Throughout this process you have been provided the opportunity and demand: to take me to PUBLIC  court!  Whenever you did so desire/ and you have refused.  Thereby there are NO PENALTIES OR INTEREST WARRANTED.  And none will be paid.  You, the employees of this nation; have not fulfilled your sworn duty to uphold the constitution/ which deliberately means: you have no right to collect taxes, UNTIL that reality of law is compiled with for the people of this nation. You as an affiliated organization with, or of the US GOVERNMENT, by employment therein,  are again instructed: 
The clear constitutional right, the mock trial by denial of constitutional law, the rebellion against this democracy called WE THE PEOPLE, and the plundering of our lives by absolute irresponsibility and denial of duty through the leadership of this nation which does include you.  Are issues that must be addressed legally and in open court: BEFORE ANY TAXATION IS DUE.  The constitution gives you NO right to steal/ yet we have been “ravaged from coast to coast, by the failure of leadership/ the foolishness and contempt of those who have ruined a great deal, for millions of citizens/ and the outright murderous intent of those who chose to create extreme threats against our lives, our nation, and our world:   GAMBLING with everything WE OWN.  At their own whim, playing god & choosing death for us all.  As are experiments choosing to attempt to bring the same fire as is on the sun here to earth/ mutilating nature in its every life form/ and choosing to cooperate with those who wish (by their own words) to re-create the single most destructive event in the history of the UNIVERSE, right here on earth.

TAKE ME TO COURT, and let the world see who is indeed correct: fools and failure/ or truth and life.  Let us review, the foundational constitutional demand upon our leaders as is the preamble to the US CONSTITUTION ITSELF!

Within the rules of Democracy and law, by the foundations guaranteed to every citizen: determine who deserves to go to jail, and be stripped of all that was stolen.  This ain’t no game.  YOUR authority to collect taxes IS DETERMINED/ by your acceptance of the oaths and guarantees provided to the people according to OUR constitutional law and guidelines: nothing else is valid/ nothing else provides you any authority.  Your leadership as a “entity of the US government” is called into disrepute/ and challenged with failure, as is proven by constant and real news throughout this nation and world.  That means:   without redress of grievances as is the demand of this citizen, in this state of IL.  You have no legal right to abuse, threaten, or deny my right to trial/ and I have no reason to pay your extortion for failure and abuse.  I chose only to take you to court regarding my first amendment guaranteed rights/ YOU chose to delay, and not take me to court/ to deny and rebel against the laws of this nation.  These demands for trial, within the court and the IRS,  have been posted, on the day made: on the various sites I provide www.justtalking.info/    Www.justtalking2.info/   www.justtalking3.info/   Thereby the penalty and interest are charged to you/ not me, as it is your delay that brings them, not mine.  I have waited for DEMOCRACY to be proven true/ you failed.  The leadership in every facet  of court, state, and nation:   have stood in the way, choosing instead of honor and respect for the constitution of this USA.  THE EMPLOYEES CHOSE:  TO FAIL, TO DISHONOR, AND INTENTIONALLY WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: TO DISOBEY THE LAW. 
  And this DEMOCRACY,   called WE THE PEOPLE;             Thereby establishing the foundation and truth,   WE, THE CITIZENS;  do own this nation.
AND WE HAVE RIGHTS!
Your failure/ not mine.

The critical reality YOU must prove is:
1.  That you may tax regardless of the clear and certain meanings and rights guaranteed to each citizen of this United States of America. That your JOB, is irrelevant to the reality of your work.  The amendment securing this demand: As is the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects; against unreasonable search and seizures (the fourth amendment). By  Creating the end of the american dollar/ by debts or any other means entrusted to you.  You failed.  You lied.  You cheated. You denied reality. You changed this nation from rich to poor, by absolute foolishness and stupidity.   NO TAX IS ALLOWED FOR THAT/ rather is it not organized crime, with penalties to match?
2.  Prove: That you have no legal obligation to OBEY THE LAW, and support, defend, and create the legal right and demand:   that is the first amendment redress of grievances: within the US CONSTITUTION.   Therefore with denial, comes the truth: NO RIGHT to expect or establish taxation against this people exists.  Until the day you provide, protect, and defend their guarantees as is the oath of your job to create.
