One of the very most simple solutions is:   loosen the bolts holding the steel hubs together/ they appear to have sufficient threads to do this.  Take out two bolts or more if necessary to open a side.  Leave the rest loose, but firmly together with nuts and bolts still joined, with .5 inch or so clearance, beyond the plate size.  SLIDE A PLATE (sheet of metal), in-between the two hubs using the bolts as a perimeter rim to hold the plate in place.  Re-install the bolts removed, and tighten all as required. To facilitate installation, “dinner fork” like extensions should be included on the leading edge of the plate so that these can guide, and help with stability as the plate moves into position. One additional thing would be  an outer lead coating or some other means of deformation that would aid the sealing action of hub/ plate/ hub.  Pressure and oil flow will separate the hubs, to allow insertion. But get a good grip on it, a D shape handle, which requires a bolt to be installed in the opening.  Because that same pressure and flow are going to give trouble: THE CORRECT GAP, is essential prior to insertion, to eliminate uncontrollable wobble.  The tools required:  put it together/ therefore they can do it again.  If you do not have it already: the means for a submarine to clamp onto something during this process would help. If for some reason the tools used won’t work, the process can be initiated with a tool loosened by contact with the cap, then turned using the drilling rig to engage the wrench: either top or bottom turns the right direction, on a simple bolt.  When working DO NOT remove the cap collecting oil, simply raise it enough to allow for the work.  A pump on that collector pipe should be in use, the oil is under pressure, and operating at full flow, which means simple static rise has not kept up.  IF you install the plate correctly, the possibility exists that at some point in the DISTANT FUTURE: that you can use the handle and forks on the plate to clamp and sustain pressure on the seal, while changing the upper hub/ so that the well itself can be worked.  ONLY after all the environmental damage is cleaned up, and critical decisions and experiments are made to determine exactly how best to proceed.

 

There are immediate things that should have been done/ since you charge the ceo of BP with failure and responsibility: let us charge the president obama with the same level of failure and responsibility as is consistent with reality.  There are ships NOT being employed to collect whatever oil can be collected with current methods/ the consequence is more beaches, property, wildlife, and dollars are destroyed.  LET THEM WORK, BUT PAY THEM at the price declared for all for actual oil collected.  THAT INCLUDES, those who work on the beach. THIS IS FAIR AND NECESSARY; you Had the opportunity/ and refused to do the tiny bit of work and reason necessary to establish help.  Failure!  The failure to hire or allow foreign ships to provide support is INSANE.  You are protecting pennies for fools/ while an entire industries are dying, because life in this ocean is ending:   absolute shithead/ what could be more plain.  There were opportunities to take immediate action once it was clear shutting down the blowout preventer was not going to happen.  All methods of work, were destroyed by the pride of government and university officials who wanted the power to “take authority”/ an absolute failure.  All methods of assessing a solution once three weeks had gone by failed/ because no method of translating the various ideas could be found: thereby giving access to those ideas which are important while sorting out those ideas which in turn simply flood the process keeping better at bay/ failure.  The necessary immediate need to support those in the area which could have made a difference, by establishing at a minimum the necessary fuels to use ships and equipment/ even if pay would be dealt with later; evaporated without the slightest intent to help.  Failure at every conceivable venue of hope.  The necessity of containing the lawyers, so that NONE of the money lost by workers, would be stolen by lawyers and the court/ has not occurred; thereby creating yet another disaster both for the oil company and the people so greatly affected.  As always the lawyers do extremely little/ and expect to swallow a “gusher of money”; stealing while they go.  FAILURE, and DISGRACE/ a complete disrespect for the people involved by letting vultures and whore’s kill so they can feed on the carcass. The need to establish the necessary money to continue on as a community, state or nation/ is dependent upon stopping the banks and other lenders from enforcing what is now known will not be collected.  Thereby foreclosing on those who by no fault of their own are being financially destroyed.  At a minimum, these loans can be frozen in time/ and no foreclosure or attempt to collect shall be allowed.  An absolute failure, that is the “presidents job”/ to protect the people who cannot protect themselves through no fault of their own.  The people of the gulf in the oil business, the essence and truth of where did this crisis start/ now want their business to be unaffected, even though:   IT IS THEY WHO FAILED, because like Katrina;   the facts are, you need to protect yourselves.  And you did not do so!  Therefore a moratorium is not only valid and true and necessary/ it is your payment to the fishing fleet and the lives oil now attempts to destroy.  The president succeeds, at least for the moment.  CHANGES MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY/ inspection by outside sources MUST occur at every single well.  The entire oil industry MUST be made to pay for this blight upon the environment and life in general/ because it could have been any single one of them.  And unlike bp at the moment/ in america the rush to bankruptcy to get out of paying: would have been like a flash-flood coming down the mountain.  To death with any who got in the way.  Failure, a disease called greed/ creating a fountain called insanity:   because even now, with all the evidence before you/ it still does not sink in, that this tragedy is greater than your money; your intent to “get rich”, or your ability to survive with money:   BECAUSE THIS IS LIFE, and without life to feed and support you/ YOU DIE.  In a world already hungry/ the loss of 30% of all the seafood sold in america: IS A TREMENDOUS LOSS.  Which means in fact: that because the damage is now so extensive: IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, that all fishing of every kind/ be banned from the gulf immediately/ or life will fail to rebuild itself, and this industry of yours will be lost, for decades.  “It’s a choice”/ a little bit more, and forever lost! A little more leaking, and all this oil can migrate around the coast, even if the well is stopped: destroying coastal fishing along the entire eastern seashore, including the north banks:   which is equally capable of experiencing a similar disaster.  Are they prepared, NOT FOR A SECOND/ all bad!  GET A TANKER on top of those oil plumes and suck it up, just like you would if it were in the ground. Your leaders are fools!  OR they would have done  what must be done for the sake of your futures.  To date FAILURE, and utterly arrogant fools.  The replacement of that much food requires alternatives/ the rest of the world does NOT need to go hungry just because you are idiots, and live within the insanity and delusions of university shit. Want to know what university means: “come be brain washed/ into believing one tiny little thing, can encompass life on earth”. They are like a man with a hammer, with a thousand nails to hit;   but only one nail will do.  Life is a multitude of reality mixed, balanced, and defined by decisions which infiltrate them all.  BUT YOU, even believe in evolution: which is, simply described as “I shopped/ I chose/ I got this for free: cause I WANTED IT!”    Absolute Dumb-ass, how could it be less clear?
To minimize food loss:  That means where it was possible, all none food crops should have been abandoned immediately; and replaced with guaranteed price crops that could be eaten, or sold to the world to abate their hunger if this situation begins to improve.  Failure. The primary response of the american public is:   weep, weep/ cry, cry;   look at all that oil we are losing/ its going to make our prices go up: boo hoo! Sea life, WHO GIVES A DAMN FUCK/ rape it all, give us oil!  Or you cry, whine, scream, and complain: I spent a damn penny more! Give us oil/ kill all life, “but me”!  Think not? Why quit lying to yourselves now; its just life on earth!

