With regards to your letter dated 10/18/11 tax year 2010 . Issue is taken with your assumption that no correspondence has issued from me since this began/ it has, a letter was mailed, months ago. A copy is included, a letter not included was applied to the tax statement of that year. For greater understanding, a more clearly legal statement made to the Holtsville NY irs is included: as that is the year this demand for constitutional awareness and the need for DEMOCRACY was first initiated by me. [no real reason to separate them/ let the decision be made for both]. Required because I cannot take you to court/ you must take me. I inquired, at the local tax office and was told in no uncertain terms this would be true. A legal tax revolt initiated in 2010, because the courts refuse the law. Alternately the primary complaint to be resolved is: that as employees of this UNITED STATES/ you do have a job to do that entitles you to the compensation called pay (tax collection).
Taken singularly as “all employees of the nation together, including the IRS”/ for the purpose of this complaint. The reality becomes established by the single reason: as indicated to you, that a legal tax revolt was declared; is as follows. YOU THE EMPLOYEES of this USA, have refused in several courts of law/ to honor the reality called first amendment redress of grievances/ a guaranteed right and legal opportunity to each and every citizen. The failure to abide bv and honor the law that is redress is the complaint established as a tax revolt. Or more simply: if you refuse to obey the law and do as the sworn oath of every official is, “to obey protect, and defend the constitution of this USA”/ then I owe you no tax. You have NOT DONE your job. Consequently you shall not be paid until you do.
That does not mean, you cannot steal, or extort the money, as common criminals do/ but it does mean you have no legal right to take the money until a courtroom is provided to me/ and the question of legal redress according to the first amendment is recognized as the law.
You do have the option in court to testify and claim: that first amendment redress of grievances is not the law, etc. But be aware, I will be appealing that verdict. Otherwise you have the option to grant to me legal redress of grievances in a courtroom, within all declared rights or expectations as the constitution and foundation documents which are this government describe/ or steal.

This is a simple question: DO YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE OF GOVERNMENT owe me the law called redress of grievances? I say you do, let the court go on the record for or against.
Not by the constant avoidance and denial of law, procedure, due process, and ridicule as is seen in their avoidance of this law. But as constitutional mandate and truth apply it to our lives. Not a single case brought by me demanding constitutional guarantees has been dealt with by the court. RATHER CONSISTENT LIES spew out instead. Avoidance is not the law/ the law is what the constitution demands it is.
I do demand a courtroom for this issue/ and expect that, as I do not claim no payment of the tax is warranted. Rather I insist the constitution is a contract between the people and their employees/ a sworn oath, your declaration that you will do what the people command through their constitution: that you must do. You have failed. Correct that and produce redress of grievances, and I will pay the tax; without penalties or interest. This is your fault for not obeying the law/ your decision to withhold the courtroom to me, until such time as you desire: WHY then would I pay for that. Why should you be paid for your failures/ while I must bear considerable costs in the fight to obtain what is LEGALLY MINE. You steal from me/ and you owe me, for the time and costs of this battle to get what is rightfully mine, from those who have rebelled against the laws that establish our democracy. That makes you the “traitor”.
My claim is simple: obey the law, obey the constitution, provide to me LEGAL redress of grievances, as would be consistent with the US constitution itself/ stop rebelling against this people and their constitution, and you will be paid without further complaint.
My right understands the basic nature of our reality as a nation: which is, YOU are not ruler/ you are not sovereign/ you are not immune/ you are not judge (the law judges)/ you are not gods, or different than other citizens. Rather you are the same, a citizen just like me/ as are all employees. Which means you own no greater authority than do I/ no greater claim than do I/ and are subject to the law just like me. Therefore YOUR JOB, is not truly different than mine. I must do for the people I work for in my job, as must you do for me or us; by the contract we have agreed too. That contract between us is the constitution both state and nation/ and you as a representative of all federal employees have not only refused to obey that contract as is redress of grievances, a GUARANTEED RIGHT, to every citizen which I am. But in fact as a group, conspired and contributed to a complete rebellion against redress, intending to destroy it. That is an act of anarchy/ that is a definition of traitor, and his or her treason. Therefore I contest not only your right to collect taxes, as would be accepting your betrayal of this people. But demand a courtroom so that this matter can be resolved for the people, by their contract with you; OUR CONSTITUTION. And within the basic confines of OUR FOUNDATION documents as one sovereign entity IS OUR government/ NOT YOU. RATHER OUR legally binding: contract and agreement; “it’s worth the price”; as a nation we agree with each other/ THIS IS WHO WE ARE. The words and agreements of these documents are “the government”/ and they are immune from “unclean tampering, by you”. They decide the nation, they decide your job responsibilities: not you. They decide our rights under redress, not you. They give the authority to challenge you, and provide the law that you must obey in order to claim any authority over me. Fail, and you have only treason, extortion, and the distortion or disease, lies, theft, cheating, foolishness, fantasy, disgrace, disrespect, and extortion that is the current complete failure, and absolute arrogance of today. Leadership has failed/ consequently WE THE PEOPLE MUST protect our government, and return it, “to life”. Simple and plain: give me redress, or be in contempt of the American people and our democracy/ our right to decide the future, the truth, the means, and the method that is society in this nation. Establish, common criminals not/ rebellious traitors instead: OR participants in the democracy we do cherish. It is one or the other. Make your decision.
