3.  The endless delusion that is university/ the countless propaganda statements to control the public mind, and make people believe whatever simple statement that can be made; to their disgrace.  Must die/ so that people regain their own mind, and think for themselves.  There is no other way to be a democracy; you cannot rule yourselves, by following fools and failures.  The evidence is before you, the university lead us here/ as every diploma proves by position and pride.  The propaganda machine kept this entire society in the dark, consumed by trivia and stupidity/ devoured by greed and selfishness.  Not a free press protecting or defending the people even “peeking out from under the rocks”.  The propaganda machine owns you/ to your shame.
4.  Housing CANNOT be returned to reality without bankruptcy/ too much is wrong.  Simply go bankrupt: every property is then decided by the percentage of money that has actually been paid over and above the mortgage.  Or more simply:   if you own the mortgage on a one hundred thousand dollar house/ and have actually paid ten thousand dollars off on that mortgage.  Then after bankruptcy you do have the equivalent of ten percent down payment on the next property: in auction.  As all property not completely paid for/ shall be sold.  Or more simply, the old numbers are thrown out/ the old banking system is thrown out.  Critical independently owned,  “neighborhood banks” shall return us to the basic realities and regulations that governed “life in America” ; back in the fifties and sixties.   But before that shall happen/ the currency itself shall be discarded: so that a new currency that reflects reality: as in so many numbers per citizen, we the American people by constitutional amendment: control inflation and all debts for ourselves.  The power of democracy, returns to us, by vote: BUT BEWARE, if you fail to remove the propaganda, and current leadership/ it will all go wrong again.
5.   A job is: my right to participate in society for the sake of my life supported with the resources that belong to us all/ therefore my share of that resource is governed only by what is fair for us all/ and what is necessary to insure the future, for every child, and every life on earth.

6.   A government that works, regardless what kind it is: functions to control the basic truth of human selfishness and greed.  Or more simply, without the law intervening, anarchy rules/ because there are people who do not want to work, will not respect the fact you do work, intend to steal, kill, rape, and all the rest that is failure in men.  Women do participate, but not to the same degree.  THEREFORE, the CORRECT government intervention in an economy is TO RULE OVER, those who are selfish/ greedy/ liars/ thieves/ and other types of fools.    THE JOB IS, “TO BE JUSTICE FOR THE PEOPLE/ AND TO ADHERE TO RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE, BY ESTABLISHING FAIR PLAY, THROUGH EQUALITY, AND THE CRITICAL SUBSTANCE OF VALUE in choices,  FOR LIFE”. That is the job of government/ although if there is excess available, they may provide more in terms of peace and harmony for life in society.  Obviously, what we have in america is then NOT government/ but open rebellion against democracy, by those who do everything they ought not do.

Suspended by the fictional composition of stories and assumptions built upon the lies that wealth is not built upon resources and human labor/ but upon numbers.  The economies of this world, led by university delusion/ have been deceived and destroyed: because “the special people” wanted so much more/ they left nothing for the rest.  Finding greed in numbers, they built an avalanche of debt: playing games/ making slaves/ and simply avoiding all consequences of truth and reality.  To come to this day, when their lies are now revealed.  None, are rich/ without making the others poor; rich means, “I have slaves” (the money makes the others work for me; I need not).  That ends, when either the slaves cannot do the work anymore/ thereby requiring those who believe themselves to be “gods”;   actually having to do for themselves.  OR the resource losses, or demands are such, that what has been done in the past, can no longer be done in the future.