While the fundamental reality is: you are bankrupt/ the critical reality here is:   this is 30% of your seafood eaten/ a tragedy for your neighbors/ a failure of your government :again/ and a foundation that could literally bring hell to your own front door.  Utter fantasy, in a land taught university insanity is like a god: don’t worry, fools and idiots; have it all under control; because the story tellers have propaganda machines to enforce “you must believe”.  It is INSANE, and  growing stupidity!  Not to mention, this is the end of the game of fools/ whereby you have tried to buy an economy with more debts. An utter failure that did buy you time/ but cannot succeed.  Failure.  The measurement of evidence, grades you dying/ and dead as a nation; within ten years at the outside extreme.

It is failure on all sides: WITH GREED, you look at BP as the only responsible party (because greed says “money here for stealing”)/ WHEN IN FACT, there are several contributors of equal or more guilt.  The people who designed the blowout preventer, are initially GUILTY.  The people who built the blowout preventer(bop) are critically GUILTY.  The people responsible for the drilling platform ARE GUILTY.  The people in the industry who failed to prepare/ the university/ the expert/ the media, who are responsible for warning the citizens/ the “government employees” and all its bureaucracy, are assigned the absolute authority to protect: ARE AT THE TOP OF THE GUILTY LADDER.  And BP is a direct participant/ as is every oil company and drilling platform in the area:   because these operate, have prepared, and are fundamentally the same: thereby guilty through association.  As is the gulf coast communities themselves for failing to perceive this problem: guilty of arrogance and apathy.  As is the american people throughout this nation with their absurd gluttony and consumption of oil and greed to fuel it; guilty, because you created or participated in the need that caused “money first”.  And the environmentalists as well, did nothing to prepare: not actions to demand the possibilities of cleanup/ not anything, but give us more money to complain.  PLENTY of guilt to go around!  In truth.

