consequences that will come instead.  YOU WILL make these decisions.  And you WILL be “judged”, for their result.
LIFE or death for this world, is up to you. 

 Not me. I am literally restrained from participating outside the boundaries presented to me, by the spirit inside.
YOU WILL CHOOSE, personally.
You are responsible for your choice/ NOT for the others.   Do the best you can.  Life needs you now! Failure will be horrific, beyond all description.  Not a threat/ it is a fact.

For the sake of saying it: America is failing in Haiti, not because you are not doing your best or trying hard.  But because the choice has been made not to air drop supplies, so that you may get enough food and water where it is needed on time.  That simple fact will end in violence, because of need.  That violence will end in absolute chaos if it is not addressed quickly enough. 

They will fight over air drops, to control what has value.  But they will murder over the lack of food and water, because “the choices are poor”.  It’s a simple fact of life, if you fail to provide enough, by whatever means you do have available.  Such as is air drops.  Do it in a pattern, tell the people where and when; let them work for themselves.

On the alternate assertion of time to rebuild, the simple truth is:    Concrete crushers and trucks/ cement plants and re-bar.  Critical construction concepts and materials are all good/ BUT DO make them understand that to isolate against earthquakes in the future: the building must be freed of the foundation.  Kept in bounds by a perimeter fence or cables so that building movements will be contained, but allowed to move.
The simple truth is, there is no ground suitable for burial/ that means the sea.  In real terms, either a long way from shore in open ocean/ or shredded to sink. The living need the space. The fundamental reality of helping to rebuild, will not matter much, unless you include: no more than two children, and then sterile, because there are simply too many now.  A better world only comes, with better choices.  It is that simple. Want is irrelevant, reality decides.
