Instead of raising the value of a stock, should it pass by that assessed and true initial value/ then the price of a stock will fall accordingly, with volume increases:   because you shall NOT sell what is not real.  Therefore you must prove the reality of an increase in actual value, in the real world, over time as does justify that statement/ before any stock can rise.  The value is assigned by: property  assets/ material assets/ tool value or production on the sale or resale market/ number of full time  employees/ and product  sales.  The value of a stock allowed to rise NOT more than twice current initiating value, for the purpose of expanding business is dictated: REQUESTED BY THAT BUSINESS, WITH WELL DEFINED PLANS FOR REVIEW.  Can be listed, as a gamble/ if they substantially fail, your entire investment fails with them.  By substantial change in the product line as would be represented by a new and different invention/ critical sales, proven to be multiplying because it is warranted/ and to a lesser extent (a twenty percent rise above initiating value), for the purpose of a substantial increase in advertizing, intended to produce sales: a stock achieves value added, and the initial price can go up.  NO corporate hierarchy / no “ceo”/ etc; can be used in the presentation of stock to market, nor at any time thereafter; they are not assets, they are influences, which will be proven good or bad.  Therefore the market will wait to see/ the business itself is “the focal point”; not its leaders, the business itself includes all variables, such as the entire workforce, not individuals.   Only the actual market value, increased sales, and other real consequences of what the business is actually doing or not doing in terms of market realities are allowed.  To be advertized or used in any way to influence an investor.

There can be NO MARGIN TRADING AT ALL/ completely outlawed, and subject to severe penalties.  ONLY REAL MONEY can be used.  Only the business can get a loan for the company: in an outside bank.  Nothing integral with the stock market or supported by it in any sense or way.

There shall be limited computer trading, so as to open the doors and reveal the truth of what is or is not the foundation of this market and this price.  Limited trading is:   in every fifteen minutes of trading activity, a computer can only be used for one minute, between the seventh and eighth minute of this lull.  ONLY IF, the actual transactions made, are then revealed in their entirety for all to see. As quickly as possible, and as “easy as possible for complete understanding”/ but not beyond the 7 minutes allowed before the lull is over.  If you fail in this your computers are removed from trading, for a period of one week, for the first offense; and if not for extremely good cause the second time/ then for a year.  The trade then stops entirely for fifteen minutes, so that all shall know what the computers have been doing/ and then it repeats; but does not extend beyond a ten hour day.  If a ten hour day, that makes twenty periods of actual human trading in fifteen minute increments possible.  Thereby returning this stock market to a people market/ not a machine market hidden away, because it is too fast to control or track.

The foundation of a stock market is to increase business for some, in the nation you live in.  IT IS NOT for international buying or selling of business/ OR creating competition for ourselves by establishing foreign trade.  Therefore NO foreign trade can be used in the formula for allowing a stock to rise/ HOWEVER the increase and retention of full time employees here in this nation, will be considered cause to allow the stock to rise, up to one and one half times its current initial value, when the stock at the business itself,  requests and says “now” will be fine.
The foundation of a proper currency and trade between nations is governed and created by establishing AN INTERNATIONAL MONEY:   to be used only between governments.  That money would then be tied directly to gold, silver, or other NOT EASILY COUNTERFEITED means to insure the actual trade involves more than just talk.  The proper response to stealing among nations is to correctly assess and account for what is believed to be stolen/ tally up, the price accordingly: ask for international help in justifying that expense: and then make the offending nation pay up.  In the case of China if proven true: there are debt reductions appropriate.
International credit, is governed by rules adopted across all nations:   “together we agree”, that NO NATION shall be allowed more, than the laws we establish and create and approve by a ninety percent margin/ with all nations on earth having an equal vote.  NO independent BUSINESS CREDIT OR DEBT/ can be international in nature.  Only nations may decide between themselves, under these rules.  No free trade/ or independent agreements shall be made: either the money exchanged is real between nations/ or the credit allowed is sustained by these rules yet to be adopted.  Business and industry may trade resources independently: so long as NO MONEY OR CREDIT OF ANY KIND is used.  It is “resource for resource”, or all business must go through governmental intervention. Only governments are allowed to control international money, or debts or credit.  If a business  refuses to abide by that rule: the money will be confiscated, your work shall be called “free”.
The foundation of a proper currency in any nation is: a number tied directly to the census population count/ so that all know exactly where they stand in relation to what is fair for me, and fair for you.  Nobody gets to play “hide and seek” anymore/ we will know.

It is true/ that I am tired of your failures to conceive of reality by its truth; therefore I will help you understand a bit more.  but do understand this, “I AM” tired of “babies” leading nations (spewing shit everywhere they go; or more plainly damaging society in little ways every day)/ the people grappling with greed to make slaves/ and both destroying everything you can touch.  GROW UP, the point of no return: when nothing you can do will make a difference IS “very near”.  Fail to find some common sense; and chaos will reign.  CHOOSE BETTER!

