By volume, a 21inch pipe full; holds approximately 18 gallons of oil. It depends upon how many gallons dump in one minute. We know it is under pressure/ and without knowing specifics it would be a reasonable guess, that over 50 feet of vertical pipe empties into the sea every minute. That equals 900 gallons of oil a minute times 24 hours, or 1440 minutes/ which equals 1,296,000 gallons of oil a day. Over the past 30 days equals 38.88 million gallons of oil into the sea. If the rate of flow is equal to a fifty foot rise in one minute/ it could easily be much more. But we do not know if obstructions are in the way slowing it down. A barrel of us crude equals 42 gallons of oil= 925,714 barrels of oil released, (at this low rate)/ added is the hundreds of thousands of barrels of solvents used to hide the oil out of sight. If it is 4 times higher rate than that (easily can be), then its approaching 4 million barrels of oil. It is said one gallon of oil can pollute one million gallons of water, to make it unsafe for life (seems high/ but you get the picture).

The critical truth is again: these people who owned the well, made a deliberate decision to NOT protect the environment/ LIE about the pollution, so as not to incur interference: while they deliberately chose the money instead of the life, and every life that depends upon this part of the sea. The US government (your president and cabinet), being as fully informed as they desired to be: said “we don’t care/ want oil too”. The coast guard, being on the boat that turned the media away from all the pollution, HAS clearly been bribed. As to the tragedy of pollution control that is not: GO INSPECT AND PROVE WHAT HAS BEEN COLLECTED AS OIL/ not simply as oil and water, or anything else: prove what has or has not been collected/ and find out what exactly they have done with this waste?

The critical lesson from government and industry is: THEY CANNOT be trusted to choose for life! They chose for money, discarding life and family and environment as “second class/ or not worth anything at all”. They invaded and controlled, leaving the people most harmed defenseless, and without the compensation of law, as would be right: on their side, when they most need it. Meaning or revealing, the judiciary is worthless; because the power and expectation of money; RULES this society. And when in doubt, they bring in the “expert” to control the herd. The obvious solution is: NO MORE GOVERNMENT CONTROL, BY THE LEADERS: WE THE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE. NO MORE INDUSTRY IN CONTROL, OVER THE FATE OF ANY WELL/ ANY DRILLING/ ANYTHING BUT THE USE OF THEIR EQUIPMENT and the finality of “they will pay” if something goes wrong. You wanted the money/ you get the bill!

This oil leak, began as an accident caused by pride/ just the way the Chernobyl accident occurred because of human pride, and willingness to gamble with life. This oil leak changed from accident to an act of terrorism: when they proved, INSTEAD OF LIFE, they chose to destroy. Had they done everything they could do to stop the leak from the beginning, it is simply another complete human failure. They did not do that/ instead they did everything they could do, hiding reality; so they could get as much time as possible to collect the money, by protecting the well: because ONLY THE OIL was important. Further keeping life at bay; by controlling the government and media/ by using the illegal assumptions of coast guard control. They have a right to protect us/ NOT a right defend, aid or abet terrorists! These then become criminal matters, with an absolute right to compensation that will not be turned away until it is paid in full, to every single living thing harmed. That includes the restocking of all ocean life affected, and rebuilding of habitat; as well as human needs. That includes the price increases for food, to each person; that will occur, due to this environmental act of terrorism.

To the fishermen;   as you view the consequences of what “the experts” are doing to you/ it is clear “out of sight/ equals out of mind for the masses;    Or “we don’t care”.  While the truth is a very simple KILLING THE FISHING INDUSTRY, by dumping the oil onto the sea floor/ where it cannot be cleaned to any degree; without tremendous effort.  These are then causing the coming starvation, with an end to the human food supply as is the product of your fishing fleet.  The end result will be: RIOT and civil war; AS REALITY PROVES, the leadership not only was wrong, but convinced it could play god.
As it is clear by the pictures of the primary leak they display now (not the main leak/ the propaganda leak).  That this leak can be stopped, could easily have been stopped nearly immediately, by any number of plugging methods.  THEY CHOSE not to do it, and are continuing to attempt oil extraction instead of oil stoppage.   Stop them.  DEMAND the US government leaders bring their submarines to bear in this matter:  such as the sub alvin, which will allow people down to inspect and work, and investigate the area and more.  This equipment, SHOULD HAVE BEEN on the scene from the beginning.  Your government/ YOUR LEADERS, are doing nothing more than talking about money; and they will fail there too.  Take a look at the exxon valdez;   and recognize, “IF THEY MEANT to protect you”/ then the damages would have been paid there: even today.  And they are not.

