a letter to the jury, and or potential jury
As you consider the terms and conditions of what Democracy means to you, the elemental foundation of law arises to attest to a purpose beyond simple want. That is the fact, when we as a nation have become surrounded by tragedy or potential tragedy, it is our duty to respond as best we can within the law, so that we may survive as a nation, and prepare for the battles to come.
It is constant and real, to say that here in america where the majority still feel “everything will be just fine, for me”/ that this is a very simplistic failure to address our reality. We are a nation of about 50 million workers/ therefore when we do understand that 1,000,000,000,000.00 dollars divided by 50,000,000 workers = $20,000.00 per worker of new debt, on top of the old debt already held/ on top of your own personal debt that you owe as a nation. There can be no excuse to say “I don’t understand”/ you do. Let us add the current expenditure of $1.3-5 trillion dollars for last year/ this year/ and every other foreseeable year or more; ASSUMING foreign nations will continue to say “we will play this game”. And no possibility exists to say “we cannot predict the end result of this/ you can”. Let us add the current 3.5 trillion dollars being spent by the federal government alone/ doesn’t include business, or states, or anything else, just the people in washington dc. Equals $70,000.00 per worker that they will SPEND FOR YOU, in this year, as a result of their decisions, not ours, not yours/ but their decisions. That we are expected to pay. Let us add the 14 trillion dollars of current debt which equals $280,000.00 (over a quarter million dollars per each of 50 million workers). And we come to the illusion of debt/ rather than the reality of debt. Which means it is not debt, but a lie portrayed to elude the fact this is strictly inflation; but we don’t even get the benefit of that, because only the rich man gets the extra numbers/ we get the same numbers: and that means they get to buy, and we get to lose. Absolutely unfair. And that is just the money. But even here, it is plain, simple, and true: This is going to be like the Nazi blitzkrieg charging into France at the start of world war 2. Although it was absolutely clear Germany was building a war machine in years prior to invasion/ NOBODY wanted to prepare against them. The consequence is very bad, when you let “the enemy” have all the weapons/ pick the day of surprise/ and control the information thereafter, or as was current back them: muffle the information with endless lies, “oh hell no/ we aren’t building a war machine; just toys”. The US government employees do not represent “Nazi’s”/ but the debts and consequence of debt DO REPRESENT AN ENEMY. The continued failure to address reality, regardless of what you want/ will be destruction and war. How can you doubt?
As to the endless threats assigned by this case in every other field. Threats that can exterminate us, such as weapons of mass destruction/ which need no other real introduction. We have a right to say as a nation/ NO MORE, we will look to world law instead. Threats that can cause nature to dissolve into chaos, because genetic disciplines, balance, order, and truth are being intentionally mutilated by men trying to play god; Regardless of the promises and lies they make/ can only end in one single conclusion: life and body/ mind, as we know it will become extinct. Take a look at your money, and explain how you can have confidence in men mutilating genetic structure; where they know nothing of value or importance/ when compared to money, which is entirely men’s invention: and cannot even control themselves or their money. HOW CAN ANYTHING BUT ABSOLUTE CHAOS, be expected? Truth knows, “literally the end result is already written/ if you fail to stop”.
Threats that are expressed by energy experimentation; that can destroy this earth/ here in america the most impressive of these can bring fusion to this earth (the same fire as is on the sun)/ although they promise “we know”. The reality is they don’t know/ and if wrong, the earth is on fire, with everything here being fuel, and with NO POSSIBILITY that this fire can be put out. Not one. The national ignition facility in a suburb of San Francisco promises “it can do more”/ creating heat that exceeds a supernova (sun) explosion. Ignited, we burn. Simple as that. Do you wish them to continue with their gambling/ then you must stop them, because your leaders are not smart enough to ask: what happens if your wrong. Or listen.
We face threats of extinction from starvation/ loss of water/ loss of oxygen (all those fires, require oxygen!/ all the plants that make oxygen, forests, even the ocean have been ravaged and raped endlessly) think about it! Loss of environment/ loss of ozone/ loss of species/ loss of ecological chains that make one life possible because the other lives live/ loss of all pollinators/ loss of ocean life/ loss of climate controls; and much more. All because we are a planet of 7 billion people/ and if that number seems high, absolutely no one argues “we will soon be 7 billion people”. Every single one asking for resources from a world that is struggling desperately to maintain itself today. So then the question created by first amendment law is: if the people wish to assemble and take matters into their own hands/ being responsible for the outcome of this nation at this time, and its future direction. Then we the people through this process known as a courtroom to examine and investigate the information available, regarding threats to our very lives/ DO PETITION the government (our leaders) to account for themselves, and give us our Democratic due: WE THE PEOPLE, ARE Owners, here in this United States of America. We will decide for ourselves. And as a consequence during this process, a moratorium MUST BE PLACED on any and all possibilities that threaten both ourselves, our nation, or our world. That means NO MORE EXPERIMENTS/ NO MORE DEBTS CREATED/ NO MORE DECISIONS MADE, until we are truly and accurately informed; and have been able to establish our vote for life, and future; in this nation and world.
That is the purpose of this case in all factors except the personal issue of whether I, James F. Osterbur owe for errant billing/ when if fact I did make it clear: “Anything BUT the emergency room”/ and was told “yes we can”.
