THE DEMAND:   the foundation of healthcare is, our ability to share the burdens of body, by aiding or creating the opportunity to heal; and life, the dimensional stability of mind, hope, and manner to attest with another human being; as best we can: you are not alone.
THE REASON:   apart from love, the decision to participate in someone else's life, where trauma or desperation exists/ is a relationship shared by the simple fact: WHAT can happen to them/ CAN happen to us, thereby we serve ourselves as well as someone else, when health can be sustained.
THE REALITY:   our time on this earth can be severely shortened, through sickness or trauma.  Our ability to intervene is a relationship with pain/ a reality of antibiotics/ and the work of those who do what they have learned, honestly; how best to say we care/ or let the body heal.
THE WORK:   someone has to pay for this/ because the sick or broken cannot: until they heal.

THE DEMAND:   every critical need, is not a human decision (although many are, a direct result of errant and foolish human decisions)/ rather health is literal: either you are sick and in need, or you are not.  That is true for every person or life on earth.
THE REASON: someone has to pay;   is neither small nor insignificant.  It is our own demand, to provide for ourselves according to our own needs/ and NOT simply give “too much” to any other individual.  The right to provide for my own life/ is not less than your need to survive.
THE REALITY:   a percentage of income, is critically the same for each member of society/ WHEN attached to the fundamental reality of possession and ownership; as is fair.  Ten percent of income is far less money (value for life) to a millionaire/ than ten percent of income to anyone in poverty. Base participation by all of society/ limits to the total amount anyone can take.  Work for those who have nothing, and if they refuse/ then nothing will be given in return; unless they are veterans who HAVE been to war. The military decides.
THE WORK:   it is not insurance that makes healthcare expensive/ it is the price all businesses in healthcare charge.  It is the control of competition/ the direct monopoly the universities create by NOT graduating sufficient competition: thereby controlling the price, as in communism. It is drugs patents, that are NOT owned by the nation.  It is medicare and medicaid out of control: “DO, pull the plug on granny/ because if you don’t, the baby dies instead”.  It is absolute disgrace in every measure of value/ apart from some advances that will soon be lost because antibiotics will fail: cost a penny less for food, “such a deal”!

THE DEMAND: fair play in medicine exists, when my costs are the same as your costs.  When my life, is given the same value as yours.
THE REASON: we are the same as a body of life, each one.  But the relationship we share in costs for healthcare IS NOT the same.  When one goes free/ and yet another goes bankrupt due to the exact same illness or less: reality proves failure in society.  Money has nothing to do, with the value of a life/ or a life’s true contribution to society.
THE REALITY: extortion is rampant throughout the medical industry, because pain/ loss/ lifetime consequences/ and tears will push the participant in need of medicine to accept whatever is offered.  It is inherently coercive, and cannot be made otherwise: thereby essentially an attack by organized crime (the accident or disease) in a sense; BUT AS A REALITY, it is the perfect weapon to extort money.
THE WORK: establish WHAT is fair/ create a listing of simple line by line items that either help or hinder our society in terms of healthcare.  Demand acceptance: NO MORE “let the children pay”/ you either pay as a society, equal terms for all; or the patient dies (rich or poor).  There is a day when it costs too much for an individual: decide now, when that reality exists.

THE DEMAND: create competition in healthcare by graduating ten times more doctors and support personnel.  STOP robbing other nations of their own doctors; and be fair.  STOP providing care to the victims of AIDS; UNLESS they accept two parameters that are non-negotiable:   a criminal charge of murder exists: if you have sex with any person NOT infected.  A vasectomy or castration for those men who are infected (it is a vaccine, for the rest of us) , IF ANY reason exists to believe you have chosen to infect or potentially infect/ or would infect another person.
THE REASON: capitalism operates on the basis of competition created by opportunity.  There is no opportunity for lowering healthcare costs without supporting growth in competition throughout the industry.  Every disease that is potentially fatal, or carries with it severe consequences SHALL BE DEALT WITH for the sake of society/ the individual comes second, or less.  There CANNOT be: a premature baby worth “millions”/ and an abortion, throw in the garbage: make up your mind!
THE REALITY:   the foundation of medicine today is BUILT upon antibiotics that work.  The agricultural livestock industry has found antibiotics the means to encapsulate and control all creatures used for food by confining them in conditions that require antibiotics to survive.  That HAS LED, to critical failures/ and massive risk to the entire healthcare of this human world.  And must stop, before there is no medicine/ because without antibiotics, there is very little medicine can do.
THE WORK: be fair/ stop being a damn fool. STOP listening to the disease of those who have proven to be GREEDY failures.  START accepting, that a graduate medical student, or professional shall trade their education for work within the society that pays their bills.  Recognize it DON’T take the years being portrayed as necessary for a doctor, in education.   Test the doctors in the field, and learn what they do need to know: teach that!