  Demand this smaller oil leak be stopped immediately:   as in the pictures shown, it is NOT a “full pipe, under high pressure” which means it can be plugged by simple permanent methods/ within a day. Not a game, it is true: THEY CHOOSE THE OIL/ not the environment.  Demand and take charge of cleanup.  Displace the people using chemicals/ and protect the most environmentally sensitive areas as best you can/ by going out and doing it.  Demand the state government use everything in its power, “including prisoners/ welfare/ unemployed/ and every other means available to stop what can be stopped.  Demand a high price shall be paid to anyone (NOT me) who “gets the job done”, immediately, and that includes cleanup.  Demand the opportunity to place a        “Teepee version of cleanup” for yourselves by simply doing it.  Move them aside, if they won’t help.  If they do suggest helping: take camera’s and record every detail to be certain sabotage does not exist.

To drop   a tent/ teepee collector;   simply build it one hundred feet tall or so, to alleviate all consideration of freezing.  Tow it behind a vessel to the location.  Attach the hose:   a simple plastic gas line as is used by the power company should do; the pressures will be equivalent if you keep it full of water on the way down.  Make certain the connections are stable and build a floatation device around them in a clear effort to protect, with tapers lead in and lead out.  Tow it behind a barge fitted for the job,   which means the necessary coils of hose are there.  A suitable derrick, and all equipment is in place to move and unroll the hose.  A pump will be used to flood the tent/ teepee so that it   rolls down and sinks/ while two independent ships hold the cable winches that lower it.  That gives you control, if the ships are one hundred feet apart or so.  By lowering the winch from one ship a little more the tent moves in the opposite direction/ and so on. moving the ships back or forward adds the rest.  Two simple driven propellers at ninety degrees will give greater control. Or water jets, driven from the surface can provide greater control at the bottom: this would be an additional pipe: fitted with an either/ or valve that can be thrown by submarine, or electricity, it then becomes another suction line.  Natural rise of the oil is best/ but it is not the day for “special or perfect”; just get it done.      Demand a sub to watch and maneuver / or install a microphone if you can/ or use a pump and watch the oil being sucked in and released at the surface to determine where you need to be.  The theory of operation is very simple.  Oil and gas is less dense than water/ therefore it will rise.  As it rises to the cone created by the tent/ teepee, the hose simply brings it to the surface.  If you get the correct balance, the oil level will be sustained in the top ten percent of the cone or dome thereby the pumping will be mostly oil.  If you pump too fast, too much water will arrive/ simply control a valve.  If you pump too slow, the oil will lift the tent/teepee and tip it to the side.  If one hose is not enough, THEN use two or three.  Demand the hose, but remember this honestly:   if you fail, the hose is still “just as good as new”/ it simply needs to be cleaned and dried.   Get your state politicians involved.  TELL THEM HOW MUCH FOOD, will be missing/ HOW MUCH MONEY will be lost.

Remind yourselves:   if they could have slowed the oil/ or plugged it, BUT DID NOT.  Then it is not the environment they are trying to save/ but the oil. [And neither is your “president”; his list of wants is too great to find honor or discipline]. Consequently they don’t give a damn, and will soon make “an accident happen” to knock the blowout preventer off its pedestal: thereby releasing ten times more oil, while trying to insert a pipe to get more oil/ AND FAILING.  Or you will take control and save whatever can be saved of this environment.   Fail to act, and your industry/ thereby your job; and your food supply ends. 

As to the oil rivers now deep underwater and ready to contaminate the possibility of an entire environment: if you hurry while it remains intact.  The trawlers that gather fish can easily be used to gather this oil.  Simply redo the nets to very fine screening/ go slow/ and pump it out on the run by placement of suction tubes at appropriate places.  What you cannot see visually/ you can identify by the pump effluent. Trawlers not made for this, can create storage for this oil by working in tandem with another ship which tows an ocean going barge.  If, you choose to close the netting entirely with a rubber membrane or such/ at the middle an opening to direct the flow caught by the net, provides the same outlet as suction tubes for a pump.  Forward momentum provides the push to move oil through the piping/ and a pump suctioning after the netting instead of in front of it aids in the uptake of oil.  Towing a barge on a separate cable from the same ship will work if you have that power available.  So much oil must now be gathered, it may be necessary to use “trains of barges”.  These are not in line tows as would be common to trains/ but exactly the opposite as would be spread out in a common tow pulled by two ships / in a line perpendicular to the towing vessel, rather than in line with it.

As to the failure of letting the small leak continue, and now trying to collect the oil rather than stop it/   a simple saddle tap, common to plumbing would be the means.  “A little too complex for experts” apparently.  Using pumped water to excavate under the pipe is also common to many workers, anyone but an expert or university. They don’t know/ can’t know/ won’t know:   because they absolutely don’t want to share any part or portion of “we are saviors, they are gods/ worship us”:          with you. “ain’t they special”! To hell with the environment, and everything depending upon it: THEIR PRIDE, and their power are more important; to them.  They, Ain’t going to share nothing, not ever.  Ain’t that so? Go ahead and die.

