Financial
1.   One trillion dollars mathematically equals   50 million workers times $20,000.00 per each one, in new debt. If you wish to know why, “credit companies” are willing to let you reduce your debt, it’s a very simple: the paper is worthless/ it’s a slave they want.  “So don’t quit working”!  The reality applied is: YOU (your time, effort, and abilities), ARE the money!
2.  There are 12 zeros in one trillion dollars:   which means a federal debt of 14 trillion dollars equals mathematically;  to retire this debt one million dollars must be confiscated from each one of 14 million people.  Federal debt is strictly, what the federal government spent in our name. It does not include personal, business, or any other.

3.   All US national debt including personal, state, federal, business, agriculture, financial, etc COMBINED: ended the 2008 year at roughly 100 trillion dollars:   OR   one million dollars must be collected from one hundred million people to retire this debt.  Before the government employees changed the site to hide all the important numbers/ this one is, from federal reserve.gov  flow of funds.        from the old site.  Make note, it is in billions/ therefore everything from the decimal left represents one billion dollars/ what looks like one thousand is actually one trillion dollars. This is the end accounting of the Clinton administration. The new site www.federalreserve.gov    The last census was 305 million people, EQUALS one million dollars from “just under” one out of every three citizen faces including in america.  NOT workers only /  babies, etc; every citizen face..
4.   First amendment redress of grievances IS A LEGAL RIGHT/ not a political one. The redress trial 09LM1414 on this site, www.justtalking3.info  the purpose of this work is summarized here.  The court owes us this law, as is the court case above in the blue green box/ the failure to obey it, is anarchy. As in the US supreme court denial of due process/ the abandonment of law;  illustrated by US supreme court case 08-1339. The lawyers for the US, and the clerk of the court letter/ without a judge’s name. It ain’t legal, when its docketed:   without a judge’s name! This demands the names and the decision.  They have no immunity from the law/ and no right to dismiss a law. The judge must obey the law and enforce it/ “it’s not an option. This is in fact felony theft, as they not only took my money (which guarantees me the right to a judge’s name)/ but stole more than money from me and us all, in terms of a constitutional guaranteed right: redress of grievances, as allowed by the first amendment; a legal demand made upon all employees of government, by the constitution. Is that not treason/ or just fraud, conspiracy, or collusion?

  The question presented to the court was: WILL YOU OBEY THE FIRST AMENDMENT REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES LAW: their answer was NO, WE WILL NOT! And that is anarchy/ the criminal trespass over our guaranteed right to demand an accounting from our government employees/ and take control over governing as our responsibility to this nation.  As democracy and the constitution allow and provide for, through this law.

5.  Social security is over 52 trillion dollars (current is over 60T) in debt and unfunded (its how they “balanced” the Clinton budget.  In number 3 above, open the link “from the old site”.  This is what the actual debt was, when Clinton left office “so called debt free”). They took the social security payments, the money, for their own purposes/ and left the social security debt unfunded: “it’s a debt the people owe to themselves/ not the government’s problem”: was their claim.  But not one dollar from their own pension plans or healthcare has been missing until 2009, and is no doubt “refunded, by now”.  Not one media source informing or denying: this is not fair to the people.  52 trillion equals 52 million workers must pay one million dollars each to retire this debt.

6.  Current expenditure of the US federal government per year is 3.8 trillion dollars:   OR   $76,000.00 PER worker/ PER year. Doesn’t include state, county, personal, etc debts. Doesn’t include past debt.  They don’t intend to pay/ in fact they cannot, or more correctly we cannot. Which means this is strictly inflation, and nothing else/ but since we the people benefit not from expanding numbers (its our debt)/ SOMEONE ELSE IS benefitting from, and using trillions of dollars (to buy something) that we have no access to. Such as foreclosed property, “going to own it all”.  They do have this “money” to spend/ so long as you accept the dollar has value, and the debt is real: which is clearly untrue. More simply: lets assume there is a worker and a company; the worker simply takes his or her pay at the end of the week.  The company however is working for the government, and this government cannot pay its bills.  Therefore to pay its debt to the company they create MORE dollars by printing it (inflation); instead of taxpayer earnings; and they call it a debt, that every taxpayer must pay, to hide the fact “they spent too much”.  The company says, NOT fair, because the money is worth less/ so this company get more for complaining ( a lot more).  The businessman says “good enough for me”/ because I will have more purchasing power with all these numbers. But the worker gets the same, and his or her buying power is now less, because more numbers are involved;  making them less valuable per dollar. In capitalism supply and demand allows the worker to strike, to get more.  But in “depressed capitalism” the worker is not going to get more/ because there are many workers, and he or she has no bartering position because they can be replaced easily (supply and demand).  So the tax base actually drops, because the majority worker will begin to lose economic position/ therefore the government must print more dollars to compensate; and the companies which can, will insist upon more numbers for themselves/ which drives down the buying power of the worker (their debt continues to rise/ purchasing power continues on down), and lets these few people controlling the business, to“live like kings”;  because they have numbers/ dollars the others are not allowed to share in.  While the rest must accept, “their dollar” is the same/ the few have their “dollars”, their money multiplied, because it is not the same, “theirs is inflated (more value to me, because I get more numbers)”. It is the poor, that are required to accept, our money is “deflated (less value to me, because the numbers are given to others:   such as, when at an auction you are limited to ten dollars, while another gets one thousand dollars; you buy less, he has more numbers)”.  This is not capitalism, rather it is communism: those with access to “government funds, or authority” own it all.  It is not supply and demand, because “the government influence, simply prints”, rather than earns its money; which means some get everything, and the rest get to be their slaves. This continues, until civil war breaks out, or the people simply stop accepting “the dollar bill”/ what is claimed to be, their money. And demand “fair play”.  BUT this means REALITY WILL COME, and the truth, “you didn’t pay your bills”; and that means bankruptcy, “we start over”.  Until the lies actually stop, there can be no change in the situation, because “the house of cards” will all fall apart.  Therefore it is absolutely necessary to be prepared with “a court case” to redefine what will be justice, “for us”/ that all may begin again, as simple and plain as possible.  BY TAKING BACK, the money from the wealthy, and redistributing it back to the lives they have made to be slave. Freedom returns/ but without all the expectations; “pay later excuses”, or let the children pay for me!
7.  Current expenditures for all healthcare combined, including social security, medicare, etc.   Is 5 trillion dollars per year.  Or $100,000.00 per (each of 50 million) worker/ per year. 

8.  We are a nation of about 50 million full time workers. Claims of 155 million workers includes all tax filers/ includes all retires and their social security checks, every welfare recipient, student, joint return (even if one is not collecting money), etc.  None of the government sites agree, as to how many workers are truly employed; but if we accept 10 percent unemployment, with 8 million out of work= 80 million workers, both full and part time.
9.  Claims exist US   GDP is at 14.3 trillion dollars, for 2009. [do you really think they are not manipulating the numbers?] In a nation of 50 million workers that equals a net output from each worker of $286,000.00   you do yours?   Or in terms of an 11billion bushel corn crop as our only gross national product:    every single bushel must sell for $1300.00 each/ one thousand & Three hundred dollars per bushel of corn. To make this 14.3 trillion dollars.  Think about it/ how much is “gambling and fraud”. At a depth of one inch this much grain covers, or  averages out to14.9 sq feet per bushel/ or 1,138,194,444 twelve feet long by twelve feet wide rooms (an average bedroom) with one inch of grain on the floor : or 1.138 billion  bedrooms each  earning $1300.00. 

10.   The average income of all households 2008 is said to be $46,326.00 (includes those who claim “one billion dollars annual income).   Times 155 million workers (one out of every two people; your infant/ prisoner/ retiree/ sick/ unemployed/ every housewife/ student working?  Really, one out of two?) not households even as individuals= $7.18 trillion dollars. Wikipedia says household (113,146,000)  income $7.8 trillion/ half taken by top twenty percent. US census 2004.  Even if you accept 155 million workers/ twenty percent or averaged out 31 million workers get=$251,612.00 per each one. Sound fair?  Where is the rest of the money? Find it/ if you think its in the stock market: then look for the profit line/ because this is income, for 2009.

11.  Claims of 50 billion dollars exist as assets, for an individual. Divided by 50 million workers, that equals $1,000.00 of work;  per each of 50 million of us, to retire this debt/ for just this one individual.  Or we had to do that work, if  he holds it as an asset.  Think its fair?  Going to pay yours?   WE MUST HAVE LIMITS!  Not controlled communism, but limits wherein the minimum income shall not be less than 3 or 4 times the maximum income allowed.  Beyond that amount, you are done for the year/ unless you train the others to be your competition: “not more than an amount allowed by public vote”/ and proven performance..
12.  Reports are Wall Street sold between 600-700 trillion dollars of derivatives prior to their collapse from fraud.  In a world of 7 billion people that would be $100,000.00 per face on this planet, at 700 trillion dollars sold.  Wall street has proven to be, NOTHING MORE “than a gambling pit”. Where nothing is invested. {an investor cares about the company, supports it, tries to improve and sustain it, works for society, and builds a stronger nation}/ none of that here.  Instead, wall street picks a company apart/ destroys the foundations it is required to sustain, discards all discipline and respect for the sake of stealing the money, and then throws it away along with the nation.  Or more simply, they take a company, turn it into a “poker chip”/ and play games with it.  Chopping into pieces “the fabric” that holds this economy, and therefrom nation together.

13.  Over the initial last year and one half, total expenditures for economic failure, including fannie mae/ freedie mac, various financial sections, and a stimulus package:   is over 3 trillion dollars.  If we count by 50 million workers/ that equals an influx of numbers equal to $60,000.00 per each and every worker, into the accounting of this nation.  Did you get yours? The financial industry got theirs, and invested your debt (which you are expected to pay with interest)/ and bought stock on margin, at less than one percent interest to them: not to worry simply increase penalties, fees, and interest on every loan and credit card/ buy the government, “their cheap”.  The value of,   Your money just went down by half/ because if you cannot pay the debt, then its just inflation.
14.  We know that the banking industry isn’t lending much to individuals/ because they are buying foreclosed properties at pennies on the dollar instead.  We know that the banking industry is buying tremendous amount of stock to bolster their pricing, using taxpayer loans.  And the end result is, the “wealthy”  will own everything in this USA/ because we cannot compete with the numbers they get for less than one percent interest: which we are said to be indebted for.  Can you go to auction, and bid against someone who has access to numbers equaling, an additional $60,000.00 per worker in this USA? Do you know exactly when the best properties are coming to auction/ or can you control who gets to buy, and when. Get  Less than one percent interest, with no penalties.  Especially when they hand the public,  “the debt”!  No, not at any price/ they WILL own everything/ because with these numbers they can buy anything, and do.  How can you be so blind?

