The summarization of process and purpose herein is given in an effort to be simple, rather than plain.  The difference is, simple seeks no further understanding/ while plain given in italics intends to make that understanding  “less misunderstood”.
The primary facts and foundation of this web site and the others, are intended to provide you with the basic information needed to know the truth about your democracy/ your courts/ your employees of government/ and the people who are risking, and literally gambling with all life on earth. Its hope is literally to teach what is helpful to life and work and human existence. There are no small issues here, all represent necessary knowledge and the enlightenment of possibilities for your own decision or purpose;  not mine.  My purpose is:  let this life on earth survive/ or more simply:            QUIT KILLING EVERYTHING. To accomplish that:  YOU must learn.
Of the many variables that are necessary for public investigation/ discussion/ and decision by the evidence are these.

1. No greater threat exists than the people at NIF who believe and have made a machine capable of producing fusion (same fire as is on the sun) here on earth.  Fusion is the burning of atomic bonds, which means everything here is fuel.  Can’t put it out/ we all die.  YOUR scientists believe (THEIR THEORY):  that fusion cannot occur here because tremendous pressures are required to sustain it (which means its a worthless experiment; entirely for pride).  IF THEY ARE WRONG, you and this earth dies. Think about that for a second, and decide if you want your life!
2. No greater possibility of threat exists than at CERN  the people who made a machine to “recreate the big bang”/ the single most destructive event in the history of the entire universe.  Right here on earth.  the big bang is, "all the mass" in the entire universe exploding in "a single second";  everything that use to be "like our planet" destroyed to dust.  Their theory:  "we can be like gods", we will create energy, etc.  Their reality;  "the only god you can be is satan (the destroyer of worlds, BY arrogance)".
3. No greater threat exists to nature, than the endless mutilations of genetic code.  Genetic  code is nature, these are the instructions for every body of life on the planet.  Once a single irreversible event occurs/ life as we know it, is dead.   Even if we slowly descend into slime “the only life form that can exist without the disciplines of genetic code/ and even that, requires some.  Can’t go back/ look around you and ask yourself WHAT, “IS better off mutilated”.  What man or woman would you let “design you better/ than nature as a body”.  It is utter and complete insanity.  The reality of crops that kill insects too;  is widespread extinction.  Consider this, what eats those insects, including mirco-organisms:  do live in us too;  what if the "critters" that provide a working intestine no longer exist in you? What happens if they mutilate into something different?  YOU believe your in your idols(the university);  but what if, they lead an entire planet to death, by mutilation.  They say to you:  WE WILL be your gods, as mutilation of anything presents death.  However the fact is, "your gods", are the ones mutilating life on earth:  making them your satan.
4.  True threats exist in the following areas:  we know how much fossil fuels we burn/ thereby we know how much oxygen it takes to create that fire; by volume, we can then calculate the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere required.  Consequently understanding we burn more oxygen than this earth produces.  The end result is not in doubt. There are many more equally threatening realities, your leaders refuse to address; including water/ food/ environment/ chains of life/ ocean/ population/ ozone/ global warming, and so on. They WANT to play god, NOT work for life;  which means you die instead.
5. Truth demands:  weapons of mass destruction are “not your saviors” as propagated.  They are a reality that cannot be safe in any form:  because they can irreversibly damage and destroy life and earth/ bringing extinction.
6. Truth understands:  that there are various threats in nature at this time as well;  including Yellowstone “supervolcano”;  which requires an intervention.  We can remove the gas which causes the explosive event/ thereby turning the volcano into something like seen on the Hawaiian islands.  it is a very serious matter. There are more.
7. The critical nature  of each of these things drives the cause and reason to go to court.  The collection of evidence, that is called “justice, by its reality: rather than its propaganda” in the American courtroom today is here for all to see.  The end result is:  that no matter what the threat is, “your leaders” absolutely refuse to make any decision that might lead to understanding or mitigation of a threat.  They “simply want”, and prove they do not consider life “to be worth saving”.  That is the choice they made, the MONEY, and THEIR PRIDE, is more important:  which brings us to redress of grievances
8. Redress is:  the opportunity to assemble the people legally, it is constitutional law.  For the express purpose  of asking them by jury;  if they too believe our employees are not acting in a way that conforms with their oath of office/ NOT doing their job in a way that honors, respects, and obeys the decision of the people which is constitutional government.  Or, MORE simply;  democracy means: we rule ourselves by law, we create.
9. At issue in redress is not only accountability for all the threats that exist, and why we the people:  are not properly addressed, or the people correctly informed regarding threats that can literally exterminate their lives, by a press and media that refuses to be involved. And the future of this planet.  But  OUR RIGHT TO UNDERSTAND OUR TRUE SITUATION;  and the economic realities, the traitors to our lives, and failure of democracy; as is proven by a refusal to obey constitutional law;  the disease the threats, the arrogance and failures that bankrupted a nation; and everything else.  As is redress itself:  "our employees on trial", before the nation or state or even city.  A true accounting of reality is required. A decision for our future BUILT ON TRUTH is mandatory.
10. The foundation of democracy is:  that by our vote, we can change our world/ we can rule ourselves by law/ we can decide whatever is fundamental to our society as liberty and freedom, and create the future we desire.  It's our choice.  but to establish that truth, we must control our employees by their oath.  WE MADE A DEMAND WITH REQUIRING AN OATH.  That demand literally governs our world, by giving us the right to investigate, remove, punish, or change the relationship "FROM RULER" over us.  TO THE TRUTH, THAT WE HAVE RIGHTS, and ultimately, if you fail your oath as our employee, WE WILL RULE OVER YOU.  Through the courtroom of investigation, examination of the evidence, and the proof of democracy itself (we rule);  as is redress.