As to the validity of statements “we have spent 500 million dollars so far”/ the question is:   WHO got the money, and WHAT DID THEY DO, to get it?  Next to nothing has been collected of the oil released.  Next to nothing has been done to stop the leaks.  Today they say “we are catching 20% of the oil now”/ but they did not say whether that is 20% of the leak out of the one pipe or 20% of the entire leaking mess. Is not the laying out of booms just a temporary wait for even a small storm to make this completely useless; unless you gather the oil?  As to who got the money, the question is:   HOW MUCH did you pay yourselves. Do you own the company laying or renting the boom, etc/ in effect paying yourselves, and keeping the money while lying about expenditures?  As to the government: the question is, WHERE ARE YOU/ because apart from too little too late in every  conceivable form of intervention or control/ regulation or law/ support for the environment or community/ even fire control at sea: they are a complete and utter failure.  Are they attempting to control the leak or provide assistance to open the flood gates of workers in the gulf who could be cleaning oil, or any other aspect of actual work & helping? No, all the “government employee does” is take all the money they can get/ take all the pride they can find (we will make they answer); but will fail as always/ and hide behind “its their fault”/ regardless of absolute apathy by government employees to busy wanting to be gods, to find room for anything but arrogance.  No help/ no work/ no rights to the people themselves/ no pay for any but the wealthy/ no protection for the people or the environment; absolutely worthless in all but the tiniest conditions of talk, behind closed doors/ where the public is shamed with their answer. And not to worry, if the talk gets out of hand/ there will be bribes to “smooth it all out” and media to insure the lies propagate and hide the wealthy.
Ask yourself, IF it was not for the money ruling all procedures:   WOULD this have happened?  Ask yourself, if they can shoot debris into a pipe and plug it/ why was that not done immediately?  The answer is: money is their god/ and the oil was decided to be more valuable than the environment.  As always; THEY WERE WRONG.  The accumulation of tragic decisions has now reached the point of beginning chaos/ as entire environments which create and sustain your own food will die.  In a world, that has already ravaged and raped every sea/ a world choosing to crucify and disgrace every living creation with genetic mutilation/ a world already designated to die, in the flames of fusion gone out of control;   unless you do act now.  This is not a game.  “Your experts” are clearly seen absolutely worthless/ blind/ ignorant/ insane/ and without sense.  The failure to stop/ the failure to begin to think, instead of pretend you don’t care/ the failure to act and work for life, instead of living like sheep about to be slaughtered:   IS A DECISION!   YOUR decision.    WAKE UP, or die.

In the use of trawler nets fitted with membranes and a central funnel to allow the collected oil to pass through and thereby be moved to containment. It is useful to include: the motion of the ship pulling the netting is sufficient to run the pump required to raise the oil enough to contain it on board a vessel or barge. That pump would realistically be any number of versions; but a simple paddlewheel design enclosed for oil propulsion, and a bigger paddlewheel design moving in the water behind the netting would drive the mechanism. The hose providing oil for containment either is strung along and tied to the cables that tow the net/ or rises vertically as small cables of the correct length tied to & from the ship towing keep it in place. Or if towing a barge, it can be tied here, with cables from the ship/ should the oil be deep. Floatation devices on the hose as it rises, for neutral buoyancy would be helpful. Alternate information would include: there is absolutely no good reason why gas should be burned if collected. A very simple separator and a gas pump will liquify and contain it/ OXYGEN, will become a tremendously precious commodity. It is stupid to waste.

In the more detailed study of what to do now, in terms of better insurance nothing like this can happen again. The first look comes to understand, by the testimony given: the primary collapse of integrity in the system WAS caused by GREED/ POWER/ AND PRIDE, each an issue driven by large amounts of money. It was greed that pushed men and machine to avoid the sanity of care and careful preparation. It was power to decide: we need not fix the seal or equipment so valuable to keeping life alive. It was pride in the people of bp who chose to take over the rig, and insist on making a decision: so they could claim the prize of “being in charge”. It was failure in government and regulation that caused these conditions to exist. It was failure in industry and manufacturing to NOT have backup plans/ THAT WOULD WORK. It was failure in the men running the rig, to not have reported the annular rubber having failed/ thereby risking their own lives as well. It was power over the men, which allowed they shall not report/ or be fired. It was complete stupidity, that created a design in engine intake of air/ that allowed fuel to be sucked in and the engine thereby over-rev. It was asinine engineering, that failed to override the increased voltage/ causing lighting fixtures and machines to explode; thereby initiating the fire. It is GREED that failed to plug the oil, rather than complete incompetence and total failure in containment or design. It is university incompetence/ that none have worked on, nor created suitable methods of oil collection and containment; or equipment design. It is presidential stupidity, and governmental horseshit in charge/ and proving to be a failure in this day (NOT enough to create “expert talkers”/ and no significant workers: the reality, stopping people who could and would have helped); not leadership; protecting the status quo, by pretending to lead. It is foolishness on the part of all people directly related to what oil can and did, and is doing to their part of this world: stupidity and shame go with not investigating, examining the facts, and making decisions: regarding realities that can take your life, your work, your future, your home, your everything away. How dare you let “the university” tell you, “it will be ok”/ how dare you let the money, do all the talking; as they walk you into the slaughter house. GET UP, and work for life!