15.   A debt that cannot be paid, is merely inflation. Hidden away, so the rich can play/ and everyone else beg.  Look at your numbers/ and ask yourself if the “rich” are not playing games with your life. Did they not make you a slave? Inflation (lied about debt) more than doubled the numbers being played with last year. It is “monopoly money”, the kind that collects “your” property. Inflated money used as real money defeats “supply and demand economics: because there is no reality in the numbers/ BUT REAL WORK is being done for dollars without value/ free”. It is the end of capitalism, because there is no real structure, by which reality can work. They just print more numbers/ dollars, so to speak.
16.  REAL Money is not a number!  Real money is the work, effort, ability, time, and resources required to do the labor or claim the resource;  someone wants done.  A tree does not ask you for money before you cut it down/ money is strictly human claims.  A space shuttle launch does not cost “billions” because nature demands it/ the people who do the work, merely demand the numbers.  FAIR MONEY always remembers time is life, therefore my time is just as valuable to me, as is yours to you.  But there are exceptions in how well, or how much people work/ however when was the last time in all honesty you said: that person is worth 3 times more than me? Is not all work essentially the same?  Income Limits, are necessary.
17.   With so many numbers (dollars we are expected to work for to redeem as a nation) available to everyone in this world/ will they not cash them in for resources and your labor?  Indeed they will/ but consider this:   if what you are paid with is NOT real money/ but just a monopoly game;   then what do you really have at the end of the day? What will you gain but a little time, to finish destroying all your resources, but death, because without resources there is no work forever.  The dollar buys because the worker accepts it as payment, and for no other reason: fail to accept it as payment, and it is a worthless piece of paper.  Today the billionaire says:   one million people owe me one thousand dollars worth of work each one.  You going to pay? is it fair? NO it is not

  Just like the end of 2008 proved, a pension plan is just a number/ and it can be erased “with the end of a pencil”.   All the resources will be gone/ what will you do then/ this is a finite world, with 7,000,000,000 people (or soon will be).  The introduction of all the numbers “to save the economy” WAS necessary at the time, because you would be in depression without.  But it merely bought you time/ it did not fix anything.  Fail to actually fix the numbers by bankruptcy/ and depression WILL COME with a vengeance instead.  You are bankrupt, as a nation.  Stop the tragedy/ take back the numbers unearned from the rich/ and return to reality.  What you get depends on your desire for justice and fair play/ and as any union strike will tell you, “the ability to survive” will determine success or failure in those negotiations.
18.  This nation built its current economy on using resources without the slightest concern for the future.  This nation employed people, by learning “to throw it all away/ in the garbage”.  “We’ll get more”. Like raccoons in the garden, they take one bite from every ear of sweet corn and “garbage the rest”.  But reality has now appeared, and there is no future for anyone without sufficient resources to prevent war. Either we protect nature and environment including resources for all, or we will war. That is the truth.

19.  The future is simple economically:   you now compete with computers, big machines, big money, immigration, a world of people, government, and robots.  That leaves us with a steady state of not less than ten percent unemployment in the short term, and increasing unemployment as the years go by.  We simply do not need, the number of people available to do this work.  We simply do not have the resources to continue throwing it all away, without killing off the future for an entire planet.  That means WE WILL learn to share the work, learn to work for society instead of ourselves, and care about the environment, nature: more clearly LIFE FIRST, or die.  NEW WAYS are required/ because we are growing at 2 million more mouths to feed per week, as a world.
20.  The press have informed you of nothing important/ but merely propagated whatever the money, pride, or power demanded.  But is that not what most wanted, GREED invaded everywhere. The decades of research required in the past (lost in a minute with computer viruses/ stolen, etc), are now largely found in just a few hours with internet help {YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE}. But people who found themselves giving too much information “just plain bragging”, have shut up.  Even so, only what is “bland” gets distributed to society, because people don’t want to know/ people only want “to be rich”; and that is what media supplies (got to get paid).  Today however if your young, YOU DO need to understand, there will be no world tomorrow unless we choose it today!  Think about it, its important, to you.  You should understand, that we cannot live without using resources/ we cannot do what we do without chemical factories/ etc.  THERE ARE CHOICES to be made; but those choices must be correct for tomorrow to exist. We are 7,000,000,000 all wanting everything/ everyday/ for a lifetime. Your parents gave up, “too hard, and ran away”.  But you do not have this choice: either live or die, because we did or did not do what was necessary in this day and time.

FUSION
1.   Fusion is the burning of atomic bonds.  Everything on earth is held together with atomic bonds. That means EVERYTHING ON EARTH IS FUEL, FOR THIS FIRE! And the university, in many nations; are desperately trying to bring it here, to planet earth.    WHAT COULD GO WRONG?   They will tell you, “its free energy/ no pollution, all we want”.  But they will not tell you, it’s a fire they cannot control, and the earth will become just like the sun: if its brought here.

2.   THE SECRET to creating fusion is to entrap the atomic environment so that no escape is possible: it must then accept the changed reality of an extreme energy and either burn/ OR turn itself inward, to become a “black hole”.  For every action there will be an equal opposite reaction/ and these are the choices!  The national ignition facility in San Francisco/ has one hundred and ninety two lasers focused on one tiny spot (quote “we can create 180 million degrees of heat/ MORE than an exploding sun”):   with the electrical energy of millions of horsepower to be released in less than one second, in an area that will be focused to no bigger than a pin head.   WHAT COULD GO WRONG?
The answer is: contrary to what the university says “we can gamble and play all we want”!  The reality is, THIS WORLD, can only die once/ just like you.
3.  The university says:   fusion cannot be sustained here because, “there is not enough gravity to hold it here”. Which means the experiment is worthless/ simply trying to play god!  Their theory says the sun burns from the inside out, from the center. So even if they start fusion, it cannot be sustained. BUT REALITY SAYS, THAT IS NOT TRUE!   3 things disprove it entirely:   a supernova explosion is preceded by a massive expansion of heat/ for that to occur new materials must be involved (not possible, if everything is on fire already as in burning from the center).  In simple terms, a candle flame proves that heat will rise above the surface that is being burned/ when an entire sphere is being burned, that heat will rise proportionately with the energy released: proving the flame does not reach the surface of the sun, rather the materials being burned are suctioned up/ rather than gravity holding it down.  If the sun were on fire in its entirety, there would be sustained cracks and crevices revealing the intensity of various heat releases/ and because everything is on fire, it would consume the material at a great rate/ which would be in evidence over time as a sun that changes its diameter because of fuel consumption.  History proves it has been stable, and burns only a comparative little at a time.  BEING WRONG IS THE END NIF OF THIS PLANET, and the machine is running.    If this is NOT enough, without any other measurement or proof, of a need to investigate/ at a minimum!  Then you deserve to die/ your brain is dead.

4.  Outside this USA is C.E.R.N.  Another facility using millions of horsepower in electrical energy released in less than one second, in an area little bigger than a pin head.

 There intent is to “recreate the big bang” the single most destructive event in the history of THIS UNIVERSE.  Right here on earth, what could go wrong

   The answer is:   that a big bang did not happen without structural dissentigration.  That means: SOMETHING “sliced and diced” the mass (link to this description) to be blown apart prior to the big event so that everything could go at once.  That means in real terms “a proton” so energized no physical resistance could exist against it:   but tied by “electrons”, it moved back and forth through the mass at tremendous speed.  Thereby destroying atomic order, a little at a time.  “This satan’s sword”(link to cern) is what they are doing”/ attempting to create “a little big bang on earth/ resulting in an all ending explosion”, here and now: its currently running.  There are many more of these projects, with energy. These are, Harder to understand, but without doubt do to the extreme energies involved: a consequence beyond repair at any time.  Being wrong, deliberately changing atomic disciplines, order, and balance, “just to play god”: does HAVE CONSEQUENCES.   You willing to gamble the price “ain’t a dead earth”? YOU WILL PAY, with life on earth/ no second chances; if you fail to stop these experiments.

5. There are experiments in nano technology, small enough particles to invade cellular structure and clog immunology as well as cellular activities.  Some that self replicate, and threaten to change the balance, order, and disciplines of molecular and even atomic movements in life.  Almost identical, to the virus’s that infect and kill as the foundation of epidemics and pandemic’s that have laid waste to much of life and living biologies.  Self replicating means: potentially complete overtaking of the biological system/ even every biological creature or plant on earth. Or let us say potentially every base food, in the chain of life/ causing the entire system to collapse.  Out in public, where they can be breathed out, or shed from the skin or other;  under certain circumstances, how is this not potential terrorism?
6.  The advances to artificial intelligence are an easily detectable threat.  As history has proven time and again:   when power is in the hands of men, it will be used.  Having built an army of robots that can kill proficiently/ what will stop, a single madman from trying to take over the world?  He has artificial soldiers/ don’t need you anymore.  Do you really want to compete with these too?  What have you failed to learn from all these threats to exterminate all life from the planet?  Nothing, it will be horrible because it can be horrible/ not because it has to be?

7.  The continuous dumping of pharmaceuticals into the waterways and estuaries, has proven to be horrendous, infecting all manner of creatures, as one meal at the bottom of the food chain is eaten to transform the creature which is then eaten by another insect or other, which is eaten by another bird or other, which is eaten by a fish (causing reproductive harm) or other, which continues on up or  down the food chain until it gets diluted enough to stop the chain reaction. How pitiful is the truth, particularly since advertizing began/ that a tremendous increase in usage has occurred. Indicates nothing but fear and greed motivating it. No money/ but not smart enough to keep from throwing them away. The introduction of mutilations such as Bt corn/ and the pesticides based upon that same chemical reaction in insects, are killing the insect world, and transforming the rest, from the bottom of the food chain on up. OUR POLLINATORS, a base food source to this world.
The necessity to begin feeding dead human bodies to the sea/ as a food source to grow back fish populations; demands limiting the pollution in that body.  Fail to feed fish populations that you have decimated, and they cannot return/ therefore you starve.  Fail to recognize, this is the only food source we have for this purpose, and the children will be cannibalized, “just before you”.  And let us not forget, without refrigeration/ they will eat you alive.