We need as workers: fair play/ my life is as valuable as yours.  My time is life, just like yours.  My contribution to society is not so little, “that you get everything/ and I get nothing”.  Your contribution to society, is worthless;  without us all.  RESPECT is mandatory, and that means a justifiable wage for us all, and equal standards for work and conditions of labor for everyone.
We need as “employers”: RESPECT, for the value of this contribution to society itself/ it is not free.  We need an appreciation for, the reality of this situation/ and its cause and consequence.  We need an acceptance of “shared risk” and thereby a shared reward is warranted if you take that risk with us.  If you don’t/ “its mine”.  We need realistic competition/ thereby, the security of KNOWN threats; NOT the alteration of any or every working environment, by government.  We need a foundation of business, that can be depended upon:   which is then, fundamentally “local/ not shared, internationally”.  We need a willing workforce that will accept education as required: on the job, or otherwise.  We need SUSTAINABLE RESOURCES/ because without them, nobody works or eats or survives.

7.     As the society that we are, it is “every person for themselves/ cheat/ use/ abuse/ threat/ extort/ ridicule/ denounce/ dishonor/ disrespect/ LIE CONTINUALLY/ use tricks/ tempt/ manipulate/ control/ enslave/ pimp/ whore/ or more simply: “anything you can do, is what the others must be assumed are doing/ therefore MONEY RULES”.  OR more simply “not a true friend in sight”/ for the vast majority without exception.
To which the vast majority of believers in America, all say, “HELL NO, it ain’t so/ we are better than that; BUT I ain’t going to be left out: ME OR MINE SHALL BE FIRST”.  Is that not so?  The end result of course is rampant selfishness/ and the final “value” of selfishness is: that anything that GIVES ME the edge/ makes my life or want I want better:   is what I am going to do.  Let the others be damned, if it’s a choice; between me or them!  WHICH DOES then become “all of the above, and more”.  It is perhaps the singular most consistent reality of human behavior, throughout time.  Or “me first”/ not us.

  Democracy is different of course, because it is NOT intended to be about me first/ but about us together as one society looking out, for the freedoms of each other: by providing liberty for all.  Not control, but liberty.  The difference is, that control returns to the leadership their ability to rule us all.  While liberty is the law we give ourselves/ so that we need no man or woman, to rule; thereby free.

So then the choice for America is to return to democracy as a society providing liberty to each other, through the declaration and enforcement of law that then governs us all/ to remove those who declare themselves immune or sovereign; because they are only employees: and “immune or sovereign are titles only a ruler may use”.   Or simply continue to be enslaved, a little more each day:   by counterfeit money, liars/ thieves/ and cheats, who are so selfish that nothing matters including our democracy:   all of us sold to hell, because they want to play god with our lives.  Make your decision/ it is one or the other!

You know the basic makeup of denial/ a democracy in ruins; because you now begin to live the very first steps of chaos; a world in trouble.  “They stole all our money/ they took our jobs/ they cheated us out of our homes/ and they threw us into the streets to die.”   Not a pretty picture of selfishness/ but extremely accurate, and fully developed as “your reward” for participating in greed.   Or more simply:   “I WANT them damn people to be my slave: GIVE ME MORE MONEY”.  THIS WILL, become far worse, “its just the beginning so far”.

So lets assume for a single second, that you as a people or world; actually find your mind, unloaded from selfishness/ WHEREIN YOU can actually choose for something or someone that is not yourself only/ not going to make the others pay for what you want/ and willing to do your best for a future we can all survive: “at least we hope”/ because time is literally running out, and we are already sliding down the hill to a precipice that ends life on earth.  More simply, can’t find your mind soon/ then there will be no more hope, all die.