THE DEMAND: there are three branches of medicine/ the medical professional; the medicines; the facilities and tools.  Thereby three separate realities of cost do appear.
THE REASON: as is true of military operations, is true of life or death situations/ “it don’t take, gold plated fancy buildings, or extra special equipment” to do most if not all necessary work. As is true of life, it DON’T take a diploma/ to be valuable to society: LOTS of people contribute in ways that are equal to a doctor; its just a different job.  As a person interviewed in Antarctica once said:   it ain’t the doctor here that is most important/ IT’S THE DIESEL MECHANIC; because he determines if we all live or die.
THE REALITY: patents cannot exist in medicine/ BECAUSE they can control whether a patient lives or dies!  Therefore only society can control medical patents/ BUT society must invest in its own research and development, and present the actual “inventor” with “fair and realistic compensation”.  Is it not worth money!
THE WORK:   changes in government controlled and corrupted by champaign funds and other bribes/ shall not be simple or easy.  INSTEAD, they require redress of grievances/ and the vote of the people: who will be reticent and fearful of change.  EXPLAIN IT to the rest.

THE DEMAND: to be equal, as life!  It’s a choice/ governed by the question:   WHO owns this nation.  Because if we the people do: THEN we the people shall control the price.
THE REASON:   “The rich, in medical business, will say: WE ARE MOVING”.  But if they do, we will as owners of this land revoke your citizenship/ destroy your ability to do business with us/ fail to honor any claim of wealth or money you might possess.  And prosecute you as a deserter, if you return.  We won’t forget.
THE REALITY: as depression scours this land/ roughly half the current doctors working in America WILL move back to their own nation of origin.  “Came for the money”/ don’t need this. Others will leave as well/ making this nation recognize that the medical hierarchy associated with education, DID IN FACT, choose to prepare you to die.  Is there no cost/ no penalty for that:   UNLESS true change comes immediately, and disciplined repayments to the people shall be made?  No more bastard’s and whore’s in charge.
THE WORK: we will need, an extensive and real opportunity for all who desire medical work, to be enrolled and learn about what to do in terms of healthcare: from doctor on down.  We will need diagnostic tools available to the common person, so as to aid in their own understanding of harm or potential harm; and what to do.  We will need clear acceptance of reality instead of the university demand for diploma/ because reality rules this earth, lies simply multiply the cost.  A graduated level of education:   CAN DO THIS, now.  A realistic comprehension of surgery and everything else:   “A butcher (what else do you call cutting meat)/ who puts things back;  a seamstress who closes it up”.

THE DEMAND: accountability in all aspects of healthcare/ an understanding we will own the facility and equipment ourselves.  NO MORE free enterprise in medicine/ rather people employed as is the majority of this nation; with compensation that is fair.
THE REASON: free enterprise constitutes a right to “go after the money”.  That is absolutely unfair to each and every patient or potential patient/ therefore it cannot be done. Patents that critically affect or inflict a patient’s life, are equivalent to extortion against that patient: THEREBY the need to intervene as a nation is real. The need to control costs as a nation and “pull the plug on granny, or others we cannot afford; or refuse to afford” IS AN ABSOLUTE REALITY, that cannot be avoided.  YOU, have simply created debts to avoid the truth/ saying to the children “You pay for this”!  No more/ you pay as a society, or they die!
THE REALITY:   the only insurance you get is, to decide if you wish to protect yourself from the percentage of income that WILL be required of you.  What that percentage is, will be determined by you, over time/ as it becomes clear what is real, and what you will or will not pay for.  You will decide over how many years.  You will decide when enough is enough.  Etc.  The reality of EVERY FORM OF HUMAN DETERMINED, CAUSED, OR APPLIED, GENETIC ALTERATION: is a risk of extinction, to every other form of life including human/ THIS entire world.  Every scientific attempt to control DNA, etc/ is distinctly for the individual; but constitutes a direct and real threat to life on earth.  THESE ARE UNFAIR, TO LIFE!  And must end/ because no individual is allowed to gamble with all life forever.  WE CANNOT return nature to itself/ BUT humans can destroy it forever with genetic choices: ONLY FOOLS, IDIOTS, AND TERRORISTS would consider it.  It does not matter, how real the tears are/ YOU do not get to gamble with “life forever, as a world.”  You, are irrelevant to the world/ but nature is not irrelevant to the world.  Its not a choice, you may die: NOT all the rest of us/ that’s murder caused by you.
THE WORK:   social security CANNOT be sustained/ it is a complete lie, and nothing can change that except the truth.  Your truth is: you can afford ONLY a percentage of GDP as is fair to all.  Those needing social security SHALL by vote among themselves, then determine what their money shall be allowed to pay for/ and who gets it:   WITH the clear understanding of equality/ no exceptions.  The children DO NOT owe you a life.  You owe life, their own time on earth.  Simple as that!