ON the issue of Iran and nuclear weapons: it is futile and stupid to insist they cannot have what you have/ they do have a right.  The more proper or correct understanding is a very clear message, that assembles the reality for all the people to understand as to what happens next: should these leaders decide to use them.  No other action needs to be taken apart from deployment of missiles that are capable of knocking down theirs.  BUT THAT is not an answer in reality/ reality says:   ALL WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION must be replaced with a world law/ a world court/ and a world policing operation, that joins nations together to insist:   NOBODY gets to own them.  Period, no excuses accepted.  Under these conditions both Pakistan and N. Korea resolve themselves/ it is expected that Iran will accept a world decision/ but if not, let the world step onto its shores, and prove WE WILL take all weapons of mass destruction.  Killing all primary leaders, should they hide a single one.
World policing is limited too: bringing the leaders to court/ to trial/ and to conviction or absolution according to the law we choose as this world of humanity. OR TO DEATH, should that courtroom, not be realistically possible.  World policing is built upon “some from every nation/ with limited enlistments so as NOT to allow any buildup of influence or power.  World policing is primarily isolated onto aircraft carriers; so as NOT to give any nation preference or power; with their supplies located around the world at various locations/ with small armies left in place: so as to insure “world police” DON’T get to play god either. In other words: you want to be leader of any nation in this world/ then these are OUR RULES FOR YOU, as humanity on earth.

On the issue of torture: it is absolutely necessary to apply by all means necessary, the force required IF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION are threatening.  Beneath that boundary line, all terrorism is a game men play/ and games are not deserving of torture.  The most effective means of torture is:   “Letting the participant choose his or her own version and limits”.  INTERPOL does know how/ but it is NOT advisable or necessary;  to make that common knowledge. Should all weapons of mass destruction be eliminated, all forms of torture are found REMOVED.  The single exception being:   if you decide to be a serial killer/ multiple murderer, we shall reserve a suitable punishment for that crime; where no doubt can exist:   determined by what you did do.

Afghanistan cannot be won/ it is not a victory to be had: all games must stop.  Which means simply that unless you are participating in nation building; you have no further right to be there.  Nation building is the introduction and processes of a free press participating in all aspects of important society.  Nation building is PRIMARILY THE CRITICAL CONSTRUCTION OF LAW, ITS OPERATIONAL ASPECTS, AND ITS PROTECTION FOR JUSTICE AND FAIR PLAY AMONG ALL CITIZENS.  Nation building, is the introduction of realistic help, which DOES bring the law of justice and fair play: thereby making a difference in the lives of people.  Let the people of any nation kill themselves, if that should be necessary.  GIVE THEM A REASON to believe the law is a friend:   as is the law that brings justice for all/ opportunity for many: to fight for themselves:  Its not your job, to fight, beyond what is absolutely necessary to establish that law.  Bring the law/ and establish that women shall be treated as equals throughout society: OR we give you nothing more.  Either accept the law shall rule/ or this is over; but we isolate you forever, or until the law rules.
“Friends, let you be free, and respect your right to do as you desire to do/ but only, within the limits of law”.  The difference between peace and harmony in human society anywhere in this world:   is dependent upon two other separate things.  The reality of justice and fair play, which is compromised by human want;  when you choose to be selfish, rather than fair.  When you choose to be proud, instead of compassionate and justified.  The third is the difference between love and hate;   because in the real world, apart from survival needs/ every single decision is either a step in the direction of friendship and its ultimate goal of love/ OR it is a decision, for hate, and its ultimate demand for control, revenge, violence, and complete insanity which becomes in their mind; proof “I am your god”.   Consequently the separation of “love and hate”/ thereby becoming two distinct societies separated from each other:   is the answer for peace and harmony in one.  The reality of war with each other, for those who hate; as these cannot live or survive without those who do not hate.   Anger is a separate issue entirely: as it occurs for a definable reason/ that can be mitigated, with the resolution to that problem, or its truth becoming known.

In review of recent developments in nations that were poorly led/ by failed leaders:   the reality is, you failed completely.  Spending fortunes for nothing/ costing lives for nothing better than arrogance.  YOU CANNOT rebuild a nation with war!  That only increases hate, and hate ALWAYS tries to control instability with power, pride, and selfishness.  Consequently the removal of even poor leaders, by war:   is simply opening the door to worse.   The foundation of change that has value is the law/ because the law makes us equal; since we all must obey, and we all are entitled to its protections, values, and purposes proclaimed by the law we agree: shall be our way of life in this society.  The removal of leaders IS EFFECTIVE, for change, through world law.  The examination of what is literally wrong, and the summation of what can be done to improve this situation, by our knowledge first, understanding created by options, and decision asserted by wisdom, through the existence of real life consequences good or bad.  That opens the door for friendship, and friendship increases the possibility of peace and harmony by change that has value, to all life.  Without the law you have nothing for society.  With the law and its understanding, the critical elements {one hundred or less, SIMPLE, PLAIN, AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND LAWS, that the people decide for themselves} that bring knowledge regarding what is “my right/ our rights/ and our liberty to decide”:   then, WE THE PEOPLE do begin a new life.
The functional reality of what law means is:   enforcement cannot be discretionary/ the law decides for us all.  The punishment where valid is “discretionary” when proven “there was a cause”.  Where the elements of society are already violent, and will not be controlled.  The reality is: that separation must occur.  Divided by love, criminal, or hate/ those who do cause the trouble and consequences for society are gathered together to be identified.  Hate is a definable reality/ and only rarely, can be hidden well.  Which means you don’t need further evidence of a failure in society/ and they can be removed.  Go search/ let the public help.  Let the prisons provide: because locked up with them, they will understand who is or is not filled with hate if you cannot.  Let the prisoners understand:   if they let out, or fail to identify;  a hate filled person, who then does true damage to society/ their own sentence will be multiplied accordingly.