GENETICS

1.  GENETIC CODE IS NATURE ITSELF!   And EVERYTHING YOU HAVE LEARNED ABOUT NATURE IDENTIFIES: “it is FAR more complex, than humanity ever thought it could be”!  Those instructions give us balance, order, discipline, abilities to survive and adapt, thought processes, body (two arms, eyes, etc in the RIGHT PLACE, same proportions, with a mind to control them).   And it is these foundations of life, that the university is playing with/ gambling with/ and mutilating in an attempt by men to play god.   The “holy grail” of all genetic experimentation:   IS THE INTENT, to cause genetic structure to fail completely by man’s design/ believing they will then learn how to put it back together, and “be god”.   What they will learn is:   genetic discipline is gone/ balance is ended/ and order no longer exists.   YOU HAVE BECOME, “THE LIVING DEAD”.  There are people trying to become “like god” everyday/ mutilating, crucifying, destroying, desecrating, disrespecting, terrorizing, and in every sense of the word, GAMBLING; WITH ALL LIFE ON EARTH, every day. Trying to combine insects with men, or fish with birds, or anything they can touch!  In most nations!  HOW can you NOT, expect ARMAGEDDON (nature in chaos)!
2.  ONLY THE MOST LITERAL FOOL, GAMBLES WITH EVERY LIFE, EVERY LIVING THING.   Or suggests, to improve this individual life/ EVERY other life on earth must risk complete annihilation.  Only an absolute idiot/ devil/ or terrorist,  mixes genetic information from two or more distinct species: BECAUSE WE KNOW, this is the base ingredient in all of the worst pandemics that have ever been.  The diploma has made you a fool/ ravaging life/ destroying society, “with their experts, consultants, and games”.  THEY SAY, “Believe in us”/ BUT take a good look at where they led you to be!   Reality NOT “delusion, assumption, or stupidity”;   is necessary!  Your leaders will tell you, “you can’t handle the truth”/ but our reality in every situation that exists as a threat today, is life or death for a world/ and they led you here!   Consequently, either accept your responsibility, or stick your head in the dirt/ as preparation for YOU, and your children’s coffin.  “It’s a choice”!

3.   Evolution is their excuse, it will fix anything they destroy/ something new will come out of your chaos, your intentional destruction of life on earth.  Evolution is the religion which says: “I built myself, one piece at a time/ and mind came last”.  Or more simply I chose what I wanted, even though early life, by their own religious statements:  had no brain. The billions of genetic instructions/ the chemistry/ the utilities/ the waste removal/ the food supply/ the reproduction/ and the environment,  required for life, just simply made themselves up/ out of thin air. “Its magic”.
Wherein reality itself condemns these religious idiots, for absolute stupidity.  What good is a heart, without blood, or muscles, or impulse, or lungs, or organs.  What do you not need, “so that you can get it later”?  What good is muscle without bones, or a structure to tie it all together upon.  How can you choose, if not even a mind? Can you build a body? Can you tie joints together, or lubricate them, or cause them to function, the list is endless of what we need: to be functioning as a body/ to sustain life, and reproduce offspring.  TRY USING YOUR MIND, its not just a toy!
4.   Of the various things available for us to see the past/ one of the most clear is:   that to have created the vast amount of coal, oil, and gas underground/ some buried thousands of feet down.  There had to be a world wide flood/ nothing else could bury this amount of debris, all at one time.  That also demands for this to occur, a tremendous amount of life HAD TO EXIST, so that it could be buried.  There are no excuses, WE KNOW, this happened/ because the evidence is real, and indisputable. The geological record agrees. And if this happened, then most all of the claims about age and evolution completely disappear/ without a murmur, because there is not time. The ocean wiped it out/ life and time divide. Or more simply, religions are put to the test.  Because their next claim assumes time is free/ but “your science” says the sun burns completely from the inside out, which means IT CONSUMES immense amounts of fuel, and that changes the temperature of this earth/ or the size of the sun in comparison to that rate. Which determines if life can survive the heat.  A world wide flood, can be caused not only by a large planetary object coming close to this earth/ but the mid-Atlantic volcanic rift opening with heat to swell the water/ and move the continents apart.

RESOURCES

1.  THERE IS NO WORK/ NO LIFE, WITHOUT RESOURCES.  How long before you have nothing left?  How long, before a critical part, a critical material disappears forever?  Is this not important TO YOU?
2.   What resource is more important than oxygen?  Yet you kill every tree, attack every ocean organism that produces oxygen.  Yet your consumption of fossil fuels demands a volume of air (old statistics), containing oxygen at between 5 (car) - 14 (natural gas) times air to fuel mix.  And you burn more fuel, than the oxygen being produced JUST FOR FIRE. We know this is true, the experiments at “biosphere earth”/ prove how much oxygen is made.   All this oxygen created in a year cycle and neither “You, nor the life on earth” have  yet to take a breathe: the fire takes it all.  Take the volume of fuel times the amount of air required to burn it/ and you get the total volume of atmosphere that is involved with fire.  Some help for you and more, and more. Free, but the pictures are minimal, simply because I don’t like to draw We survive, because of the vast resources of oxygen stored as ozone.  In three to five years the ozone hole will be one third of the atmosphere (thinning matters)/ opening the door for direct radiation “anywhere it wants to go”.

3.  Current fuel production of ethanol uses up to 6 gallons of water per gallon of fuel in the direct conversion process/ new methods say 3 gallon of water NOT including irrigation to grow the crop. Trillions of gallons.  Trillions of gallons of drinking water, are being pushed into unrecoverable areas to produce more natural gas/ and oil; contaminated and lost.  Trillions of gallons of water are used to irrigate fields. Trillions of gallons damaged by nitrogen, to remove the oxygen content and kill all but the bacteria and algae. Trillions of gallons of water have been polluted so badly it is impossible to use for life. Polluted with radiation products. Trillions of gallons of drinking water have been lost down the great lakes, because men opened the drain/ when they built the shipping canal, around Niagra falls: and still have not put in locks. Or, “MORE SIMPLY” in terms of communicating: “IT’S A DRAIN PROBLEM”(not sealing properly, WE KNOW the lakes are draining about this line. WE KNOW the water has to go somewhere and this is the human element; perhaps there is more: BUT WE KNOW the drain is open/ and no one is looking. Nature could have made a bigger hole/ but in the end its trillions of gallons lost, and the only method of replacing it is to close the american side of Niagra falls) to stop the flow (they have known for years). Search and find the problem, STOP wasting time! Trillions of gallons can easily be lost, if one tiny hole opens in the great lake Erie (I believe) above the salt mine below it:   [will the salt pillars not dissolve/ ceiling cave in (what about seeping)/ and when they do, the water below in extreme salt conditions (can’t be used for drinking), will be pushed back up, to contaminate the lakes forever]   if that happens there will be no more shipping on the great lakes/ no more water for millions/ because it will become salt water below.  No water flowing downstream either/ no water to sustain the fish dependent upon it in the atlantic. No Niagra falls, or power plant. (the lakes do not have to be empty to stop or create all these things) What happens if you have an earthquake.  Trillions of gallons of water are at risk of complete destruction due to trillions of gallons of pollutants/ toxins pumped in beside them; once it escapes the aquifer is over; pumped in at high pressures into rock formations/ one tiny hole, and its over.  One earthquake in the wrong area, and its over; no water for millions.  Trillions of gallons lost to the chemical industry in direct production, and then direct pollution across all of agriculture/ city scape’s/ golf/ roads, oil and gas, etc.  One inch of rainfall, per 50 inches of rain, ends in the aquifer / information from, state of IL water survey dept; and they are collapsing under your feet.  No water/ no well to drink from.

4.  The lumber industry consumes enough wood, in board feet:   to go to the moon several times each year.  A twenty year old tree on average will produce about 140 board feet of sawn lumber if your lucky, and it grows fast.  (does NOT average that, and only by thin kerf blades, carefully cut). The sites with real information closed years ago. HOW MANY YEARS GROWTH, is then consumed? Creatures lost/ habitat ruined/ environments desecrated. Oxygen depleted/ carbon sink ruined, etc, etc, etc.  Not to mention all the trees lost for paper production and the like. At the current rate/ a bald earth in less than twenty years. The use of forest for cooking or more can be moderated. Link to invention (better pictures, and variety of arrangements were lost; free).
5.  There are a wide variety of resources world wide, that are 90% gone or better.  It has been thought that   world supplies of potash, (an important fertilizer: adds up to 30% crop production) would be completely gone by now/ and would be without under ocean mining. (not able to find a link here/ information came from a tv news spot, don’t remember which).  It appears new reserves have been found, but that does not mean it isn’t a finite resource, with a world in need. Think about it/ are you young! 
6.  The environment cannot be replaced/ either we live with it/ or it kills us for not caring enough.  We cannot be wrong about anything so vital, and so immense as global warming just because temperature change in any specific area/ does not mean the average temperature of this planet has not changed: open the refrigerator door, and the room gets colder/ but not for long. Or any other issue your leaders wish to discard.  We cannot be wrong about energy experiments. We cannot be wrong about genetic crucifixion. We cannot be wrong about weapons of mass destruction. We cannot be wrong about food or water or anything that will make us extinct.  Because if you are/ the planet dies, and you with it.
7.  We cannot be wrong about species extinction, already at extreme levels world wide due to humanity.  The chains of life are real, break a chain and everything above it fails to survive.  The same is true in the ocean; because as is true of the ocean food chain is also true for us/ and it has become a primary food source.  Destroy the creatures that remove shit and dead bodies/ and they pile up with no place to go.
8.  We cannot ignore Yellowstone super volcano/ if it erupts;  life on earth will die by the billions (just in the human population).  Consequently thought must prevail.