The functional changes that must be made, are simple ones/ DISCOUNTING ALL the other needs and realities of this day! Because this will not be stopped in any part of the world; it is absolutely necessary to deal with this first.

In simple terms, among the things that must be redone are these: every blowout preventer MUST have at least two, completely independent systems of automatic closure. And one strictly mechanical valve that is located at the least vulnerable position/ but is readily accessible by submarine: and can be operated by switching mechanisms that will NOT interfere with mechanical shutoff in the case of emergency. Such as a ball valve, and lever. Two independent systems would include: hydraulically operated rams to close the gap, with mechanical jacks in permanent position to override the hydraulics should fluids or pumps, etc fail. The annular seals so critical to all systems, MUST BE doubled or tripled: which means simply if one fails/ another can be engaged. Critical overrides MUST BE in place when an annular rubber seal is activated: to insure NO POSSIBILITY of accidental movement by a drilling pipe will occur. Such as locking down the controls by methods that cannot be released unless the annular is indicated open/ as well as shutting down the electricity, hydraulics, motors, etc while this takes place. NOTHING works until the all clear is recognized and automatic controls restart. Automatic, because these can be checked by regulators/ and if it doesn’t work properly they must be fixed prior to restart. A failure code automatically sends notice to land, demanding government regulators shall immediately appear. The failure to provide all safety and concern for environment at any point or way: IS FORFEITURE of the well. Should any leak occur because of this, the company and its primary officials shall be sold out, or made to pay without means to direct or control that reality: fixed, safe, critically the best we can do: or broke and removed from this work. Critical valving must also be incorporated into the blow out preventer itself: specifically the use of pressure relief valves introduced into the piping so that a sudden and intense gas surge mechanically trips and opens a hydraulic closer with that gas pressure itself; thereby becoming automatic, one that functions with the drill piping/ one that functions without the drill piping/ and preferably one that works either way. It is a simple device. a system of strain guages incorporated between the pipe riser and the blowout, which automatically closes the valveing if too great a bend exists must be added/ as well as some type of mechanical closure if the pipe is about to break. Added to the preventer is the addition of mechanical springs over hydraulics that will provide positive relief if that should prove necessary. As well as functioning test environments to approve or disprove these devices are all working with minimal interruption of the work. The obvious change in air intake, electrical breakers, etc must occur as well. CRITICAL relief for a blowout of gas must be formed; so that even a major event shall NOT escape onto the deck or anywhere but the highest point of the derrick, so as to be as safe as possible/ included is the need to be able at this point not only to accept a fire, but control and extinguish that fire as it becomes possible to do. Preferably automatic as is common on fire doors/ with deflection materials that size an opening dependent upon heat, and mechanical/ because it can and will be better to let the fire burn/ if the gas vapor is not yet under control, rather than entrap the gas, and make it search for an alternate exit. A gas vent can be incorporated into the derrick/ in a number of ways. The possibility for pride to interfere, SHALL BE REMOVED/ by establishing the procedure that will be used on shore; in public view/ with all statistics necessary to assess and understand PRIOR to drilling. And shall not be changed unless the public is informed, and a safer method is found: money be damned. Failure to comply is an instant/ need not go to trial; incarceration in maximum security prison for ten years. If something goes appreciatively wrong, because of your decision in pride, power, stupidity, or greed: YOU die, no exceptions. All methods shall be published in all industry news/ taught in schools/ instructed in the trades as to what shall or shall not be done: and in plain sight for reading on the drilling rigs themselves. So that NONE have an excuse.

And as you understand, or begin to understand the tragedy of what you have become as a society: CONSIDER THE FACT; these damn people who believe they can be gods/ who have no conscious other than greed. Are desperately trying to crucify genetic structure; making life itself impossible/ are desperately trying to create fusion: the same fire as is on the sun here on earth; and HAVE NO MEANS TO CONTROL IT, OR PUT IT OUT (search this site, and understand). ETC! Too little too damn late/ and the world itself is dead. Start thinking for yourself, start understanding: either you get up and work for life/ OR THERE WILL BE NOTHING, but a lake of fire beneath your feet, OR hell and Armageddon (nature in chaos). Just like this oil, it is coming. CHANGE that fact, or die. It’s a choice, but NOT for much longer. WAKE UP!