No, I am not your leader/ and do not wish to be.  But I live here too/ this world NEEDS HELP; and threats are growing everyday. Even threats against life on earth.  NO I WILL NOT HELP (only from a distance) to any great extent, unless the facility NIF (national ignition facility) is closed down/ and a real fundamental critical evaluation of the risk and realities involved are given to the people themselves to decide if this extreme failure should continue.  The extreme risk and failure of genetic mutilation is given its proper burial/ by clear understanding of what happens when nature is in chaos a reality unlike an oil spill which cannot be fixed by human beings.  NATURE IS THE GENETIC CODE, and you are crucifying it!  You will demand an international moratorium against CERN; stopping all funding, ending all university, industry, etc involvement: a complete NO MORE OF THIS, until the people are informed, and declare of their own true decision: yes we will allow this gamble to go on/ or NO we will not. Should anyone decide to “rush” to create or complete an experiment once notified this is coming:   TO JAIL YOU WILL GO.  YOU will be tried for treason, and hung; if found guilty.  NO appeal, dead in a week!.

I will not help directly for less.  It is irrelevant to stop the destruction from one threat only to die from the others: ALL MUST BE ATTACKED, and dismantled until life is “safe”.  NO exceptions!  Do not come to me, unless you are willing to change; by proving what is true and working for life itself.  Do not come to me, unless you truly understand: I don’t give a damn about what you want;   only about life must come first (for a planet), and the relationships that will help life on earth survive.  This ain’t a game.  YOU WILL DECIDE, but if not for life by truth; after the oil spill you will be abandoned entirely.
Apart from that warning; several steps are in view, some of which you can still take.  The need to sort ideas/ inventions/ attempts to provide assistance/ immediate calls for intervention/ critical monetary funding/ and more.   REQUIRES A “SORTING FACILITY”.  Or more simply, it requires the use of communication technologies that will allow the separation of ideas and inventions and needs into their appropriate categories so that duplications can be eliminated/ so that debate can be discovered on the merits of any idea/ so that, people who believe in any particular invention can proceed with all do haste/ so that needs can be addressed as they come in/ so that money can be distributed: BUT ANALYZED BY community involvement as it goes out. [REMEMBERING, this has now gotten so big/ that a specific amount of money will be spent: and that money will be divided between all claimants: which means you. so pay attention, and be fair].  This is obviously to be internet driven, because computers can do the work quickly; giving access to all.

The fundamental of more food, is too late to rearrange planting at this time.  All that is left, would be to stop the production of bio-fuels, and functionally define a better use, along with “recipes”.  Can’t be hungry here? Want to bet your life:  because food wars, in the land of arrogant/ proud/ and weapons running out of our ass:   is likely to be “shocking”! This tragedy can multiply into decades of no food for you/ this reality is fixed to the consequence: 2 million more to feed are born each week/ and they grow and need more.
Participation in regard to building and using inventions is supported by establishing a guaranteed result.  Or more correctly as is consistent with capitalism, those who build a machine to help this situation will be offered no less than the amount of money required by materials, with labor costs that are fair to come and prove it does work.  You get the price per gallon of oil recovered, and if not enough/ should the situation recover prior to your opportunity to make money honestly; we will cover the rest, if indeed the machine works: by auctioning it off, and insuring the price.   First machine of any specific design that arrives gets double per gallon of oil recovered.  As is consistent with capitalism: first to establish the work gets more/ those who compete get their share according to how they work/ the rest who simply wait, are paid by what the work allows.
LEARN TO DEMAND EQUAL, LEARN TO PARTICIPATE IN JUSTICE/ rather than war, unless absolutely necessary.  DEMAND “FAIR PLAY”, and establish limited capitalism, because that is the only way you can get it.

The most fundamental thing possible for the gulf is: GET OUT OF THE DAMN WAY; for any and all government officials, above the immediate area.  Let each take care of their own, as they see best.  If they fail its their loss/ if they succeed, its their success: EITHER WAY, ITS THEIR LIFE/ NOT YOURS!  The reality of what is or is not hazardous is relegated to the industry workers: do not oil rig workers/ chemical industry workers experience more than beach workers. They know by experience, what is necessary as a discipline called survival. Let the “experts” give their testimony as to what happens or not, under certain circumstances: BUT REMEMBER, “the experts” caused this entire problem (did they not make the decisions!) / your experts in the university FAILED IN EVERY CONCEIVABLE WAY to prepare or provide, or warn.   Your experts, cannot deal with immediate needs as is clearly demonstrated and proven: or more simply, FAILURE is the design and substance, of “an expert”.   Because reality says: the only true leader of the american nation is WANT/ GREED/ ARROGANCE/ and the demand for POWER over the people.  Or more simply “failure/ failure/ failure/ failure”! An insane dependency on nothing more than fools/ proving they can stand in the way of life, by destroying it with their expertise.  Proven true in countless ways, at this time.

