6.    If all debt is a human factor: there is no “santa claus”/ and we all have to work.  Which means we are all owed the right to  a job, that is fair and legitimate.
7.    If all debt is a human factor: the control of all natural  resources/ all access, and communication;   is a human right of society.
8.    If all debt is a human factor: democracy means WE SHALL share the wealth/ because we the people do control this government.  And we choose to be equal, by limited capitalism:  “the limits and boundaries of shared responsibility and wealth.”
9.    If all debt is a human factor: the monopoly and control of every business and industry SHALL be dealt with:   so as to remove the power, and return reality to our lives: as is consistent with FAIR PLAY.
10.    If all debt is a human factor:   international trade becomes dependent upon environmental and resource realities, so as to bankrupt no one/ nor change their lives, or our own;  in ways that will not sustain a healthy environment or the future for anyone. 
11.    If all debt is a human factor: the percentage we pay of our work income, is the same for all/ determined by the reality of healthcare.  Because life is, “equal”.
12.    If all debt is a human factor: the percentage we pay in taxes can be the same for all UNDER limited capitalism/ because it is fair, when society itself decides this is your legitimate  reward.  Same for all.  Business is left alone until they have recovered their investment/ but owners are taxed on what they take from the business for their personal income or use.  Such things as a trip on a business jet, for the company; reduced to “common jet travel”.  Luxuries of any kind, are not deductible.

13    If all debt is a human factor: then the elements of a courtroom shall understand, there are NO excuses.  No rules, beyond what is legitimate and ultimately fair to the purpose of someone is owed money.  NO COURT can declare frivolous, or incomprehensible.  NO COURT can destroy the evidence of any trial or proceeding on its way to trial.  NO COURT can assume control or take action according to whim or opinion:   only the law will do.  Only complete and full access to the records, and all other necessary information or rights as would be considered freedom of information in the pursuit of justice, MUST be granted, at no cost to the public or media.  Unless it involves a child.  NO ONE makes money from any verdict or crime that involves a felony, or its trial, regardless of the verdict.  No religious entity or charity exists, unless full disclosure of all income and assets is completely visible to all the public, at all times.  No religious entity or charity exists, unless those who run it/ own it, are within the income declarations and expected possessions, or less than:   “the middle class”.
14.    If all debt is a human factor: the reality of natural resource consumption must be equal, as a factor governed by the truth, the future of life on earth HAS RIGHTS TOO.
15.      If all debt is a human factor: then the reality of wealth/ the consequence of jobs, are all about us as a people, and the resources we are allowed to use.  We are the money, which means wealth is the control of others who will participate either as equals with us/ or as slaves/ or as masters against us.  We are the jobs.  The difference in wealth and poverty is: WHO controls the resources.  No resources, NO JOB, no possibility to survive.

16.      If all debt is a human factor: then every debt means to reduce it back to zero/ each human being that is overridden by that debt must work twice as hard, and twice and long to pay it back.  Can’t just stop spending, what you do not have a right to/ to get rid of the debt, you must pay back what you took, claiming its for free.  Or it never disappears, and the numbers lie. NOT a debt/ “its what the rich, or the fool, or the freeloader  stole”.  Gone forever/ but still said to be “our bill to pay”.  Not ours/ what did we get!  Its yours; you made the claim and promise someone would pay; its your contract, not ours.  Being a politician is not an excuse to steal, lie, cheat, or be foolish with our money.  That is a crime.
17.      If all debt is a human factor: when a large entity has proven to be “a tragedy and a failure”/ rather than “too big to fail”.  The proof is:   THIS MUST BE BROKEN INTO SMALL PIECES so that the whole cannot fail.  Same is true of government: broken into smaller pieces, which are contracted to the people to choose for themselves.  You bankrupted yourselves/ NOT us.  Or you did well, and must share as would be fair to life, and nation itself.  There are resources isolated to particular locations, that make life easier;   which means we do have a right to share your ease, rather than bear the entire burden of less.
18.      If all debt is a human factor:   gambling with my job, my future, my nation, and my world is NOT FAIR to me, or any other citizen in any other place.  Let the casino’s which use our economies as their “poker chips” be closed.  They have been proven a catastrophe, more than once.  Which clearly means, “liars, cheats, and thieves”.

19.      If all debt is a human factor: then the options and capacities that clearly give to each one the most freedom to choose their future, are best for life and society and world.  The greatest options for a worker exist in a massive number of places for potential employment.  That does not exist, when a tiny few control everything, as in big business.  The greatest capacity to get things done as is a business: does not hinge on size.  Rather business means: to successfully support our society in its decisions and needs and survival, so that humanity is at peace, living in harmony, and fundamentally happy.  The current “big business” is only about how to consume resources from this earth as fast as possible/ driving us all into extinction, with coming war, failure on all fronts, mutilations in nature, and chaos without end.  How is that “good for the world”?
20.      If all debt is a human factor: then every educational need, is a chance to contribute for society/ and society should pay.  But an education without a purpose that can be identified as useful and necessary to society, is merely time wasted; and ought not be a contribution from society.  Therefore let every university collect a percentage of the salary per student they educated for that particular job.  Or they get nothing at all/ its called business.  Although society owes for what it wants/ beyond the payment for that education: THERE IS NO DEBT OWED to a student.  Your time in education is comparatively free compared to many actual jobs.  Almost none, do not declare “best years of my life, in college”.  WHY do we owe for that? It’s a gift to you/ now its your turn to present a gift to us. 