the news reveals this evening, a 21 inch pipe spewing oil nearly full. This is the main leak/ and it clearly shows: LIES, CHEATING, COVERUP, AND THE TRUE INTENT TO SALVAGE THE OIL, RATHER THAN PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT. A twenty one inch pipe is spewing millions of gallons of oil a day/ every day! Their greed, LIES, terrorism; is out of control! Further stated is: people from the oil companies/ industry trying to hide what cannot be hidden: have threatened reporters claiming its their right to deny access to reporters. That is the update, this may 18, 2010

The critical question is: HOW TO FIGHT BACK? The critical answer is, 3 separate things: immediately use every ship, rowboat and whatever floats, that will not get someone killed; and go do whatever you can do. Immediately go to your state governors and explain to them either they will legally seize all bp/ transocean/ and haliburton property and income; filling joint claims and seizure in federal courts (DON’T take no for an answer). And seize all the oil from bp that is necessary to go forth and clean up oil. Immediately go to your media local and national and demand that there will be, a call to all the people of this world to come (without atomic weapons) and collect money for oil cleanup: at the same price per actual gallon of oil the “experts” are being paid. And anyone who gets the oil under control will own this well, if it is put back into production at some future time (not me). Or more simply: ASK FOR IMMEDIATE HELP, by every garage, every mechanic, every person or university or industry that can help; and get this stopped by taking over: or more simply “everyone is invited and told to help any way they can. The experts had their chance/ and now they WILL pay you, and sit on the sideline. They can help/ but in no way continue in charge. They will be personally responsible, and that means: ARREST the people for using a weapon of mass destruction/ and seal them in jail; confiscating all personal belongings. As to making them all understand YOU MEAN TO HAVE AN ANSWER SOON: greed is an enemy. Show them you are angry, surround them with people in their buildings and prove they will learn to fear you. The simple way: is like the biblical story of jericho, “let them hear you roar”! Prove to your media as well, we will have the help of everyone; open the door. Do it now, because it will become a war soon. And it is a weapon of mass destruction: because the damage being done will not be worse than if someone had exploded a “dirty bomb” in these places. The accident is one thing/ absolute greed and selfishness is entirely different.

As to the criminal element protecting the terrorists from view: go out and do whatever it is you will do/ and if they should come back. Demand they escort you to port/ and have people and police and military waiting to escort them to jail. The charge is aiding and abetting terrorists/ the reality is traitor. The penalty if found guilty of the additional charge: spreading the disaster and interfering with those who are working to defend this nation. The punishment is twenty years in prison. Take a gun, a video camera, a GPS so you can summon help; call the coast guard, and if they pick the wrong side:: let your government hear you ROAR, with all your might and purpose to survive. Call the national guard, as society to come to your aid, and remove any person who stands in the way. Every day matters. Remind the local media, realtors, police, etc: ITS THEIR JOB TOO. Because more than one industry is at stake. More than one lie has been hidden. They will NOT have another well dug in 3 months/ and if they do, its only because NO safety precautions were taken. Which means instead of helping: this could easily multiply.

As to the main leak that is visible now, in part. The reality of debris is evident. As there are no critical pictures to define the entire site, it is hard to be definite. What is clear is: absolutely nothing has been done of value. Critical reality states: as is evident by the oil and gas drifting upward, the need for a tent/ teepee setting above it to capture this oil is an absolute demand. However it needs to be bigger than expected at the well head, so that submarine and tools can enter, cut this pipe and plug it/ or open some type of door to work inside. An alternate is the umbrella support (not shown). Consisting of a single pipe riser that supports the umbrella catcher and funnels the oil into the pipe being used to support it, by appropriate holes drilled or cut into the pipe itself. This method allows the most versatility, in a heavy debris field. The struts of the umbrella that hold it open are fitted with cables: or the pipe is fitted with cables/ and if necessary the cables are anchored either to the debris or concrete anchors if needed. With a suitable pipe slide surrounding it, the umbrella can go up or down. The tent is temporary, but necessary, because the oil will rise and it can work/ stopping the primary catastrophe in large part, if made correctly. Struts and a cover that end in a funnel: NOT a hard concept.

The pipe can be cut by several methods/ therefore it is not a topic of discussion. But it may increase the flow, and as such the umbrella tent needs to be in place quickly if possible. Once you are ready and the pipe is cut: a ball valve, with a trip lever to close it; is placed in the cap [to relieve pressure for placing the cap]. The cap itself is built in a cone shape, so that once over the pipe end it can be pushed onto the end of the pipe, and will find its seat, because the tapered cone, will make that happen. Two taper sheaves, which are positioned onto the pipe first/ or made in a manner that they are split to surround the pipe and come into position, go below the pipe cap. The cap and the sheaves are pushed or pulled together by winching mechanisms mounted on top of the cap: with permanent automatic locks as the cables pull tight. Ratches or the like. Thereby the submarine has plenty of tolerance to position/ the sheaves cannot get away and guides will bring this machine into correct position. Once in position with sheaves into the cap preassembled bolts with impact drivers in place, in the sheaves could be used to further seal and hold the cap. A suitable placement holding device or mechanism must be used because once you interfere with the oil, it will make visually seeing what is happening impossible. Therefore it may be necessary to insure that the valve is big enough, NOT to cause blindness for the work: do you have anything that will work for you in blind conditions? Otherwise make the valve, with enough area to make it possible to see. A permanent type of hook up to the valve is necessary. An actual pipe sent down with this arrangement is NOT advisable, because nothing is straight. The critical part is whether you can establish a working section of pipe upon which a cap or plug can be introduced.

