The social responsibilities of business and industry
There is no mandate, “do anything you want/ irregardless of the rest”. Rather every constitutional document voices the very same intent and composition of words, that this, IS FOR THE NATION/ NOT strictly for any individual. In other words, freedom for all, is tethered directly to what we are willing to do for each other. While individual freedoms are expected, the entire work of building, creating, sustaining, and establishing this nation: WAS FOR US ALL. Thereby we do directly understand, that law, and life in this United States is given to be for WE THE PEOPLE! There is NO, “just for me”/ rather every intent that is individual in constitutional documents, establishes WE DO THIS, FOR US. The only reference to individuality is the first section of the bill of rights, wherein the assumptions made assert “you cannot tell me what to do”. But when held within the light of all other constitutional statements, this is in no way an assertion, “that the rest of us do not matter”. In other words, every generation matters, and what you the individual do; CANNOT destroy their opportunities in freedom for this nation. In other words, section one of the bill of rights speaks deliberately about future generations, and tells the individual man or men, that they shall not abandon their duties to uphold JUSTICE, FAIR PLAY, AND EQUALITY FOR every generation/ and for us all. Individual freedoms are separated from justice, fair play, and equality, as these are built entirely upon what you cannot “tell anyone else they may or may not do”. That is not the case of men, women, or children in society; for there are laws, there is the intent of justice which is to make life and society a happy and peaceful place for us all. There is fair play, which asserts that in conjunction or connections with other people your right of freedom is overshadowed by the responsibility to be honorable, honest, respectful, disciplined, and defined by a relationship that is, or is at least similar to friendship, so that society shall have no complaint against you. The elemental truth of equality is distinctly social, and asserts, you shall not claim, nor shall you act in such a way that takes away my right to be “the same as you”/ regardless of anything but breaking the law. But to understand, this is intended to be a merciful society, where no man is at liberty to make judgments against another; there are laws to ensure it is the law itself and not any type or form of judge, that will decide. Therefrom what is called freedom is built upon two distinct methods of understanding. One is the liberty of an individual in society, to do the things society allows, to be a participant who is equal, so that all understand the foundation and framework of this nation is WE THE PEOPLE! The second and lesser freedom, is as an individual wherein none shall tell me what to do, or not do. Freedom in society DOES INDEED tell us what we can and cannot do, that is why there are laws, and procedures, and hopes, and elections, and politics. Because as a society, we cannot be formed or held within happiness or peace/ not security, or defense, or hope; without the disciplines and honor that justice, fair play, equality, mercy, and the intent of an election or legislature or government to decide, sustain, and support: HOW CAN we be fair to each other. All that a nation is, is about what a nation means to each individual; because he or she is a deliberate part of that identity. We are, the nation, and what we do or do not do; describes and demands who we are together as one. All that is an individual freedom is: WHAT can I do for my personal life/ that is not criminal: over-which the truth shall declare, neither you or any person, of this nation itself: shall interfere/ this is strictly mine! You have no say.
The issues and realities of an individual freedom, are clearly, and certainly those matters which are distinctly personal and cannot be considered under the decisions entitled by vote. Such things as dying by suicide, or assisted suicide are strictly personal. Such things as risking your own life, in whatever you do that endangers no one else; is strictly personal. Such things as nakedness, “with exceptions”. Such things as religion is strictly personal. Such things as drugs are strictly personal as well/ but held within the truth are the parameters of what you do to yourself, is not our bill. There are many more, fight for them yourself. But understand as well, if you take drugs for instance and bring them into an environment such as a vehicle that can then damage society; your right to that freedom ends. The critical question is: prove from either side, critical or potentially critical damage done. Individual freedom is a promise that cannot be taken lightly; such things as being able to fulfill the first section of the bill of rights wherein all of society can find enjoyment of life and liberty, have the means to acquire and possess property, and pursue happiness and safety are fundamentally decided by justice, fair play, and equality. THAT MEANS, the intent of this doctrine is to create a society wherein all the people have access to these things/ THEREBY the FEW, who do always try to control everything/ own everything/ deceive everyone they can through the desire of greed/ power/ or pride: MUST BE STOPPED! According to a nation built for WE THE PEOPLE/ these few “rich”, are in fact a rebellious “set of men” who do clearly and with all certainty attempt too take exclusive and separate emoluments and privileges from the community as a whole. Spreading anarchy, discontent among the people, and stripping their rights, opportunities, happiness, peace, trust in government, and the truth of their own safety away; through the consequences of greed, power, and pride.
By this understanding and truth, constitutional doctrine is built upon the three most basic things about life in a society called WE THE PEOPLE. One; that the law alone, shall rule/ granting to all the people that no person shall have power over them, but that they shall own the law, and the law shall govern the nation. All law begins and ends with the powers and intent established by the 3 constitutional documents or merit, that caused the people to sacrifice and become owners of what would become the United States of America. To their honor, these laws are adequate, and real for this day as well as theirs. Two; that social freedoms are different than individual freedoms, and they are not the same. What is freedom for society is built on justice, fair play, equality, law, and the enforcement of that law; and those who defend the nation from any other form of attack. Those things which divide and damage the nation as a whole, are not acceptable as freedom/ liberty says no: because liberty defends this nation first! Three; that the basis of a government called we the people is formed, when the essence of power and pride have been stripped away from government, by oaths that do carry criminal penalties. Creating instead of, a simple vote by the people: “The opportunity to rule over our employees in government”, because they are subject to the law. They are bound by their oath, to live and work “in a constitutional path”/ and they are not allowed the freedom to choose for themselves; as is common to all jobs! Again, the law rules, but NOT the law of legislatures/ the law of the people under constitutional rule. The difference is, the people have made constitutional foundations that are the law, upon which all law is based/ ANY law or action by government employees that is found NOT fully established by these constitutional demands, is not law; but a rule at best/ or a curse, treason, threat, or death of a nation at its worst.
