In the matter of case 10-2055, six summons were sent out/ those three listed here DO represent all sides have been notified. The attorney general for the state of IL has been notified/ the US ATTORNEY for the federal government USA, has been notified/ and the judge, and his courtroom “champaign county/ for the state of IL” has been notified.
The three remaining summons that have not yet returned are the governors office state of IL/ the solicitor general office for the USA/ and the attorney general’s office USA. These are dependent upon mailing, and it is my intent to re-mail said summons in an attempt to complete this process. It is noted and an error on my part not to have sent the summons by registered mail/ it was done with regular US MAIL service.

THIS IS NOW the third summons directed at the solicitor general of this USA/ the attorney general for this USA/ and the state of IL governors office under Quinn.
Two previous summons have been disregarded, and have not returned, one sent by general US mail/ one by certified US mail. Which brings us to the question: DO these people truly believe they are above the law? Are they NOT simply citizens in this nation with a job to do/ which we pay them for? Indeed they are! Not god’s/ not rulers/ not kings or queens/ or powerful beyond what the constitution and truth regarding law allows. Which means, they are simple men and women who believe they can evade the law, and refuse summons just because of their job. They are wrong, as previously the parties of the state of IL, nation, and county court have all been summoned by their respective offices here in this place. The question is then: if they cannot avoid the consequences of court/ why do they pretend, “too big and powerful” to be summoned by the law of this land/ the constitution of this USA? The answer is, a LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE, THE NATION, AND THE LAW ITSELF!
In the alternative, the rules suggest that a summons must be sent by registered mail; which asks the question, in these places where all they do is the nation’s “legal work”/ are they unable to send back a signed summons unless “the rule is spotless”? Is that justice? Is that working for the people, to let rules evade justice, and work for tyranny? Or is simple and plain enough? The answer is; although the courtroom must have its evidence of acceptance and notification/ the reality is, a summons is that evidence and not a registered letter. By not returning the summons, the clear and literal intent is to avoid the courtroom and pretend; “not for me”. This, from the representatives of this USA who are intended to be “the pillars of justice, the lawyers for the people, the foundation of truth that gives to this nation our ability to trust the employees who work for us.”
Like the endless lie of “national debt”/ as is produced by the media at all times! Whereas the claim is, “just federal debts/ can be determined as national debt”. The reality is, that all debt: including state, personal, business, finance, agricultural, etc; are in fact the nation’s debt! And it is far more than simply the nearly 13 trillion dollars claimed and used to seduce this nation and world into believing “that’s all”. This summons for accountability by redress of grievances, does not allow for hiding/ or running away. Not from the employees either.
I send a third summons by registered mail, with this letter attached, to those who have not yet responded.