What is necessary to understand is if the drill bit and piping are still inside this tube, and whether they can be pushed down or taken out. If inside, it may be necessary to cut the pipe and put a cap over the end/ rather than shoving a cone shaped plug into the pipe: the preferred method. Small debris must be cut away. Cutting this pipe will lead to trouble unless enough floatation devices (chained, etc) are attached prior to cutting so that it has a counter balance that will keep the loose pipe from doing more harm. Hooked directly to the ship or crane it may do more harm than good. Once in place, some months down the road, after everything is cleaned/ maybe a pipe can be re-hooked. If you must work from the top of the preventer, realistically plugging it with cement, etc may be the only option. It depends on what is left/ but it is certain the preventer can be grabbed by machine “like two arms around it, an overhead derrick, with a ram coming down into or onto the hole to seal it”.

DO NOT allow anyone to suggest taking the blowout preventer off its anchor/ because that leaves NOTHING with which to use for gripping the pipe and forcing a plug/ cap, or something else.

Don’t think its important: one third of all the seafood sold in america alone comes from this area. THAT’S MILLIONS OF TONS OF FOOD, TO YOU/ that won’t be coming to your table anytime soon. Ready to starve? Ready to surrender all life in the ocean, because trawlers that can’t work here, are going elsewhere; got to make a living/ so there ain’t nothing in the ocean that is safe, absolutely nothing; in three years or less there can be NO MORE SEAFOOD AT ALL. Because humanity took too much, and gave nothing in return/ as always. Cannibalism comes next, because only a tiny drop in plant production and your going to be very hungry; particularly in a world growing in human population at 2 million more mouths to feed EVERY SINGLE WEEK.

An additional device is built like a series of elongated balloons all tied together “kind of like a mattress” with one end open to create a tube in each one. This is formed out of plastics, thermo-welded together as in a raft, and pulled along the coast to collect oil with minimal damage to the coast line or its inhabitants. It has a top and bottom. The raft is pulled through the water, with openings forward/ oil is forced into the tube itself variable floatation area’s keep it level and in the right place. As oil and water are forced into the tube they generate pressure from the boat. That pressure is forced out of the back or middle bottom of the tube, through a much smaller hole. Thereby allowing heavier water to collect on top of this hole, while the pressure pushes it through leaving the oil behind. A simple loop string closer at the front will seal the flexible tubes enough to keep the oil in until emptied. A pontoon boat or other designed for the purpose pulls the raft across its deck where the tubes are emptied by gravity or squeezed in some manner to force the oil out. do you not have unemployed/ do you not have hotel rooms to fill, find a way

OCEAN TUBE COLLECTOR

This is an alternate device for sucking sediment off the ocean floor.  It consists of a wave generator in the form of a sloped ramp that moves the water up and over it, as it is pulled through the ocean by ship.  When that water is forced to rise, it creates a vacuum on the back side of the sloped ramp: thereby allowing debris to be sucked upward where another ramp is waiting to take it onto the sorting beds.  The sorting beds are designed to be plates with holes that allow little stuff to be at the bottom/ with bigger stuff on top plates.  The assumption is that oil solids will be of one size more than any other/ or perhaps rocks will be of another size so that not everything has to be taken to the surface.  Decide for yourself how to eject on the go:  details about what will be collected are necessary before any real design can be determined for this.  There is also a third ramp and movable vane incorporated this one is forward  and determines the pressures being applied to the sea floor. It is much higher off the sea floor which will give it suction to rise “oil liquids” into a collection area that works above the oil solid collector below it:   very similar if not the same as the tube collector above.  If not the same then a flat bottom pan with an appropriate envelope cover on top/ that uses directional vanes on the pan to direct water out of this collector on the sides.  These are multiple solid collectors in common line as is a farm implement.  The use of submarine style floats appropriately positioned and some type of control from the surface such as a air compressor hose for filling the tanks, will raise the entire machine to the surface for dumping.  The use of submarine style floats appropriately positioned and some type of control from the surface such as a air compressor hose for filling the tanks, will raise the entire machine to the surface for dumping. The “liquid ramp” being directional works as a suitable guide for both lowering and raising the machine by directing the incline in water. It is possible to incorporate a human “ bubble” for an operator beneath the sea; including robotic operations rather than towing by vessel. It is more realistic, to include video and automated controls. As to other realities of this day: the separation of oil and water beyond what is simply necessary for the environment, is an unnecessary step. Simply dump the entire mixture in an abandoned oil well, and it will separate itself/ for later usage; without energy beyond the pumping and transportation. Whatever is more useful and energy wise. We will hope they do contain and seal that well/ because if they do not, it will make more trouble, with any and all regards to capping later. If they enclose it in concrete and that does not work, it will then be very difficult to do more/ however it can still be tented for long term collection. Should a suitable ring of some sort be put into the concrete when poured/ ANYTHING suitable, upon which a potential anchor can be attached, in case that is needed in an effort to cap the concrete would be something to think about. It is completely insane to believe genetic engineering will do anything but destroy life on earth/ once “pandora’s box” is fully opened, nothing survives. Those who suggest otherwise, are merely tools for terrorist propaganda.