FOODS

1.  THE OCEAN FEEDS OVER ONE BILLION PEOPLE (you already have one billion people hungry); a statement developed from past industry statistics of an 11 billion ton catch some years back : in american tons, thats 22 trillion pounds, of seafood sold/ not to mention what was spoiled or discarded or destroyed.  That site was removed after it started being used.)/ and the ocean is nearly empty, and will be without sustainable populations of life within 5 years/ probably 2 years.  You can investigate by establishing “sea life sales” over the years/ particularly when debated by length of time out to sea, with adjustment for the tragedy factory ships.  These large factories stay on top of an “entire fish nation”/ in the middle of the sea/ so they can get every last one.  Ending the food supply for every fish dependent upon that food supply too. Killing “ sea nations at a time”.
1a)   Millions of cubic miles of coastal waters  have been decimated with nitrogen fertilizers, oil spills, mangrove extinction, human waste & pollution, human activities, a wide variety of insane activities all due to human decisions and I don’t care.  These incubators of sea life, will be ENTIRELY GONE, in less than twenty years.  “Feeds and populates the ocean”

1b)   You have chosen to kill the fish by trapping in cages/ soon to be overrun by epidemics of one kind or another.  Failed to respect the needs of fish to spawn. Over-fished or for all intents and purposes caused to be extinct a wide variety of sea life.  Take the creel and other base food organisms for pet foods/ that sea life needs to survive.  Attacked the ocean currents (food delivery system) with global warming, changing them.  Caused icebergs to fail, ending an incubation medium for considerable base food life. Caused acidic increases in water. Caused one plant species to invade other areas, changing the ecosystem.  Caused extensive coral destruction. Left millions of square miles completely uninhabitable by sea life in the pacific ocean due to plastic garbage. Are invading even the last refuges for the very last stocks of many types of fish. Are genetically mutilating creatures of the sea.   A complete we don’t care attitude. 
2.  Having genetically mutilated primary food crops/ to eliminate every type of diversity or protection from invasion of “a possible enemy”/ those crops are currently producing more:   but in exchange you have opened the door to an epidemic that can kill the entire plant/ leaving you with no option but to abandon the entire species once this has taken over. Disrupted the balance between what is honorable for the sake of the plant/ and what the plant can produce.
3.  You are killing all pollinators at once/ with poisons clearly introduced that weaken their defenses and make them vulnerable to everything.  Without them you have no flowers, no fruits, no vegetables, few seeds, and no food.  Without them many creatures will die too.
4.  You have taken all livestock operations, and confined them closely so that the only possible method of retaining their lives and keeping them from disease is to feed them antibiotics daily. [do you feed your pet “probiotics”/ then you do too]  But do to this practice all antibiotics have been failing/ and will soon be useless (within 5 years).  Then epidemics will break out, and the entire livestock business will fail, because the animals cannot live in this close of confinement without antibiotics/ and you have NO SUBSTITUTE for keeping them alive.  You have built “superbug’s/ or extremely powerful diseases, that can invade us as well”. You will starve.

5.  With one billion people already hungry/ 2 million more added every week; as they grow they need more.  A population that will soon be over 7 billion: AND WAR, to any who would suggest “we can die/ instead of you”.  The demand for food and water will soon multiply more aggressively, taking everything to extinction. Including humanity with war.  Unless you act together for life first, and actually care. 7 billion people standing touching 3 feet apart:  wrap this earth around the equator (standing on water too) 256 times/ in an unbroken chain.  7 billion people stand on slightly more than 1person per tillable green acre of earth/ which must also supply the food for every other creature as well.  Think about it.

TERRORISTS
1.   Who is a bigger terrorists than those who can light this planet in an unquenchable fire?  Or cause atomic structure to be destroyed, in a big bang?  Or mutilate life and body so badly that “nothing works” anymore?  Just like AIDS invaded your world, and you did not stop it/ the same will be true of every genetic collapse in discipline, balance, or order.  Once started, its too late to “say I’m sorry” Or cause the food and water  supply to be lost? Or drive humanity to war, with resource loss?  Or extinction/ pollution/ population/ pandemic diseases due to antibiotic and genetic tampering/ oxygen depletion;   etc! Or steal from an entire world, lying, cheating, and making enemies with greed and failure, and fools.
2.  With a world filled with nuclear bombs, only twenty five detonations of which are said to be enough to end life on earth: HOW can these be your saviors?  Who is the fool?  Chemical?
3.  With many nations holding biological weapons, whose stated efficiency is OVER 97% DEATH RATE in humans if released.  How is this NOT a terrorist?
4.    With people across this world intentionally trying to play god with genetic structure/ PURPOSELY trying to cross humanity with any other form of life, in a direct crucifixion of the genetic stability of nature itself.  How is this not TERRORISM?

5.   How is an angry world, a world stolen from, and berated as less than “us” (most countries do it: pride, and the will to dominate another are historic facts).   A male humanity determined to use war to prove we shall be listened too; or you can die.  How is this not going to erupt in violence and hate? A world  soon out of resources, and out of options.
6.  Want a better world, create world law & dedicated world police.  Who will not attack nations, BUT WILL bring their leaders to justice by trial. Will enforce environmental decisions by the majority on all.  No more weapons of mass destruction/ no more large armies: police.  An international court to decide in all cases of terrorism, regardless where: potentially erected in Guantanamo ( a gift of land, from the American people to the world); with a jury selected internationally.
World policing is accomplished by “the best of every land, providing soldiers and police” to represent us all. For terms of service no longer than 8 years/ replaced in shifts of two years per one fourth of the employed force.  All critical weapons shall be placed within various nations around the world: so that, it is known, when these are desired, and can be controlled so that none represent a true threat, to any but the leaders out of control.  Unless all of us join by law/ against one or more who refuse law. Primarily based upon aircraft carriers; which can be leased from the USA after all weapons of mass destruction are disposed of properly, and every nation agrees: it will be the law that decides.  One international language for all/ based upon sign language.

 The separation and protection of women from men in terms of making a nation different:   IS A TRUE incentive to men, to make the other men change.  So that the women will return. Let the women decide, what needs to be done/ so the men cannot argue, barter, or make excuses. Little in life motivates men more. The world protects, while the men change their nation, one way or the other.
7.  Want to win the “old fashioned way” with guns? In a world of 7 billion people, kill one billion people:   “And you just have 6,000,000,000 to go”.  Better buy more bullets.  Want to play the old fashioned game of driving the other people out/ there is no place truly left to go.  Want to use these resources, HELL no worry, just go get more!  After all, how much stuff can 7,000,000,000 people take, every day/ every year for their entire lives:  one pound of food per day over a life span of 70 years=25,568 pounds, or 12.8 american tons per each person over 70 years at one pound per day!  89,488,000,000 american tons or 178,976,000,000,000= one hundred seventy eight trillion, nine hundred seventy six billion pounds of food for the next 70 years/ IF, we do not grow in population anymore; for us all. Want a gallon of water with that? Then quit wasting it!  But who cares if environment and nature collapse; “what the hell”/ right!   Bit of a pity other creatures need food too. If not 7 billion people today/ no one argues we soon will be.

GOVERNMENT

1.     Want more cooperation in Washington dc/ then remove the party names and insist strictly on individual names of who supported what.  No more “political armies”, no making  enemies, and playing war games: once elected personal responsibilities, and no excuses.  Simple:   HE or SHE voted for this/ or did not; for the purpose of the american people, or not. Make it illegal to include political descriptions in media/ unless it is an election champaign, and within 6 months of voting. MAKE IT UNDERSTOOD, that common sense knows: the political party becomes an excuse and little more/ once the election is over.  Common sense understands, governing is not about “party lines”/ it is about what is good or bad for this people.  Common sense demands, the wisdom of :   “If we cannot be wrong/ then we must not gamble with a value that cannot be replaced”.  Or more simply: there is no excuse allowed to participate in, or cause to exist or remain, the things,  experiments, or purposes that can cause our extinction.  This is, a cause for war as a nation/ against these threats to all life on earth;  and the people who made our lives “fodder, for the cannon of death”.  When wrong is dead/ this is an enemy telling you, I will decide if you live or die.
2.   THIS IS an education in real DEMOCRACY, known as WE THE PEOPLE, can govern ourselves.  NOT we the people must elect someone else to vote for us/ on the issues and laws that matter most.  Plain/ simple/ short/ and specific laws can be made by WE THE PEOPLE;   brought up for review once every 10 years/ and only changed by vote, that exceeds the percentage who made it law (if 90% of the people said yes/ it takes 91% of the people to change this law).

 No more “talk”/ QUESTIONS, ANSWERS, WHAT WE KNOW AS TRUTH, DIVIDED BY WHAT WE KNOW IS OUR REALITY.  THEN DECISION, as best we can.

3.   WE CAN decide by percentage as on a pie chart/ WHAT we the people will pay for any specific work. Such as 10 percent of all the tax collected will be used for education, and no more.  There is NO “borrowing, between categories”/ our decision, not yours.  WAR CANNOT be created unless the people choose the debt that will be created first/ UNLESS it is direct retaliation, for a specific act, and then only as necessary. Things such as ALL road repair, comes directly through gas tax or distinctly related tax such as the selling of a car/ no hiding what this costs;  including “their fair share” of carbon trouble costs.  Things such as cigarettes ARE NOT for government to decide: you can regulate, “ a business can be, either smoking or non smoking; if it displays that clearly”. Otherwise: You must tax, according to the actual health costs for a smoker/ if you provide that healthcare:   but you may not make them your scapegoat, or “free money”. They do have rights, under freedom.
4.  The elected official becomes our overseer, who then enforces or causes to be enforced the laws we have decided upon. Those who present us with the necessary information and education we need to be critically informed as to any law or change that we must make for ourselves. They handle “the little things”/ WE RULE OURSELVES. They become the investigators, responsible for their work, or their failure; and will be  established as friend or foe.