Nonetheless, for today we will simply believe time remains.  So then WHAT IS A LAW, that you can use it to enforce fair play for everyone/ not greed for you and poverty for me?  A law is:   our ability to recognize what is true, define it properly according to the foundations upon which our future then relies; and establish the words required, so that liars/ thieves/ and cheats CANNOT break it down.
So then in terms of jobs: what is true?
1.  We all have needs required to be met for survival/ every single one.
2.  We are all equal according to the miracle that is our bodies and mind:   A GIFT TO EACH ONE, regardless of the “primping” each does individually, to enhance or deny those gifts.  Equal means, “the same as life, only different as individuals; the body or mind irrelevant/ time gives us each one, our reality”.
3.  Because we are equals as life/ having established the same basic needs for every single one:   the foundation of society which is a job, because governed by what is fair to each person in society/ rather than each person individually as if they did not belong to society.  Or more simply:   you want something different than society offers/ THEN GO BE ALONE.
4.  Argument will arise: that statement is not true freedom/ we get to do whatever we want, period; YOU CAN’T make me do or not do,  anything!  The proper answer to that is, I or we/  don’t intend to make you do anything more than “pay for yourself”.  Rather equal as a society means: by our vote, WE SHALL RULE OURSELVES AS SOCIETY/ by the law we create.  No one is absolutely free:   which would allow murderers and others to do whatever they please too/ LAW intervenes for the sake of society in peace and harmony; as best we can.  So the assumption of freedom is more clearly, “what you do to yourself or for yourself”/ while liberty, asserts what we do for ourselves, or to ourselves as a nation, state, or community.

These then are the fundamentals of a law; we see the cause for a law to be written in the first statement.  We understand the basis of our right to intercede in each others life through the second statement; because it recognizes us all, as equal in society; therefore WHAT IS BEST for you/ is also best for me.
The third statement grapples with the function of our ability to assess a problem and conceive that as a society we may, or we must understand what the future is going to be, if we do nothing/ or make the wrong choice here, or now.  The issue represented is a job/ the reality understood is: with fewer natural resources available/ FAR GREATER population to compete with/ critical changes in the structure of work because of machines and computers now competing as well/  and an economy in collapse, because liars/ thieves/ cheats/ fools/ and failures took over governments with fantasy and delusion: for selfishness.  The reality of change required is clear, certain to bring disaster if we refuse to understand:   money cannot rule anymore.  The understanding of a job is: NO more welfare/ no more government child support or medicaid/ you have your opportunity to join the workforce at a living wage. If you need help, “too many children”( you will become sterile in exchange for that help)/ and you will move to a smaller apartment or house, because this is a crowded world, and you made it more so; “enjoy”.
The fourth statement then becomes our choice/ rather than your demand.  What can we do as a society, fighting for itself?

In terms of jobs, the reality is: what has worked in the past, “simply consume more/ throw away more/ tempt, manipulate, and control more/ let money decide more/ throw the individual out, and steal his or her work more/ give government more power/ let the university decide, which obviously became “fantasy and delusion rules”.   Etc.   Have clearly proven a complete failure for the problems we now face.  Manufacturing continues to remove workers, because machines will replace them.  Agriculture continues to remove workers, because chemicals will replace them/ therefore I can own it all.  Journalism continues in decline because a tiny few own it all.  Politics have failed, because the money decides, instead of common sense.  Etc/ etc/ etc.  Too many to list.
So then if nothing is working properly except perhaps the production of toys and trinkets to play with, hide behind, and worship as images and assumptions “we can play god”.  We ask, WHO THE HELL BROUGHT US HERE?  To this!
 The answer of course is men “own the world, to this date/ and university owns our current reality, because they control every job that makes a decision for society”.   Like it or not.  The end result of their leadership is: nature itself being mutilated into extinction/ threats from energies unleashed, which are guaranteed to exterminate us all as a world/ the complete refusal to acknowledge any true threat, and change as required.   Or in simple terms: the greed of these leaders, is beyond imagination/ making them so arrogant and disabled, they actually think they are gods, “look at me”/ more important than:   YOU are killing us all!   With absolute shame, those who discard a world, by assuming “we know/ rather than the evidence demands”; are choosing death to this planet.  Ignorance (we don’t want this) / stupidity (we can play god) / and pride (“YOU are the losers”/ WE WILL NOT surrender authority, even if you die) are all enemies of society itself.

