RE: tax, penalties, and interest from the tax period 31- Dec 2005

TO: establish a link of communication between state and citizen/ because this state does not allow a citizen to confront it legally for any cause.  A cause not founded in Democracy, or supported by constitutional anything!  It was necessary to use money, to demand a hearing.  THIS particular money.
YOU ARE DELINQUENT in providing me the law called United States REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES, according to the first amendment of the constitution of this USA.  Until that matter is resolved, and it is not as yet.  The issue of collecting payment for “services not done/ laws not kept/ democracy not honored/ and the people used by this state leadership rather than protected ”.  IS A MATTER FOR COURT.  
You want money?  Then take me to court/ and we will discuss the responsibilities of the employees of this state of IL, to the citizens of this state of IL.  Redress of grievances, is accountability in government/ and is akin to “YOUR tax day/ rather than mine”.  It is YOUR PAYMENT TO US, and we do demand accountability.
That matter will demand a class action suit/ and all that goes with it.
