Hate be gone
the purpose of this site is to gather and gain information about those people who do hate us, as a general matter of fact. NOT, irritations and annoyances, but hate that leads to crimes of violence and tragedy or true sadness and sorrow.  That would include the links above: terrorism, religious extremism, abusers, pedofile, rapist, sexually active AIDS/ HIV or other (harsh diseases) without a cure,  racist, someone profiled because of an extensive gun collection or explosives or such (be careful here, so as not to set them up for others to rob).  Computer crimes/ suspicious behavior/ crime tips/ confessions.  School bullies or crimes, that need limited but real help.  Sexual trouble during dating/ threats intended to force you to comply/ attempted rape or abduction. Threats against society, life, property, etc.  Or more simply your opportunity as an individual in society to protect us all, by identifying where the trouble exists.
A separate environment for dating pictures or the collection of evidence sent by you in case you feel stalked or in trouble:   send a picture of those who make you feel uneasy, with whatever information you have/ and it will be kept in your own private folder ( as many as you like);   so that if in fact someone does harm you, a record will exist. Be specific. A beginning for the police, and or prosecution will be found. Or friends will be warned, people will understand, hope and help is intended to be free.

The issues of libelous and harassment must be addressed within the connotations of the purposes set out within the constitution itself:   in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and all who follow. 

These are the foundations set apart as our purpose for this nation by those who created it.  Clearly, the removal of hate, crime, the separation of violence from the peaceful, the honesty of what we do need to know to create a “better nation, and world” are all categories which apply to these purposes as a nation, and the people we are intended to be.  Hate is an enemy, as is all forms of violence or the intent for violence regardless of why it exists.  The collection of valued and real time information about the people who do intend to harm/ or have in fact did harm to those who deserved it not;   is a constant in all forms of law enforcement.  The value of a “citizens site”, to ease and share the burden of collecting information about hate, is a credible demand of justice and the “American way”. And in a nation or world that insists upon the invasion of privacy in all manner of ways with video camera’s and more, this is by no means a greater invasion of anyone’s right, than what is already done by government and business, and more.  The collecting of data from all manner of means, without that person’s direct knowledge; OR the ability to easily access that information personally and contend against it:    IS a fundamental invasion of privacy.  That is not done here, rather it is functionally capable for you to use a computer at any time of day or night to access any information as may pertain to you/ remove it twice of your own accord; and reply directly to the charges made against you.  Which does include the addition of a count by people who do stand up for you, in your defense.  That does mean, this site can be used as a recruitment tool for those looking to find people who do hate.  Can be used as a tool for hate purposes with their reply:   LIMITED TO ONE TIME, ONE PAGE (one thousand words)/ NO CHANGES. But that is the price of intelligence, you don’t get it for free. Care must be used not to give information that would make you a target.  Care must be used to establish, this is strictly “one person’s opinion” and may or may not be correct.
No one is allowed to personally submit more than three names over the period of one decade.  Consequently wisdom will allow, “use this carefully.”  You are instructed to go to the police, if there are more. Or potentially a link to an alternate site can be provided.

This site, wherein not only can a person identify you as someone of interest/ but allow you the person identified to remove your own name;   unless they reinstate it three times (once more than you, if they are determined).  Grants you the right to establish your own defense in direct confrontation with what the other has said, by the words of your own choice:  which will not be removed.  This is NOT a legal collection of data/ and has no functional police purpose other than to make society and life safer for us all.  Rather this is relevant to the substantial performance of due process in the relationship that is police work, to the understanding of life in society by the behavior of its most aggressive contributors.  If we know as a society who is or has the potential to be, a contributor of crime or violence in one form or another: then we do have the opportunity to search in the proper places far more effectively for that criminal. To intervene with methods of counseling or other.  So stated, the reality of a citizen site, is noted to be “useful, to law enforcement and the preservation of society by information submitted for review;  by society itself.”  It is a finding of fact, or so intended to be; not for the purposes of a courtroom, because there is no intent to prosecute or provide resolution to any problem here.  But, because the contributor will remain hidden unless court order forces that to be revealed.  This is about information only as would be useful in determining a plot to blow up an airplane for instance/   or a man that abuses women for example, who then chooses, to warn the other women: or as life in this society sees fit.  The color of law here recognizes the inherent ability of,  in some instances this right to claim “a hatred exists” will be abused in and of itself/ by at least a few. But maintains the struggle to know who it is that does the most damage to society itself in terms of violence and hate will in fact present a conclusion of law that is commensurate and within the demands of the constitution itself.  To create a better nation and world for ourselves and the children who shall come/ to establish justice and conform society to peace through happiness.  The removal of hate from our existence is just that type of preservation of the constitution and its true intent for democracy.   To be happy, as WE THE PEOPLE; to govern ourselves, with guaranteed rights and inherent responsibilities.  Hate is an enemy/ therefore what could possibly be more demonstrative of a happy and peaceful intent for our world, with liberty and justice for all/ than to remove those who do hate us, or seek to destroy our nation and world.  There is no conflict here with justice/ every action that produces hate, represents an attack on someone; and we are well within our rights to ask of society; “please tell us who”. 

Then the police and courts can decide by the evidence available as best they can gather for themselves, if a courtroom is necessary. This is essentially the same as “crime stoppers/ cash for tips/ etc”; except it is society for itself.  By the terms and desires of the people, in protecting ourselves, as best we can.
The measure of nature has always been, to establish the strongest and most aggressive as leaders/ because survival is NOT a game, and you must not simply surrender when time is harsh to you.  Today however that has changed/ because survival is now dependent upon choosing to mediate our differences, care about the others as best we can, share as life and reality will demand;   and all things that are NOT aggressive, nor require weapons and armies to defend.  Rather because we are SO MANY PEOPLE/ we have become entirely dependent upon the law, or life as a world will simply soon go to war.  “I WANT/ and MINE” WILL prove to be a disaster.  Consequently we must gain access to the means and methods required to separate peace from war/ by determining who it is that brings us war.  Let them be “by themselves”.  Let the rest prepare for peace through law, no more hiding/ no more running away.  Or life dies, we are simply too many, for any other way.

in the creation of fundamental links there must be ladders to choose from.  Levels of threat to be declared.  Territories to be identified/ communities to search within themselves.   Critical information to be hidden.  Access to be denied without the correct passwords methods of insuring and recognizing the person who presented the message/ and those who respond directly to it.  An accounts receivable for society to respond with donations to keep the site running.
