IT IS time to be more specific about healthcare.
The foundation and fundamentals of governing, are not as simple as “the public believes”/ BUT “the smart people” never got out of the playground, or grew up; consequently they become arrogant and without sense.  Both are necessary for the value of an outcome that is worthy of being called adequate to the needs of a nation.  The common people first (as life and nation clearly proves the university graduate is a failure in all aspects of decency or courage).
It is necessary to suggest and establish: that the university graduate is equal in every sense with any other person/ their specific failure is the belief, “they are not”.  Within that tragedy of arrogance, pride, and power; the failure and coming death of a nation resides.  The fantasies are required to die/ the failure in understanding we are equal, must be stopped.  The foundation and therein fundamentals which give us life, sustain our nation and world, and establish the truth as law within our lives: DEMANDING we must do what is necessary for life first ARE REQUIRED FROM EVERYONE,   it is a matter of RESPECT.  Therefore let us assemble the broadest relationship of respect, that this time on earth and in this nation represents.   Your failures are extreme, the consequences of your actions and decisions against life itself threaten everything; DON’T expect much.
As to Mr. Obama and his passion for healthcare, the assertion is he does care about all the people being left out, suffering and dying because the people in power control who lives and who dies.  To his honor he cares/ to his dishonor, like all before him he plays to the powerful, making decisions strictly with the intent to “bring the money” with him.  But the product of this behavior: is our disrespect, because he sells the nation, to win the promises of those who deliberately enslave the masses.  
Mr. Obama believes the government and his position, “are an open piggy bank” which no one has to pay “let the government do it”.   He failed to learn, we are the people who pay.  For decades, starting specifically as the worst Ronald Regan established “we the leaders won’t care/ to hell with debt;  print money, and pretend”.  This is just the expansion of his lies. The list of politicians and their failure is VERY LONG, encountering every possible form or coercion, collusion, disgrace, and disrespect possible from traitor to fool;   “Picking Obama for an example” is merely because he now stands at the unfortunate position of “the time has come/ truth will be recognized”.  The elements of debt, and the possibility of escape are long past/ there is NO REALITY that will allow you to discard your failures as a nation/ as leaders/ or as people.  You bought the tragedy you deserve, you earned it, and you will inherit your truth.  Just how it is.  Your option is bankruptcy, do the best you can to be fair with each other/ fail, and you go to civil war; with bloodshed beyond your nightmares/ or even worst horror stories.
Healthcare is stricken with MORE DECEIT, MORE THEFT, MORE LIARS, AND MORE PEOPLE WHO DON’T GIVE A DAMN; than any other aspect of society as a decision of the majority.  It is currently a decision of the majority, because as a people you failed yourselves.  YOU SAID, so long as I get what I want/ I don’t care.  And proved it true.
 You said, I am old/ I deserve anything I want;   GIVE ME EVERYTHING, SPARE NOTHING for the child. Social security and medicare are over 52 trillion dollars in debt:   someone in medicine expects 52 million workers to pay one million dollars each!  That is the math, and you are a nation of about 50 million actual workers.  Explain to me, how this is not an asinine description of fools.  A people waiting to be engulfed by war/ because they failed to accept their own reality or truth.   A people preparing to go to war with themselves, just because the old took so much.  SHAME ON YOU.  Shame on the governmental leaders who live only in fantasy and delusion/ who care nothing for truth.  When it is truth alone, that keeps us alive.  Fail to respect it, and like walking into the desert without water, you are going to die.
The elemental task of determining who gets healthcare and who does not, is determined by reality.  The reality of this day is:   EVERY BASTARD that can extort, abuse, use, steal, lie, cheat, or want his or her way to riches;   is in some form of  medicine today.  Take a look at 52 trillion dollars above, and that is only primarily the old; they collect more/ demand more/ expect more/ and lobby legislatures for more every single day. The first task of healthcare is to control medicine in its every form.  The second task of medicine is to examine, investigate, and extract every single penny that was stolen;   expanding criminal charges to all who deserve it.      Control means:   to assume and accept, that we must as a people inherit the responsibility of making decisions for those who have demonstrated a complete lack of honor, discipline, respect, or the honesty of a life called equal to our own.  Control means, the assumptions of freedom were wrong/ and the reality of an outright decision by society with regard to all healthcare, shall be made.  Control means: that RESPECT on all sides shall be assigned and created/ and then enforced with criminal charges against those who defy the reality this is our world/ not theirs.  This is our life, and if you refuse to accept the responsibilities of the work you did choose; then we will refuse to provide you with any portion or part of what YOU do need to survive as well.  That means food, water, etc.  Life, death, disease and pain are no game; and neither is the respect required from each one.

In the reality of death by old age/ the consequence of a society that cannot afford itself:   comes the truth, that if you cannot afford what you want, YOU WILL NOT receive it.  But in the truth of what is real in life first/ that claim shall not be governed by money in your possession.  Rather as a group social securities, medicare, and every other form or purpose relating to old age shall be given its own percentage of national income (call it ten percent to start), and that money shall cover every need.  YOU THE MEMBERS of this group shall form your own organization to decide how this is going to be used. YOU THE MEMBERS of this group shall decide for yourselves the parameters of who shall receive medical treatment or not.  YOU the members BY YOUR VOTE, shall determine who dies and who does not.  But not on an individual basis/ rather by the words and meaning of what you do support and defend among yourselves as “what we must do, for ourselves, as a reality”.  No longer shall society be your slave/ no more shall you whine, cry, whimper, or demand.  You will be given your money as a single group, and you shall take that money by your own personal vote;   and determine what comes next, for each member.  No one escapes, age decides.  No one gets better because of personal  money; instead they shall share, when it comes to “healthcare” with their group, or they get prison: choose to refuse healthcare, and you keep your money.  Attempt to exit the country for healthcare, and we will refuse your return in any form.  You are part of the group, desertion is not allowed.
