You should be aware, that this case is fundamentally about two distinct things:    One is the right to legally require our government employees to be accountable to us, as we the people, are the true owners here.  “Tell us the truth/ the whole truth/ and nothing but the truth”.
The other is: that the court has deliberately denied redress of grievances; and that has consequences.  What those consequences are to be:   is a decision required by all parties.

You should also be aware, that redress of grievances itself:   is a demand to take responsibility and authority to make or take,  “this decision” away from the leaders.  And give it to ourselves/ which means there is literally no place left to hide:   we choose, and we gain or lose, by the truth we accept and the work we do.  Simple and plain.
Because your leaders are at a loss for what to do, in countless ways/ they will reject this case at first.  But then find it the answer to “their prayers”.  Because it removes their responsibility; so they will believe.  But that is NOT going to be true.  Rather the gathering of evidence, the relationship we have to functional truth, and the need to identify liars;   are all dependent upon the ability to organize and contain the discussions/ investigations/ and ability to recognize the evidence as true.  This   REQUIRES participation from those who say they would and do lead us.  Too many voices make it impossible to hear any real discussion that involves us all.


The US COURTROOM or CONGRESS:   MUST BE COMPLETELY OPEN, AT ALL TIMES;   there are NO closed door anything.  If we call it to be investigated/ it must be so. 
The critical composition of how and why this must be done for and by the people IS AS SIMPLE AS:   we really don’t have any other choices, because the realities of threat are too extreme. 
WE MUST IDENTIFY: the critical relationships which will determine our future as life on this planet.  I suggest you read the list, or critical issues; to provide a start.  I suggest you read the link $118 trillion;   as the beginning understanding to your economic reality.  I suggest you use this site as designed; “contributing space”.   To understand how best this will work.  And I do recommend other sites provide the same.  Its not free, because someone has to monitor that area/ but it is cheap; keep it in mind.  But do not donate money unless it is called for/ this site and this work is NOT intended to create or allow a “profit”.   Contributing space is a concept, and does not yet exist in real time: UNTIL there are sufficient contributors/ to make it functionally worth the money, effort, & time to find and provide moderators so as to run the space professionally.  That is up to you.  The web address is mail@trialoflife.info
 when twenty “professionals”, and twenty “common citizens” present signature (listen to me) suggestions;  with realistic content.  The site will open within a week or so, thereafter.  Its up to you.  A professional is: someone who knows, rather than theorizes.  The difference is evidence, and its truth.  The difference is COMMON SENSE.


The purpose of contributing space is:   to provide a direct outlet for the organization of what we can, and cannot do.  The primary purpose of  national discussion at its presentation to the people:  is to isolate and identify what is important, and put it into a short phrase that people will then be able to understand, by thinking for themselves.   So they, can Then vote;   this is our choice/ this is our law/ this is our way.  This is the price, or the purpose:   we agreed must be paid.  Simple and plain.  Contributing space IS NOT for simple-minded “let me talk too”;  forums allow for that.  Rather contributing space is for the formulation of ideas, realities, consequences, and definitions that provide this society hope for the future, because we know the truth and can do something about that truth by making a decision, or at least being aware, thereby thinking;   today.
To accomplish that end a “moderator/ hired for the purpose” must participate to organize the various pieces of information into categories.  Those who contribute MUST identify their work or contribution (NO charge), with a short statement, NOT over one hundred words, which will proceed the further explanation of what is being said.  If you do not summarize/ the moderator shall summarize, or place your contribution in the appropriate category.  YOU THE PUBLIC shall vote on these contributions, to give them a place in superiority of purpose, clarity, and answers.  The moderator will organize accordingly, and decide who is deleted, when, & why;  in the forums as well.


 The politician will say: “that’s impossible”/ that the people create their own law!  But the reality is, amendments to the constitution are the foundation to all law in this nation; and they are short and minimal.  The Jewish religion was built on ten short commandments.  In other words it is possible.  Every distinct decision required beyond those laws shall be drawn out in court/ and every ruling shall be reduced to its single, short, clarification of what this law does or does not mean/ as time goes by.  The nation will review these changes, each year/ the nation will limit these clarifications to less than 200 words/ and they shall not be the same as any other classification; or they will be combined into one ruling that is less than 200 words long.  By vote, the nation accepts these amendments, or they are rejected, and removed.

It is the politicians/ congress;   that must identify and call the respondents to give testimony: the people shall help them.  NO ONE is allowed to plead the fifth and not give testimony or refuse.  If you intentionally lie/ it is to prison with you immediately.  This is about the nation itself and even the world:   nobody gets an excuse, if called you will testify.  If not; to prison you will go, for not less than one year.
It is the federal bureau of investigation; that will determine if the evidence is real or not/ whether it is true or not:   if they allow lies to remain in this court: those responsible shall go to prison for not less than ten years.  You are not responsible for content/ you are responsible for lies, that can be found.  No excuses, reality decides. Let the FBI provide a public link; so that any lie in question can be found and resolved/ or brought before the people themselves to question and decide, if no clear answer is found.


Because time is NOT on our side any longer:   IT IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED TO THE CONGRESS; that they should proceed immediately with the basic truth of redress within their sessions; so as NOT to lose life on earth, “by process”.  The critical issues of this day do not wait/ every day matters.

To discuss what the relationship of our lives and our courtroom SHOULD BE, rather than what it is/ and decide how best to change the courtrooms of America to obey us/ rather than the money, power, or pride.  To demand change in political election, the removal of the electoral college, and more.

To discuss the reality of hospital costs/ NOT treatment per se.  But the consequence of what we can or cannot do to change healthcare and its influence on our financial lives.  The reality of pharmaceuticals, research, and more.

To discuss “liberty and justice for all”/ and what that fundamentally means to us all.  Where are the boundaries and what are the limits which SHALL define our nation, as ourselves/ rather than the money defines us all.

To discuss the foundations required to change this life, to redesign our society for a future, and grant to us all the peace, trust, and disciplines “for a new world”/ WHICH SHALL include a world court, world law and policing; and the end of weapons of mass destruction.