5.   WE MUST HAVE DIFFERENT/ WE MUST HAVE CHANGE IN HUMAN BEHAVIOR AND GOVERNING TO SURVIVE, as a planet.  The only true change/ the only real difference that we can provide ourselves, is to let women rule. (Not women indoctrinated as got to do this to be in a man’s world/ but what would a woman’s world be). This primary method, is through the law.  What would your law be/ understanding that a public vote decides: MEANS being organized, being justified, being educated and fair, presents you and all of society;    with a NEW opportunity.
6.  No more lobbyists, no more special interests, no more manipulation of the facts, or control of the people, by any method: (demanded by law).  The only media presentations to “politically or legally” sway public perception allowed:   MUST BE, clear discovery and development of what is fundamentally important BY THE EVIDENCE, coupled to what is INVESTIGATION of the facts, established BY TRUTH:    So that what is important can be known and decided by the people themselves.  The function of a “public journalist” is then to gather information, and present the truth.  The function of a media source, such as all television or other as is portraying a public need for knowledge:   shifts from supervisory control (whatever you want)/ to 20%  FREE TIME, dedicated to public information without restrictions. The price, for being allowed media transmission in whatever form to be transmitted in this society; when an influence exists over not less than 3% of the population:   is you will transmit for us, what we need to know as a society: without restraint.  Those who attain the level of public journalist, will then form whatever they desire to decide what story shall own this time/ and the people themselves will pay the public journalist (responsible only to the people themselves/  the public journalist is, in charge of their own stories), with taxes collected:   according to story impact.  The return shall be high, where a law is influenced or changed/ low where it is only a local area problem.

7.  The courtroom has proven to be inadequate and corrupt in this USA.  Primary to what happens in every courtroom of America today is the US supreme court; and these were proven to be anarchists ( see above in financial article 4) (link to clerk dismissal) in case 08-1339 Osterbur v. USA & state of IL. Discarding DUE PROCESS with contempt.  That means change MUST COME in the supreme court. That means EVERY CASE that is docketed will be dealt with by the court, if not to trial, then with clear law developed to prove why, or why not. ALL cases/ even those not docketed:  opened to simple and easy review by the public in every sense of the word. That means there will be term limits for supreme court judges (no more than 2)/ for no more than 8 years total shall you be judge.  That means there will be health and age restrictions:   NO JUDGE shall be over the age of 65 when entering service/ and shall not remain a judge past the age of 69.  Nor shall any debilitating illness, be allowed.  You work for the people/ they do not need to tolerate you:   you must be adequate to the job, and better. Let the judiciary choose among themselves, who is to be a supreme court judge/ and the congress accept/ the president may only veto, if the vote is low. You are not immune from the law; you are to bring justice, or the intent of justice/ not corruption, nor denial of democracy.

8.  It is ignorance, or more correctly blind confusion that destroys the integrity, dignity, and values of a life in peace and harmony.  Nothing is more distinctly destructive to these things and to a respect for life:   than fantasy and delusion/ the liars, thieves, violent, hateful, and cheaters/ and the rapist. [things media, in a variety of ways, does everyday].  These three categories MUST be dealt with by the reality they have displayed and caused to exist.  That means more simply, if you refuse to restrict fantasy and delusion from interfering with building a new and sustainable life, you will fail.  If you refuse to remove those responsible for revenge, slavery, and jealousy from among you, you will fail to survive.  If you refuse to give women the peace and security they need to lead you/ they fail, and so then do you.  Because male confrontation and aggression, the common and constant force, “I will make you/ or I will kill you”/ IS THE END OF THIS WORLD;   unless you surrender it, to the female ways of “let us believe and find our protection within the law”.  Strength is not our solution:   mediation/ negotiation/ forgiveness/ and hope must be our guide.  As we share and care about the future of all life on earth. Kinder/ gentler/ nicer to people/ “softer to the touch”, so that none need feel threatened or afraid:   BUT NOT STUPID, or blind. The inability to understand, IS PRIMARILY the desire to hide and run away.  The demand we CANNOT be friends, is illuminated by the games men refuse to quit playing: “its all about pride, power, and selfishness”.

HEALTHCARE
1.  Little is a free will choice/ therefore it will be paid by a percentage of personal income: with a base level of support by taxation.  The money collected is pooled, and then redistributed per procedure; across the state.  Let the doctors fight for themselves, who gets what. With a minimum set for their own support staff.  The buildings and equipment is community owned/ no more business.  This current reality is no more than extortion against the people of this USA/ THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH, and as a result, will lose their independence as a business.

2.  The medical hierarchy HAS LITERALLY INTENDED to keep the competition down/ to enhance their power, wealth, and authority. I mean, counting the number of American born and educated doctors/ NOT the “stolen (they lack doctors now) immigrant doctor”who comes only to get rich.   THE “educators who refuse to teach sufficient students, for our own needs” WILL BE REMOVED, and brought to trial for this, as the monopoly they are.  The education of doctors and all medical staff shall begin early/ the numbers shall be multiplied greatly/ and only the information that can be proven useful shall be necessary for a degree (what did the doctors retain, AND USE:  after school).  WE DON’T need “luggage to fill the house”/ we only need the reality of work, experience, and expertize that gets the job done.
3.   All medical malpractice shall be shifted to personal insurance/   if something bad happens to you medically you shall sue the insurance company for compensation.  The doctor or staff shall be liable for incompetence, to their board of review and the public as to continuing in this field/ or brought to criminal charges, and court when necessary.
4.  There will be decisions made, with an emphasis on the young: “medicare should be for the children/ they are life first”. Regarding how much money ANYONE shall collect in medical charges; that is a choice   BY VOTE/ with full knowledge of immediate taxation/ no more pretending “something for nothing”.  Pay your bill/ when you incur the debt as society: NO MORE giving the bill to the children.

There is also the reality of men who choose to “make children”/ but refuse to pay.  The child needs anyway/ the woman must accept “Population control” as her duty.  Therefore the man must accept “ REASONABLE child costs”/ as their duty and contribution to life in society.  It is unfair, that those who do not choose to be responsible are allowed to go free.  Therefore since there is effectively no other way for governing to decide who must pay more:   we turn to the reality of different cultures and colors to identify, WHO IS leaving these children behind, for the rest of us to pay for.  Taxes WILL go up for those who refuse to be responsible on the entire group/ in direct relation to those left behind.  I SUGGEST YOU as a group, control your own members, and prove whether this is in fact “your groups fault” or not.
5.  No more patents to pharmaceutical companies/ the government: we the people,  will own the rights to all medicine, and participate as the provider of money and materials for the creation of new medicine. As we the people, WE WILL NOT, be held for ransom. The actual inventor(s) will be paid a royalty governed by limits.
6.  Abortion is NOT birth control/ but society has no right to control the life or body of the woman either.  That means simply: we will allow, within 40 days of conception the right to birth control in this method.  But after that unless there is proven potential medical tragedy, for either baby or mom: you will carry it through.  If not/ then you will become sterile as the cost of abortion to you.  The day after pill, “if proven safe”/ is functionally a correct method, that should be available to all; over the counter, simple and plain.  Don’t be wrong/ be sure, make your decision.

SOCIAL SECURITY

1.   You are entitled, to what society chooses to give you out of gross domestic income for the nation/ AS A PERCENTAGE of that income as a nation.  That is all!  Spend it wisely, as this must cover all participants/ their medical bills/ EVERYTHING.  You CANNOT SACRIFICE THE YOUNG/ so that you can die. Medicare for the old, ain’t “life first”/ its death first.  The children deserve this more.  Only those who have attained the right to collect social security can vote on how this will be spent.  Only the nation itself can decide by vote how big the percentage of gross national income you may receive shall be. There should be, a minimum amount/ same for all, no difference for any: WE ARE EQUAL
. You choose it, and you must pay it; NO MORE “pay later”. THIS IS what the nation says it can afford for you; there is nothing else. Therefore get your own “doctors and clinics just for the old/ buy all pills in bulk and distribute them yourselves/ choose who gets what”. And so on.  As to decisions that amount to “it is time for you to die”/ reality says:   you have made these decisions about “babies” for decades/ for those who could not defend themselves with money, forever.  Today, because you spent every single penny and paid nothing back:   its your turn.

IMMIGRATION
1.   Is best dealt with as a trial that determines what we do expect/ what we will demand;   from those who will join us long term, or not.  That trial is prepared from the past in Danville IL court:    www.trialforlife.info case abstract edit for:    ITEM #14  .

 This case never came to trial because the judge failed. I was present in the court that day, with written testimony, and payment to the court. If a signed, written document can get me thrown in jail; or sued for libelous: as it can: I WAS THERE, including payment to the court; and the court knew it. It was a motion trial, simply to make certain the defendant knew what he was being charged with/ and there was no room for doubt.  To be there physically would have been to stand up, and say present; no more than that. I do not control the court/ thereby it is still current, and unresolved as to money.  The appellant judges ask:   what do I want done?  How could they fail to understand:   JUSTICE.  They did nothing. It is useful, because Selimi was and is expected to be still an immigrant/ and this is and was a relationship that aligns and asks the question: when and under what conditions does an immigrant lose the right to remain in this nation. It is what do we expect from the court, with regard to immigration: you have the right to remain.  And it will ask the question: what may an immigrant be allowed to own/ or any foreign national.  With the court it is a legal forum/ without the courtroom it is a public forum with instructions to the court.

2.  No more “free entry”/ instead every nation that is allowed to provide us with immigrants shall have clearly instituted and enforced a NO POPULATION GROWTH, for themselves; as a means of fighting against coming catastrophe.  Or you will be returned/ not here. Sterile is NOT for any woman (without due cause) who has not had a child/ not mandatory for any woman that has not had two children:   but mandatory after that/ because this earth is full, and for no other reason. But only women themselves, are in charge of every detail, regarding these things/ they will decide. If they do not, as a nation, it is up to women of the world to confront them/ and if they do not, then it is every woman who failed, that becomes responsible for the cannibalism that will take them instead. We DO face coming starvation and thirst, far more serious than today.  Men cannot help, because it is possible that one single man can fertilize thousands of women; therefore sterilizing a man, will not help! If a suitable permanent infertility treatment, that retains sexual honesty for men is found; you can then find an assisting solution.   Women MUST DECIDE for themselves/ and it is only fair, that they be paid for their contribution to world peace and security. Talk!  Any fertility doctor that allows more than one child OWES the nation care for any other child until grown; you will pay. If its “god’s will” you suggest to claim no/ THEN UNDERSTAND by that logic, it is “god’s will” you don’t have children:   is that NOT true?  Because your own body said no.