cleaning the mess off sand, requires washing. In this machine, the purpose is to wash sand on shore. It consists of an outer drum that is pulled horizontally behind a tractor. That drum is cut longitudinally to create a digging edge; a lowered edge that dips into the sand and lifts the top two or so inches of beach up and into the machine as it is pulled forward. Within the machine there is a second inner drum. On that inner drum is a series of horizontal spinning brushes. Arranged in such a way as they contact lightly the inner and outer drum. These spinning brushes are affixed to the inner drum, and friction turns them, or if necessary they are driven. The inner drum is perforated throughout, sealed on the vertical ends, and the entire drum rotates inside the outer drum, driven by wheel or motor. Inside the inner drum is an axle upon which the machine rotates, and an oil shield, which separates cleaned from oil. The oil shield does not rotate, rather it sits in place within the turning inner drum to isolate the clean from the oil. It does so, by creating a barrier from the oil and water collecting within the inner drum/ because it passes through the perforations of the inner drum from the area between the inner and outer drum. The oil shield does not extend within the area where sand and oil are collected by the digging edge/ nor does it extend to the area immediately thereafter to just over center, where the water oil level inside the drum is expected to be sustained in operation. Rather the oil shield extends from this point onward, until it reaches the dump out auger. Clean Sand is pushed/ augered out the side and past the machine in a tiny berm; that must either be leveled with a useful grader attached to this machine in some way or drug behind/ or an entire different machine. Two machines side by side allows a little grader to move the center oil sand in front of the drums/ and then dumps clean sand between the drums, which can be leveled with a v-shaped grader that follows. Ocean water is introduced, by pumping/ onto the top of the outer drum on the back side where it is released in uniform fashion across the top of the rising oil sand. That oil and water help wash the sand, along with the rotating brushes. The oil and water saturating this part of the machine flow through the perforations into the inner drum. The axle tube has perforations which provide collection of the mixture at center level within the drum. This oil and water is sent by hose to a trailing tank/ where it can be further refined or not. To keep the majority of sand within the area between the inner and outer drums/ each brush is held within its own little area, by sweeps that are attached to the inner drum, and reside between each rotating brush. These are in contact with the sand as it comes in, and provides rotation through ground, or incoming sand contact do to tractor pulling. As the clean sand comes over and off the front of the drum area/ between the drums, the outer drum opens to an auger for dumping sand back onto the beach. The inner drum contains one additional secondary oil shield and that is small and farther back from the inner drum/ being at center line with the oil sludge itself, it holds oil already in suspension here, from re-entering the cleaner sand. As sand over-rides center, how much sand enters the inner drum/ on top of the oil shield; depends upon how fine and how many the perforations are once past center it will fall back in front of the digging edge to re-enter the machine. Therefore: either the drum needs to be large so that the auger can catch it/ the perforations need to be small or few/ or “little wipes” need to attach to the oil shield to help the sand back through the perforations on the clean side of the drum. A flexible wipe (so that it does not get stuck); that sets gently touching (inner tube like membrane with smooth surface plastic, attached on touching side) the inner drum at the top position of the oil shield, would also eliminate sand from falling through.

Ending to fishermen,

the work required of you, is to save whatever you can/ that is YOUR job, because none can do it better, or with more passion. Do what you can do/ simple as that! The money required for the work, is in the hands of those who caused the problem/ and failed to decide to stop that leak as best they could immediately. That decision, proven without doubt as greed/ and strictly for the money: is your right to assert terrorism, a crime against the nation itself. Therefore tell your politicians TO GO GET THE MONEY NOW! Insist, and don’t take no for an answer/ there is no law, greater than WE THE PEOPLE; violently assaulted. It is our right to defend ourselves, and that includes taking the money (life, environment, work, & reality called freedoms) back/ that has been so clearly stolen from us. It ain’t a business or a corporation or an excuse: this oil is a war, because it can and is invading everything/ it can and is harming the lives of millions, of nature, and even this world. GO GET THE MONEY TO FIGHT IT, from the people who clearly caused it. And then turn to WE THE PEOPLE, as a nation and say: this is your money, if you come here and solve this problem. Let them try/ do not get in the way. The price to be paid is whatever the oil company has been paying per gallon of oil being recovered. Add it up honestly/ and pay the same per gallon recovered. Do what you can do.

