To whom it may concern.  You have exceeded your legal authority to pursue this billing in any form at this time.  Due to the reality this matter is in court, and YOU are fully and completely informed of that matter.  Thereby the charge is harassment/ and there will be penalties involved when this is resolved.  YOU are aware, that a legal case exists/ YOU are aware that you have no say, no claim, and no rights until that legal case is ended.  Thereby YOU HAVE PROCEEDED in all and every way possible for you: with complete disrespect and contempt for the law/ the court/ myself/ and the rights guaranteed to me under the constitution of this USA.  THEREBY disrespecting the nation of America as well.

YOU have been told in word and deed: that you are to cease and desist these actions without compromise/ and failed to obey what is the law of this land.  YOU have asserted I shall be penalized by doubling the billing: EVEN THOUGH you knew I was in court at the time, with this legal case.  YOU have failed to meet the minimum requirements of the law, and as such crossed the line into felony harassment:   “Assaulted by guaranteed rights as a citizen of this USA; a reality of inestimable value to me” .  And as such criminal consequences are apparent: as I deem my right, and my respect within that law a critical relationship with this nation itself.  YOU are not allowed to tamper or construct obstacles or impediment or the discretion to choose whether you will obey the law or not.  IT IS NOT your right, nor do you have any legal latitude to pretend to be judge, the court, or the law.  Consequently it is fair and legitimate that you are summoned to court, within this trial as has been done and awaits a judges’ order.  Because contempt for all the people, with regard to financial realities in healthcare: HAS GONE BEYOND “justice and fair play in this America”.