What CAN we do for ourselves instead, is a necessary question for this society and this world. 
1.  Change is without question, an absolute necessity/ which does mean, those in power are not going to like the outcome.  Because the removal of power; by replacing power with the law is mandatory.  That DOES include the removal of power from a judge currently/ by replacing that power with the law itself.  Only the law decides, NOT a so-called judge: just another individual citizen/ that MUST obey the law.
Removing the power of rulers/ GIVES US ALL, the power of law.  IF WE CONTROL THE POLICE AND COURTS.
2.  THE QUESTION OF LAW, recognizes the reality of who shall make these laws, thereby instructing all society in how they shall live?  The proper answer is:   WE MUST MAKE THE LAWS WHICH GOVERN OURSELVES/   as society informed by the discussion of reality and its truth; therefrom a vote; of the people themselves.  Which shall not be undone or changed, unless a greater percentage of the people voting, shall exist in favor of that change: than did make this law.  Or more simply:   if seventy percent of the people voting as society itself, make a law/ THEN it takes seventy one percent of the people voting as society itself to change that law in the future.  DO IT RIGHT the first time!

3.  What then:   is the law of jobs?  Although it would be completely wrong for me to assign to you that law (NOT DEMOCRACY IN ACTION): YOU MUST do it for yourselves.   I will provide some substance for your beginning discussions.

The critical question is, how many jobs are available in truth today/ how many machines should be replaced?  How many people exist, and will be coming in the future, or more critically what job can be given to them?  How many resources are available, and when WILL THESE RESOURCES run out; thereby taking away every job, and every life/ because we live and work, with resources; or we die.
The critical question is: HOW BEST can we change this working environment, so that our decision will provide a long term solution?  HOW BEST can we change the current practices of humanity so that we can do THE LEAST damage to resources/ environment/ other life/ the ocean/ oxygen supply/ and so on? How best can we decide who has access to what job, and what level of education will freedoms allow? WHAT IS, the critical threats that we must address as 7 billion people on earth/ that did not exist before:   because there is NO PLACE left to move to.  We are now “full, as a planet”/ which means that population count, is an absolute necessity requiring our TRUE DECISION, or the future is dead from this as well.  Not a game.

The beginning answer is: “business is NOT your babysitter”.  No more pensions, healthcare, etc!  Business is strictly about the money; as employees you can use your own money if you strike, for what you believe will make life better.  Therein IT IS absolutely necessary to understand the difference between owning the company and working for the company.  The owner says “MINE” regarding the company/ while the employees say: “OURS regarding the work”.  Without both, all have neither.  Therefore it is a business within a business: to establish what is fair.  A business is: the customers, who pay you/ because anything less is a hobby: consequently society has a say.  Therefore we now have three distinct participants in every business, beyond yourself.  “Employees of government are NOT participants/ ONLY THE LAW, participates as the fourth element of economic society.  Democracy assembles the foundation of liberty, which is our decision to regulate ourselves, and our economy;  by law we create, and no one else:   The fifth resource.  The disciplines necessary, to sustain our resources thereby providing a future for society itself, as well as life on this world/ is the sixth dimension of sustain-ability; what you must create to avoid war.  The reality of truth complied with, as a function of justice:   the primary weapon that either kills or defends your own society/ by the foundation of your own care, or ability to share wisely.  Various hints at what will help you, in these endeavors;  appear in the sites I provide.
In a summary extension of population itself: the historical reality of consequence as has been disease/ accident/ and death throughout human history;   OR, “its all GOD’S fault”/ because this is so unfair!  Comes now the evidence of why that fact existed.  Humanity has controlled disease/ and been able to limit some accident and death/ thereby tripling the population in less than one hundred years.  Which now brings us to the edge of extinction, because of the consequences “we brought upon ourselves”.   Or more simply: had this occurred in centuries past/ none of us would likely be here today.  Or it would truly be a different world.   WHICH DOES MEAN:   if we are going to survive as humanity on earth, IT IS GOING TO BE, a very different world.