EDUCATION

1.   IF an education does not deal with LIFE ISSUES, it is not an education.  If an education does not train you to be aware, and able to identify a trap; it does little.  If an education does not work for the masses/ then it is too little, to be expected; and must be changed.  If an education does not prepare you to compete, then it is a failure/ and nothing more than an excuse to “keep the competition away”.  If an education does not give you the skills to communicate effectively, and identify those who are not treating you with justice/ then it is a failure for society.  If an education does not include medical training/ then it does not effectively help life when in need.  If an education does not include “build your body now/ and use it for the rest of your life”/ then it truly fails the child, and society.  If an education does not identify what is important about sex, marriage, love, truth, discipline, balance, order, children, relationships, men and women, and how to protect each other/ then it should not be taught.  Every education MUST establish communication and acceptance between the sexes; in ways that provide for “skills, that can be used” in life, and sex. Teach each other!  Life teaches we must have food/ we must prepare food/ we must respect our world, which means as a beginning you will learn what farming is, and what it takes to keep you from starving in real terms in every school.
2.   Higher education, is intended to be:   an opportunity to expand your possibilities/ NOT establish a method to steal, from the student.  Therefore, let the student pay a percentage of their income, after college/ for the agreed upon time period.  Based upon that job being within the field studied, or at least complimentary.  No job created by this education, means there is no debt due.  Sports are not a college curriculum/ therefore they will not be charged to the student, or the public in any form other than “gate charges”.
3.   No more strikes during school/ or holding students hostage as your threat.  That means if you do not resolve it during break/ the decision will be made by others: the public themselves will decide, by vote; simply, either yes or no.  With immediate tax implications/ and a clear view of what expenses the future will demand.

4.  No more rich or poor schools/ all receive the same per student. Divided by geographical area’s of approximately one million people/ where the mix of incomes average roughly same for other area’s of the same state; with respect to higher living costs per area.  A building shall be limited to what is efficient in all area’s of cost/ with a storm shelter made out of concrete or other suitable material. No mandates, simple and plain; so that the children are important and get the money/ not LESS important causes [it don’t need to be pretty].  There are no other restrictions, apart from REASONABLE handicapped accessible.

IF YOU CAN DEAL WITH THESE, MORE WILL BE ADDED. You can do that yourselves.

Simple issues
You already have the perfect vaccine for HIV/ AIDS in men/ its called a vasectomy. NO acceptance immediately on diagnosis, no drugs or treatment. IF you had done this immediately when the disease was found (as suggested)/ MILLIONS would be alive and uninfected today.  NOW, we are left with: intentionally Spread it to a single individual or try, and it is prison forever, no treatment [murder, or attempted murder] you may die.  Dedicated prisons strictly for “the diseased”.
Vasectomy is “Good enough” for those who are trying to be responsible/ even though it is a major mistake that will forever complicate their lives after.  Physical Sex is about the chemicals/ no balls equals no chemicals; consequently the desire for physical sex dies: there is no “chemical reward”. It ends the primary pleasure of the act in male/ and women then suffer without sex too.  Or use someone else.
Minimum penalty per every male pedofile is castration (everything)/ it is “cruel and unusual punishment” for society;  to let the criminal keep his weapon.  Women accused, cannot simply use a boy/ the penis does not work so easily for women. It is, a different offense.

The maximum immediate possibility of energy reduction/ and pollution control is INSULATE EVERYTHING, (collect, shred, and use fire retardant on every possible waste material usable, such as all paper: give it to the poor.)  and demand a minimum standard shall be kept/ or your access to fuel shall end.  The minimum acceptable standard for a “work commute”: shall be defined as a business expense/ any employee who commutes/ or travels beyond a reasonable limit, shall cause the business to be fined “an increasing percentage per mile or time driven” for hiring this person. Only a few exceptions apply.  Simply “work close to home” or move.  Hire, train simply:  the unemployed for this, and let them do the work: and get it done QUICKLY. Get the pollution cleaned up/ restart coral/ stop erosion/ plant trees, with diversity, as a forest should be/ etc: LIFE FIRST!     THESE ARE ALL IMMEDIATE JOBS, that will re-employ people. LITERAL infrastructure projects that will reward you in time. True economic stimulus is taking money from the rich, and giving it back to the poor/ because money is not a number, it is “the intent to enslave/ beyond what is fair”.  Remember this, money is a life, time, ability, and resource used for another/ when someone is “rich”, it means they expect many lives to be used for theirs, and their own purposes/ NOT FOR society, for selfishness! Everyone becomes rich, by making many more poor/ without the poor, there are no rich! Or more simply, “the poor, are the money”, because it is their own lives you sacrifice, to play “god”.

There are jobs in the building of double hulled ships for oil transport/ not enough yet! We can own them as a nation; and lease them to business by short term bids.  There are jobs to clean single hull tankers (bring them into dry dock) and recover the fresh water off glaciers, for transport around the world/ to rebuild deserts and refresh aquifers. There are jobs that include changing oil transportation on water: such things as building partitions (particularly along the outer edges in barges to stop oil loss at a minimum/ simple doors between the partitions make it possible to “level the load”/ and protect the environment at the same time. Jobs to clean up and prepare for spills: HONESTLY, not like today. There are few jobs for people;   where all the money goes to “the owner of the business”/ such as is major infrastructure projects, instead of the people themselves. A job, is what we the people do/ whereas money, is what the rich man fights for, and refuses to share. The difference is:   life for society, and peace on earth!   High paid jobs: “Money” does not attract the best and brightest/ it attracts the most greedy and selfish. As has been proven beyond the slightest doubt/ they sold the nation, for a quick rape and ravaging of everything they could attack. Honesty, courage, honor, discipline, respect, truth, and reality decide what the future will be, when you are led.  LEAD YOURSELVES, by choosing the law, and enforcing it.  Do not betray yourselves, by “asking for more testosterone”/ a war is useless. Letting any “little group” decide if you live or die;   is treason!  We the people means, all of us together shall decide!  Simple as that.   Knowledge, thought, understanding, and wisdom are required!  NOT, “whatever you want”/ but what life needs, and truth will allow!

For the sake of Haiti

A quick little biblical interpretation, for Revelation 12: “a great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun with the moon under here feet” ..   It means a spiritual woman arrives with “light for the world” in a foreign place/ but seen since the beginning of human time.  She delivers her message, by intervening with the body of a man. The issues of life, death, happiness, eternity, and more are here too.  Search, examine, investigate, and decide what changing to life first MUST mean.       Make your decision.

I am NOT your savior/ NOT your leader/ NOT your enemy/ NOT your religious anything.  I do not give interviews, my face and form belong to me/ they are “my possessions”; not yours. You can be sued, for stealing my property (identity); and selling it for your own purposes.   I will however help women who are organized to work for LIFE FIRST.  For the purpose and desire of a better world in peace, hope, and happiness.  If they so choose.  That is my statement to you. Remember this: that being wrong, here or in court proceedings is not as important as identifying what is necessary to be learned. Unlike being wrong about all the threats against us, that do suggest extinction for us is imminent!  Instead of judgment, it is your responsibility to investigate, examine for yourselves as best you can, and then make a personal decision about what you have learned, once the education has proven sufficient.  “{no gut feeling}, proof from reality, and the ability to think.”  Be kind to those who intend to help you, even if they were misguided/ but be very serious to anyone who intends to lie, cheat you out of information you need, or steal from you this opportunity to create a future you will survive.  A friend does not judge you, “for being stupid”/ therefore decide to be friends, and talk about what concerns you, rather than running away.

Predicting the near term economic future of america 2/8/10

The critical question is:   WHEN does the debt overtake the frivolous, and errant spending?  It is that simple/ just like any individual who lives by applying debt to his credit card, will come to the day, when this will NOT work anymore.

This stops due to either of two distinct conditions: the people become aware, that taking monopoly money is not the same as real money/ and thereby stop assisting in the lies.  Or the foreign nations that are providing assistance as “the banker”/ providing real resources for the fantasy of american money; ends.  Both are dependent upon communication for a decision/ OR the end of resources which suddenly and dramatically causes all the elements of impending war to assemble.  “Want my money, or my resources back/ you damn thief”; Will assemble, and the world itself will be at the brink of complete irretrievable chaos.

The next participant is gold/ or more correctly the movement away from “numbers”; a currency based upon illusion.   To a currency based upon something such as gold which cannot be easily counterfeited or multiplied between nations.  That move has already begun with a recent purchase by India of 200 tons of gold, a large portion of the available market in gold.  When fantasy ends, and from here on “we want something tangible from you” begins:   every transaction will go back to gold, as it had been during the decades past world war 2.  That means america has little or nothing to trade but resources/ which if they keep the dollar (hundreds of trillions out there), will take everything and give it to foreign nations/ lots of work in america;  and still be completely bankrupt.  You have too many numbers/ for any other conclusion in truth. It is an impossible debt to pay, in every sense of the word.  BUT YOU MAY BE CERTAIN, the powerful, selfish, and proud; will not willingly surrender a single penny.

The participant called wall street: is essentially irrelevant/ as it has taken every company involved, and traded every american dollar for what is worthless (numbers/dollars,  without meaning).   Even so, there is still a fundamental of law and business which is:  possession matters. 