It is noted for balance and fair play: that it is hard to be a leader, if you do it well/ lots of work, until the day comes when whatever it is you lead “runs well by itself”/ or fails because you didn’t care enough, or simply couldn’t do the job. The problem with all aspects of leadership in america is WANT/ GREED/ POWER/ AND PRIDE:   “Its take what you can get personally/ steal, while you can”.  Or more simply, instead of truth: which is the only leader of value/ the people who wish to lead have grandiose ideas, without the slightest idea of what these truly demand or create.  Consequently ALL LEADERS/ should be assigned a task, when applying for the job:   of building or inventing something:   so they learn, putting all the pieces together is essential, and requires THOUGHT/ not want/ because all the pieces must fit. To do it well.  Every aspect of leadership in the last 50 years has been about want/ has been supported and defined by GREED/ has been established and secured by propaganda to declare “WE, will make the rules”; and let the people beg, or obey.  Pride demands:   “We are the government of america/ let the people submit: and with experts and the propaganda explosion of media/ they do, because there will be consequences if they don’t”.  Just another form of communism in reality.  Stealing democracy/    Lying about reality/    Destroying the sanctity of democracy which is WE THE PEOPLE RULE OURSELVES, cheating the truth of who we are as a nation.  All orchestrated and devised behind the closed doors of the most massive “mind control experiment in human history”.  Let the university make the decisions/ YOU are too damn dumb!  And the people here bought in, because of a few     Tiny successes.  Never mind all the tragedy and death hidden/ the absolute failure and disease of what has become organized crime against the nation itself, with pensions/ and every other form of insane behavior and story telling delusion can contrive.  Shame on you, for being so gullible, as a nation/ and so damn arrogant and foolish as a university powered by greed.  IT IS pathetic.

Nonetheless, we are all threatened with extermination from this world/ because of the decisions of men, and those who follow: blind/ deaf/ dumb/ and greedy.  The consequence of that is: CHANGE MUST OCCUR NOW, because “tomorrow” is too late.  The only change that matters, is what is TRUE, and how do we decide as a nation and a world:   what cannot and will not, be defeated!  Because in this truth, we do survive.  The foundation of creating and deciding what is true, is the fundamental of evidence called reality.  The foundation of what does or does not exist in reality, IS THE EVIDENCE, that cannot be refuted.  Therefrom, the foundation of influence upon which we must all depend is: WHAT DOES REALITY tell us about the cause and effect threatening us today.  WHAT AND WHY DOES THIS EVIDENCE, demand that we must act in our own defense.  And who decides what is true? 
The functioning reality of evidence and its association with truth is:   let the evidence tell the story/ let those who will contest develop critical information that either proves or disproves based upon a reality we can distinctly identify, or assemble as a RISK to us.  And then by vote:   WE THE PEOPLE WILL attempt to understand, make our decision, determine IF THAT GAMBLE WILL or will NOT be accepted/  AND LIVE OR DIE WITH THE RESULT!  Life is not a game/ nature is standing at the edge of being overrun: and if nature fails, WE DIE.     

Within the functional elements of truth in time, are three distinct participants: what is true to you, which determines your own actions and developments in peace, love, duty, desire, etc/  what is true to your society, and the community of people within which you describe your life in time/ and what is true for this world: the foundations upon which all life must work, live, and accept to survive.  Therefrom we know, that the development of understanding that protects a world, comes from the relationship we share with that world of life.  Or more simply, if you do not commonly share your living with life itself, you will be unable to fathom what is important to “the others”.  Therefrom we know, that all society and community create their own assumptions of the truth to define themselves and allow for their own wants; concentrating reality into the blind dimension, and deaf apathy; of a time and place without soul.  Or more simply, the participation of most individuals in the understanding of truth is limited to their wants.  Therefrom we know, that individuals create their identities from the essence of what they do believe is important to them and their own desires.  Or more simply: the essence of thought, specifically the desire for freedom is limited “to what can be assumed or accepted as free/ for me”.  These things do not bode well for a life governed by truth/ BUT WE CANNOT survive without truth, therefore once you do find your truth, you MUST IMMEDIATELY turn it into law;   so that life can be sustained.  If you do not, it will be invaded and transformed by the armies of “liar”.