So, lets believe you have a mind, and will use it/ beyond the garbage dump called selfishness or pride.   What can we do?

The first realization is: that an invention or other, that gives you immediate relief from your concerns of this day/ WOULD NOT “be a good thing”.  Because immediately humanity would turn away from its trouble, from its future, and from change to embrace:    WE DON’T NEED NOTHING ELSE/ we are good now; TO HELL WITH CHANGE/ GIVE ME GREED!  Is that not, what the evidence will prove?  Indeed it is/ but there is a moment, when that will no longer be true; coming soon.  Because the crumbling of society, is very hard to stop beyond a point called “we don’t believe nothing/ we won’t care, anymore”.  Therefore you should open the doors in honesty to all who can represent change: by presenting something worth doing.  That is not a government job, it is a human job: OR, stop interfering by presenting roadblocks such as money ( such as: no patent without it [the rich therefore, get it all]/ such as help, don’t steal, either side; and so on) to inhibit ideas from spreading.  The second realization in work is: that processes replaced by such things as chemical weed killers in farming/ which rely upon intensive pollution, establish extinction of species/  and results in resource damage to the planet and people;   should be removed.  Back to the way it was, “with farmer families,  pulling weeds; etc”/ life returned to ecology. Or more simply: regardless of the chemicals/ the mutilation of plants killing all pollinators (ending MANY foods): comes the truth that livestock is in grave danger because close confinement agriculture is dependent upon antibiotics that will no longer work (killing us all in the process)/ and must be separated, to survive.  One of the main fertilizers will soon disappear/ all gone.  A majority of water in aquifers is ending/ therefore CAN’T live here anymore.  The “ogalhala” aquifer (supplies all the states along the rocky mountains) will soon be completely dry: not a single decision for confining the dust bowl again.  Etc/ etc/ etc, failure and disgrace; disaster coming soon.    The third realization is: without a massive increase in insulation/ we must stop heating our individual worlds.  Change in building construction must occur/ replacing wood, with “anything else” that does not infringe on oxygen production: because our fires consume more oxygen than this world can produce.  The future is then VERY clear, if we don’t change.  Pollution/ global warming/ etc.  The fourth realization is:   so much damage has already been done, that we must become a workforce to save this planet from that destruction/ and return the ocean to life/ stop global warming/ limit the destruction of nature by intervening in ways that will make a difference/ and prepare for a future (STAY within your borders), that is too many people on earth;  unless we make true and proper decisions for life itself. And so on

The endless design of men throughout history, has always been: take everything you can get, from this earth (leave nothing behind, “its worth a penny”)/ let the money rule/ make them move, or take their land, when all things go wrong: because we didn’t care, or didn’t care enough.  Let the future be damned, I want today.  MAKE THEM FEAR, because desperate people need to steal, kill, or take what is ours.

So then, we have lived the truth of men unto this day: and find ourselves faced with endless threat, extinction, gambling of the utterly INSANE with all life and planet.  And at the edge of war, because failure and fools go together/ and the greed stole from every life on earth.  And men want more greed, because it is the game they play, to decide who rules/ who must be slave.  The game men play called “civilization” is: I want to win/ so I can tell the slaves what to do “like a god”.  The right to rule among men: commonly governed by who can and will, lie/ cheat/ steal/ kill/ threaten/ tempt/ flatter/ etc or, who can pretend to be “the least worse gang, by propagating: we are working for the population.  Lies or not”.

Want better?  Then we must have different!  Like it or not:   women are different/ and I don’t see any “space aliens” going to fix these problems for us.  Prove there is an alternate choice!  The question is of course, what can women possibly do different than men?  The answer is fundamentally unknown, because women have never had the opportunity to try.  BUT WE NEED DIFFERENT/ and the only possibility of different leadership than men: is women.  They literally CANNOT do worse, than bring us all to the edge of extermination from the planet/ as men have in fact done.  THEY CANNOT do worse.