The question of bonds, treasury notes, etc are all based upon the expectation that the US government, or even a state, city, county, school board, etc: “government”       CANNOT be bankrupt! Not here in USA, we are “too damn proud to let that happen/ HELL NO.”  Everything collapses, LIKE IN 1929/ JUST CAN’T HAPPEN HERE!  However the numbers prove you wrong in their entirety;   can’t have trillions in debt that will never be paid, and “be rich”: equals bankrupt/ like it or not. Liars, cheats, and thieves everywhere! That means that every note, bond, paper money, etc will collapse under its own weight.  That means every debt owed by state, county, or federal government will be called null and void/ in an effort to restart economic society, as they have failed, and there is no other way.  With uncounted trillions in bonds across this nation (every little county, school board, etc creating their own bonds) .  You own an empty bag.  The dollar is worthless/ and so is your claim.  Because the american government in all its forms, as established by a simple “you DON’T GOT NO DIPLOMA here/ and you don’t get no job of merit or choice”.    Made you bankrupt, by endless borrowing, and absolute disrespect for all things real/ and a simple, we accept responsibility for nothing we have done.  Or more simply, it is the university degree that has owned the direction of this nation, the decision of this nation, and the reality of “how did we get here”, as a nation.  Under the influence of men/ as this is still a reality designed by both leaders and followers of men.  There will of course be the endless worker:   “I don’t get to run the train/ don’t get to tell it where to go/ don’t get no money from it: BUT LET IT “jump the tracks”/ and see who catches “ hell/ the blame, and the consequences”.  And the boss, “he should have made me do it/ even though an army and his head in a guillotine couldn’t have done so:   ITS STILL YOUR FAULT, cause you let me”.

The question of stocks, is a reality described by people wanting “free money”/ DON’T GIVE A DAMN how you get it! “MAKE ME RICH”!  And as such pensions, and investors both great and small fought for greed to expand without an end. Demanded LIE, CHEAT, AND STEAL/ we don’t care!  Therefore business (its someone else) was invaded/ sold/ stripped of value/ and reduced to fighting to survive in a world that will take it all away.  Therefore the future, because the american dollar will allow it (so many)/ is for every company in america to be relocated to a foreign nationality.  We cannot compete with their labor costs, environmental wreckage/ and the machines of today need only limited expertise; with few exceptions.  Consequently “they can/ and they will move”.  But without buyers (a broken USA), without resources (an empty world), surrounded by growing tragedy in the sea, food and water supplies, etc; (threw it all away, for today/ HELL NO, let the future be damned) it will be pointless.  War is coming, and weapons of mass destruction will be used.    

Back to simple economics.  The reality of this day is a large percentage of market return has been through the “cheap money” policies of the federal government that allow banks and financial institutions to borrow money from the people at less than one percent interest, (use it any way you like/ no restrictions) and buy stock, or foreclosed properties.  Thereby we know how it is the financial industry has recovered far too quickly in the stock market, or so it seems. We know that the financial industry has bet upon “government money (stimulus, etc) being pumped into the system continually”/ therefore they believe it’s a sure bet, go for broke GET RICH; or more simply borrow all you can/ buy on margin so that each dollar is multiplied into ten dollars of stock!  Going to get rich (they are money men aren’t they)/ can’t fail:  so then “its heavily funded”, with borrowed money.  Current plan is to spend an additional 12 trillion dollars by 2012/ from the panic of 2008. How can they miss?  We know, that as taxpayers we are now completely dependent upon the continued borrowing of foreign nations keeping us afloat/ some of them have invested heavily too, but can pull out in an instant. Both are controlled by a very tiny group of men, with primarily one leader making the decision.  Once that stops, or they believe “asset protection, demands get the money while you can”:   the taxpayer is left on their own; and they cannot pay their own bills (not by trillions).  End of the line for the stock market in all its forms, because nearly all is borrowed money in one form or another.  Margin call means “they borrowed an additional ten times that number for every dollar they already borrowed from the taxpayer”.  It fails in absolute disrespect/ with a decline of about 20% [MARGIN CALL, bring LOTS more money] or roughly for those who watch the 30 companies in the dow/ at about 8000, by probabilities.   Then the foreigners  will come collecting the tools and resources and land here in america/ as we watch all things collapse, and go to auction: selling this nation!   To make this nation among the poorest in the entire world.  Will that not bring rebellion with it/ not to worry though, WE GOT lots of guns.  Plenty to eat, one human carcass after another; too bad about the water though.  To stop it, you must declare a moratorium/ file bankruptcy;  and use the courtroom to find your reality; and redefine a different future.  Nothing else will do.

MORE SIMPLY: a large amount of borrowed taxpayer provided one percent loan money has been used by financial institutions to invest in the stock market.  Without doubt to inflate their financial status, MOST was used to buy on margin which allows a ten fold increase in stock holding: put up one dollar, and get ten dollars of stock.  THAT MEANS if the stock market contracts more than twenty percent at a maximum;   the banks and financial lending institutions who had access to taxpayer less than one percent money/ WILL again be bankrupt.  Because they will NOT be able to meet their margin calls. And the nation cannot bail them out/ the federal reserve cannot bail them out/ no more treasuries to sell (no one buys):   it collapses in its entirety; suddenly, & catastrophically.  Because its all borrowed money, and lies, cheating, and stealing!  Not to worry though, “the government employees, got your back”/ you can’t handle the truth;   so they can continue the lies, stealing, and cheating without turning from delusion or fantasy until it all fails.  “Isn’t that right”/ and of course we will then be in complete anarchy, or totally dependent upon the people most responsible for getting us into this mess, back out of it.  That will surely work/ right?  Not to worry, GOT GUNS/ HELL kill a billion people;   just 6 billion more to go;   better get more bullets! Just for fun/ cause the environment will collapse almost immediately. 

So then lets review:   we know, that we are entirely dependent upon foreign investment;   not because their money has value/ but because we need the resources that they are providing to sustain “this lifestyle”.  Without the resources, it is a fight for anything left over/ or a job lost, because one single piece was missing.   Can you drive your car without a key/ or fuel/ or a tire, etc?  No, you cannot.  So then critical resources ARE IMPORTANT, and without them things grind quickly to a halt.  We know, that will be the end of our credit in all things. [IF you don’t get something in return/ are you going to give away what has value to you?  NO, and neither will anyone else!] We know that the numbers of dollars printed in all forms, are a complete fantasy; therefrom worthless by any and all measure of reality. We know for this nation, the only possible method of containing this disaster is to control and stop the loss of machines and resources from exiting this nation. BUT UNLESS that mechanism of law and courtroom reality is already in existence and prepared for us/ IT WILL be too late.  We know the so called owners WILL go for the money/ and then leave us with the wreckage they caused; take a look around/ wake up, this is no game!  We know that gold and silver will be confiscated in the near future, because without it, there will be no future here in america; as the world WILL demand something in return for its resources, your debt says no: but the possession of gold will turn that around, IF its applied to the “NEW DOLLAR”.  In return for gold and silver:  they do have to give you something (it will be titles to property)/ or it will simply all head out of the nation to foreign lands, as fast as possible. And taxes will go up.

As to commodities, OUR FUTURE as a world is dependent upon sharing these last resources with the world;   not just here, everywhere.  That means essentially, that although you buy today, there will be movement soon to take over every natural resource as a nation/ and that leaves personal investments in commodities dependent upon whatever that nation is willing to give you.   If society does not control its resources/ we go to war, within 5-10 years, because there will be fights for resources soon. It is a finite world, with 7,000,000,000 people asking everyday, of every year “forever”.   It’s a choice/ but if you leave it up to government employees;   as is proven constantly throughout the world:   they will cheat, steal, lie, contaminate, and destroy without much constraint. As selfishness, want, hate, and temptation overcome nearly all.  Resource usage,  must be a matter for world law/ all of us deciding as a planet;   what is fair.
Therefrom we do understand, that the nature of human development from this point forward is simply: EITHER we do it together/ or we fail together, because of individual greed and destruction.  Or more simply:   you will retain no money in bonds, notes, stocks, commodities;      and gold, silver, etc will be confiscated. You will however have the possibility of beginning again with some honest relationship to what was honorably earned, for the actual work you did, and decisions you made for life first.  It’s a choice/ that you must work out in court.  That would be fair.
BUT even so, reality will intervene, and possession is important to the law and nation.  Consequently what you own, as defined by reality through the evidence of a resource/ WILL be given a definable value; and that means the holding of a commodity, or actual property, or basically anything that is not simply “numbers on a piece of paper”/ will find an appropriate accounting, as is needed to sustain some state of order and balance in society.  What is {numbers on a piece of paper, as in bonds, etc} must wait for the accounting to be done/ before some title of value can be given.  In a nation with at least one hundred trillion dollars worth of debt:   DO NOT expect much. Regardless of claims or promises of FDIC insurance/ there is no real money or value to back them;   “Its just fantasy/ built upon numbers that are worthless”. 

This is the situation/ by your own decisions in greed, pride, and the purposes of power.  And YOU WILL have to deal with them, or lose life on this planet.  It’s a choice! And for over thiry years of working and trying to find someone who would put life over greed:    And failing, by such large measure, the few “barely existed”!   Consequently you WANTED THIS       &      You earned it!  Congratulations, “winner”.

The day of communication wherein the world finally accepts:    WE CANNOT LIVE BY FANTASY AND DELUSION ANYMORE!   Is coming, I am advertizing this week;   and the truth is anything can happen at any time.  Because reality and truth demand this:  as we are today/ SHALL NOT remain much longer.  It is a lie, and lies destroy. That means either you find and accept what is true, or the lies will finish their destruction, the world will pass by the point of no return soon, and you will become the living dead (NO possibility of letting or helping nature recover; therefore NO possibility of continued life for humanity either: “lets war”).

The foundation of every “dollar/ money/ etc” is an expectation, that I have earned or won in some sense, the right to demand:   “Pay attention to me/ do my own work for me/ let me decide/ I am the important one here/ or I will rule this day, by playing god”.  These are the base purposes for money, and can be explained in other ways, but they all mean the same. So then as humanity on earth begins to recognize, that their own expectations are NOT VALID, and their own desires to control, demand, want, and consume are in fact FALSE assumptions in power and pride.  The endless WANT, that destroys/ because you did not care!  Then reality of failed money throughout the USA, and around the world WILL ESTABLISH:   either you must surrender these expectations/ or there will be war. Either as armies, or as individuals so completely consumed by revenge and jealousy that they kill, maim, and destroy “anyone: they can’t be trusted”.  The real question of “who gets to keep what”/ will be determined by a courtroom of all the people, OR violence against all the people.  Its one or the other, because the evidence of fraud, deceit, lying, stealing, cheating, pride against all life, power and a war against equality and justice have been waged against us all/ through greed.  And we will find a solution that does not divide us into armies/ such as the need to say:   for the sake of us all in society, and the benefits of a world that survives.  Or revenge WILL take over, with fire, and violence, and mayhem, and anarchy, and the collapse of all organization into armed camps! While there are those who welcome this/ the reality is, if you fail to stop the disintegration of society: you will open the door to cannibalism, because food supplies will end.  Nobody working/ everybody taking, or dying. NOT TO MENTION, adding 2 million more human mouths to feed, each and every week; as a world.