As to the marshes and nature preserves: IF YOU DO NOT, dig a trench in front of them, piling the dirt up behind the new trench to collect and contain the oil/ there is no hope of keeping them alive. Dig a three foot deep trench, or so/ whatever it takes to get above the water line by one foot: and suck out the oil as it collects immediately/ 24 hours a day when necessary. Let a small (one foot) opening every 50 feet or so/ Which you must close at the worst periods of invasion. Put a secondary trench (ten feet long/ two feet in front) directly in front of this opening, to aid in keeping the oil out.

This is not a game, this is not a time for politics, not a time for discussing the money; just keep an honest record/ keep the materials needed coming. Keep a web site opened to whatever people around the world can contribute in ideas or whatever they choose to do for helping. Support your workers with what they need, and do it now. Every worker is welcomed, so long as there is no trouble. To keep trouble at a minimum: the reality is, that people and cultures are different: like army/ navy/ marines; etc that does not make them less able to contribute. But they will do better working where everyone understands and accepts, the battle plan. Those that dig trenches are for instance better able to work within their own group/ as are those who choose to collect deep water oil, within their own group: don’t spend time getting in each others way.

As for me, this concludes the basic reality of help that I can provide in fundamental ideas, or organization. I do wish you well/ if you work, things will improve. The functional reality of your need, requires one more thing. There are NO LAWS, built without the power of the constitution itself. IT IS CONSTITUTIONAL INTENT AND PURPOSE, that designs and grants all authority over you. It is constitutional law: the power that grants one citizen the right, to tell another citizen what they may or may not do. That authority, and more distinctly that law is summarized in the preamble to the constitution: as WHY WE THE PEOPLE have joined together as a nation.

Do not fear them: defend yourselves from a common threat/ and demand help, not authority whose only purpose so far, is to insure tragedy and disgrace.

STOP the dispersants, from being used entirely: because as is plainly seen in media/ instead of being held together so that it can be collected by you. The oil is being saturated throughout the water, making it impossible for fish and all sea life to avoid. Think of it as your air being so saturated with insects flying in your face/ it is impossible to breathe without inhaling some; one insect too many and your dead. Just like the sea. The dispersants are making it possible to attack ten times more ocean, with the same gallon of oil/ PLUS all the damage of the toxins itself. Shame on you, for choosing to hide the oil/ whose only real consequence is choosing to destroy even more.

Today if you were wise/ which you are not; but if you were, you would recognize all these millions of tons of food are lost/ and must be replaced, not only this year and soon/ but for years to come: AS BEST YOU CAN. That means all none food crops, that are not poisoned to the point of growing nothing else: such as is cotton/ should be discontinued until such time as food becomes stabilized again. You should at least protect the mississippi river/ but you will not; instead you will believe anything the tv tells you to believe. And the foundation of all propaganda machines is: LIE/ LIE / LIE, tell them only what they are to believe, “so say I: the power or the money”. Did they reveal to you, in the last fuel spill on the mississippi, NO cleanup existed? No, instead they broadcast a tiny few people in “idiot jump suits” pretending to collect a gallon of oil (all done/ camera gone). Did you not believe “nothing bad can happen/ because the experts know what they’re doing”? Who made you believe, what did not exist at all? Do they remind you a supertanker is leaking oil on the Australian reef/ threatening everything there. Do they remind you another major oil leak is threatening other major incubators of ocean life/ or that so much is already killed, the probability of any true ocean life surviving is already under 50%. Because as we all know, humanity is NOT going to give them a break/ instead MORE MASSIVE efforts to collect every “fish in sight” will multiply. Thanks to the university, they will attack everything, by recognizing like all predators “this is the only water here/ they MUST come here”. Once a hurricane comes; what is devastating the shore line/ will be pushed greater distances onto the land taking everything with it. Instead of holding the oil together, with dispersants a hurricane will pick up tremendous amounts of oil more/ to throw it everywhere; “like little creatures raining out of the sky”. With dispersants now, you must seine the entire ocean/ or let it disperse for millions of miles; killing everything in sight. Not to worry though, “your experts are gods/ didn’t the university teach them”? Your media are gods/ didn’t they tell you what to think: surely you didn’t get so damn stupid without some help! Not to worry though, you still got your paper money don’t you? hell print some more, life don’t matter; ain’t that right. Oh wait, I remember now: “Whenever we are in trouble/ better let nature fix it/ cause we don’t know how”. While behind the university & business walls around this entire world: people are crucifying, mutilating, and intentionally trying to destroy the foundation of all nature, which is the genetic code.