In the reality of all other health concerns, comes these simple truths:   WE ARE EQUAL LIVES!  THEREFORE NOT A GAME, NOT A PREY, NOT AN EXTORTION, and not without an obligation to pay a percentage of our wealth for healthcare, as would be appropriate and determined by all.  Taxes will provide the base reality of healthcare including buildings, machines, utilities, and the maintenance required; as is appropriate for the situation.  Specialties shall be shared.  The education of all the people in realistic emergency care in all area’s shall begin in grade school/ and be a legitimate and real course throughout every school year/ in every school.  Including college; you will learn/ once you have passed the “critical level” as determined by society, only then may you be free of these lessons.  NOT the shit head tragedy of common sex education as is done in schools today/ BUT REALITY education and information as is consistent with survival and honest help for each other or yourself.  Beyond this, the competition MUST arise in healthcare to assemble and create the base recognition required to assert “we have enough”.  To accomplish this, the medical establishment controlling the numbers of doctors being educated SHALL be deposed/ tried in a court of law for monopoly, and the intent to force the payment of monies;  by the extortion and threat, of controlling the competition.  You shall take them to court/ and you shall recognize the damage arrogance, power, and absolute selfishness has played in where you are today.
The elemental task of raising the next generation, being the next generation is a necessary reality that cannot be dismissed as not your responsibility.  It is our responsibility as a nation.  That means while young, all children shall have free access to medical care as paid for by taxes.  BUT there are limits, and as a nation YOU shall decide by vote upon the descriptions that you find suitable to determine what shall or shall not be done/ AS APPLIED TO ALL.  President or beggar, or rich or poor matters not; ALL shall be held to the same basic reality and truth in treatment. The children have a right/ because they are the nation in its future. Fail them, and you fail yourselves!  Abortion is NOT birth control!  But the reality of rape, the misplaced decisions of youth, the simple mistakes of us all;   demand a reality that cannot always find a solution without true tears.  The consequence of this is abortion will remain/ BUT not without restrictions.  Only once is the choice of a woman:    or child with the help of her parents and others as society provides.  If there is a second time, that woman will testify in court/ will press charges as are consistent with rape, or testify how it is that her life will change to discharge this necessity from happening again.  Should a third time be requested, there will be an end “sterile, is an assertion/ that only recognizes what is justice for society, or in extreme cases for the woman.  Where there is rape, or youth after real and appropriate counseling: society pays.  The male who participated, will be treated appropriately.
The issues of medicine are plain and simple.  No more advertizing of medicines.  The doctor no longer subscribes medicines/ BUT ISSUES the cause of the illness and reason why this is correct.  The drug store presents a list of options and their pricing to the patient and they choose together what is a realistic option.  Patents are no longer given to any genetic alteration or occurrence.  Patents are no longer given to any pharmaceutical manufacturer/ patents are given to inventors, and in terms of medicine or the machines that are required by medicine; the government (all of us) shall own the patent, paying the inventor as promised, but providing the patent to all who can and do make the medicine in its correct manner.  Making money off of tragedy or disease, is not a business/ it is an extortion; therefore entirely within the concept of society shall rule.
The issue of graveyards and funerals as is today shall end.  The foundation of truth, in terms of our future is very simple WE CANNOT survive as a world, unless the ocean feeds over one billion people.  The ocean is dying/ the ocean currents which feed the fish in the sea is dying/ the incubators which present life to the sea is dying or dead/ the sea is poisoned, trashed, ravaged, and raped every single day.   You will use the dead bodies of humanity to feed the ocean; after “appropriate shredding”/(currently filled with poison/ burned to ash/ or fed to worms: feed your children instead) because we MUST HAVE THE FOOD, and there is nothing else to be spared.  It is a reality of the choices you have made.  Failure will become hell.  Choose for life.       Every aspect of healthcare today is about the money/ every purpose tied to healthcare today as a business is about how to extort the money;   because the debt proves this to be so.  Every attempt by government is a compromise without substance or courage;   but every intent of the public is to whine, cry, and complain give us more.  The end result, is a tragedy you share.  The reality of doctors in America today is:   to fill the void deliberately created by the medical hierarchy, doctors have come from far and wide.  The end of the money WILL BE, many will return to their country; providing relief for them/ not you. You will choose the children and the healthy first/ retirees are last, or abandoned if there is not enough.  That is the choice they made/ the reality if healthy and child do not survive, to establish the work/ then none do. That reality extends in a different path to lawsuits/ accepting the truth that everyone makes mistakes: realities of “care” that failed will be examined and investigated.  Either criminal charges will come/ or at a minimum a clear and concise report on doctors and healthcare SHALL be provided to all the public, allowing the patient their right to complain. Issues with drugs shall be reviewed, and lawsuits brought against the FDA for their role, their own failures; and any advertizement made by a drug company that tempted or manipulated an individual. Business is freed of the responsibility of insurance/ unless directly responsible.  Their job, is NOT, “to wipe your tears”.