As to property, the NEED AND DEMAND for money in an economic crisis, WILL PROVE/ whatever can be taxed, shall be taxed to the limits it can stand.  Most of the jobs kept/ most of the jobs created/ most of the jobs in the tiny downturn to 9.7 are all government funded (new government workers), as with the US census taking on workers today. They don’t produce goods do they/ they just shuffle papers.
As to rentals, in a nation struggling with unemployment, the reality is more and more will not be able to pay/ one tiny problem such as a trip to the doctor, or a broken car, etc and many are finished.  Then we have all the millions who have housing because “the government pays/ both state and federal, even some county”:   when they default/ the entire economic  industry built upon “the government has to pay/ they don’t have a choice”.  But alas, USA is bankrupt!  Therefore it  Becomes chaos, with endless bank failure and so on.   From here, it doesn’t take many to start a civil war. 

You can stop this cycle, with court/ deciding instead of panicking/ but only if you are willing to pay the price of reality!  You can accomplish much by returning to the “community bank”/ thereby abolishing the influence of major banks.   Simply get together as a neighborhood or city, create your own bank and establish the parameters by which it will work.  Then simply stop paying the bills and go as a city or major area, into foreclosure together.  That way the big banks are dissolved from this area;  and you begin again with your community bank.  But get it right, MAKE A CLEAR DEMAND, WE OWN this bank, and have no more to do with the big banks no matter what they tempt you with.  Or they will simply do their best to steal instead:   it is a nation full of liars, cheats, & thieves established by greed. Did the banking industry fail to “get their share”?   Not an entire nation, but very many liars, cheats, & thieves are here working to make you their slave. It doesn’t take many to steal/ and cause immense problems for the rest.  As is clearly proven today, look around; greed drove you here, and it is NOT gone/ it is not even diminished, instead “the human predator” is closer than before.  “Going to get rich”/ hell yes, take everything they have, get it all!  Every predator says: “he or she (the prey) made a mistake/ QUICK, take advantage before they can recover!”

So then the question we ask, is “what’s in a number”?  Because value certainly isn’t the reality of who hold’s a piece of paper.  The government employee (just like you or me) says “this has value”/ but unless the people agree, it has none.  Therefore today, instead of lies:   you must face your truth.  And that truth is, “we will pay later” IS NOW DUE.  You, took the value and ran away; you already have your reward: now its debt time; pay time; just like you demand of the poor!  No, you cannot simply declare “let the children pay”/   YOU WILL stop the insanity of running away from life and responsibilities; and choose what the future will be, because truth demands it from you.  Needs will no longer be pushed away, LIFE will no longer be abused! Fears have ended in the day: YOU MUST FACE THEM, or die as a planet!  There is no room for delusion or fantasy or theory(as a university assumption);   no room for experts that know only one tiny little thing, and even little of that.  We MUST seek and find truth, and until you do, everything that is done must be accepted AS FOR NATURE AND LIFE IN SOCIETY, without exception.  Or nature and society will die, and exterminate you.  It’s a choice.

If you have what you need to survive (do you not say that of Haiti?)/ then you have enough for now!  If you refuse, to let others rule and enslave you/ then you have enough, to acquire justice for US ALL/ and rearrange society as a place designed and developed for our new reality, as 7 billion people on this earth;   who will share and care about LIFE FIRST.   Because if you don’t, only war is left! It’s a choice/ and it will be soon.   If you continue to refuse:    that NATURE is not a game, not an enemy, not a toy, not infinite, not just yours/ but belongs to the future as well: then you die.   But if you find respect, discipline, courage as needed, accept that there is an order that must be honored, a balance that cannot be denied, and a relationship with CREATION that will determine our future and even eternity;   then a new and peaceful, happy, hopeful, and joyous world will be born anew.   It’s a choice.
MAKE YOUR DECISION!

In the simple consequence, that some measure of control must exist for the people as well as those who will try to escape with their money and rights.  Therefore simple solutions are the best.  In the case of corporate pensions, it is absolutely necessary to intervene in any and all sales of the company/ by lawsuit or other as best you are able to do.  At a minimum, UNTIL EVERY PENSION is paid in full to every employee.  Regardless of any takeover:   it is the company hierarchy that made the promises/ and it is the company bosses that MUST pay the entire pension plan off, before they can collect any money for themselves.  The price of selling or moving the company IS MY PENSION SHALL BE PAID IN FULL.  No exceptions (unless workers agree). Otherwise, you shall take no money out/ and the stock market will be controlled to retain whatever value is in the company; at the time of a lawsuit by the worker to demand their pension in full.  IT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT/ THAT IS BROKEN, OR BEING BROKEN, BY THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THAT CONTRACT.  A company has no life, but the people who make it so/ therefore it is the life that made the contract, NOT the company.  When one group breaks the contract by leaving their responsibilities behind, the other group can demand legal contractual responsibilities will be kept by that group: by dividing the money now!  Nobody sells/ nobody buys, until pensions are resolved;   the stock must be frozen in place until the worker finances are settled.  “ITS OUR MONEY/ and you cannot steal it by taking our value out of this company; our work; our lives”. And running away with our money/ WE WILL DIVIDE, or you cannot leave or sell!   Simple and plain.  In terms of substantial fair play, and organizing the legal battlefield to create justice:   it is also NECESSARY to establish.   We the workers, shall also demand that NO bonus, NO salary above the limit we prescribe, NO adjustment or any other word to establish an increase in pay by the upper hierarchy of the company shall be allowed:   unless distribution of pension funds are included in that “dividing the rewards of our company”.  WE EARNED THIS TOGETHER/ AND WE WILL ALL, BE REWARDED TOGETHER, as same.  OR it stays put for the sake of sustaining and building this company.  THERE CAN BE NO, “public voting, in union or company matters”/ by secret ballot among all employees, counted before and in the presence of all who care to see ONLY! 
But, if your union: don’t forget!  That pensions are expecting “100's of trillions” of dollars too/ consequently you helped drive this nation to bankruptcy just as badly as the financial district!  Without pension money and personal investors: what could they have done, “without you, or your money, and your greed”?  Answer the question!

The elemental relationship we have as human society on this earth, to land is fundamental to our survival.  That means, WE ALL HAVE A STAKE AS LIFE ITSELF, in who controls or owns this our land, “not yours/ ours”.    By title from the government, {“our agreed upon demands as a people”/ land is leased to individuals: PAY THE TAX, or we take it back}.  By our democracy as a foundation for this nation, those demands can be changed to reflect new and different times.  In this day, and at this time it is critically important to diversify as much as is possible;   AS CLEARLY SEEN IN “TOO BIG TO FAIL BANKS”!  IT IS the ruination of a nation.  And when it comes to the food supply, reality is not an expectation of someone doing something frivolous for you/ ITS WHETHER WE STARVE OR NOT.        That means, limiting the size and types of farms/ distributing the land to as many farmers as is realistically possible/ taking away land that is no longer farmed by the individual personally, or is not a direct family member: so that a “real farmer today” can in fact be in possession of what they need to do the work of preparing our food supply.  There must also be included the limiting of the commodity market to one bid per commodity, per day: SAME FOR ALL.  THAT BID shall come at the end of the day/ so the farmer can reflect, discuss, and decide.  So that the farming community can do their business effectively.  Any farmer that wants to trade their crop for paper to play the board, is then free to get however many bids they care to have.  The real farmers however need the relief of:     Stability and fair play. Or more simply, no more games; supply and demand by reality. Nitrogen application will be controlled/ irrigation will be determined by critical need and actual soil moisture content at depth.  Etc.  Fair to all, no exceptions.
It is little different for the fishing industries/ the size per ship shall be controlled;   to open the door, to many! From there, it is up to decisions that DO establish life first, by sustainable methods of production, and honest dedication to a future we can share.
Timber production has long exceeded sustain-ability, to become a tragedy across this planet.  And it will be changed.
Construction will bend toward remodeling, and energy solutions;  because it is a sustainable solution/ and new construction in new area’s must be outlawed. Nature MUST BE PROTECTED. And that means a change from lumber to alternative means.
Welfare IS a job to be shared/ at a realistic living wage, no exceptions.

All invasive species MUST be controlled as best you can;  particularly predators in all varieties. A side note on asian carp;   since they jump from the water with a passing boat, “surely there is a business to be run/ with people and guns to shoot these targets (fish)”. Cleaned up; given to the poor to eat, or pet food, or left for food in the waters, is your choice.  Assuming they are as bad for the environment as predicted.
Dangerous chemical manufacturing or usage, is to be moved outside high population area’s/ chemical manufacturing or usage that represents a true environmental responsibility or danger WILL be moved to remote locations, functionally unaffected by spills, such as the salt flats or desert, etc/ with workers delivered by train.  The combining of industries, and or business;  to make use of “waste heat or water” is required.  And so on.  Recycling first/ not last.

Do I force you?  No, I do not/ I merely tell you what is obvious and plain, it is up to you to change by whatever measure democracy under the American constitution and the law of life, will accept;   by vote.   CHOOSE!
I TELL YOU, what you need to know to remove WANT, pride, power, and selfishness from your lives.  Whether you do, or do not WILL DETERMINE YOUR FUTURE.  And that future is, either life, or death.  There is no in-between.  And there are no second chances/ once past the point of no return, life on earth will die.  It is that simple.  Not a guess/ not a game/ not a temptation or manipulation or leading you anywhere.  “Its just reality, by the truth of what the evidence says.”

I have delivered your message of change/ the rest is up to you.  I have done so with extremely limited help, and although I appreciate the work applied by those who have helped with web work.  It is fair and real to say:   “I could easily have learned/ but the spirit inside of me said no”.