A monarchy is “he or she” decides, to hell with you/ or not. Socialism is where the majority tells the rest what they will or will not do. Communism is, where we all own everything/ but only they get to decide what to do with it.
Fascism is merely the assumption “if we gang together, we can war over them/ but only I can be dictator/ general”.
None of these are truly useful as governing instruments, because they lack the foundation of law, that is Democracy. They lack the reality, WE THE PEOPLE have chosen this as our law, as our way, and as our social freedoms. We chose, and that is our government. Those called employees work for us/ are replaceable/ are criminally subject to their oath/ are intended to be overseers, who demand what we have chosen for ourselves. But greed came here too, and very nearly all the people embraced it, as if it would be “their own savior”. Lying, cheating, stealing, treason, failure, foolishness, selfishness, and outright violence as threats mount to disgrace & disrespect: to threaten destruction of an entire world. Shame on you.
We must return to TRUTH, we must demand the law will be kept, and if not prison waits. We must end the greed, the pride, want, and power; and become Democracy again. That means literally, the people must be returned to power over themselves. That means, every monopoly, every conglomerate, every store or restaurant, every action or gamble of “wall street”, every bank and insurance company, ETC shall return to “main street”. Shall be given back to the people so that they may rule over their own lives. The elemental tragedy of “they stole our money”! Is re-understood, as the reality: what they hold is our time, our desire to work to survive, and our resources/ yet these are of the future, and we do own our future. As the thirteenth amendment states: “there shall be no slavery”. Fantasy took the money and made it our debt. Delusion multiplied the numbers and said, let the children pay, I will die before it is my time to pay: you failed, and it is time to pay. But NOT those who stole the money/ rather it is your time to pay the children for stealing their world. That means, it is time to rebuild, without greed, power, or pride.
The constitution is ours, it belongs to WE THE PEOPLE/ and by no means, does it give our substance or our soul as a nation to the employees who work for us. We are the owners, we are the family called the United States, and we are the ultimate judge of who is right or wrong with regard to constitutional demands. Redress of grievances is our demand for ownership, for authority over our employees; by calling for a complete accounting, and demanding it shall be so. That call has already been made. But it went before a supreme court that has lost its way, and participates as a criminal organization who hires “its thugs”, to do the dirty work. Docketed case 08-1339 was denied by a clerk/ BUT THE LAW, demands after it has passed all procedural requirements: ONLY A JUDGE, CAN DENY IT. That means this case comes before the police, as an actionable warrant, called for by me, James Frank Osterbur: under the reality of a citizens arrest. One William K. Suter. Clerk for the US supreme court / whose illegal opinion and order in the above case does not identify WHO IN FACT ordered this denial or why. Dated June 29,09.
DUE PROCESS is not an act of the clerk/ but of the court. DUE PROCESS does not establish denial without facts, or evidence, or truth; nor is it allowed or conceived of, without the signature of a judge. DUE PROCESS does not give the court an option: because the question before the court WAS: will you obey the first amendment redress of grievances for the people. IT IS THE LAW, and NO DENIAL OF THE LAW is allowed by ANY COURT; it is the law/ it is the people’s right/ it is the people’s protection/ and there can be NO denial. IT IS OUR INALIENABLE RIGHT! That cause exists across this nation, to understand, examine, investigate, and incarcerate those who deliberately caused us all this harm; is absolutely without the possibility of denial/ the evidence is clear. WE THE PEOPLE: SEEK THE LAW, AND THE LAW ALWAYS WINS! A criminal action against the nation, shall lose. It is the judges who attempt to steal, to deny, and to therefrom destroy the very law they are under oath to protect and defend. Each and every judge of the US supreme court was sent a personal certified letter, establishing this case/ they were each defendants in this case: THERE IS NO EXCUSE. They knew, what they did. Subsequently, and with every intent to participate in this treason, as a traitor; as a “thug” from an organized crime syndicate; the clerk William K. Suter, uses his weapon in an attempt to deter, inflict with such harm as to cause surrender, and hide this crime. At a minimum, it is fraud. At its truth, these are the acts of a traitor, for at the moment we are in need of defense, in need of every weapon at our disposal as a nation/ THESE FEW, sold it to the enemy.
These are primary foundations for erecting this nation again. Claiming our INALIENABLE RIGHTS BACK. Reclaiming our money, time, and talent. Changing the nation back to WE THE PEOPLE. And becoming the democracy that we were indeed, intended to be. What is lacking, is a people “with the courage of an ant”; for you are living in fear, worshiping in hate and revenge, and preparing for war. Where is your courage/ USE THE LAW! IT IS OUR TRUE WEAPON.