21.      If all debt is a human factor: then every expenditure by government MUST MEET the criteria set by their own society.  Or more simply:   a problem is to be identified distinctly, establishing the current situation/ the future consequences/ the fundamentals involved/ the critical change expected, and its result and its opposite view/ the reality of what can be, “if we do this;  and what can be if we don’t”; both now and in the future. WHO PAYS, now and in the future?  To enable reality to be served, in terms of government in particular:   there must be distinct taxes set aside, such as gas tax pays for all road repairs/ and nothing else is touched, nothing else is allowed to borrow, nothing else can be changed: this is what we will do, and this is how it will be paid.  Everything separate, so as to maintain control as a society.  Everything in the general fund, separated into a percentage category and kept that way, NO BORROWING/ NO CHANGING/ NO POLITICAL DISCRETION.  What we the people give to this particular endeavor shall only be used for that purpose.  A percentage allowed for the politicians to use at their discretion is their only choice, in the money.  War or the aspects of war, are strictly by public vote: with the exception of a detailed simple list of what can be done, when,  and for how long:  without our approval.

 
The base element of all debts is simply “someone is charging too much for society to bear”.  Simple and plain; those who can are taking so much more than those who share this society can produce with honesty and a future for life:   that our choice is no longer a distinction of economic reality/ but the consequence that establishes “master and slave”.
This american society largely says, “AIN’T NO DAMN WAY, I am a slave”!  But lets test that reality with truth.

One trillion dollars is ten thousand dollars per one hundred million people if it were real money.  You have debts beyond all possibility of repayment in any form whatsoever.  It cannot be done.  Therefore reality says:   that by continuing any form of “monopoly money/ added to with borrowing”.  Those numbers as well as the numbers you hold as savings are fundamentally worthless.  Simple as that.  If you cannot pay your debts/ then you are bankrupt, and all promise to pay ends;   because reality came, and whatever was left became the possession of someone else/ while everyone owed, became “losers of their investment”.  So then in reality all money is considered to be an investment in the society or nation you hold as sacred enough, to believe in.  However in terms of bankruptcy, sacred is irrelevant/ because “the people owed” WANT THEIR DAMN MONEY (the monetary value they expected)!  Simple and plain.  Do you not?
That is impossible, your numbers for all debts in america are somewhere over 120 trillion dollars; governments/ personal/ business/ pensions etc.  Wall street is said to have sold up to 600 trillion dollars worth of “derivatives; insured bank debts/ packaged and repackaged; selling the same thing to very many people; all of which failed”. Its said they sold one hundred trillion dollars of all other casino games.  But, are these not “dollars”, hiding somewhere too?  Divided per each citizen in america 311 million of us a 120 trillion dollar debt equals $385,852.  Not per worker, babies and all.  Divide by one hundred million workers and we get $1.2 million per worker.   Divide 700 trillion dollars by wall street, per 7 billion people, and every human face on the planet owe $100,000.00 in american money:  get the picture?   Are you less than interested in knowing exactly how much is owed, and who is responsible? 

Then you are a slave, because no matter how much you want to say “its all good, in my life”/ the undercurrent that will soon tow you out to sea to drown, will not be defeated easily/ and not without cost.  So people choose to be greedy:   GET ME EVERY DAMN THING I CAN RIGHT NOW/ to hell with you!  And society, as is the majority;   looks to civil war as its solution.  Once THEY start dying, THEN they will respect us.  While the other side says: HOW MANY do we need to bribe to protect us, and KILL this other side.  Keep them under control/ because once they start bleeding, they will run away, and we will live like gods again.

But that, IS NOT THE REALITY, to be addressed.  Our reality as a society is very simple:   together, we do hold the keys to our democracy by law.  Together we can enforce the laws that do exist, upon our judiciary, police, and government: because WE THE PEOPLE own this place, and there are penalties called for in oaths: to destroy the rebels who tried, and succeeded in, stealing our lives/ threatening our world.  It is very simple:   anyone caught by the evidence/ in disgrace and disrespect of their oath of office SHALL BE removed or punished.  And someone found who will abide by the constitution and their oath put in their place.  We can insist, because this is the law of our nation.  Nobody gets to refuse the law/ not the president/ not the judge or supreme court/ or anyone else:   THE LAW RULES, or it is a criminal action, which participates in treason to destroy this nation, and transform we the people into “them the rulers/ which means, we the slaves”.
